| - Weapons Tech Abilities:
-Taijutsu- Name: Rapid Fire Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Wind, Lightning, Fire Range: Close Specialty: Weapons Tech/Taijutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: A quick, rapid succession of punches (Between 7 and 10) usually aimed at the head and body, ended by a right handed haymaker, (powerblow) which can be aimed at either the body or head. Users can mix up their attacks as they please. With Mesh Gloves equipped, this attack becomes much more dangerous. Chakra cost for each element: 25 Wind: If Wind-Natured chakra is channeled into the Mesh Gloves, the range increases from Close to Mid-Range. The Wind makes it so that even if the punches themselves miss, the Wind will still impact the target as if the punches themselves were connecting. Upon physical contact with another target, the attacks can bruise internal organs. Physical contact with the head can stun targets for as long as 3 posts. Lightning: If Lightning-Natured chakra is channeled into the Mesh Gloves, blows will cause 2nd degree burns where ever they impact, and are the equivelant of 50,000 volts (The same as a modern day Taser) often causing long lasting stinging sensations and numbness. Physical contact with the head has a 25% chance of causing total paralyzation, and can stun targets for as long as 3 posts. Fire: If Fire-Natured Chakra is channeled into the Mesh Gloves, similar to Lightning, it will also cause 2nd degree burns upon contact. Repeated blows in the same area will escalate the burns to 3rd degree, extending to all layers of the skin, and finally 4th degree, which additionally involves injury to deeper tissues, such as muscle or bone. Fire also comes with the added benifit of setting flammable substances ablaze, such as a victim's clothes, or whatever may be in the environment. Name: Mossberg 500 Kick Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: - Range: Mid Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user pushes himself forward rapidly, thrusting all of their weight into a hard kick toward the chest or head area. A successful unprotected chest blow will send the target backwards and knock the wind from the lungs, stunning the target for 3 posts. An unprotected head shot will cause a brain hemorrhage, which is a type of stroke. It's caused by an artery in the brain bursting and causing localized bleeding in the surrounding tissues. This bleeding kills brain cells. Injury is the most common cause of bleeding in the brain for those younger than age 50. Death is assured if no medical attention is received after 3 posts. The Mossberg 500 Kick will destroy armor it's rank and lower. If combined with Mesh Boots, this attack becomes much more dangerous. Name: Roll Over Kick Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: - Range: Mid Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user jumps, completes a full revolution while airborne to build momentum, and uses it in the form of a kick, usually aimed at the head or neck. A successful unprotected chest blow will knock the target down and cause the wind to be expelled violently from the lungs, stunning the target for 3 posts. An unprotected head shot will cause a brain hemorrhage, which is a type of stroke. It's caused by an artery in the brain bursting and causing localized bleeding in the surrounding tissues. This bleeding kills brain cells. Injury is the most common cause of bleeding in the brain for those younger than age 50. Death is assured if no medical attention is received after 3 posts. The Roll Over Kick will destroy armor it's rank and lower. If combined with Mesh Boots, this attack becomes much more dangerous. Name: Drunken Fist Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive and Defensive Element: - Range: Close Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 5 posts, or until knocked out of the state Cooldown: 10 posts Description: Drunken Fist is a unique style of combat that can not be learned, taught, nor refined through training and practice. Drunken Fist fighters are not simply drunk: they become human powerhouses who'll strike unpredictably with an explosive fury and without any second thoughts about their actions. Once drunk, the user will lose their ability to know friend from foe and attack whomever is in their vicinity. For 5 posts after drinking an alcoholic substance, the user gains +1 to Taijutsu and an increase in strength, speed and durability by 30%. However, taking a hard enough blow, or the sight of blood will cause the user to sober up, even if this occurs right after the turn used to consume alcohol, and the user still has to suffer a 10 post cooldown in "Hangover Mode." In this state, users suffer -1 to Taijutsu and a 60% decrease in strength, speed and durability. Name: Lightning Release Armour (雷遁の鎧 Raiton no Yoroi) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Defensive, Supplementary Element: Raiton Range: Self Specialty: Taijutsu, Weapons Tech Duration: Until cancelled Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: This armour, combined with taijutsu, allows the user to utilise nintaijutsu. The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. (This jutsu boosts the max movement speed of the user by 60 MPH, it cannot however be stacked with other speed based jutsu, and will