| Uchiha Clan JutsuName: Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Supplementary Element: None Range: Self Specialty: - Duration: Until cancelled, 10 chakra drain per post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan (永遠の万華鏡写輪眼, Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan) is a permanent version of the Uchiha's Mangekyō Sharingan. Over time, use of the Mangekyō Sharingan's techniques deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness. Only by taking and transplanting the eyes of another Uchiha clan member can the vision be restored, a process that results in the creation of an Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. The tighter the blood ties are between the "donor" and the receiver, the better it is for compatibility, siblings for example. The time from fusing the donor's Mangekyō with the receiver's Mangekyō to the point of full recovery is at least several days in the case of Sasuke. Not only does this process permanently restore one's eyesight, but it also gives the person even greater power. The Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan also changes form from the original, with what appears to be a fusion of the current owner's Mangekyō with the previous owner's.

The jutsu, once seen, can be memorized for the course of the remainder of the current thread at the cost of 1.5 times the basic cost of the copied jutsu. If the user wishes to keep the jutsu, they must pay for it like normal (Once the jutsu is learned, the chakra cost returns to normal). If the element used in the jutsu is not one of the user's elements, then the user must pay 1.5 times the normal amount of chakra to use the jutsu. (The copy cost, plus the affinity cost will compound up to 3x. In addition, the power of the jutsu will reduced by 25%) The clan member may not learn any jutsu outside one of their specialties. Medical Ninjutsu cannot be copied at all unless you have medical ninjutsu as a specialty at that rank or higher. If the Uchiha is D-rank, they may not use any S-rank jutsu they see. Also, any jutsu used must be paid for in the Technique Shop.
Name: Genjutsu: Sharingan Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D-S Type: Offensive Element: - Range: Close Specialty: Genjutsu, Sharingan Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: Genjutsu: Sharingan is simply the generic use of genjutsu as employed by Sharingan wielders. By establishing direct eye contact with the intended opponents, the user can lock them within a genjutsu of their choosing in order to achieve various effects. These effects range from inducing instantaneous, but temporary, paralysis or unconsciousness in an opponent to forcefully extracting any valuable information that they possess or controlling their actions. This technique can only be used against opponents of equal rank and lower. Attempting it against a higher ranked opponent will result in the technique backfiring.
D-Rank: The user can trap 1 D-Ranked (Genin) opponent into a Genjutsu of their choosing for up to 1 post. Side effects can include headaches and nightmares.
C-Rank: The user can trap 2 opponents C-Ranked (Chuunin) and lower into a Genjutsu of their choosing for up to 2 posts. Side effects include migraines headaches, nightmares, disorentation, involuntary muscle spasms and hallucinations. If the Genjutsu is used as a means to inflict physical torture, the opponent will feel the effects 1 thread after the Genjutsu is used.
B-Rank: The user can trap 2 opponents B-Ranked (Spec. Jounin) and lower into a Genjutsu of their choosing for up to 2 posts. Same side effects apply.
A-Rank: The user can trap 3 opponents A-Ranked (Jounin) and lower into a Genjutsu of their choosing for up to 2 posts. Same side effects apply.
S-Rank: The user can trap 5 S-Ranked opponents (S. Jounin, Kage) and lower into a Genjutsu of their choosing for 3 posts. Same side effects apply, with the added benefit of causing the opponent's mind and will to be broken, requiring the skills of an S-ranked Medic to treat over a 3 thread period to totally repair the damage to their mind. Even then, the opponent will still suffer the occasional severe headache and nightmare.
Name: Demonic Illusion: Shakling Stakes technique (Magen: Kasegui no Jutsu ) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: - Range: Close Specialty: Genjutsu, Sharingan Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: Firstly, this technique requires the use of the Genjutsu: Sharingan. The opponent is caught in the illusionary world created by the user, and the victim is tormented with the sensation of having spikes driven through their limbs, taking away their body's freedom. At the same time, the physical pain accompanying the illusion reveals that the greatest use this technique has is torture.
Name: Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change (Magen: Kyō Tenchi-ten) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: - Range: Close Specialty: Genjutsu, Sharingan Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user decrypts a genjutsu that has been applied onto them and casts back a technique with identical effects onto the opponent. It's a form of illusion reversal, but in order to instantly read through a technique and cast it in return, the Sharingan's power is necessary. As genjutsu is initially used to confuse the enemy, this technique, which sends it right back to its caster, deals a high amount of mental damage, more than anything else.
Name: Kamui (Left Eye) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D-S Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary Element: None Range: All Ranges Specialty: Mangekyou Sharingan Duration: 2-6 posts Cooldown: 15 Posts Between Use Description: Kamui is a powerful Mangekyō Sharingan dōjutsu that creates a unique and specialised form of space–time ninjutsu. It allows the user to achieve two very distinct, yet closely associated feats — teleportation and intangibility. Left Eye The left eye's primary use of Kamui is based on line of sight and, as such, does not require physical contact to warp a target into the other shared dimension. By focusing to create a barrier space and concentrating on the target within, Kamui will distort space and the target will be drawn into the other dimension. After absorbing targets through this process, the user is able to eject them from the eye used at any time of their choosing, demonstrating the ability to eject objects with varying degrees of force. When using Kamui to teleport living beings, including the user, whatever the target is touching will be warped along with them and their chakra becomes untraceable.
C-Rank: Kamui at this rank requires 2 posts to use properly. Objects as large as a basketball can be teleported. Suction damage from the barrier state if aimed at another person can cause heavy brusing and 2nd degree burns. Chakra cost: 15
B-Rank: Kamui at this rank requires 2 posts to use properly. Animals, such as dogs and cats, and small children can be teleported. Suction damage from the barrier state if aimed at another person can cause broken limbs. Chakra cost: 20
A-Rank: Kamui at this rank requires 2 posts to use properly. A full grown Human can be teleported through usage. Suction damage from the barrier state if aimed at another person can be used to separate body parts and even decapitate targets. Chakra cost: 25
S-Rank: Kamui requires 2 posts at this rank to cast. At this rank a user is able to cast the ability on objects as large as tailed beasts, as many as 10 people at the same time, to travel over long distances. Suction damage from the barrier state if aimed at another person is enough to cause an intended target to explode, should they choose. Chakra cost: 30
SS-Rank: Kamui at this rank requires only 1 post to cast. At this rank a user is able to teleport as much as an entire village. Chakra cost: 35 (PLOT ONLY. ADMIN DISCRESSION).
Name: Kamui (Right Eye) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B-S (S) Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary Element: / Range: Close Specialty: Sharingan Duration: – 10 Chakra Per Post for B-A, -15 Chakra per Post for S Cooldown: 15 Posts after Deactivation Description: Kamui is a powerful Mangekyō Sharingan dōjutsu that creates a unique and specialized form of space–time ninjutsu. It allows the user to achieve two very distinct, yet closely associated feats — teleportation and intangibility. Right Eye: The unique trait of this eye is the ability of intangibility. When activated, any part of the user's body that overlaps with a solid object is seamlessly warped to the other dimension, making it appear as though he/she is phasing through them. Using this ability, the user can dodge most attacks, and by overlapping his/her entire body into large objects, he/she can not only conceal himself/herself from view, but erase all traces of his/her chakra. The user is also able to enter and travel through the ground using this ability, a characteristic he/she can often exploit to ambush his/her opponents from below. Though he/she is unable to establish any physical contact while being intangible, the user can still use chakra chains. He/She also seemingly possesses the capability to extend this intangibility to whatever he's/she's touching at the moment of activation, as long as he/she is able to maintain some form of contact with at least a part of the desired item or person. The user centres his/her Kamui around his/her right eye and also requires physical contact with the target to warp them. B Rank: The user is capable of dodging two attacks per post by warping part of their body into the other dimension. The user is also capable of entering and traveling through the ground. The user is capable of fully entering into the shared dimension at this point, allowing them to teleport. The user is also now able to conceal himself/herself from view along with erase all traces of his/her chakra. A Rank: The user is capable of dodging four attacks per post by warping part of their body into the other dimension. The user is now also capable of causing whatever or whoever he/she is touching at the moment of activation intangible as well so long as they maintain physical contact and keep them there. S Rank: The user is capable of dodging six attacks per post by warping part of their body into the other dimension.
Name: Amaterasu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: Eyesight Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Until the End of the Thread Cooldown: 15 Posts Description: The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu, said to be "the fires from hell" and as hot as the sun, ignite at the focus of the user's vision. The flames are capable of burning through mostly anything in their path, even smothering regular fire techniques with ease. Amaterasu is said to never stop burning; even when whatever is caught by Amaterasu is completely reduced to ash or destroyed, it can still continue burning for seven days and seven nights. It cannot be extinguished with water or any other normal methods. However, the flames burn fairly slowly, sometimes allowing anyone struck by Amaterasu an opportunity to remove whatever clothing or body parts have been caught ablaze. Users of this technique have shown the ability to manipulate these flames to some extent. When Amaterasu is initially used it will cover a 3 meter area of the focal point. The flames will then spread 5 meters per post after that in all directions. This jutsu costs 30 chakra to use. Requirements: - You must be S-Rank to use this Jutsu. - You must be a pure blood Uchiha (No Cross Clan)

