Name: Water Release: Archerfish Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This jutsu is nothing more then a simple jet of water; used to create the standing water for other, more advanced Water jutsu. The amount of water created is dependent on the User's rank. D-rank users would produce only a few gallons; C-rank up to 10 ft³ (Cubic Feet), B-rank 1 acre ft, A-rank 3 acre ft. This jutsu does have one other practical usage; it may be used to extinguish flames or fire jutsu; so long as the fire jutsu does not exceed the user's own rank; IE: the fire jutsu is C-Rank and the User of Archerfish is D-rank, the water would not be released in sufficient quantities to stop the fire.
Name: Anemone Shield Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B-S Type: Defensive, Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Maximum of 10 posts Cooldown: Duration + 5 Description: This jutsu is the penultimate expression of the fusion between the user and the anemone. The user is able to channel chakra directly through the anemone, causing them to explosively grow in size until they completely cover the user's entire body. This creates a shield of the anemone tentacles and body in which the user is able to hide safely. However, the creation of the anemone body forcibly roots the user to whatever they are currently standing on, at which point they loose all ability to move independently. In this state, the user is completely unharmed by all blunt force physical attacks of equal rank or lower; and while they feel the pain from a piercing attack, unless the weapon is able to pierce fully through the anemone body, the user takes no damage. Suiton jutsu of all ranks are negated entirely; while Raiton based attacks gain an addition +2 damage. Katon damage is reduce by one rank so long as the anemone is able to remain damp. Fuuton jutsu does normal damage. While in this state, the user is unable to use jutsu of any type, however the anemone body is able to fire a pressurize jet of water from the central mouth structure. The tentacles of the anemone body can be manipulated by the user, which is able to sense shadows and light via the primitive sensory system that all anemone possess. The tentacles react the same way they normally would, direct contact will cause an explosion of poisonous cells to be fired into whatever makes contact; however if the user possesses multiple types of poisons or toxins, they can choose which is injected at the time of contact. However, the user may only change poison/toxin once per post; and the poison/toxin cannot exceed the rank of the jutsu itself. Under no circumstances should this jutsu be maintained beyond ten posts; nor should anyone attempt this at all. If the jutsu is maintained for longer then ten posts; the anemone itself will 'consume' the user; integrating them into it's body and killing the user.

The target will comply with interrogation, but seems to retain his or her personality while under hypnosis.
Name: True Paralysis Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Description: A technique that physically restrains an opponent, as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. It debilitates the victim for a period of time, which allows the user to either strike again, or take the target into custody. The technique can also be cast on many target at once, dependent on the user's overall rank. B-Rank users may detain up to 5 people; A-Rank 10 people; S-Rank 15 or more. At S-rank you may pay an addition chakra cost of 10 chakra per 5 people beyond the normal limit of 15.
Name: Body Elimination Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: / Description: Knowing full well that a shinobi's corpse is essentially a treasure trove of information, this technique is used by ANBU to completely destroy their body if caught or on the verge of death. This technique leaves no trace of the user's body behind whatsoever. |

Name: Doton: Doryu Taiga [Earth Release: Earth Flow River] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Offensive/Supplementary Element: Doton Range: Short (0-5m) Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: Instant, mud lasts two post. Cooldown: Three posts Description: The user forms the related hand seal, turning the ground beneath the target's feet into a massive river of mud that throws them off balance and drags them away from the user.
Name: Doton: Doryudan [Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Doton Range: Short (0-5m), Medium (5-10m), Long (15m+) Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: Instant Cooldown: Three posts Description: The user forms the related hand seals, causing the head of a dragon to rise out of nearby mud. From the mouth of the dragon flies a barrage of small spheres of mud, that fly rapidly towards the opponent. This costs 15 chakra.
Name: Earth Release: Tearing Earth Turning Palm (Doton: Retsudo Tenshō - 土遁・裂土転掌) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Doton Range: Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Posts Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: This technique causes the ground surrounding the enemy to spiral inwards on itself, burying them alive or crushing them. This technique is capable of causing quite a bit of damage to the area. This technique is much more damaging if used in rocky mountainous areas, or inside a cave.
Name: Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique (Doton: Dochū Eigyo no Jutsu - 土遁・土中映魚の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Doton Range: Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -15 chakra per post || Maximum of 5 posts Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: This technique is used for sneaking and striking silently, like a fish underwater, and then suddenly appearing to the ground's surface. Furthermore, it's even more efficient when employed in a crowded area that, if the target notices something, can be overrun by the nearby masses, or with distractions like a Clone Technique to draw the enemy's attention. As such it is a great strategy for a guerrilla, and a likely resort, used quite often for things such as assassination.
