As the range increases, so do the details of the scan. A user can use a scent to track a specific person. Once found though scanning, the user can "zoom in" and even "lock-on" to the person or scent. People underground or using Doton Techniques to cover themselves are invisible to the scan. Being interrupted or startled while expanding the Chakra Radar can over-whelm all senses and stun the user for up to 3 posts. D-Rank: The user is able to scan a small area, roughly the size of a yard. People and animals in the scan that are outside of this radius appear as intangible blobs, and it is almost impossible to distinguish between the two. C-Rank: The user is able to scan a larger area the size of a city block. People and animals in the scan that are father away are becoming clearer and can be seen. B-Rank: The user is able to scan an area the radius of about 5 city blocks. Chakra appears as colors in the scan. Male, Female and animals each have their own color and can be distinguished by such. A-Rank: The user can scan an area the size of a village. The radar is so accurate at this state that the user can see clear details such as clothing, scars, tattoos and facial features. S-Rank: The user is able to scan an area the size of a country. The radar allows the user to see places and other people in crystal clear detail, just as any average person would. The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user, allowing them to see the image of an attacker's next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body and counter-attack or dodge without any wasted movement. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not always have time to react. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near-perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied technique, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. The wielder of the Sharingan, through continued use and training, changes its form further, which involves the eye maturing fully until it has three tomoe. It allows the user to achieve two very distinct, yet closely associated feats — teleportation and intangibility. Right Eye: The unique trait of this eye is the ability of intangibility. When activated, any part of the user's body that overlaps with a solid object is seamlessly warped to the other dimension, making it appear as though he/she is phasing through them. If the element used in the jutsu is not one of the user's elements, then the user must pay 1.5 times the normal amount of chakra to use the jutsu. (The copy cost, plus the affinity cost will compound up to 3x. In addition, the power of the jutsu will reduced by 25%) The clan member may not learn any jutsu outside one of their specialties. By establishing direct eye contact with the intended opponents, the user can lock them within a genjutsu of their choosing in order to achieve various effects. These effects range from inducing instantaneous, but temporary, paralysis or unconsciousness in an opponent to forcefully extracting any valuable information that they possess or controlling their actions. This technique can only be used against opponents of equal rank and lower. Attempting it against a higher ranked opponent will result in the technique backfiring. D-Rank: The user can trap 1 D-Ranked (Genin) opponent into a Genjutsu of their choosing for up to 1 post. Side effects can include headaches and nightmares. In this illusion, Alec disappears and a black hole appears in the sky. As it devours all surrounding environment, it becomes larger and larger, slowly gaining the form of Alec's Mangekyō Sharingan as it devours the opponent, leaving them unconscious in reality. Left Eye The left eye's primary use of Kamui is based on line of sight and, as such, does not require physical contact to warp a target into the other shared dimension. By focusing to create a barrier space and concentrating on the target within, Kamui will distort space and the target will be drawn into the other dimension. After absorbing targets through this process, the user is able to eject them from the eye used at any time of their choosing, demonstrating the ability to eject objects with varying degrees of force. When using Kamui to teleport living beings, including the user, whatever the target is touching will be warped along with them and their chakra becomes untraceable. C-Rank: Kamui at this rank requires 2 posts to use properly. Objects as large as a basketball can be teleported. Suction damage from the barrier state if aimed at another person can cause heavy brusing and 2nd degree burns. Chakra cost: 15 B-Rank: Kamui at this rank requires 2 posts to use properly. Animals, such as dogs and cats, and small children can be teleported. Suction damage from the barrier state if aimed at another person can cause broken limbs. At this rank a user is able to cast the ability on objects as large as tailed beasts, as many as 10 people at the same time, and even themselves to travel long distances. Chakra cost: 35 Drawbacks Since this technique is shared by two different users of the same pair of eyes, both parties can use their own technique to counter the effectiveness of the other, thus making it useless to use against one another directly. Usage of this technique poses a large risk to the user. Pandas are known for their overall strength in both their legs and feet. A Sage's upper body and arms become somewhat larger to detail the increase in physical power, and legs are shown to be more muscular looking. Those using Sage Mode will find their strength increased exponentially. A simple punch would become a colossal blow, able to shatter bone, and rock, and even bend trees or metal. All 3 are equal strength and skill to that