| Clan Based Jutsu:
Name: Lightning Release: Detection Web Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Lightning Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 8 posts Description: This just is used primarily for detection purposes. In essence, you create a web of lightning chakra that covers a circular area radiating for up to 15 meter(45 feet) from where the user stands. The chakra itself is emitted from the both the user's hands and feet; requiring that they be either knelling upon the surface they wish to use the jutsu over; or using some form of a chakra medium. This means that the user cannot move without causing the jutsu to break; rendering them helpless to a degree. A ninja that has trained the jutsu sufficiently may be able to use the jutsu with just their feet (requires a n extra training post of 1000 words or more). The user is able to sense both the breaks in the line caused by someone walking over the web, as well as the faint bursts of electrical energy that the nervous system uses to communicate with the body. The web of chakra may be cast underground; at a loss of 50% of the total range, due to the resistance of the earth to the electrical nature of the jutsu. If the web is lain above ground; the lines of chakra are somewhat difficult to spot; as they are as thin as ninja wires; but do release a faint glowing; which can be seen in a sufficiently dark area. There is no effect to standing upon, or inside the web, as the electrical charge of the lines is too low for the average human to sense without coming in direct contact.
Name: Lightning Release: Barrier Web Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Supplementary, Defensive Element: Lightning Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Specialty: Fuuinjutsu (Requires Lightning Release: Detection Web) Duration: -5 chakra per post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This is a branch of the Lightning Release: Detection Web. While the fundamentals are the same; the user has trained enough to allow them to freely control the web itself, while increasing the amount of power they are able to apply to this jutsu. This allows the user to create a solid web; through which they me trap an enemy, or use as a defensive shield of sorts. When laying flat; the web retains the size of the original jutsu; but when raised into the dome shaped barrier form, it constricts to a diameter of no more then 7 meters. When in dome form; the lines of chakra that form the web become as thick as ropes; with enough lightning chakra coursing through them to easily stun a ninja, and cause minor burns at the contact point. The “floor” of the web is burried in the ground to a dept of half a foot; allowing anyone contained within to stand and move normally. Escape is difficult; it is possible to break free through sheer force; but the pain and damage caused would be intense. It would require a jutsu of equal rank or higher to the user, or else a resistance to Raiton that would allow the trapped person to tolerate the effects of the walls. The walls themselves are resistant to weaponry; they will stop or deflect up to 20 small projectiles at any time, while any that escape that are made of an electrical conducting substance are charged with the power of a D-rank shock. This can be both a blessing and a curse; depending on who is inside the barrier.

Name: Time Reversal Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This technique puts the target in a state of reverse hypnosis, allowing them to remember details that they otherwise would not. The target will comply with interrogation, but seems to retain his or her personality while under hypnosis.
Name: True Paralysis Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Description: A technique that physically restrains an opponent, as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. It debilitates the victim for a period of time, which allows the user to either strike again, or take the target into custody. The technique can also be cast on many target at once, dependent on the user's overall rank. B-Rank users may detain up to 5 people; A-Rank 10 people; S-Rank 15 or more. At S-rank you may pay an addition chakra cost of 10 chakra per 5 people beyond the normal limit of 15.
Name: Body Elimination Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: / Description: Knowing full well that a shinobi's corpse is essentially a treasure trove of information, this technique is used by ANBU to completely destroy their body if caught or on the verge of death. This technique leaves no trace of the user's body behind whatsoever.

Name: Ninja Art: Solar Flare Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This jutsu requires no hand signs; instead the user raises their hands so that fingers are spread wide and the palm is flattened and facing inward, the tips of the middle and ring fingers touching the user's temple and face. The user then channels a burst of chakra to the hands, releasing it instantaneously as a blinding flash of light. The flash is bright enough to stun for 1 post and blind for 2 more post anyone standing within a fan shaped radius of 10 meters in front of the user.
Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: supplementary Element: / Range: short to mid Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: A technique that physically restrains an opponent, as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. It debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again, or take the target into custody. This is a D-rank ninjutsu where the intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level of skill. This jutsu will only work on people who are your rank or lower. If used on someone of your rank, there is only a 50% chance of the jutsu succeding. The technique can also be cast on every target at once, depending on the user's skill, and won't fail a shinobi during his missions.