cancel out any speed based jutsu already in effect.) When using the armour at full power, it causes the tips of the user's hair to spike up and their reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with them. The armour also increases the user's defenses, drastically reducing - if not completely negating - damage from incoming attacks A-Rank and lower. Lightning Release Armor does absolutley nothing to guard against attacks composed of Wind. A strong enough Wind technique is said to be able to knock a user out of the Armour after a direct hit. Lightning Release Armour costs 30 Chakra to activate and 10 to maintain each turn afterwards. Name: Shun Goku Satsu ("Instant Hell Murder") also called the "Raging Demon" Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: - Range: Close (3 ft.) Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: Can only be used once per thread Description: A forbidden Taijutsu technique. The user must first prepare the muscles in their entire body, (Post 1) but in the process they cannot move or make any other actions, leaving them vulnerable. If attacked while preparing the muscles, the user will be knocked out of the preparatory state and must start again. The actual attack (Post 2) sends the user sliding in close range to their opponent to momentarily enter a frenzied state, (Aka Battle Trance) delivering rapid blows equivalent to upwards of 15 A Ranked attacks at point blank range in a very short instant, potentially killing them (If no S-Ranked medical techniques are applied within 3 posts). After execution, the user cannot move for 2 posts. Raging Demon can only be performed while under the Battle Trance. -Kenjutsu- Name: Hidden Slash Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: - Range: Close - Mid Specialty: Weapons Tech/Kenjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The move is a nearly blinding (Hence the "Hidden") and very accurate draw, slash, and sheathe of the sword. The attack can be aimed at any specific point of the body, usually somewhere sensitive, crippling or fatal such as the jugular vein of the neck, joints along the arms, legs, or the eyes. The slash will paralyze whatever unprotected body part it hits; (same rank and lower) if aimed at the eyes the victim will become blind; if aimed at an artery the victim will bleed out and die (after 3 posts) if not treated. Hidden Slash will destroy armor it's rank and lower. The move can be executed while standing still, running, or airborne. Name: Perfect Slash Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: - Range: Close - Mid Specialty: Weapons Tech/Kenjutsu Duration: 1 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user executes a hard 2 handed slash, horizontally, (---) vertically ( | ) or diagonally. ( / ) The attack allows it's user to be able to slice through materials as hard as steel; through flesh and bone like butter. A skilled practitioner can utilize Perfect Slash to decapitate his foe, (of the same rank and lower) and accurately cut off arms, legs, and joints. Perfect Slash can be executed standing still, while running or airborne. Name: Flash Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: None Range: 50 meters Specialty: Kenjutsu, Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 2 posts Description: A swift ranged attack where the user swings their sword at a target after coating it in chakra, releasing a sharp crescent of chakra in the arc that the blade was swung. Name:Cloud-Style Flame Beheading Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Defensive, Offensive Element: Fire Range: 3 meters Specialty: Kenjutsu, Ninjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user first imbues their blade with fire, before slashing in the direction of the desired enemy, resulting in the creation of large arcs of intense flame that follow the trajectory of the previous swing. This can be used to create a wall of flames either in a straight line or in a circle around the user, and anyone passing through it suffers 3rd degree burns over all parts of their body that touch the wall. Name: Dance of the Crescent Moon (三日月のMikazuki no Mai ) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: - Range: Close Specialty: Weapons Tech/Kenjutsu, Shadow Clone Technique Duration: 2 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user creates two shadow clones before proceeding to assault the enemy, with the clones attacking from the left and right and the user attacking from above. The assault occurs on three fronts simultaneously; it is almost impossible to catch the opponent flat-footed. Furthermore, the mighty sword strikes are so severe that receiving a blow from just even one among the three will inevitably result in a fatal wound. (Death if no S-Ranked Medical techniques are applied within 3 posts.) When performed with kunai, it is shown that getting hit by all three attackers of the technique results in a blow powerful enough to send the opponent flying through several buildings. The style and magnificence of how the user and their shadow clones leap and swing their swords at the opponent's upper body creates an orbital pattern, the elegance of which is reminiscent to the shape of a crescent moon, hence the technique's name. The same rules when creating shadow clones and even chakra division apply.