of an A-Rank Jounin. The Giant Pandas specalize in Taijutsu, are very intelligent and capable of speaking english. They are fiercely loyal to their summoner and willing to die to protect them. Name: Sage Summoning: Hai Bai Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Senjutsu, Panda Sage Clan Duration: Until Dispersed or Destroyed Cooldown: Once Per Thread Description: The Sage can summon Hai Bai, the leader of the Panda Sage clan. He has the strength and skill of an S-rank Jounin. Hai Bai stands over 50 feet tall, and answers only to the Sage who summoned him. Hai Bau is very intelligent and is capable of speaking english. He knows Taijutsu and Ninjutsu. He is able to exhale a tremendous blast of sound from his mouth that can destroy an area the diameter of 5 city blocks (This takes 1 post to charge, and 1 post to launch, and requires a 3 post cooldown after use). Outside of this personalized attack Hai Bai can use any Ninjutsu that the summoner knows.

| Inuzuka Clan Jutsu Name: Four Legs Technique Canon/Custom: Cannon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 2 posts Description: This technique grants animal-like accelerated fighting instinct and reflexes to the user. By enveloping their entire body in chakra and moving on all fours, they can obtain high speed movement and reflexes like that of a wild animal. Taught only to the members of the Inuzuka clan, this technique forms the basis of a Inuzuka clan member's taijutsu fighting style, and will add even more to their feral-like appearances; their canine teeth, their finger and toenails grow to claw-like length, their eyes also become more wild with their pupils becoming slits. When under the effects of this technique, an Inuzuka will display great feats of physical strength, speed, agility and endurance. The form is best suited for using and supporting the ferocious "hit-and-run" tactics that the clan is well known for, leaving the enemy barely any time to launch a counter attack. This jutsu costs 5 chakra each post to maintain. Name: Piercing Fang Canon/Custom: Cannon Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Close (0-5m), Mid (5-10m), Far (10m+) Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 2-4 posts Cooldown: 4-8 posts Description: The user spins at a ferocious speed and delivers many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The damage it can inflict on a human target can be extremely damaging; and because of the user's spinning and claws residing at the apex of the tornado like cone, it can readily tear through thick tree branches and chakra reinforced earth wall; all of which with a radius thicker than the user itself. This attack is done alone but it can be done with a partner, making it more effective. While the jutsu is active, the user barrels across the terrain at or above normal running speed, as the spin works to pierce the air and reduce drag to some degree; which when combined with the Four Legs Technique enhances speed by 1.75 to 2x. That being said, steering can be an issue for an Inuzuka without significant practice. When the jutsu is first learned, the speed and sharpness of turns is fairly terrible; which is made up for to some degree by the explosive power of the jutsu. As the user trains and fine tunes thier control, they are able to reach an almost pin point control and accurracy. Name: Man Beast Clone Canon/Custom: Cannon Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: / Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: A modified version/mix of the Transformation Technique and clone technique, which is unique to the Inuzuka clan, allows a canine-user to transform their animal companion into a perfect copy of themselves. When combined with the Four Legs Technique, the user and the animal become virtually impossible to tell apart, since both act equally animalistic. Like any transformation, the technique can be broken by identifying and attacking the animal, thus dispelling the transformation. This technique is often followed by the Fang Over Fang. Name: Fang Over Fang Canon/Custom: Cannon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Far (15m+) Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user and ninken spin at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The sparks are no hotter then what fall from a child's sparkler and cause no damage; but the sting can make for a useful surprise. Everyone has an image of the one thing they wouldn't want to ever see. This genjutsu is a technique that draws forth such an image from within the heart and has one mistake it for reality. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. On the second post (having been affected), the illusion will begin. The target must be within the 5 meter radius to be affected and once the target has been affect by the Genjutsu, they will begin to see, hear and even feel their most horrific fears come to life before them. If the worst fear is tied to pain in some manner (burning, physical tourture, rape, etc), then this jutsu will break on it's own, due to it's inability to cause a pain response in the brain. