Description: The user initiates a string of hand signs before forging a single seal across one of their palms by concentrating chakra to their hands. The seal is an Uzumaki transport seal, but more chakra orientated, and thus once he commands the seal to activate using the vocal command "Open" the seal will spread across the air creating a circle with a 2 meter diameter. Opposing chakra of B rank and lower (ninjutsu, genjutsu, fuuinjutsu, etc) that would strike the seal will be absorbed into the seal and disappear forever. This jutsu can remain active for an entire turn. But will dispel immediately after the one post duration, or if a jutsu of A rank or higher strikes the seal. The user can also dispel the seal by using the vocal command "Close." This jutsu can absorb 2 jutsu of it's own rank, 1 jutsu one rank higher, and four jutsu one rank below.

Once opened, the seal will emit 10 balls of electricity which will morph and manipulate into rabbits. Each rabbit will run across the air at 40m/s and are manipulated simply by the user willing them so.

Awesome. Changes made to the clone. I have no idea what to change 3 inches to. Could i perhaps say 1 inch per post if it were to constantly spin through flesh?

Twin Seal : Kyuushu and Ikakeru, Ninja Art: Solar Flare are two site jutsu which i wish to get utilising my two free D rank jutsu. I will pay and train for Fissure Chronocles seeing as it got the all clear, and pay and train Earth Masouleum Dumpling. And Volt Outburst Therapy is a custom jutsu that i made which needs a look at, but once approved, will take it as one of my C freebies.

I'm fine with Volt Outburst Therapy. Freebies approved, post the training for Fissure Chronicles when you get to it. Ryo deducted for it.

Used 3 freebie B ranks on: Lightning Release: Thunderbolt (Raiton: Rakurai - 雷切・落雷), Name: Earth Release: Earth Mausoleum Dumpling (Doton: Doryō Dango - 土遁・土陵団子), and The Fissure Chronicles (Wareme wa, kuronikuru ~ 割れ目は、クロニクル), thus sending them straight to my jutsu list.