| SS Rank JutsuName: True Immortality Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: SS Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: / Description: This is the big brother so to speak to False Immortality. This jutsu works very much like the same as its little brother in that it heals the target of all sorts of wounds, burns, loss of limbs, and poisons. However, instead of having to maintain a constant connect the medic places an active ball of healing chakra into the chest cavity of the target that remains there until it has been used up and then more must be added. This ball of chakra is equivalent of the amount of chakra the Medic stores within them, though the base cost of the jutsu MUST be paid. As injuries, poisons, ect, effect the target it will begin to use portions of this ball to heal. 5 Chakra: Heals minor burns, scraps, scratches. 10 Chakra: Heals fractured bones, severe burns, and severe cuts. 15 Chakra: Heals broken bones, minor damage to organs, cures poisoning. 20 Chakra: Regrows severed limbs, heals all other not-mentioned injuries and aliments. After the ball of chakra is placed into a target then it will remain until it’s used, even if the target leaves a thread and joins another. The chakra replenishes itself each thread unless ALL of it is used. Name: Resurrection Technique: Enhanced Corpse Revival Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: SS Type: Supplementary, Offensive Element: Suiton, Raiton Range: 0 - 50 Meters Specialty: Ninjutsu, Medical Ninjutsu Duration: -15 Chakra Per Post Cooldown: Once Per Thread Description: By utilizing water in the local ground, the user can revive the fallen in one of two ways. The first version allows the user to seemingly continuously resurrects a large number of slain people as zombies, but with some of their rationality, physical prowess, and technique at their disposal. They are difficult to destroy, requiring several hits before the zombie will return to the water it was born from. If the technique is deactivated either by the user or if the user is killed, the zombies will immediately turn to dust. The second version allows the user to bring a person back as a perfect resurrection, able to use all its skills from when alive, along with complete consciousness of who they were before they died, thoughts, memories, ect. This method requires a large amount of energy (i.e. electricity). Because this technique brings someone back from the dead permanently it takes 90% of the user's chakra to accomplish, leaving little to no chakra left for anything but keeping the caster alive. Name: Ailment Removal Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: SS Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 0 – 5 Meters Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 2 Posts Cooldown: 10 Posts Description: This jutsu is exactly as the name suggests; it is the ability to remove an ailment from someone. This jutsu works roughly the same way as the Delicate Illness Extraction Technique does. However, this jutsu must be performed over several posts. The user hovers their hands over the chest of the target and their hands will glow a white color as they fill with highly concentrated healing charka. This chakra they send spreading throughout the targets entire body (Post 1). After the targets entire body has been filled with this healing chakra it begins to attach itself to all of the ailment; safely extracting it from every bit of the user’s body without causing damage; as well as healing any damage that might have been caused due to this ailment. After it has done this the user then removes the chakra by lifting their hand from the spot on the targets chest. (Post 2). The user may store this ailment for later use in poisons. The user may also use this jutsu on themselves.