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound are all increased by 1 rank. Name: Futon: Kazejuugan [Wind release: Air bullets] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m), Long(15m+) Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user holds out their hand, palm flat and facing upward, where they condense their chakra into several pressurised spheres of wind that the user spits out in rapid succession towards the opponent. These air bullets are transparent spheres, and are roughly 4 inches in diameter. When fired, they travel at roughly 50mph. The user can spawn up to six of these bullets at a time before cooldown is enforced. Direct impact by one of these spheres will knock the victim back several feet, tear through any clothing it hits and leaving behind 1/2in gashes over a 6in radius. If a bullet grazes the target, it can leave small lacerations on any exposed flesh it comes near. Name: Suiton Bushin No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: 60-meters from the user Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts after last clone dissipates Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. The clones also cannot use any technique outside of the water element. Also after using a technique they will dissipate as they are only made of 10% of the users chakra. The maximum amount of clones that can be created at once is 5. May cause temporary blinding if the opponent it hit directly in the face at close range (<5 meters); at which the blinding would last no more then 3 posts. Name: Water Clone Barrage Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Short(0-5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 6 posts Description: Attacking the enemy with a series of punches and kicks to force them backwards, the user then creates a small pool of water from which a single clone of himself emerges. The clone, alongside the user then buffets the target with a series of more kicks and punches before delivering a final kick and the clone then dissipates back into water. The user and the clone deliver a maximum of 16 blows to the target; causing significant bruising and pain, as well as a moderate chance for dislocation of joints or breaking of smaller bones. The user takes the water and charges it with chakra, wrapping it around their feet and using it to essentially skate over solid surfaces in a way that highly reduced drag and friction, allowing for a increase of speed equal to one full rank (Genin would move as fast as a Chuunin, etc). This speed boost only affects movement speed. The high-speed water ball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It is also possible to increase the power of destruction of the spheres themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The maximum number of bullet that can be produced it 6. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power. With a user the size of Gamabunta, the bullets can actually be more like cannonballs, making them much deadlier. Name: Water Release: Starch Syrup Capturing Field (Suiton: Mizuame Nabara - 水遁・水飴拿原) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Suiton Range: Maximum of 30 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Maximum of 5 posts Cooldown: Duration + 4 Description: The user spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand. Name: Water Release: Wild Bubble Wave (Suiton: Hōmatsu Rappa - 水遁・泡沫乱波) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive || Supplementary Element: Suiton Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -15 chakra per Post Cooldown: Duration + 4 Description: The user spits out a large volume of foam-like bubbles which covers the ground and reduces its friction, considerably limiting the opponents' movements. The bubbles are spit out with violent force that is capable of washing away most attacks, such as oil and fire. This technique can also be used as an effective smokescreen. Name: Water Release: Wild Water Wave (Suiton: Mizurappa - 水遁・水乱波) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: Mid (5-15 meters) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -15 chakra per Post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: A basic Suiton jutsu, water gushes out from the mouth like a waterfall and washes away the enemy. One can freely control the power of this technique with the amount chakra one releases. Name: Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Lightning Range: Eyesight Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 5 posts Description: When triggered, this Genjutsu tricks the target into seeing a pillar of blindling bright light decending upon the user. The effect is so strong that it tricks the target's brain into blinding the eyes and stunning the senses. The blinding effect lasts 2 posts, with decreased visual ability of 1 rank lasting 1 post beyond that. Users with Doujutsu of equal or lower rank to this Genjutsu are effected as if they had no special eye skills. Doujutsu of higher rank can 'see' through this illusion and render it useless. Name: Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C-Rank Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: 15 meters Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 3 posts Description: A genjutsu that allows one to trick others into mistaking the place they're in for another. This technique's main feature is that it can be cast over an extensive surface, therefore any and all who step into the illusion's area of effect will fall under the spell. That said, it might not work so well on people who are well-versed or otherwise skilled in genjutsu. The Genjutsu's effects are only triggered once the victim has stepped into the 18 meter, spherical diameter. The diameter of the sphere's radius is both 15 meters. If the victim walks/exits out the range, the genjutsu's effects will begin to wear off after one post. When this technique is evoked, the enemy is forced to walk in the direction that the user has previously mapped out while the victim thinks that he/she is still making their way towards their target/destination. Name: Dusk Crow Genjutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 10-15 meters in diameter Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This jutsu requires no handseals. This genjutsu can trap a victim in an illusion