It has come to the attention of the staff that some users feel that contacting us with concerns or issues is... difficult, at best. While I do believe that we keep a fairly consistent presence in the chatbox; I will admit that the majority of staff is online only during certain hours. This is mostly due to the fact that the entire staff is American, and either attends school full time, or work full times jobs. This does leave some people with less restrictive schedules in a bit of a pickle.
This being said. We ALL check our private messages constantly. This has not, nor will ever, change. If for some reason you feel that you cannot convey the message via PM, all of us have emails, skype, messenger accounts, etc, that you may contact us with. Each admin and moderator will be adding the contact methods they feel most comfortable releasing to this topic. Please feel free to use any of them if you have questions, comment, concerns, or just wish to chat.