| S Rank JutsuName: False Immortality Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: All Ranges Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: -15 Per Post Cooldown: Duration +10 Description: This jutsu is quite complicated and yet simple at the same time. It is the dream of any medic to never see their comrade fall and with this jutsu it allows the medic – at least for a period of time – to ensure that such a thing cannot happen. This jutsu takes Mystical Palm Technique to the extreme. The Medic must make physical contact with the target for the briefest of moments which starts the connection. This allows the Medic, no matter where their target goes, to continue to pump them full of healing chakra. This healing chakra is capable of not only healing all forms of burns, cuts, abrasions, and broken bones, but to also grow back limbs and cure of all poisons. However, this jutsu costs chakra to maintain, even if the target is not injured, causing the medic to only be able to use it for so long before they must stop. When this jutsu stops so do the effects of it, making the target capable of taking damage without healing again. This jutsu does not work if the target is decapitated. Name: Genjutsu Art: Soulbane Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 40 meters Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: -30 chakra per post Cooldown: Once per thread Description: This specific Genjutsu is considered forbidden among the ninja world, due to it's capabilities as a jutsu. It targets the mind and causes the target to believe that anyone is a foe. While under the effects of the Genjutsu, anyone affected will attack those who they believe to be enemies, even their closest friends. They will act completely coherent, however, almost as if it is of their own volition, but they will not listen to reason. Once defeated, they return to normal with no memory of the events.
Name: Water Release: Great Water Drill Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: 30m Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -30 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 6 Description:The user coats his or her arm in a very large amount of condensed water, and forms it into the shape of a rapidly spinning drill. The user then proceeds to slam the drill into the target and force them to the ground, causing severe injuries to the area that the drill lands on. If it lands on a limb, it is capable of severing it completely. If it lands on the torso, it causes severe damage to the opponent’s organs and potentially pierce completely through their body, if not protected by A-rank or higher armor or the target is 2 ranks below the user. The drill pins the target to the ground for 1 post while the base damage is done; before exploding outwards in a tsunami wave that covers up to a 30 meter radius. The wave carries a force similar to Exploding Colliding Water Wave; and can potentially drown anything caught by it. If the user so choses, they can swing the drill arm around much like a club or mace, causing slashing and crush damage to anything it comes in contact with. 3in deep gashes and broken bones are guarenteed when used this way.
Name: Futon: Shinku Taigyoku [Wind Release: Vacuum Great Sphere] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: 20 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 10 posts Description: A stronger version of Futon: Shinkugyoku [Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere], the user instead compresses the entirety of an inhaled breath into a single, massive sphere of chakra. This heavily compressed sphere is full of thousands of individual sections of razor sharp air tumbling over each other. The user can then fire it at a target, causing it to rapidly rocket towards the target, tearing through anything it hits with an impressive combination of cutting power and knock back force. The impact is more than enough to kill a man, as being devoured by the sphere would carve someone into thousands of tiny chunks. 5in gashes are common, and this ball of wind can easily cut through a ninja of B-rank or lower, and the body of the target can be thrown back a maximum of 20 feet.
Name: Dainou no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B-S (S Rank) Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: Close Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 2-4 Posts Cooldown: Can Only Be Used Once Per Thread Description: In a normal brain there are millions of specialized nerve cells called neurons that transmit electrical impulses, they communicate with the brain and serve in the everyday functions of life. When these impulses misfire a seizure occurs. These seizures can range in severity from a almost catatonic like state to violent tremors that involve severe stiffness and jerking. This jutsu is very specific, and higher level in ranking because of how percise the user must be to complete it, and how much medical expertise is needed to ensure it's done right. The user places their hands on their intended victims head, sending small pulses of Raiton into the victims brain, targeting the neurons and causing an imbalance in the electrical impulses that the neurons are sending out. The more Raiton that is used the more violent the seizure that occurs and the longer that it lasts. This jutsu cannot be used, however, to kill the victim, though at A rank and higher it can cause mild to moderate brain damage. This jutsu requires 10 chakra per post to keep it going.
B Rank: 2 Post Duration - Violent Tremor Seizure and Stiffness A Rank: 3 Post Duration - Catatonic Like State - Mild Brain Damage Can Occur (Speech problems, slight functioning issues such as random twitches) S Rank: 4 Post Duration - Catatonic Like State - Moderate Brain Damage Can Occur (Cognitive functions begin to shut down, such as the ability to understand what's going on in the victims surroundings, and being able to properly control ones body.)

