Name: Fuuton Boost Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Fuuton Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu, Tatsumaki Duration: 1-10 Posts Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: The user focuses on their natural Fuuton chakra and produces a sphere of air that is condensed enough for the user to either stand or sit on. The user can ride this ball, gaining a +1 in rank to their speed. The ball can only last up to ten posts before it disperses. The ball is capable of being controlled at the user's own free will, making it useful for short chases, when the user needs a small boost. If the user is carrying someone with them while using this jutsu then the duration max is cut in half.
Name: Fuuton Bubble Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Supplementary, Offensive Element: Fuuton Range: 0 - 20 Meters Specialty: Ninjutsu, Tatsumaki Clan Duration: 1 - 10 Posts Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: The user is capable of manipulating and creating a ball of air about the size of a beach ball. The user can do several things with this jutsu: they can use it to create a ball of air around their own head, allowing them to remain underwater without the need of a re-breather or other jutsu for the duration. They also can use this as an attack: placing the sphere of air around an opponents head and essentially removing all of the oxygen. The suffocation takes three posts to accomplish from start to finish, and the user does not have to be touching the opponent to keep the jutsu in effect - so long as they remain within the max meter range (20 meters) to their opponent and remain conscious they will continue to be able to control the sphere.
Name: Fuuton Wall Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Defensive, Offensive Element: Fuuton Range: 1 - 20 Meters Specialty: Ninjutsu, Tatsumaki Clan Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 2 Posts Description: The user releases a 'wall' of wind by a simple gesture of pushing out with their hand, or pushing in the direction they want the wind to travel that, when it hits an opponent, will violently throw them back. When used in closed quarters such as a hallway or smaller room of a building this is used to smash their opponent against a wall or other hard object. It can be used to smash an opponent against a tree or other nearby object if in the wild. When used in an open area it can cause the opponent to fly backwards a max of ten meters. When used in close quarters it can cause an opponent to smash hard enough into an object to leave them stunned for two posts.

Name: Water Release: Archerfish Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This jutsu is nothing more then a simple jet of water; used to create the standing water for other, more advanced Water jutsu. The amount of water created is dependent on the User's rank. D-rank users would produce only a few gallons; C-rank up to 10 ft³ (Cubic Feet), B-rank 1 acre ft, A-rank 3 acre ft. This jutsu does have one other practical usage; it may be used to extinguish flames or fire jutsu; so long as the fire jutsu does not exceed the user's own rank; IE: the fire jutsu is C-Rank and the User of Archerfish is D-rank, the water would not be released in sufficient quantities to stop the fire.
Name: Generic Sealing Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D-S Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Touch Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3-8 posts, depending on rank Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expand the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. Any ninja with a chakra specialty (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc) is able to use the D-rank seal/unseal of this jutsu; in order to use items such as Portible Water Scroll and the like. C-rank seal/unseal and above is locked to Fuuinjutsu users.
Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Maximum of 5 posts Cooldown: Duration + 2 posts Description: A technique that physically restrains an opponent, as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. It debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again, or take the target into custody. This is a D-rank ninjutsu where the intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level of skill. This jutsu will only work on people who are your rank or lower. If used on someone of your rank, there is only a 50% chance of the jutsu succeeding. The jutsu can be cast on a maximum of 3 targets at once.
Name: Ninja Art: Solar Flare Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This jutsu requires no hand signs; instead the user raises their hands so that fingers are spread wide and the palm is flattened and facing inward, the tips of the middle and ring fingers touching the user's temple and face. The user then channels a burst of chakra to the hands, releasing it instantaneously as a blinding flash of light. The flash is bright enough to stun for 1 post and blind for 2 more post anyone standing within a fan shaped radius of 10 meters in front of the user.
Name: Smokescreen Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu OR Chakra Flow Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user inhales deeply; mixing chakra in their lungs and throat to produce a thick cloud of black smoke over a specified area. Within the smoke cloud the visibility is reduced to less then three feet. The smoke is not-lethal; but it does sting the eyes and lungs; causing anyone caught in it to cough, wheeze, and tear up. Can be dispelled with a Wind jutsu of equal or higher rank.