Name: Twin Seal : Kyuushu and Ikakeru (Attraction and Fire) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This seal set is very simple, and has only one purpose. The user tags a target with a Kyuushu seal, which acts as a homing beacon for anything that has been tagged by the Ikakeru seal. The seals may be attached to a weapon, person, or surface; which for 1 post will allow for the homing effect. The homing is only moderately strong, and still rather easy to work around. The homing is only effective within a range of 5 meters or less. A jutsu or projectile will slowly adjust to hit the Kyuushu seal; but it cannot cause highly specialized adjustments. For example, a projectile will not move over obstacles or around walls, nor would jutsu. They would be drawn to impact the wall, blocked before they could make contact.
Name: Seal: Searchlight Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This seal is a bit different then most, as it is an offensive seal. The user creates a ball of chakra within their hand; which when thrown like a ball will fly until it comes within 5 feet of the target before bursting into a seal with hovers mid-air. From this seal, 5 small bullets of chakra are fired in rapid succession before the seal breaks and vanishes. The seal has a mild homing effect, as it may swivel as it fires the bullets, in response to the targets movements. However, the bullets are fired in straight lines and cannot change course once fired. The bullets cause little more then pain and mild bruising; however, if all 5 bullets impact then the target is stunned for one post. The main seal disperses with no added effects, vanishing from existence once the bullets are fired.
C-rank
Name: Fuuin Bushin Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 5 meters maximum from the seal Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: Until dispersed, broken, or resealed Cooldown: 7 posts from the point of jutsu break Description: This jutsu was inspired in some ways by Konoha's Crescent Moon Dance. A special seal is created upon a chakra tag or a solid surface, from which a clone of the user is created. The clones are equal in power to elemental clones, although they show a small amount of higher functioning. They cannot act fully independent of the user, nor act in a way different then the seal they are created from dictates. The clones are essentially programed to attack in a specific way dependent on the small variation of the basic seal; the enhanced functioning of the clones is limited to directional changing ability. That is to say, the clones are able to change the direction from which they attack from, in order to maintain proper formation while attacking. They are only able to change direction up to two times before they charge off in a straight line until they disperse from exceeding the maximum range of the seal, or are destroyed. The clones themselves have no access to a chakra pool; however, the seal itself is charged with chakra equal to 1/10th of the user's chakra; and upon breaking, explodes with the force of an average paper bomb.
Name: Elemental Seal: Shatter Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Defensive, Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 2 posts Description: This is a simple, if specialized seal. There is no base, and the seal is created with a single hand. The user creates a fist, with two fingers extended outward, and charges the fingertips with chakra. They then write the symbol of the element they wish to harness, which creates the seal of the jutsu. They then either smack, punch, or slice the seal with a blade to release the chakra. The effects are as follows:
Non-Elemental: The seal breaks, releasing a burst of very bright light and a sharp, high pitched note for several seconds that causes a 1 post stun and blinding effect to anyone that both sees and hears the seal break. If only the tone is heard, the affected is deafened for 1 post.
Wind: The seal explodes with a directed burst of air, that has enough power to knockback an enemy from point blank range up to 10 feet.
Water: Fires a low power bullet of water, equal to a gallon of water flying at roughly 20 mph. Useful for countering weak Katon or creating openings.
Fire: Creates a small ball of flame that flies forward from the seal at a rate of 20 mph. The flames are hot enough to cause a first degree flash burn, but little else. Can be used as an ignition source for other jutsu.
Earth: Fires several dozen small rocks with the power of a thrown senbon. The rocks cause little more then a small amount of pain and light bruising. Best as a distraction. If the seal is placed upon the ground, it causes the earth to buckle and rise upward 2 inches for a 15 foot diameter around the user. Effective for breaking balance or interrupting sprints.
Lightning: A single bolt of lightning is fired from the seal. Causes a 1 post stun and 1st degree burn for a half inch radius around the point of impact.
B-rank
Name: Lightning Release: Shadow Clone Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive, Supplementary Element: Lightning Range: 60 meters max Specialty: Ninujutsu Duration: Until the clone is destroyed, dispersed, or runs out of chakra Cooldown: 7 posts after the last clone is destroyed Description: This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform techniques and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance; and also evenly distributes the user's chakra to each clone. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time discharging the equivalent of a C-ranked shock. A maximum of 5 may be created at any given time.