| A Ranked JutsuName: State of Decay Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Touch Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 4 Posts Cooldown: 5 Posts Description: This jutsu is much the opposite of Mystical Palm Technique. The user concentrates corrupted ‘healing’ charka into their hands which glow a deep eerie green color. Whatever the user makes contact with then begins to rot and decay over three posts; which each post becoming worse until the third which results in death unless medical attention is received of A-Rank or higher to stop the spreading rot of decaying flesh and organs. Post 1: Decayed flesh within a six inches of the spot touched that penetrates a half inch deep. Post 2: The decaying continues to spread now consuming an area that is eighteen inches wide in all directions from the point of initial contact and two inches deep; at this point the blood begins to become tainted and the opponent will no longer have use of the area infected as muscles have deteriorated. Post 3: Death. At this point the vital organs themselves have begun to decay to the point of not being able to be healed or regenerated, resulting in death if medical attention has not been received by this point. Post 4: At this point if nothing has been done to stop the decaying process the body will break down into nothing; leaving nothing behind of the opponent and hindering any ability to bring the opponent back to life through any medical ninjutsu technique. Name: Katon: Goka Mekkyaku no Jutsu [Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive, Defensive Element: Katon Range: Short(0-5m), Medium(5-10m), Long(15m+) Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: Up to two turns Cooldown: Seven turns Hand Seals: Horse Description: The user forms the related hand seal and breathes out a massive torrent of fire, which forms into a large wall before the user and begins to march forward in-front of the user. These intense flames devour everything in their way, turning whatever and whoever they hit to ash. The user has to maintain the stream of fire to keep the wall going, which they can do for up to two turns. The first turn costs 20 chakra, and the second turn costs 15.
Name: Lightning Release: Raiton Bullets Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Lightning Range: 50 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per bullet Cooldown: / Description: By focusing Raiton chakra into the shape of bullets,the user is able to enhance and improve the damage capability of the attack significantly.Each bullet is capable of piercing through several inches of solid steel, over a foot of solid rock, and veryeasily through the body of a human. Each bullet is roughly 2in3 and impacts with damage similar to TNT detonating. The bullet will easily peirce through the body unless protected by armor with Raiton resistance of equal or higher rank; leaving behind a gaping wound and significant 3rd degree electrical burns radiating outward 6in from the entry point. 2nd degree burns radiate out an additional 6 inches from the edge of the 3rd degree burns.
Name: Chidori (千鳥) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Lightning Range: 15 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. Extremely effective in piercing through flesh and bone, Chidori can easily amputate limbs if impact is recieved at a joint or the bone is shattered. It's not unusual to see Chidori wounds that show true pierce-through even at the thickest part of the abdomin; and every wound show evidence of severe burning at the points of impact; with instant second degree electrical burns and cauterization of flesh in the wounds.
Name: Hiding with Camouflage Technique (Meisaigakure no Jutsu - 迷彩隠れの術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -35 chakra per post || Maximum of 10 Posts Cooldown: Duration + 10 || Twice per Thread Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert manoeuvres but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills, except for particularly adept users, who can completely erase even their chakra signature with it.
Name: Spiraling Sphere (Rasengan ~ 螺旋丸) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: / Range: The user's palm Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: Spiraling Sphere creates a skull sized sphere of raw chakra in the user's hand. Performing this technique doesn't require any hand seals, it simply takes roughly six seconds of preparation, wherein the user concentrates a large amount of chakra into the centre of their hand, applying intense shape manipulation to contort it into a ball. This sphere can be maintained in the user's hand for up to two posts before dissipating. On impact, Spiraling Sphere can severe limbs [if it impacts with the appropriate joints] and cause severe physical trauma, shattering bones around the impact site as well as rending cleanly through up to six inches of flesh. While the Rasengan, unless impacting with the head or heart, cannot cause immediate death, it can cause severe internal trauma that can require immediate medical treatment.

The human body is controlled with electrical signals from the brain, but a person who had those electrical signals cut off with this technique will become unable to make their body move as they want. By transforming the chakra within one's body and giving it the properties of electricity, one creates an electric field. As soon as a strike of the hand lands, electricity is poured into the enemy's nervous system, severing the signals and deranging their body control. The target's body moves in any way, except how they want it to move. For the common shinobi, battle, not to mention even just walking, will become impossible.
Name: Chakra Scalpal Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary, Offensive Element: / Range: Close Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: -15 per Post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection. The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile. Adding to the technique's blade like quality, it also appears to give the user an increased level of durability over their chakra clad hands. (25 Chakra)
Name: The Walking Dead Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Close to Far Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 3 Posts Cooldown: 6 Posts Description: By making the correct hand seals (Dragon, Tiger, Hare) the user can project medical chakra out to the target. In doing so the target will almost instantly appear dead. Breathing will become so shallow as to become undetectable except by those with great medical knowledge (A rank or higher). The heart beat will likewise become nonexistent. All movement will cease and the body will even begin to show the first few stages of rigor. The target for this jutsu will be unable to control their body while under this jutsu, given that there body is only functioning to the very barest of minimums to keep them alive. This by no means actually kills them and brings them back, nor can it be used for such a purpose. This jutsu's main purposes serve to fool someone into believing that the target is dead. Whether that is to attempt to stop future attacks made onto someone, or to fool a party into believe the person has been slain so they can later escape.
Name: Mystical Palm Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary, Offensive Element: / Range: Close Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 4 Posts Description: This Medical Ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control, because of this only a few highly skilled Medical-Nin are able to use this technique. By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's brain the user can overload the patients normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state.