Name: Futon: Ryuusui [Wind Style : Stream] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Fuuton Range: 5 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 2 posts Description: A useful jutsu for manoeuvring mid-air, this technique is nothing more then a somewhat powerful, concentrated burst of wind from the user's mouth. Most commonly used to change direction quickly mid-air; this jutsu can be used to push the user away from a solid surface, slow the body in a fall/slide, or create a small cloud of dust or debris
Name: Whirlwind Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: - Range: Close (0m - 5m) Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 2 posts Description: A taijutsu technique where one launches a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark. So originally the high kick is little more than a feint. The attack can be performed airbone and while running.
- C Rank Jutsu:
Name: Futon: Rasen Fuusen [Wind Release: Spiraling Wind Ball] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This technique allows the user to breathe wind-infused chakra into the palm of their hand, shaping it into a small, whirlwind-like ball. Then the user will shoot it at their opponent. This technique is very fast and powerful, as it is capable of smashing through thick rock. Up to 5 at a time can be launched in rapid succession. The impact on an enemy is significant, causing major bruising and the moderate chance of fracturing bones. A shot to the head will almost certainly cause a concussion, and will result in the ninja being stunned for 1 post. Costs 15 chakra.
Name: Sickle Weasel Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive, Defensive Element: Fuuton Range: Short to Mid Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 - 3 Posts Cooldown:5 Posts Description: By freely manipulating the gale brought forth by her Giant Folding Fan, the many air currents collide and create vacuum pockets. The opponent is enveloped by this gale and is assaulted by countless invisible blades, carving up their body. Also the strong wind power will blow away all incoming projectile weapons and will even make the opponent unable to stay on their feet.
Name: Futon: Reppusho [Wind Release: Gale Palm] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive, Supplementary Element: Wind Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound are all increased by 1 rank.
Name: Futon: Kazejuugan [Wind release: Air bullets] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m), Long(15m+) Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user holds out their hand, palm flat and facing upward, where they condense their chakra into several pressurised spheres of wind that the user spits out in rapid succession towards the opponent. These air bullets are transparent spheres, and are roughly 4 inches in diameter. When fired, they travel at roughly 50mph. The user can spawn up to six of these bullets at a time before cooldown is enforced. Direct impact by one of these spheres will knock the victim back several feet, tear through any clothing it hits and leaving behind 1/2in gashes over a 6in radius. If a bullet grazes the target, it can leave small lacerations on any exposed flesh it comes near.
Name: Water Release: Gunshot Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m), Far (15m+) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed water ball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It is also possible to increase the power of destruction of the spheres themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The maximum number of bullet that can be produced it 6. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power. With a user the size of Gamabunta, the bullets can actually be more like cannonballs, making them much deadlier.
Name: Water Release: Starch Syrup Capturing Field (Suiton: Mizuame Nabara - 水遁・水飴拿原) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Suiton Range: Maximum of 30 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Maximum of 5 posts Cooldown: Duration + 4 Description: The user spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
- B Rank Jutsu:
Name: Violent Whirlwind Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m), Far (15m+) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user inhales deeply, condensing the air in their lungs while infusing it with wind chakra, before exhaling an extremely powerful stream of win from their mouth. The blast has significant range, but little on the way of width; as it is exhaled in a manner that focuses the force forward and reduces the fan-like dispersion effect most wind jutsu of this type suffer from. The blast is more then capable of severing limbs at close ranges, as well as causing a significant knock back effect; the knock back not to exceed a maximum of 40 feet when used at point blank range. A hit is guaranteed to cause significant damage in the form of lacerations of the skin and underlying tissue, sprains and possible dislocations of joints, as well as breaking of bones at extreme close ranges; as well as possible amputation if the blast impacts a joint such as the knee, elbow, or shoulder joints. The blast itself is extremely difficult to dodge at anything but the far maximum ranges, as it is released with such power and speed that it can create a small sonic boom effect; a testament to the speed with which this jutsu moves.