Name: Paladin Force Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Fuuinjutsu, Kenjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 6 posts Description: The user applies the Kyuushu seal to an opponent before firing of a Seal: Searchlight to distract and stun the target. The attraction of the Kyuushu seal stacks with that of the Searchlight, which grants the seal an enhanced tracking ability. The seal swivels faster, and with better accuracy; however the bullets are still fired in straight lines. While the target is occupied with the Searchlight seal, the user either dashes towards, or leaps into the air after them; to follow through with a series of 5 sword slashes. The slashes are fairly strong, enough to cut several inches into flesh and possibly dislocate joints. A slash to the neck can prove fatal, as the slashes may be able to decapitate, if the slash cuts the spinal cord. Extensive bleeding from wound sites is a given, and slicing of vital veins and arteries is a possibility. The strikes themselves are random, with no set order to them.
Name: Gemini Slash Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Fuuinjutsu, Kenjutsu Duration: 1 post to set sealing tags, 1 post for attack Cooldown: 6 posts Description: This jutsu was inspired by the Dance of the Crescent Moon from Konoha. However, this jutsu differs in that the user does not create Kage Bushin, instead using Fuuinjutsu clones to create a similar effect. However, because the power of these clones is less then that of Kage Bushin, the power of the jutsu itself is lowered. The user takes one post to set three sealing tags around the opponent. This is usually achieved by attaching the tags to a kunai handle or, depending on the distance between the user and the enemy, by hand. The user then retreats to a distance of no more then 15 feet, before raising their sword in front of them. Where as the Dance of the Crescent Moon uses the ninja's movements to mold chakra around themselves before channeling it through the sword; in the jutsu the user simply slashes the opponent from four direction; one for the main user and each clone. The slashes themselves are strong enough to slice deeply into unprotected skin and muscle, no more then 4 inches. This can sever thin muscles, if the slash lands properly. If a joint is struck, there is the chance (less then 25%) of amputation. The chance of broken bones is high as well; anything weaker then the femur can be broken by this jutsu if the strike is correct. A head strike would cause a moderate concussion; as well as 1 post of blacking out, and a second post of stun. Once the strikes are delivered, the user must leap away as quickly as possible; as the seals that created the clones explode after each use, with the power of the average paper bomb.
Name: Lightning Seal: Light Crest Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive, Defensive Element: Raiton Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: 4 posts maximum Cooldown: 3 post from the point of seal break Description: This seal is both barrier and offensive, making a wonderfully useful one to have. Using his blade, Raijin projects the base seal midair, filling in the rest by drawing it with the tip of his blade. Upon finishing, the seal shines a bright white and hovers for a maximum of 4 posts before shattering. A modified version of Twin Seal : Kyuushu and Ikakeru (Attraction and Fire) is worked into the basic design of the seal; allow it to be remotely triggered by anyone with a chakra different from Raijin passing within 5 meters of it. Once triggered, the seal fires 6 small bullets of Raiton infused energy at the target. The seal is able to swivel much as Seal: Searchlight can, although in this instance the bullets themselves also contain a mild homing effect. That is to say; they will gently track towards the target; curving in large arcs until they impact something; at which point they will bounce backwards in a straight line in the opposite direction to what they where traveling. They may bounce a total of 1 times off solid objects before dispersing on the second impact. However, if used in conjunction with a barrier seal such as Lightning Release: Lightning Barrier Web; they may bounce indefinitely off the walls of the barrier itself, until they impact a solid object, at which point they are dispersed. The bullets are somewhat powerful; as they deliver a near second degree burn upon impact with unprotected flesh and release a sharp shock that can cause a nasty stun effect. If 1-2 bullets impact, the stun last 1 post. 3-4 bullets makes for a 2 post stun. 5-6 is 3 post stun, with a 4 post of reduced movement ability of 25%.
Name: Attraction Barrier Seal: Thunder Crest Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive, Supplementary Element: Raiton Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: A rather different seal; this Fuuinjutsu requires the use of some sort of instrument (bladed or otherwise), that is impaled into the earth in front of the user. The places the base seal upon the earth, which the user is then able to fire in the direction of the opponent. The seal travels at roughly twice the normal running speed of a man; and is able to hone to some degree. The honing is not strong, the seal with arc widely in an attempt to track; but it cannot move sharply; nor under, over, or through objects. Once contact is established; the opponent is trapped in the center of a large circle via a barrier. This barrier may be broken by anyone of higher rank, and someone of equal rank to the user has a 50% chance of breaking free. Once trapped, the outer circles of the seal begin to rotate; counter to each other. (One rotates clockwise, the other counterclockwise.) The friction of the chakra counter-rotating builds a static charge over the seal; which when released causes a massive shock to the trapped person. The opponent receives enough of a shock to cause burns anywhere that metal touches skin; through the arc heating caused of the electric discharge, as well as cause intense pain to the entire body. The nervous system is serious disrupted as well, causing one post of blacking out, as well as two more of complete stun. Once the stun fades, a fourth post of disorientation before the victim fully recovers.