This will almost instantly cause the side effects of quadriplegia (Post 1), followed by bleeding from the head's orifices (ears, nose, mouth, eyes)(Post 2), and then finally causing a very painful death due to a brain aneurysm if no medical help is given beforehand. Associated with migraines, the disturbances affect sense of size, depth and even time. Doctors believe that it may involve the brain’s occipital lobe, which controls visual information. This will make it hard for any nin experiencing it to grasp hold of an item (usually takes a few tries), dodge things, or throw/use any weapon with any sort of accuracy.
This jutsu requires one hand seal that is unique in itself; the user creates a circle by placing their thumbs and pointer fingers together, hands joined at the thumb and finger points - the rest of the fingers remain straight. Whoever the user sees through this is who the jutsu affects (but only one person).

Name: Shadow Clone Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B-rank Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: / Duration: Until the clone is destroyed, dispersed, or runs out of chakra Cooldown: Three posts after the last clone is destroyed. Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance.
A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user.
(When making a Shadow Clone the user must spend 20 of their chakra per clone, however they may if they so choose give their clone more chakra. Example: If you want your clone to have 50 chakra then you must spend 20 chakra to make the clone and an additional 30 on top of that for the extra 30 chakra. Each clone otherwise will have 20 chakra unless given more - when the chakra is used up the clone will disappear.)
Name: Katon: Haisekisho no Jutsu [Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: Short(0-5m), Medium(5-10m) Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Hand Seals: Tiger Description: The user spews a stream of chakra infused gun-powder from their mouth up to 11 feet from them which surrounds the region. As the gunpowder is composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud, which can be used like a smokescreen, hindering sight up to 60%. The gunpowder cloud is moderately large as it is being 15-20 feet from the target at all points. After surrounding the enemy with the ash, the user can ignite it with a flint placed on their teeth beforehand to create a spark, resulting in a violent explosion, burning the enemy. The technique lasts 3 posts before the wind blows it away from the battle; of course unless the user ignites the gun powder. If the target is caught in the middle of the explosion there is a small chance of death, but most likely they will sustain major burns and several wounds all around their body. Any wind style jutsu involving manipulating the air can counter this technique easily. The gun-powder from this technique can also be set off via any Fire jutsu, or simply by the user clicking their teeth together. Costs 20 chakra.
Name: Katon: Goka Messhitsu [Fire Release: Great Fire Destruction] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: Short(0-5m), Medium(5-10m), Long(15m+) Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: Up to two turns Cooldown: Five turns Hand Seals: Tiger Description: The user forms the related hand seal, and breathes out a continuous stream of fire. This torrent devours everything before it, turning everything in it's path to ash. The intensity of the flames fades once it goes beyond the first 15 metres, This stream must be sustained or it will quickly break off into nothingness. The cost is 20 for the first turn, and 15 for the second turn if the user chooses to continue it.
Name: Futon: Shinkuha [Wind Release: Vacuum Wave] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: 25 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user takes a deep breath and spins while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting blast of air is sharp and powerful enough tocause significant injuries even at maximum range. Within 10 meters, limbs can be severed by this blast, with deep 2in gashes left behind if the torso is hit. A head shot at this rate is an instant knockout to anyone of equal or lower rank; and a 2 post stun or anyone above; and can be fatal without b-rank or better medical treatement being administored within 5 posts. Beyond 10 meters the damage is less severe, but still significant; 1in deep gashes and instant 2 post stun to anyone hit in the head. Limb amputation is not likely beyond 10 meters.
Name: Futon: Tatsumaki Yurasu [Wind Release Slash] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: 25 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 5 posts Hand Seals: None Description: The user fills their hand with wind chakra, swinging it across in-front of them, releasing the chakra as they swing. It forms a blade of air over the path that the air travelled, causing it to rocket forward towards the target. It has powerful cutting force, enough to sever limbs on impact within 10 meters. The blade of air easily causes 3in deep gashes at all ranges, and can decapitate the target if fired from within 5 meters.
Name: Futon: Fujin no Jutsu [Wind Release: Dust Cloud Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: 10 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: -15 chakra per post Cooldown: Five turns Description: The user charges chakra around their body, creating a rising stream of high-velocity wind that picks up all loose dirt and particulate matter to create a blinding dust cloud. Inside the cloud the air moves like the center of a typhoon; raging from all direction and turning the particules in the air into a giant sandpaper blast. Between the abrading dusts and high pressure winds, nearly anything caught within the cloud but the user is torn to shreads.
Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: 10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user inhales deeply, condensing the air in their lungs while infusing it with wind chakra, before exhaling an extremely powerful stream of win from their mouth. The blast has significant range, but little on the way of width; as it is exhaled in a manner that focuses the force forward and reduces the fan-like dispersion effect most wind jutsu of this type suffer from. The blast is more then capable of severing limbs at close ranges, as well as causing a significant knock back effect; the knock back not to exceed a maximum of 40 feet when used at point blank range. A hit is guaranteed to cause significant damage in the form of lacerations of the skin and underlying tissue, sprains and possible dislocations of joints, as well as breaking of bones at extreme close ranges; as well as possible amputation if the blast impacts a joint such as the knee, elbow, or shoulder joints. The blast itself is extremely difficult to dodge at anything but the far maximum ranges, as it is released with such power and speed that it can create a small sonic boom effect; a testament to the speed with which this jutsu moves.
