Description: The jutsu sounds exactly what the name says: the user is capable of creating anything that their imagination can come up with, and manifest it into a solid object: whether that item is just an item, a weapon, or some sort of defense or armor. There are a few rules however to this jutsu: the item cannot be above B rank in nature, and for each post the user has it in play they will suffer a constant chakra drain of 15 chakra per post after the initial 35 Chakra to start the jutsu. If the jutsu ends then the item will completely disappear, leaving absolutely no trace of it behind.
The user can create a permanent object of C rank or lower at the cost of 105 Chakra (SS rank jutsu cost x3): which will not need a continuous chakra drain after creation, and which will not disappear when the jutsu ends.
This jutsu can also be used in other ways, due mostly to how the user's imagination can work. The user could imagine the opponents weapons gone (which would take a continuous chakra drain cost to keep them like that, up until the jutsu ended, which would be when the items would return). If you use the jutsu this way you an only 'remove' items that you can see, and there is a limit to what you can 'remove': 20 D rank items/weapons, 10 C rank, 5 B rank, 3 A Rank, and 1 S rank weapon. 
This jutsu can also be used to injure or even kill an opponent (example: imagining an opponent with a broken bone(s) or other wounds (which can happen in just 1 post), or dead (which can happen in 3 as the user sees fit).
Anything created with elements, can only contain the user's elements (This means if the user only has Katon and Raiton they cannot create a tidal wave out of nowhere). This jutsu can also be used to create items for others to use, however the rules still apply dealing with chakra costs, and the item disappearing (if not made permanent) when the jutsu ends.
Anything created by this jutsu does not have to paid for due to the user not having to buy the materials and therefore creating them from their mind.