Seal Explosion: Dark Cloud Bolt Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: 10 meters Specialty: Fuuinjutsu, Tsukino Clan Duration: / Cooldown: 5 posts Description: Dark Cloud Bolt is a rather new skill floating around the Tsukino clan. The premise is simple enough; an overcharged burst of Raiton chakra through the lines of the clan's Detection Web. Because of the force of the overcharge, the lines of the web explode outwards from where the user stands; destroying the web and cause massive electrocution damage to anything within a 10 meter radius.
Name: Elemental Crest: Shatter Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: / Range: 50 meters Specialty: Fuuinjutsu, Ninjutsu Duration: 5 posts maximum Cooldown: Duration + 3 posts Description: A stronger version of Elemental Seal: Shatter. Similar in function; the user creates a far more complex seal, allowing them to access much greater power.
Non-Elemental : Light Burst - The user creates the crest-seal midair; breaking it with a quick slash of a blade or other weapon. Upon breaking, the seal explodes with the force of a flash bomb; releasing enough noise and light to stun, blind, and temporarily stun anything within 20 meters. The user; while not stunned, is deafened unless their ears are protected. Deafening lasts 3 posts, blindness lasts for 1, and the overall stun lasts for 2 (first post blindness, second of recovery).
Wind: Windbust - The user places a seal upon the ground; from which a vortex of wind rises to a height of 20 feet. The vortex is powerful enough to pull in objects and people within 5 feet of itself and trap them inside. The winds are like razor sharp blades; slicing deeply into unprotected flesh to a depth of no more then 2 inches. The seal is able to travel slowly across flat surfaces at normal human walking speeds; and can be pushed or forced into moving in a specific direction via a wind jutsu of equal rank.
Water: Torrent - The user creates a seal above their head; from which a simple punch will send a maximum of three large balls of water flying upwards in a long arc towards the opponent. The key here is timing; as the balls are not controlled once they leave the seal, nor do they possess anything but rudimentary homing abilities. The balls are able to gently angle towards a moving target; but cannot make sharp adjustments nor any major changes in direction. The water is extremely heavy; causing significant crush injuries in the form of massive bruising at the point of contact, as well as high probabilities of dislocated joined and compression fractures of bones. Direct impacts with the target's skull will result in a moderate concussion and a three post stun.
Earth: Cataclysm - Placing the crest upon the ground; the user lifts a wall of earth then drops it; sending a wave of stalagmites towards the target. The wave has mild tracking abilities; able to turn towards the target at the point of initial release but nothing more. The rising stalagmites cause serious piercing damage; able to puncture up to 4 inches into flesh, but are stopped by bone. However, all but the strongest bones in the body would be cracked by the force of the stalagmites. The wave travels at roughly the speed of a running Chuunin.
Fire: Inferno - The user creates a seal of flames in front of themselves; charging through it and wrapping the flames around themselves. From here the user charges at the target; aiming to attack with both weapon and fire. The user is able to maintain the fire for a maximum of 30 meters or 1 post before it vanishes. Any physical damage the user causes is compounded with 2nd degree burns from the fire. The user also takes burn damage from the fire, however it is milder due to the seal offering moderate protection from the heat; roughly equal to a bad sunburn.
Lightning: Thunderbolt - Essentially just a stronger version of the Raiton seal shatter. The bolt itself is much larger, and travels a maximum of 50 meters before dispersing into the air or impacting the ground. Contact causes instant second degree burns at the contact sight; along with severe pain and a 2 post stun effect.
Name: Stalagstrike Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: / Range: 5 Meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user merely focuses a large amount of chakra through their feet and into the ground around them; causing it to explode outward and upward. The chakra takes the shape of crystalline structures that rise up from the ground in a 5 meter radius. They appear and disappear in the span in just a few moments; causing pierce and mild crush damage. The Because the bursts of chakra rise from below; the majority of damage is focused on the legs and lower body; piercing up to 2 inches into flesh and leaving moderate (> .5 in deep) gashes on grazing strikes. Smaller bones can be broken, but for the most part bone is not damage.