Name: Great Sickle Weasel Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive, Defensive Element: Fuuton Range: All Ranges Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: This technique is a more powerful version of Sickle Weasel Technique; many air currents collide to create vacuum pockets that slashes the opponent, with enough power to slice down many trees in a forest. This technique can deflect both physical and sound wave attacks and attack at the same time, making it both an offensive and defense technique.
Name: Shadow Clone Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B-rank Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: / Duration: Until the clone is destroyed, dispersed, or runs out of chakra Cooldown: Three posts after the last clone is destroyed. Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance. A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user. (When making a Shadow Clone the user must spend 20 of their chakra per clone, however they may if they so choose give their clone more chakra. Example: If you want your clone to have 50 chakra then you must spend 20 chakra to make the clone and an additional 30 on top of that for the extra 30 chakra. Each clone otherwise will have 20 chakra unless given more - when the chakra is used up the clone will disappear.)
Name: Barrier: Canopy Method Formation (Kekkai: Tengai Hōjin - 結界・天蓋法陣) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 5 Description: This technique creates a spherical detection barrier with the user at the centre. At the user's command, the detection barrier can expand, grasping everything in the room. The user is able to detect anything that moves inside the barrier space with their own "sense". The user may also move, the barrier will follow them as they move.
Name: Futon: Shinkuha [Wind Release: Vacuum Wave] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: 25 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user takes a deep breath and spins while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting blast of air is sharp and powerful enough tocause significant injuries even at maximum range. Within 10 meters, limbs can be severed by this blast, with deep 2in gashes left behind if the torso is hit. A head shot at this rate is an instant knockout to anyone of equal or lower rank; and a 2 post stun or anyone above; and can be fatal without b-rank or better medical treatement being administored within 5 posts. Beyond 10 meters the damage is less severe, but still significant; 1in deep gashes and instant 2 post stun to anyone hit in the head. Limb amputation is not likely beyond 10 meters.
Name: Futon: Tatsumaki Yurasu [Wind Release Slash] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: 25 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 5 posts Hand Seals: None Description: The user fills their hand with wind chakra, swinging it across in-front of them, releasing the chakra as they swing. It forms a blade of air over the path that the air travelled, causing it to rocket forward towards the target. It has powerful cutting force, enough to sever limbs on impact within 10 meters. The blade of air easily causes 3in deep gashes at all ranges, and can decapitate the target if fired from within 5 meters.
Name: Futon: Fujin no Jutsu [Wind Release: Dust Cloud Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: 10 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: -15 chakra per post Cooldown: Five turns Description: The user charges chakra around their body, creating a rising stream of high-velocity wind that picks up all loose dirt and particulate matter to create a blinding dust cloud. Inside the cloud the air moves like the center of a typhoon; raging from all direction and turning the particules in the air into a giant sandpaper blast. Between the abrading dusts and high pressure winds, nearly anything caught within the cloud but the user is torn to shreads.
Name: Water Release: Water Encampment Wall Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Defensive Element: Water Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: 10 posts, three uses per thread. Description: This jutsu creates a defensive wall around the user, a fence of sorts. Attacks are blocked with near certainty; with only attacks of A-rank or higher having a chance of penetrating the wall; and even then with only a 25% chance at best. The water can either be blown out from the user, or raised from an existing water source; but as this jutsu takes an incredible amount of water to maintain, it is preferable to use near an existing source such as a river or lake. The wall's strength and resistance to attacks is dependent on the amount of chakra the user pours into the water.
- A Rank Jutsu:
nName: Futon: Shinkugyoku [Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: All Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user takes a deep breath and then exhales several small blasts of wind chakra in such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage. Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function. The closer the enemy to the user, the higher the chance of full penetration; with someone within 15 feet being the most susceptible to this effect. Baring a strong enough body armour, a hit could prove fatal if taken near (Within 2 inches) of a vital organ or major artery. Costs 25 chakra.
Name: Spiraling Sphere (Rasengan ~ 螺旋丸) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: / Range: The user's palm Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: Spiraling Sphere creates a skull sized sphere of raw chakra in the user's hand. Performing this technique doesn't require any hand seals, it simply takes roughly six seconds of preparation, wherein the user concentrates a large amount of chakra into the centre of their hand, applying intense shape manipulation to contort it into a ball. This sphere can be maintained in the user's hand for up to two posts before dissipating. On impact, Spiraling Sphere can severe limbs [if it impacts with the appropriate joints] and cause severe physical trauma, shattering bones around the impact site as well as rending cleanly through up to six inches of flesh. While the Rasengan, unless impacting with the head or heart, cannot cause immediate death, it can cause severe internal trauma that can require immediate medical treatment.