Name: Earth Release Barrier: Earth Prison of Magnificent Nothingness (Doton Kekkai: Dorō Dōmu - 土遁結界・土牢堂無) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive || Supplementary Element: Doton Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -20 chakra per Post Cooldown: Duration + 6 Description: his technique traps the victims inside a self-repairing dome of earth which is almost instantaneously able to reform. Chakra is not evenly distributed throughout the dome. Near the back, relative to the user, the chakra is much weaker, making the dome weaker in that spot.
Name: Earth Release: Epicenter Strike (Doton: Shinou Kougeki - 土遁・震央攻撃) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Doton Range: 25 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 6 posts Description: After gathering enough chakra in the foot, the user jumps high into the air and performs a heel axe kick in front of their target. The moment the kick connects with the ground, the chakra from their foot spreads out and creates a devastating shockwave that extends up to fifty meters. If the opponent is directly below the kick, they will suffer major and most likely fatal damage to their body. If they are away from where the kick lands, the shockwave will take the effect of a short but powerful mini-quake that can upturn the earth and cause tremendous damage to those on the ground. If the user has chakra-enhanced strength, the damage and resulting quake can increase in power and length.
Name: Earth Style: Totem Pole Shot ( Doton: Tootemupooru Dangan - 土遁•トーテムポール弾丸) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Doton Range: 35 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -30 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 6 Description: As it was intended and created to be, the Earth Release: Totem Pole Shot is a defensive, long-ranged jutsu that is of mid-range power level and takes a relatively average amount of skill to perform sufficiently. This allows more skilled ninjutsu users to use the technique at a much faster and more efficient pace, and increase its abilities as according to their own chakra reserves. The overall effect of the jutsu itself is a physical manipulation of earth and rock to form pillars approximately four feet in diameter and of varying height. The process is gradual, as the art draws the needed material directly from the ground, and lifts it above the surface of the earth, giving the technique the appearance that it 'grows' the pillars out of the ground. These pillars can be produced at a spectrum of speeds, heights, and number, giving it a touch of versatility. Adding onto this is the recent experimentation of the earth manipulation that the jutsu is founded upon, and the findings are that one with a certain level of chakra control can even cause the pillars to grow at different angles protruding from the ground or have the pillars take different shapes, such as curving instead of forming a straight line. The focus of the jutsu is to hinder movement of an opponent or attack, but it was not originally taken into consideration that the technique is not particularly easy to execute. The 'true' form of the jutsu is an entire wall or 'forest' of pillars, clustered close enough together to make an acceptable barrier but not so close that it would take an unnecessary amount of chakra to perform the release.
Name: Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld (Doton: Yomi Numa - 土遁・黄泉沼) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Doton Range: 40 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -25 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 6 Description: By changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Name: Hidden Mist Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 10 posts maximum Cooldown: duration + 5 posts Description: This displacement technique is a specialty of the ninja from areas with large sources of water nearby, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a per-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. Any Doujutsu with the ability to 'See' chakra can easily defeat the mists; as well as a sensor ninja of 2 ranks above the user.
Name: Water Release: Hiding in Water Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 5 posts Cooldown: 10 posts Description: Using this jutsu, a ninja is able to be concealed within water itself. The user may submerge in a body of water as small and shallow as a puddle. While submerged, the ninja is perfectly hidden, detectable only by sensors of 1 rank higher or more from the user; or a normal ninja of 2 ranks higher. Use of a rebreather, or the ability to breath underwater extends the duration of this jutsu by a maximum of 5 posts; as well making the cooldown 15 posts.
Name: Water Release: Water Trumpet Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive, Supplementary Element: Water Range: Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The user holds their hands to their face with a hand sign that forms a circle with their fingers, through which a jet of water is expelled at high pressure. The jet will travel for a maximum of 15 meters before losing all force and falling to the ground. The pressure of the water is enough to cause significant bruising, and the possibility of dislocated joints; if hit at a distance not to exceed 15 feet, and directly on an exposed joint such as the shoulder. May cause temporary blinding if the opponent it hit directly in the face at close range (<5 meters); at which the blinding would last no more than 3 posts.
Name: Water Release : Giant Bullet Ball Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m), Far (15m+) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user spits a very large, highly pressurized bullet of water from their mouth. The bullet ranges in size from roughly 2 inches to a maximum of 6 inches in diameter. The bullet moves at several dozen feet a second, making it difficult to dodge at close ranges. If preformed properly, the bullet exits the user's mouth with a spin like a bullet; hence the jutsu's name. This spin gives the bullet enhanced accuracy, much as the spin of a normal bullet would; enabling a sufficiently proficient user pinpoint accuracy and further decreasing the chances of evasion. The smaller the bullet fired; the greater the piercing power. A small bullet is meant to cause damage in a small area; punch through the body and take chunks of flesh with it in that way. A larger, thicker bullet however, is more lucky to cause crush injuries; breaking bones and causing major bruising and internal bleeding. The smallest bullets travel at 200 m/s; with the largest moving at a slower, but still impressive, 150 m/s.