A-Rank
Name: Yataghan Vortex Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Melee || Length of Blade Used Specialty: Kenjutsu || Ninjutsu/Fuuinjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: The user charges both their sword and the bottom of their feet with chakra. The chakra to the feet creates a pad of highly reduced resistance that allows the user to spin in place at extremely high speeds without extreme effort. Once the pad has formed the user angles their feet in a specific way for balance, then swings the sword in either a clockwise or counter clockwise direction; depending on preference. Once the spin has begun, the user channels even more chakra to the blade to cause an overcharge effect and forces the chakra to explode outward. This explosion causes the user to spin faster, and enhances the damage done by this jutsu by 1 rank. The sheer speed of the spin causes a drawing effect, pulling in anything/one of B-rank or lower toward the spinning vortex. Impacts from the sword can easily sever limbs; and unprotected bodies can be sliced in nearly in half. Impacts to the neck will cause decapitation. Even grazing slashes bite deep; rending flesh without problem and leaving behind flesh burns due to the friction heat the spinning blade picks up. Armor of B-rank or lower offers no protections from this attack. The user is able to maintain this jutsu for as long as they have chakra; however on the turn they cancel the jutsu they suffer a stun that reduces their power, movement speed, attack speed, and reaction times by 2 ranks.
S-Rank
Name: Final Shatter: Quickening Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: / Range: 100 meters Specialty: Fuuinjutsu, Ninjutsu Duration: 6 posts; 1 seal per post. Final Seal: Luminescence can ONLY be used on the 6th post. Cooldown: Once per thread. Description: The final evolution of the Shatter seals; this jutsu is devastating in power and simplicity. It it also very difficult to complete; as it requires that all components are successful before the final Shatter can be completed. The initial Shatters can take place in any order; and so long as all 5 are completed; the 6th and most powerful can be used. The elemental attacks work like the keys to unlock the final, non-elemental seal: each must be broken and connect with a target (must be another ninja, chakra beast, or living creature unless otherwise stated) before the final seal can be used. The locked seal appears in the sky high above the user and target; 5 locked focal points filled with the kanji for each element. The seal is completely unaffected by attacks; which pass through it like it was nothing more then air. As each elemental seal is broken; the corresponding focal point is unlocked.
Fire: Pyroclasm - The kanji for fire briefly appears on both of the user's fist before being encased in chakra that is so dense and hot that balls similar to small suns form. The user then punches the balls towards the target; sending them flying as fast as a Jounin can sprint. The impact causes extreme burn and moderate crush damage: leaving behind third degree burns 2 foot radius around the impact zone and leaving second degree burns either through burning clothing or the force of the heat flash to another 50% of the body. The crush damage leaves cracked and shattered bones at the impact site.
Thunder: Red Whirl - The kanji for thunder appears on the user's dominant hand; from which it is encased in a ball of chakra. The user then throws the ball into the sky above the target; at which point it explodes into a maelstrom of raining lightning bolts. The air around the target is so superheated at it glows bright red; giving this seal it's name. The lightning itself can be lethal if the target is vulnerable to it; however most just experience extreme pain and more second degree burns at the points of impact: a total of 5 bolts will hit the user; the rest serve to heat the air.
Wind: White Whirl - While the user charges chakra into the thunder seal; the kanji for wind appears on their other hand. Once the thunder ball has been thrown, the user swings around in a circle; moving like they where going to uppercut the sky using the hand with the wind seal. This causes the air around the raining bolts to spin and condense into a vortex so dense that it instantly cools before condensing so thick that it turns white. Anything trapped inside the vortex is shredded by numerous blades of wind and hit with any debris that is picked up. The slices are fairly deep, each up to three inches deep. Any solid object travels through the vortex with enough force to break bones on impact.