Name: Water Release: Water Beast Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: - 10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration +4 Description: The user manipulates water and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash the enemies away. The beast can fire the streams of water as long as the water source it is created from lasts, up to once per post and to a distance of 15 meters. The force of the claws is enough to shatter rock and dent steel. A direct hit from the claw will disable the enemy for 2 posts, as well as causing severe pain and busing, as well as the high possibility of fractured or broken bones.
Name: Tajū Suiton Bushin no Jutsu (Multi-water clone technique) Canon/Custom: custom Rank: B Type: offensive Element: Suiton Range: 60 meters from original Specialty: ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 7 posts after clones are dispelled Description: This is basically a larger version of the water clone technique allowing the user to create a much larger amount of clones at the cost of more chakra, the clones are also some what weaker because of the increase in numbers. Instead of each of the clones being 10% of the users normal strength they are only 5% when summoned with this technique. Using this technique a person can create up to 15 clones. Just like the normal water clone jutsu the clones must stay within a certain range of the original. Once the clones are dispelled or broken, they explode with the force of an E-rank explosion pouch; not enough to damage, but enough to disorient and cause a small knock back (>10 feet) if more then 5 explode in close proximity. They leave behind large puddles of water that can be used for other jutsu when broken.
Name: Water Release: Water Encampment Wall Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Defensive Element: Water Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: 10 posts, three uses per thread. Description: This jutsu creates a defensive wall around the user, a fence of sorts. Attacks are blocked with near certainty; with only attacks of A-rank or higher having a chance of penetrating the wall; and even then with only a 25% chance at best. The water can either be blown out from the user, or raised from an existing water source; but as this jutsu takes an incredible amount of water to maintain, it is preferable to use near an existing source such as a river or lake. The wall's strength and resistance to attacks is dependent on the amount of chakra the user pours into the water.
Name: Water Release : Giant Bullet Ball Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m), Far (15m+) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user spits a very large, highly pressurized bullet of water from their mouth. The bullet ranges in size from roughly 2 inches to a maximum of 6 inches in diameter. The bullet moves at several dozen feet a second, making it difficult to dodge at close ranges. If preformed properly, the bullet exits the user's mouth with a spin like a bullet; hence the jutsu's name. This spin gives the bullet enhanced accuracy, much as the spin of a normal bullet would; enabling a sufficiently proficient user pinpoint accuracy and further decreasing the chances of evasion. The smaller the bullet fired; the greater the piercing power. A small bullet is meant to cause damage in a small area; punch through the body and take chunks of flesh with it in that way. A larger, thicker bullet however, is more lucky to cause crush injuries; breaking bones and causing major bruising and internal bleeding. The smallest bullets travel at 200 m/s; with the largest moving at a slower, but still impressive, 150 m/s.
Name: Water Release : Water Dragon Bullet Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m), Far (15m+) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 posts Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user is able to create sufficient amounts of water themselves, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The dragon itself will not exceed a maximum length of 50 feet, nor a maximum diameter of 5 feet. The dragon itself is rather bulky, leading to a distinct lack of accuracy control; something that must be trained to overcome. This leaves the chance for evasion, if the target is far enough away and is quick enough. The dragon itself travels as easily twice the comfortable running speed of the average C-Rank ninja, but given the lack of control it can still be evaded if you are able to dodge to the side far enough, fast enough. The power of this jutsu is the sheer concussive force of the blast; which can be enough to render some targets unconscious, as well as cause major injuries. Massive bruising and extreme pain are guaranteed, as well as a very high risk for broken bones and moderate internal injuries.
Name: Lightning Release: Shadow Clone Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive, Supplementary Element: Lightning Range: 60 meters max Specialty: Ninujutsu Duration:Until the clone is destroyed, dispersed, or runs out of chakra Cooldown: 7 posts after the last clone is destroyed Description: This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform techniques and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance; and also evenly distributes the user's chakra to each clone. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time discharging the equivalent of a C-ranked shock. A maximum of 5 may be created at any given time.

| C Rank Jutsu Name: Water Prison Jutsu (Suirō no Jutsu - 水牢の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary, Defensive Element: Suiton Range: Touch Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. If used defensively, the prison can deflect up to 3 jutsu of lower rank before breaking. Any jutsu of equal or higher rank will instantly disperse the water. Any Raiton or electrified attacks would do damage equal to one rank higher then normal because of the excellent conductive nature of water itself, and the users wet skin. Of course this means the user himself would be shocked as well, and take damage equal to the rank of the jutsu itself. Because of the heavy nature of the water; the user's reflexes (dodge and movement speed) are reduced by 1 rank for the duration of the jutsu.