Name: Body Replacement Technique (Substitution Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: - Range: All ranges Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: With this technique, users replace their own body with some other object, generally with a block of wood, the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. It's a basic ninjutsu even taught at the Academy, but it's a useful art that can be applied in variety of situations. Body Replacement costs 10 Chakra. Name: Shadow Clone Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B-rank Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: / Duration: Until the clone is destroyed, dispersed, or runs out of chakra Cooldown: Three posts after the last clone is destroyed. Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance. A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user. (When making a Shadow Clone the user must spend 20 of their chakra per clone, however they may if they so choose give their clone more chakra. Example: If you want your clone to have 50 chakra then you must spend 20 chakra to make the clone and an additional 30 on top of that for the extra 30 chakra. Each clone otherwise will have 20 chakra unless given more - when the chakra is used up the clone will disappear.) Name: Clone Great Explosion Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: - Range: Close Specialty: Ninjutsu, Shadow Clone Technique Duration: Until the clones are destroyed or explode Cooldown: 5 posts after the last clone explodes Description: This technique is used to create a shadow clone that can be detonated. The clone looks like a normal shadow clone, which allows the user to get it close to the target without them expecting anything besides a normal attack, or the target might even close in willingly to try to attack the clone. Using multiple tricks and diversionary tactics to disguise the nature of the clone can make this technique more likely to be effective. An exploding clone can detonate with the force that will totally obliterate your average house. A victim (of the same rank and lower) caught in a close range explosion will suffer serious 2nd degree burns, lacerations, possible loss of limbs; 3 or more clones detonating within close proximity of the target results in death (If serious medical attention is not applied after 3 posts.) It costs 25 extra chakra in addition to the 20 Chakra to create an exploding clone. (55 Chakra) An exploding clone can behave in the same manner as a Shadow Clone, with the exception that at any time the clone can sacrifice it's own Chakra reserve to detonate.

Name: Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique (魔幻・奈落見の術 Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: - Range: Close (0m - 5m) Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Description: This is a genjutsu that reveals the fears that dwell inside people's hearts. Everyone has an image of the one thing they wouldn't want to ever see. This genjutsu is a technique that draws forth such an image from within the heart and has one mistake it for reality. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in. If the mental image is a gruesome one, the shock will be accordingly great. Chakra cost: 10
Name: Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique (魔幻・此処非の術 Magen: Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu ) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: - Range: All ranges Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Description: A genjutsu that allows one to trick others into mistaking the place they're in for another. This technique's main feature is that it can be cast over an extensive surface, therefore any and all who step into the illusion's area of effect will fall under the spell. That said, it might not work so well on people who are well-versed or otherwise skilled in genjutsu. Chakra cost: 15
Name: Demonic Illusion: Double False Surroundings Technique (魔幻・二此処非の術 Magen: Nijū Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: - Range: All ranges Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Description: This technique places another illusion within another illusion created by the user. When the target dispels the first illusion, they will not realise that a second is in place. Chakra cost: 20
Name: Utakata - Ephemeral Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: - Range: Close (0m - 5m) Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Description: The user will start this technique by using only one finger on their right hand. Should this technique be used by a Sharingan user, the target does not have to look into their eyes, a glance at the hand itself will be enough. Once inside the illusion, the user can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them. Chakra cost: 25
Name: Kokuangyou no Jutsu - Journey into Black Darkness Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: - Range: Close (0m – 5m) Mid (5m - 10m) Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Description: Kokuangyou no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique which causes the ninja's opponent to be enveloped in total darkness. While in the black void, the ninja will be unable to see any incoming attack or threat. Chakra cost: 25