with no eye contact. Once the jutsu begins to start, the target will see the user beginning to lose parts of themselves which then turn into crows that fly off to the target. The genjutsu traps the victim in a torrent of crows, leaving them at the user's mercy, the enemy will feel like they are been attacked by crows as they flock around him or her, this jutsu can be used to distract enemy or even be used as a way of escape. The attacks of the crows leave no physical wounds; and any pain or solid sensation that is not born of this Genjutsu will instantly break the illusion. Name: Illusion Bell Needle Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Defensive | Supplementary Element: / Range: Mid-Range (10-20 Meters) Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: The user must attach a bell to their kuna/senbon. The bell's ringing produces a particular sound wave, which travels from the inner ear directly to affect the brain. This causes the users target to hallucinate, seeing multiple images of them, and making very hard to tell the real one from the illusions. Additionally, the target loses their motor skills with continued exposure to the ringing. This technique can be enhanced if the user uses Shadow Senbon to distract his/her opponent. If hit, the victim(s) is/are stunned for one post. Name: Crow Clone Technique (Karasu Bunshin no Jutsu - 烏分身の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Type: Offensive || Defensive || Supplementary Element: / Range: Maximum of 60 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Until dismissed or destroyed Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: A technique that produces a clone by projecting one's own chakra towards dozens of "crows". Because it uses crows as a medium, it requires less chakra than the normal Shadow Clone Technique, while still being able to perform techniques. The dozens of crows come together to form the body of a clone. When the chakra projected by the user is severed, the crows disperse, though the user is still able to continue to speak through it. The spears move with speed equal to that of a Special Jounin, making them extremely hard to dodge at close ranges. Name: Water Release: Water Beast Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: - 10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration +4 Description: The user manipulates water and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash the enemies away. The beast can fire the streams of water as long as the water source it is created from lasts, up to once per post and to a distance of 15 meters. The force of the claws is enough to shatter rock and dent steel. A direct hit from the claw will disable the enemy for 2 posts, as well as causing severe pain and busing, as well as the high possibility of fractured or broken bones. Name: Tajū Suiton Bushin no Jutsu (Multi-water clone technique) Canon/Custom: custom Rank: B Type: offensive Element: Suiton Range: 60 meters from original Specialty: ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 7 posts after clones are dispelled Description: This is basically a larger version of the water clone technique allowing the user to create a much larger amount of clones at the cost of more chakra, the clones are also some what weaker because of the increase in numbers. Instead of each of the clones being 10% of the users normal strength they are only 5% when summoned with this technique. Using this technique a person can create up to 15 clones. Just like the normal water clone jutsu the clones must stay within a certain range of the original. Once the clones are dispelled or broken, they explode with the force of an E-rank explosion pouch; not enough to damage, but enough to disorient and cause a small knock back (>10 feet) if more then 5 explode in close proximity. They leave behind large puddles of water that can be used for other jutsu when broken. Name: Water Release: Water Encampment Wall Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Defensive Element: Water Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: 10 posts, three uses per thread. Description: This jutsu creates a defensive wall around the user, a fence of sorts. Attacks are blocked with near certainty; with only attacks of A-rank or higher having a chance of penetrating the wall; and even then with only a 25% chance at best. The water can either be blown out from the user, or raised from an existing water source; but as this jutsu takes an incredible amount of water to maintain, it is preferable to use near an existing source such as a river or lake. The wall's strength and resistance to attacks is dependent on the amount of chakra the user pours into the water. Name: Water Release : Giant Bullet Ball Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m), Far (15m+) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user spits a very large, highly pressurized bullet of water from their mouth. The bullet ranges in size from roughly 2 inches to a maximum of 6 inches in diameter. The bullet moves at several dozen feet a second, making it difficult to dodge at close ranges. If preformed properly, the bullet exits the user's mouth with a spin like a bullet; hence the jutsu's name. This spin gives the bullet enhanced accuracy, much as the spin of a normal bullet would; enabling a sufficiently proficient user pinpoint accuracy and further decreasing the chances of evasion. The smaller the bullet fired; the greater the piercing power. A small bullet is meant to cause damage in a small area; punch through the body and take chunks of flesh with it in that way. A larger, thicker bullet however, is more lucky to cause crush injuries; breaking bones and causing