Name: Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Mid (5-15m), Long (15m+) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post charge, 1 post effect Cooldown: 5 posts Description: This technique extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to several dozen metres high. Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilisation is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. It is very possible for this jutsu to be lethal, whether through drowning the enemy, the debris swirling in the water with them, or the sheer force of the water crashing upon them. If the victim is lucky enough to survive the initial attack, they can expect everything from internal bruising to broken bones, as well as a moderate to severe concussion if the water impacts the head. The sheer size of this jutsu makes it extremely difficult to escape; as they would be caught in the wave of desctruction even if they manage to avoid the initial impact of the crashing wave.
Name: Water Release: Great Water Drill Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: 30m Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Description:The user coats his or her arm in a very large amount of condensed water, and forms it into the shape of a rapidly spinning drill. The user then proceeds to slam the drill into the target and force them to the ground, causing severe injuries to the area that the drill lands on. If it lands on a limb, it is capable of severing it completely. It lands on the torso, it causes damage to the opponent’s organs. The drill pins the target to the ground for 1 post while the base damage is done; before exploding outwards in a tsunami wave that covers up to a 30 meter radius. The wave carries a force similar to Exploding Colliding Water Wave; and can potentially drown anything caught by it.
Name: Water Release: Starfish Armor (Suiton: Hitode no Yoroi - ヒトデの装甲) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Defensive Element: Suiton Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -5 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: This technique uses Shape Transformation to transform and then condense water into the shape of a starfish before directing it to cover their back. With each of the five points covering the body, the user is granted protection from attacks coming from behind them. While this technique can protect against Fire Release Ninjutsu and most lower-ranked Wind Release Ninjutsu, it is weak against Earth Release and Lightning Release. In the case of Lightning Release techniques, this technique will actually amplify it.
Name: Water Release: Turtle Shield Technique (Suiton: Kame no Tate no Jutsu - 水遁・亀の盾の術) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Defensive Element: Suiton Range: Melee Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: The user focuses water chakra into the ground in front of them, causing a large water body with the shape of a turtle shield to appear and encase the user. The turtle shield will protect the user from all non-Raiton D-rank jutsu, as well as a maximum of 3 non-raiton enhanced C-rank jutsu.
Name: Water Release: Fury of the Dolphins (Suiton: Iruka no Gekido - 水遁・海豚の激怒) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: 40 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: A jutsu to similiar to that of Water Release: Water Shark Missile Technique. This technique is used to shape the water, about the same size as an adult male. After forming the dolphin the user will then launch it towards the enemy, the dolphin moves at a pace similar to that of a running Special Jounin but is known to leap in the air out of the waters used to form it as if it were a real dolphin.
Name: Hundred Year Water Prison (Hyaku Nenkan Gokusou - 陌年獄窓) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: Suiton Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post set up, -30 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 8 Description: The user must charge chakra for 1 post, hand held up with their palm facing the target. At the start of the second post, six huge pillars of water erupt from the ground near the opponent, and move towards him, catching and immobilizing him between them. By doubling the chakra cost, the user can trap chakra beasts up to S-rank for a maximum of 3 posts.
Name: Water Release: World of Water (Suiton: Mizu no Sekai - 水遁・水の世界 Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Supplementary, Defensive Element: Suiton Range: 60 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -50 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 10 Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a large virtually inescapable sphere of water that is many times larger than the original Water Prison Technique, capable of imprisoning many opponents at once. The user forms water clones around the area they wish to encompase, the number of clones is dependent on the size of the area that the user wishes to trap within the jutsu. When the clones have been formed each clone performs the neccessary hand seals and thrusts both palms toward the area, forming the trap between the surrounded area. This jutsu requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth or taking water from the air around the user. The user may or may not participate in the forming of the jutsu, allowing the user to launch an added offensive once the opponents are trapped within. Once trapped the target is unable to move due to the increased heaviness and sheer volume of the water. The only downside of this technique is that each clone must keep both hands within the sphere at all times in order for the targets to remain imprisoned, rendering the clones useless outside of the forming of this jutsu.
Name: Water Release: Drilling Pressure Cannon (Suiton: Renatsuhō - 水遁・錬圧砲) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: 40 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -30 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 6 Description: The user creates tightly compacted and highly pressurized streams of water that is launched at the foe at a high speed. The water is powerful enough to drill through steel. Additionally, lightning can be added to increase its power and lethality. |