Name: Wind Style: Devastation (Fūton: Daitoppa) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive, Defensive Element: Wind, Fire Range: Mid - Far (10 - 15 feet) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Until canceled Cooldown: 5 posts Description: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior Shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away opponents it's rank and lower in the user's line of sight. The Technique can also be combined with other Jutsu such as Fire (On the second turn) to raise attack power, (+1 to Fire since Wind amplifies Fire) and weapons such as Shuriken and Kunai, raising their slashing and gouging potential dramatically. Devastation can be used standing still, running or while airborne. If fired at the ground, Devastation can also be used to boost it's user into the air to a height of about 15 feet. Skilled users can also use Devastation to slow a fall from a great height. Devastation costs 15 chakra to activate, and 5 to maintain each turn. If combined with Fire Release, the cost to maintain the Jutsu after activation raises to 10. Name:Wind Release: Godly Wind from the Mountains (Fūton: Kami Oroshi) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Type: Offensive, Supplementary Element: Wind Range: Mid - Far (25 - 30 ft) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts (can be canceled between posts) Cooldown: 6 posts Description: A super version of Devastation, this technique creates a vortex wind to blast at a target at 400 mph from the palms of the hands (Think Kamehameha.) Godly Wind from the Mountains has enough destructive power to easily sweep a well-constructed house from it's foundation, and uproot even the oldest and most ancient of trees. Victims S-Rank and lower will be violently blown off of their feet and left to the mercy of nature. Those lower than S-Rank will suffer razor sharp winds that can shatter armor, cause deep cuts, gouges and slashes all over the body, (making it easy to bleed out if left unchecked) pressure damage from the extreme wind speed, able to crush bone, (for example, a victim pinned against something solidly anchored to the ground can risk being crushed to death) and also risk suffocation as well as lung damage, as breathing while engulfed in such wind speeds will prove difficult. This attack can be combined with items, projectiles in the environment, and weapons such as Shuriken or Kunai to make the attack more dangerous, raising their slash and kill potential exponentially. Combining this attack with Fire will also raise attack power to dramatic levels. Godly Wind from the Mountains can be used standing still, while running, or in mid-air. It can be used to boost it's user into the air to a height of 30 feet, and slow falls from great heights. It costs 30 Chakra to activate, and 10 Chakra to maintain each turn after activation.

[ Name: Lightning Release: Shadow Clone Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive, Supplementary Element: Lightning Range: 60 meters max Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration:Until the clone is destroyed, dispersed, or runs out of chakra Cooldown: 7 posts after the last clone is destroyed Description: This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform techniques and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance; and also evenly distributes the user's chakra to each clone. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time discharging the equivalent of a C-ranked shock. A maximum of 5 may be created at any given time. This Jutsu costs 20 chakra to activate. Name: Thunder Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: Lightning Range: Long Range Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Description: This attack can only be used outside. It involves drawing natural lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of the strike and controlling it with Chakra. Unlike most techniques, which are based on the user's Chakra, this one uses natural lightning, which reaches the ground in 1/1000th of a second. However, the preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency, and also leaves the user vulnerable. If there are no active thunder clouds, the user must create them by using powerful fire techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions. Once a lightning source has been acquired, shaping and guiding the lightning to the target requires very little Chakra. In addition, usage seems to disperse the thunder clouds as the sky clears up of clouds after use. The technique can completely obliterate an area roughly the diameter of about 5 city blocks. The user can cause lightning to shower over the area like rain, causing paralysis, seisures, cardiac arrest and serious 2nd degree burns to whomever caught within the downpour, (same rank and lower) or the lightning can be concentrated into one massive bolt. If aimed at another person, the concentrated bolt can send a victim flying the length of about 3 city blocks, potentially remove limbs and leave large gaping wounds about the size of a basketball (Ensuring death if no medical attention is applied after 3 posts.) Skilled users can aim the bolt at a victim's head to cause decapitation. Thunder costs 30 Chakra to use. Post # 1: The user must locate a system of thunder clouds, or create them using a powerful Fire Technique. Post # 2: The user must manipulate the thunder clouds with Chakra to prepare the attack. Post # 3: The user casts the Thunder technique to accurately strike the designated target. The thunder clouds disperse after use and must be re-created in order for this attack to be used again.