May cause temporary blinding if the opponent it hit directly in the face at close range (<5 meters); at which the blinding would last no more then 3 posts.

The clone, alongside the user then buffets the target with a series of more kicks and punches before delivering a final kick and the clone then dissipates back into water. The user and the clone deliver a maximum of 16 blows to the target; causing significant bruising and pain, as well as a moderate chance for dislocation of joints or breaking of smaller bones.

The bubbles are spit out with violent force that is capable of washing away most attacks, such as oil and fire. This technique can also be used as an effective smokescreen.

Shuriken can be hidden within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction, and can cause up to second degree burns on contact with skin.

The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon. Can cause third degree burns after 3 posts of direct contact, and second degree burns within six inches of the flame. The flame travels at 60 mph, making it extremely effective at close range. Requires wire or fire-resistant chakra rope as a conduit.
Name: Katon: Karyudan no Jutsu [Fire Release: Fire Dragon Bullet] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Range: 30 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: -15 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: The user forms the related hand seal, and breathes out a continuous stream of chakra. This stream forms into the shape of a dragon, and the user can manipulate it's movements to a degree to make it chase the target, though at this rank the user cannot finely manipulate the movement, limiting the manipulation they can perform. This stream must be sustained or it will quickly break off into nothingness. The dragon moves at roughly 30mph. The flames are intense, and can cause instant second degree burns over the affected area, with 3rd degree burns possible after 3 posts of maintained contact.
Name: Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu [Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: 15 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: After forming the necessary Hand seals, the user converts a mass of chakra in their stomach into fire, expelling it from their mouth in a massive orb of roaring flames. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. At its largest, Goukyaku no Jutsu is 10 feet in diameter, and can travel at 30 mph. Causes instant 2nd degree burns on contact.
Name: Fire Release: Flame Bullet (Katon: Endan - 火遁・炎弾) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 4 Posts Description: This technique is executed by the user gathering oil in their mouth which is created by chakra, spitting it out, and igniting it. This technique simply shoots a flame bullet at the enemy. If the amount of oil that is prepared is kept down, the time it takes to invoke the technique is reduced. This allows the enemy to be stricken unaware, allowing the oil-containing flame bullet to burn them up completely. It is also possible to shoot out a series of flame bullets by partitioning the oil, or a continuous flamethrower.
Name: Futon: Rasen Fuusen [Wind Release: Spiraling Wind Ball] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This technique allows the user to breathe wind-infused chakra into the palm of their hand, shaping it into a small, whirlwind-like ball. Then the user will shoot it at their opponent. This technique is very fast and powerful, moving with the speed of a running Chuunin, and is capable of breaking through 1/2in of solid rock. Up to 5 at a time can be launched in rapid succession before cooldown is forced into effect. The impact on an enemy is significant, causing major bruising, 1/2in deep gashes, and the moderate chance of fracturing bones. A shot to the head will almost certainly cause a concussion, and will result in the ninja being stunned for 1 post.

Name: Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Lightning Range: Eyesight Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 5 posts Description: When triggered, this Genjutsu tricks the target into seeing a pillar of blindling bright light decending upon the user. The effect is so strong that it tricks the target's brain into blinding the eyes and stunning the senses. The blinding effect lasts 2 posts, with decreased visual ability of 1 rank lasting 1 post beyond that. Users with Doujutsu of equal or lower rank to this Genjutsu are effected as if they had no special eye skills. Doujutsu of higher rank can 'see' through this illusion and render it useless.
Name: Zenchi Te no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Close Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: -5 Chakra per Post, up to 5 Posts Cooldown: 5 Posts Description: The user focuses a small to medium amount of chakra to their hands, allowing them to heal someones wound when they touch the area. This technique only works for surface wounds and non-serious injuries such as cuts, bruises, ect. The user may also heal themselves just as they would someone else, but again the jutsu can only heal surface wounds. This jutsu takes time to heal, and the larger the wound the longer it takes. If the wound is large then this technique can be used to partially heal it and make it smaller.
Name: Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C-Rank Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: 15 meters Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 3 posts Description: A genjutsu that allows one to trick others into mistaking the place they're in for another. This technique's main feature is that it can be cast over an extensive surface, therefore any and all who step into the illusion's area of effect will fall under the spell. That said, it might not work so well on people who are well-versed or otherwise skilled in genjutsu. The Genjutsu's effects are only triggered once the victim has stepped into the 18 meter, spherical diameter. The diameter of the sphere's radius is both 15 meters. If the victim walks/exits out the range, the genjutsu's effects will begin to wear off after one post.

This is not a jutsu that will do much damage, but it is used quickly to create some space from an attacking enemy. While not super powerful, it is effective for creating space between the user and target or as an ignition source for other jutsu. The flames will cause 1st degree burns on contact.
Name: Katon: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu [Fire Release: Mist Blaze Dance Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: 10 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: -5 chakra per post of mist gas release Cooldown: Duration of gas release + 2 Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user breathes out a flammable mist, that once it meets with an ignition source, explodes into a large fireball. The explosion is on par with an Explosion Tag, however over a far larger area. Can cause mild second degree burns and concussive bruising.