Name: Hiding with Camouflage Technique (Meisaigakure no Jutsu - 迷彩隠れの術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -35 chakra per post || Maximum of 10 Posts Cooldown: Duration + 10 || Twice per Thread Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert manoeuvres but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills, except for particularly adept users, who can completely erase even their chakra signature with it.
Name: Beast Sealing Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 5 meter radius Specialty: Fuuinjutsu, Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 5 Description: After creating the necessary seals, a special sealing formula rises up in the form of multiple chakra chains and binds the target. This seal can bind a maximum of 5 targets at one time, and can hold anyone of equal or lower rank.
Name: Sealing Technique: Lion Closing Roar (Fūinjutsu: Shishi Heikō - 封印術・獅子閉哮) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: Once Per Thread Description:This sealing technique completely blocks the target's chakra with a sealing formula (封印式, fūin-shiki) drawn on the ground or a wall. This is done by closing all the tenketsu of the person caught in the middle. When the target is sealed, a stylised kanji for "close" or "shut" (閉, hei) appears in the middle of the sealing formula.
To successfully seal the target, one has to get them exactly inside the sealing formula. This requires great accuracy and is very difficult. Various methods can be used to make this easier. For instance, one can prepare a puppet or a ninja tool like the Lion-Headed Kannon with this sealing formula. The target is released after 5 posts, unless a secondary seal is placed or they are killed.
- S Rank Jutsu:
Name: Futon: Shinku Taigyoku [Wind Release: Vacuum Great Sphere] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: One Post Cooldown: Eight Posts Hand Seals: Tiger, Dog Description: A stronger version of Futon: Shinkugyoku [Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere], the user instead compresses the entirety of an inhaled breath into a single, massive sphere of chakra. This heavily compressed sphere is full of thousands of individual sections of razor sharp air tumbling over each other. The user can then fire it at a target, causing it to rapidly rocket towards the target, tearing through anything it hits with an impressive combination of cutting power and knock back force. The impact is more than enough to kill a man, as being devoured by the sphere would carve someone into thousands of tiny chunks. Costs 30 chakra.
- SS Rank Jutsu:
Name: Swift Release: Movement Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: SS Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Self Specialty: Taijutsu OR Kenjutsu OR Weapons Tech OR Kyujutsu Duration: 70 Chakra to start, 35 Chakra Duration Cooldown: Duration +5 Description: This is essentially an advanced jutsu that can be used to move at virtually instantaneous speed, granting the user an advantage over opponents with more strength than speed, such as users of Chakra Enhanced Strength. This nature therefore renders the user invulnerable against most Taijutsu. This jutsu boosts the max movement speed of the user by 60 MPH, it cannot however be stacked with other speed based jutsu, and will cancel out any speed based jutsu already in effect. The user spends 70 chakra to start this jutsu and pays 35 chakra for each post of duration. The user will feel no ill effects to using the jutsu, nor stuns. This jutsu cannot be stacked with Swift Release: Attack. This jutsu cannot be learned except by a teacher, and only once the student has reached at least A rank.
- ANBU Only Jutsu:
Name: True Paralysis Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Description: A technique that physically restrains an opponent, as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. It debilitates the victim for a period of time, which allows the user to either strike again, or take the target into custody. The technique can also be cast on many target at once, dependent on the user's overall rank. B-Rank users may detain up to 5 people; A-Rank 10 people; S-Rank 15 or more. At S-rank you may pay an addition chakra cost of 10 chakra per 5 people beyond the normal limit of 15.
Name: Body Elimination Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: / Description: Knowing full well that a shinobi's corpse is essentially a treasure trove of information, this technique is used by ANBU to completely destroy their body if caught or on the verge of death. This technique leaves no trace of the user's body behind whatsoever.