major bruising and internal bleeding. The smallest bullets travel at 200 m/s; with the largest moving at a slower, but still impressive, 150 m/s. Name: Water Release : Water Dragon Bullet Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m), Far (15m+) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 posts Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user is able to create sufficient amounts of water themselves, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The dragon itself will not exceed a maximum length of 50 feet, nor a maximum diameter of 5 feet. The dragon itself is rather bulky, leading to a distinct lack of accuracy control; something that must be trained to overcome. This leaves the chance for evasion, if the target is far enough away and is quick enough. The dragon itself travels as easily twice the comfortable running speed of the average C-Rank ninja, but given the lack of control it can still be evaded if you are able to dodge to the side far enough, fast enough. The power of this jutsu is the sheer concussive force of the blast; which can be enough to render some targets unconscious, as well as cause major injuries. Massive bruising and extreme pain are guaranteed, as well as a very high risk for broken bones and moderate internal injuries. Name: Futon: Shinkuha [Wind Release: Vacuum Wave] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: 25 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user takes a deep breath and spins while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting blast of air is sharp and powerful enough tocause significant injuries even at maximum range. Within 10 meters, limbs can be severed by this blast, with deep 2in gashes left behind if the torso is hit. A head shot at this rate is an instant knockout to anyone of equal or lower rank; and a 2 post stun or anyone above; and can be fatal without b-rank or better medical treatement being administored within 5 posts. Beyond 10 meters the damage is less severe, but still significant; 1in deep gashes and instant 2 post stun to anyone hit in the head. Limb amputation is not likely beyond 10 meters. Name: Futon: Tatsumaki Yurasu [Wind Release Slash] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: 25 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 5 posts Hand Seals: None Description: The user fills their hand with wind chakra, swinging it across in-front of them, releasing the chakra as they swing. It forms a blade of air over the path that the air travelled, causing it to rocket forward towards the target. It has powerful cutting force, enough to sever limbs on impact within 10 meters. The blade of air easily causes 3in deep gashes at all ranges, and can decapitate the target if fired from within 5 meters. Name: Futon: Fujin no Jutsu [Wind Release: Dust Cloud Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: 10 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: -15 chakra per post Cooldown: Five turns Description: The user charges chakra around their body, creating a rising stream of high-velocity wind that picks up all loose dirt and particulate matter to create a blinding dust cloud. Inside the cloud the air moves like the center of a typhoon; raging from all direction and turning the particules in the air into a giant sandpaper blast. Between the abrading dusts and high pressure winds, nearly anything caught within the cloud but the user is torn to shreads. Name: Violent Whirlwind Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: 10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user inhales deeply, condensing the air in their lungs while infusing it with wind chakra, before exhaling an extremely powerful stream of win from their mouth. The blast has significant range, but little on the way of width; as it is exhaled in a manner that focuses the force forward and reduces the fan-like dispersion effect most wind jutsu of this type suffer from. The blast is more then capable of severing limbs at close ranges, as well as causing a significant knock back effect; the knock back not to exceed a maximum of 40 feet when used at point blank range. A hit is guaranteed to cause significant damage in the form of lacerations of the skin and underlying tissue, sprains and possible dislocations of joints, as well as breaking of bones at extreme close ranges; as well as possible amputation if the blast impacts a joint such as the knee, elbow, or shoulder joints. The blast itself is extremely difficult to dodge at anything but the far maximum ranges, as it is released with such power and speed that it can create a small sonic boom effect; a testament to the speed with which this jutsu moves. |

The closer the enemy to the user, the higher the chance of full penetration; with someone within 3 meters being the most susceptible to this effect. Baring a strong enough body armour, a hit could prove fatal if taken near (Within 2 inches) of a vital organ or major artery. Name: Futon: Kaze no Yaiba [Wind Release: Blade of wind] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: 2 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 5 Description: The user gestures with their index and middle fingers, channelling a large amount of chakra through them that forms an invisible blade of wind the user can manipulate in a short range around themselves. This blade is incredibly sharp, able to easily tear through everything in it's path. This blade, while having a very limited range is incredibly fast, combining that with the fact that it is invisible makes it hard to avoid. Name: Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Mid (5-15m), Long (15m+) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 2 posts (1 post charge up, 1 post effect) Cooldown: 15 posts, twice per thread. Description: This technique extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to several dozen metres high. Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilisation is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. It is very possible for this jutsu to be lethal, whether through drowning the enemy, the debris swirling in the water with them, or the sheer force of the water crashing upon them. If the victim is lucky enough to survive the initial attack, they can expect everything from internal bruising to broken bones, as well as a moderate to severe concussion if the water impacts the head. The sheer size of this jutsu makes it extremely difficult to escape; as they would be caught in the wave of desctruction even if they manage to avoid the initial impact of the crashing wave. Name: Lightning Beast Running Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Lightning Range: 40 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post, -20 chakra per additional post. Cooldown: Duration +5 Description: By manipulating lightning chakra into their hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a hound. The hound remains connected to the user's hand, allowing them to control it during its attack. The hound moves with the speed on an A-ranked Jonin. Contact with the beast causes instant 2nd degree burns over 50% of the body, and 2 post stun with a 3rd post of speed reduction equal to 1 rank. Once the beast has made contact with a living or metal target, it disperses and cooldown takes effect. Name: Chidori (千鳥) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Lightning Range: 15 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. Extremely effective in piercing through flesh and bone, Chidori can easily amputate limbs if impact is recieved at a joint or the bone is shattered. It's not unusual to see Chidori wounds that show true pierce-through even at the thickest part of the abdomin; and every wound show evidence of severe burning at the points of impact; with instant second degree electrical burns and cauterization of flesh in the wounds. Name: Lightning Release: Raiton Bullets Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Lightning Range: 50 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per bullet Cooldown: / Description: By focusing Raiton chakra into the shape of bullets,the user is able to enhance and improve the damage capability of the attack significantly.Each bullet is capable of piercing through several inches of solid steel, over a foot of solid rock, and veryeasily through the body of a human. Each bullet is roughly 2in 3 and impacts with damage similar to TNT detonating. The bullet will easily peirce through the body unless protected by armor with Raiton resistance of equal or higher rank; leaving behind a gaping wound and significant 3rd degree electrical burns radiating outward 6in from the entry point. 2nd degree burns radiate out an additional 6 inches from the edge of the 3rd degree burns. Name: Temple of Nirvana Technique (Nehan Shōja no Jutsu - 涅槃精舎の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 100 meters Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: Maximum of 7 posts (2 Post Feather Rain, 5 Post sleep) Cooldown: 15 Posts Description: It is a powerful genjutsu that generates a fluttering rain of sleep-inducing, illusory white feathers. Whomever sees them as they fall, piling up and covering the whole target area, will experience Eden-like bliss and fall into a state of tranquil slumber. No matter how much one resists the hypnotic spell, the desire to sleep is instinctive, and there's no fighting it. However, an experienced shinobi will be able to dispel the genjutsu before it takes effect. The feathers will rain for 2 posts, and anyone caught in this Genjutsu will sleep for 5 posts. Name: Bringer of Darkeness Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short to Mid (0-25 Meters) Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: -25 chakra per post Cooldown: Once per thread Description: This technique exerts an hallucinatory effect upon the eyesight, effectively blinding the opponent. No matter how skilled an opponent may be, they are forced to wait helpless in this world of darkness, as this technique allows the user to attack unseen. Although it negates sight, it does not stop the other senses. S-rank ninja or those with S-rank Doujutsu are able to negate this jutsu after 2 posts. Name: Spiraling Sphere (Rasengan ~ 螺旋丸) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: / Range: The user's palm Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: Spiraling Sphere creates a skull sized sphere of raw chakra in the user's hand. Performing this technique doesn't require any hand seals, it simply takes roughly six seconds of preparation, wherein the user concentrates a large amount of chakra into the centre of their hand, applying intense shape manipulation to contort it into a ball. This sphere can be maintained in the user's hand for up to two posts before dissipating. On impact, Spiraling Sphere can severe limbs [if it impacts with the appropriate joints] and cause severe physical trauma, shattering bones around the impact site as well as rending cleanly through up to six inches of flesh. While the Rasengan, unless impacting with the head or heart, cannot cause immediate death, it can cause severe internal trauma that can require immediate medical treatment. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuverer but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills, except for particularly adept users, who can completely erase even their chakra signature with it. |