Most commonly used to change direction quickly mid-air; this jutsu can be used to push the user away from a solid surface, slow the body in a fall/slide, or create a small cloud of dust or debris.
Name: Hidden Mist Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -5 chakra per post Cooldown: duration + 5 posts Description: This displacement technique is a specialty of the ninja from areas with large sources of water nearby, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a per-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. Any Doujutsu with the ability to 'See' chakra can easily defeat the mists; as well as a sensor ninja of 2 ranks above the user.

The user may submerge in a body of water as small and shallow as a puddle. While submerged, the ninja is perfectly hidden, detectable only by sensors of 1 rank higher or more from the user; or a normal ninja of 2 ranks higher.
Name: Water Release: Archerfish Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This jutsu is nothing more then a simple jet of water; used to create the standing water for other, more advanced Water jutsu. The amount of water created is dependent on the User's rank. D-rank users would produce only a few gallons; C-rank up to 10 ft³ (Cubic Feet), B-rank 1 acre ft, A-rank 3 acre ft. This jutsu does have one other practical usage; it may be used to extinguish flames or fire jutsu; so long as the fire jutsu does not exceed the user's own rank; IE: the fire jutsu is C-Rank and the User of Archerfish is D-rank, the water would not be released in sufficient quantities to stop the fire.
Name: Ketatamashii no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D – S (S Rank) Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: To end of Suture Material Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: - Appropriate Chakra Cost per Post Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: While using a suture the caster may imbue the metal and string with pure chakra. This causes the metal and stitching material to heat up. This cauterizes the wound. It does not actually burn the wound shut, but scars the open area so it is no longer raw, and the patient does not continue to bleed as bad. The amount of chakra needed to do this depends on the rank of the wound and weapon that caused it. D Rank: -5 Chakra per Post. This can be used to for wounds up to an inch or so wide, or those caused by a D rank weapon. C Rank: -5 Chakra Per Post. This can be used for wounds up to an inch and a half wide, or those caused by C rank weapons. B Rank: -5 Chakra per Post. This can be used for wounds up to two and a half inches wide, or those caused by B rank weapons. A Rank: -10 Chakra per Post. This can be used for wounds up to five inches wide, or those caused by A rank weapons. S Rank: - 10 Chakra per post. This can be used for wounds up to 10 inches wide, or those caused by S rank weapons.

As the user places his/her hands on the victim the chakra coats the caster's hands, the part touched and any part the hands are held over are numbed. The area within the touch will not feel any pain for the duration of the jutsu. After touching the area the user can lift his/her hands off the place and that area will still feel numb. This jutsu's effectiveness depends on the rank used. D Rank: This can numb an area about two inches across and no more than a half inch deep. C Rank: This can numb an area about two and a half inches across and no more than an inch deep. B Rank: This can numb an area about five inches wide and no more than two inches deep. A Rank: This can numb an area about seven inches wide and no more than three inches deep. S Rank: this can numb an area about ten inches wide and no more than five inches deep.

It debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again, or take the target into custody. This is a D-rank ninjutsu where the intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level of skill. This jutsu will only work on people who are your rank or lower. If used on someone of your rank, there is only a 50% chance of the jutsu succeeding. The jutsu can be cast on a maximum of 3 targets at once.
Name: Ninja Art: Solar Flare Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This jutsu requires no hand signs; instead the user raises their hands so that fingers are spread wide and the palm is flattened and facing inward, the tips of the middle and ring fingers touching the user's temple and face. The user then channels a burst of chakra to the hands, releasing it instantaneously as a blinding flash of light. The flash is bright enough to stun for 1 post and blind for 2 more post anyone standing within a fan shaped radius of 10 meters in front of the user.
Name: Snap Spark Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu OR Chakra Flow Duration: / Cooldown: 2 posts Description: An extremely simple jutsu in practice and function; the user merely focuses a small amount of chakra to the pad of the thumb of their dominant hand and then snaps their fingers normally. This causes a small burst of sparks to fall to the ground. This jutsu is meant to be a quick ignition source for other jutsu; but may also be used as a distraction. The sparks are no hotter then what fall from a child's sparkler and cause no damage; but the sting can make for a useful surprise.
Name: Smokescreen Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu OR Chakra Flow Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user inhales deeply; mixing chakra in their lungs and throat to produce a thick cloud of black smoke over a specified area. Within the smoke cloud the visibility is reduced to less then three feet. The smoke is not-lethal; but it does sting the eyes and lungs; causing anyone caught in it to cough, wheeze, and tear up. Can be dispelled with a Wind jutsu of equal or higher rank.
Name: Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique - (Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu - 魔幻・奈落見の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short - (0-5 meters) Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This is a genjutsu that reveals the fears that dwell inside people's hearts. Everyone has an image of the one thing they wouldn't want to ever see. This genjutsu is a technique that draws forth such an image from within the heart and has one mistake it for reality. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. On the second post (having been affected), the illusion will begin. The target must be within the 5 meter radius to be affected and once the target has been affect by the Genjutsu, they will begin to see, hear and even feel their most horrific fears come to life before them. If the worst fear is tied to pain in some manner (burning, physical tourture, rape, etc), then this jutsu will break on it's own, due to it's inability to cause a pain response in the brain.

It debilitates the victim for a period of time, which allows the user to either strike again, or take the target into custody. The technique can also be cast on many target at once, dependent on the user's overall rank. B-Rank users may detain up to 5 people; A-Rank 10 people; S-Rank 15 or more. At S-rank you may pay an addition chakra cost of 10 chakra per 5 people beyond the normal limit of 15.