Name: Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique (Katon: Gōryūka no Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: All ranges Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Description: The user compresses a large amount of Chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon head-shaped fireball. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes. 20 Chakra to use.
- Secret Weapons:
Name: Chakra Radar (Taught to him by Holeman) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D - S Type: Supplementary Element: - Range: All ranges Specialty: Holeman Clan Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The first Holeman, fully educated on the various powers one could gain from the Uchiha eye, surgically removed his own eyes, and those that chose to follow him followed suit, rendering future generations of the Holeman clan permanently blind. But because of the Elder Holeman's extensive background in Medical abilities, he devised a Medical technique that forced only several few Holemans into a state of "Evolution". Holemans cannot see, but all other senses (touch, smell, hearing and taste) were boosted to almost super human levels after many years of blindness. A Holeman can "feel" things around them by vibrations and changes in the air pressure. Holemans can remember anything they've smelled, and can naturally track the scent within a radius of roughly 5 city blocks. A Holeman can also hear things within that same radius, and can tune into almost any conversation, even if the people talking are whispering. A Holeman can also taste things in food that others cannot, such as poisons. The current generation of Holemans have also developed a sort of "radar." A small amount of Chakra is constantly emitted from the body and rebounded back to the Visual Cortex, a part of the Cerebral Cortex in the human brain responsible for processing visual information. (The Cerebral Cortex plays a key role in memory, attention, perceptual awareness, thought, language, and consciousness.) This allows the user to "see" the environment and other people around them in the immediate vicinity. Should they choose, a Holeman can even teach The Blind Eye to non-clan members that have the use of their normal eyes, with the drawback being that they must first close their eyes before making use of the ability. Attempting to use The Blind Eye and normal vision at the same time will result in severe migraine headaches that last as long as 3 weeks, and constant nose bleeds. The user is able to expand upon the usage of the constant Chakra Radar and scan much more of a distance. As the range increases, so do the details of the scan. A user can use a scent to track a specific person. Once found though scanning, the user can "zoom in" and even "lock-on" to the person or scent. People underground or using Doton Techniques to cover themselves are invisible to the scan. Being interrupted or startled while expanding the Chakra Radar can over-whelm all senses and stun the user for up to 3 posts. D-Rank: The user is able to scan a small area, roughly the size of a yard. People and animals in the scan that are outside of this radius appear as intangible blobs, and it is almost impossible to distinguish between the two. C-Rank: The user is able to scan a larger area the size of a city block. People and animals in the scan that are father away are becoming clearer and can be seen. B-Rank: The user is able to scan an area the radius of about 5 city blocks. Chakra appears as colors in the scan. Male, Female and animals each have their own color and can be distinguished by such. A-Rank: The user can scan an area the size of a village. The radar is so accurate at this state that the user can see clear details such as clothing, scars, tattoos and facial features. The Sharingan itself gives color to chakra, allowing the wielder to differentiate them.They are also able to tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular. The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user, allowing them to see the image of an attacker's next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body and counter-attack or dodge without any wasted movement. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not always have time to react. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near-perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied technique, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. The wielder of the Sharingan, through continued use and training, changes its form further, which involves the eye maturing fully until it has three tomoe. As the Sharingan develops, the user gains heightened abilities through the heightened ocular sense. Each tomoe must be gained through a time of extreme emotional stress, generally a real fear of the death of oneself or a loved one or a reaction to a loved one dying in an unnatural manner, with a word count accompanying the awakening of each tomoe. If the user wishes to keep the jutsu, they must pay for it like normal (Once the jutsu is learned, the chakra cost returns to normal). If the element used in the jutsu is not one of the user's elements, then the user must pay 1.5 times the normal amount of chakra to use the jutsu. (The copy cost, plus the affinity cost will compound up to 3x. In addition, the power of the jutsu will reduced by 25%) The clan member may not learn any jutsu outside one of their specialties. By establishing direct eye contact with the intended opponents, the user can lock them within a genjutsu of their choosing in order to achieve various effects. These effects range from inducing instantaneous, but temporary, paralysis or unconsciousness in an opponent to forcefully extracting any valuable information that they possess or controlling their actions. This technique can only be used against opponents of equal rank and lower. Attempting it against a higher ranked opponent will result in the technique backfiring. D-Rank: The user can trap 1 D-Ranked (Genin) opponent into a Genjutsu of their choosing for up to 1 post. Side effects can include headaches and nightmares. Chakra cost: 10 C-Rank: The user can trap 2 opponents C-Ranked (Chuunin) and lower into a Genjutsu of their choosing for up to 2 posts. Side effects include migraines headaches, nightmares, disorentation, involuntary muscle spasms and hallucinations. If the Genjutsu is used as a means to inflict physical torture, the opponent will feel the effects 1 thread after the Genjutsu is used. Chakra cost: 25 ______________________________ Name: Mangekyo Sharingan Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Supplementary Element: None Range: Self Specialty: - Duration: Until cancelled, 10 chakra drain per post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The Mangekyō Sharingan (万華鏡写輪眼; Literally meaning "Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye"), noted to be the "heavenly eyes that see the truth of all of creation without obstruction" (天壌の理を掌握せし瞳, tenjō no kotowari wo shōaku seshi hitomi) is an advanced form of the Sharingan that has only been activated by a handful of Uchiha. It has also been known on rare occasions to be activated by non-Uchiha. It is distinguished from a normal Sharingan by its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. Unlike the Sharingan, the appearance of the Mangekyō Sharingan differs from user to user with all known wielders of the dōjutsu having eyes that resemble variations of pinwheels. It has been used to cast genjutsu on tailed beasts, even as fearsome as Kurama, the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox. Chakra cost: 25 Name: Kamui Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D-S Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary Element: None Range: All Ranges Specialty: Mangekyou Sharingan Duration: 1-2 posts Cooldown: 2-4 posts, can only be used 3 times per thread Description: Kamui is a powerful Mangekyō Sharingan dōjutsu that creates a unique and specialised form of space–time ninjutsu. It allows the user to achieve two very distinct, yet closely associated feats — teleportation and intangibility. Left Eye The left eye's primary use of Kamui is based on line of sight and, as such, does not require physical contact to warp a target into the other shared dimension. By focusing to create a barrier space and concentrating on the target within, Kamui will distort space and the target will be drawn into the other dimension. After absorbing targets through this process, the user is able to eject them from the eye used at any time of their choosing, demonstrating the ability to eject objects with varying degrees of force. When using Kamui to teleport living beings, including the user, whatever the target is touching will be warped along with them and their chakra becomes untraceable. C-Rank: Kamui at this rank requires 2 posts to use properly. Objects as large as a basketball can be teleported. Suction damage from the barrier state if aimed at another person can cause heavy brusing and 2nd degree burns. Chakra cost: 15 B-Rank: Kamui at this rank requires 2 posts to use properly. Animals, such as dogs and cats, and small children can be teleported. Suction damage from the barrier state if aimed at another person can cause broken limbs. Chakra cost: 20 A-Rank: Kamui at this rank requires 2 posts to use properly. A full grown Human can be teleported through usage. Suction damage from the barrier state if aimed at another person can be used to separate body parts and even decapitate targets. Chakra cost: 25 S-Rank: Kamui requires 2 posts at this rank to cast. At this rank a user is able to cast the ability on objects as large as tailed beasts, as many as 10 people at the same time, and even themselves to travel long distances. Chakra cost: 30 SS-Rank: Kamui at this rank requires only 1 post to cast. At this rank a user is able to teleport as much as an entire village. Chakra cost: 35 Drawbacks Since this technique is shared by two different users of the same pair of eyes, both parties can use their own technique to counter the effectiveness of the other, thus making it useless to use against one another directly. With the original design long lost to time, a rebuilt, lesser version devised by Destiny Kane allows Alec to use the technique to integrate the DNA (blood, sweat or saliva) of others through physical contact, allowing him to obtain, understand and use any kekkei genkai they possess. The maximum number of kekkei genkai that the Chimera Technique can absorb alone is four.