Earth: Bullet Storm - The kanji for earth appears on the ground at the user's feet. Stomping the seal causes it to break; releasing a wave of earth that rises and crashes like a breaking Tsunami. When the wave crashes, a dozen bullets are fired from the earth; each roughly 6 feet in diameter and weighing close to half a ton. They fly towards the target as fast as a Special Jounin runs; and fall like rain around the target. There is no aiming the bullets, but they fall in a fairly tight formation. Upon hitting the ground or something solid they shatter into small pieces; flying around like buckshot in all directions. The small pieces pierce flesh to a depth of 2 inches; causing massive damage similar to the aforementioned buckshot. If a direct impact by one of the original boulders is achieved; the target can expect significant crush injuries: broken bones, internal injuries, and dislocations of joins.
Water: Torrential Downpour - Raising both arms into the air with palms flat and facing the sky; the kanji for water appears above the user. With a shout of "Rain Down!", the seal shatters and from the sky above the target rains down bullets of water the size of soccer balls. Hundreds fall; flooding the area and causing significant crush injuries. Bruising and broken bones are guarenteed; and there is a moderate (almost 50%) chance of drowning if this is the final elemental seal used; due to the sheer amount of damage caused by the previous seals.
Final Seal: Luminescence - Once the 5 focal seals are unlocked; the inner seal begins to glow brightly. The seal itself shrinks until it is roughly 10 feet in diameter; through the air until it is directly in front of the user. The user then moves to within 30 feet of the target; pushing the seal with their hands in front of them. Once within range; the user's hands begin to glow the same brilliant white as the seal: at which point they slap the seal before spinning around and using an elbow to shatter the seal. The point of the slap is to deliver the final burst of chakra that causes the seal to solidify; so that it can be shattered via the elbow hit. Once shattered tendrils of impossibly bright light emerge and race towards the target with speeds that few ninja could imagine. They then wrap around the target until it is enveloped in what can only be described as 'Holy white light'. The cocoon of light condenses around the captured target; forcing them to curl into a small ball before exploding with the force of 1,000 explosion tags. If the combined onslaught of the elemental attacks combined with this final explosion haven't killed the target; it is a guarantee that they are unconscious; nearly, if not mortally wounded, and unable to act in any way shape or form. If medical treatment by a ninja of A-rank or higher is not given within 5 posts of the completion of this jutsu however; the target will succumb to their injuries and parish.
Name: Arme Nier Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: / Range: 25 Meters Specialty: Kenjutsu || Ninjutsu/Fuuinjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user charges their sword with chakra until it glows brightly before shifting into a specialized series of movements. The user jumps into the air and spins into a front flip; spinning their sword with them. At the moment they untuck to land, the sword is brought parallel to the ground and pushed forward; causing the chakra to fire forward in a straight line blast that travels a maximum of 25 meters before fading. This attack does significant piercing damage; easily breaking through A-rank or lower armor and piercing through the unprotected human body with no problems at all. The chakra is so concentrated that it has become extremely hot, leaving behind 3rd degree contact burns that radiate outwards from the point of impact for 6 inches, with an additional area of 2nd degree burns radiating a further 12 inches. Bones in the way of the blast are shattered and destroyed; internal organs are cooked and crushed; and limbs could easily be amputated. A direct hit to the skull, neck, or heart will cause instant death.

Name: Star Fall Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: SS Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: Long (15 Meter or more) Specialty: Fuuinjutsu, Kenjutsu, Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post set up, 3 post maximum charge, 1 post damage (5 post total) Cooldown: Once per thread Description: Set up: Starfall requires the usage of a homing tag of some sort; most often that of Black Hole Vortex; although anything will do in a pinch. The user tags the enemy with the base homing tag, then backs away to a safe distance. At this point, the user charges a ball of chakra into their hand; throwing it into the air much like Seal: Searchlight. Said ball explodes into a seal very similar to the former, only with far more power. It rains dozens of small Raiton projectiles over the target; each of which causes significant pain and first degree burns. It takes only 5 of the projectiles to cause a stun that lasts up to three posts; as each five bullets to impact will extend the stun an additional post.
Charge:
Once the projectile begin to rain down; the user begin to charge the seal of their sword to project a new seal; both upon the ground below their feet and above the head of the stunned target. The charged sword is raised and suspended midair via a small, sustained burst of Raiton chakra. The sword is then spun clockwise; which causes the seal to rotate in the opposite direction. This allows the seal to charge from both the chakra draining from the user, as well as the friction of the counter rotating seals.
One post charge: only the sea of the blade will be visible, and the jutsu will fail if broken at this point. However, full chakra cost and cool down will be enacted.
Two post charge: a rudimentary, circular seal will appear below both the user and the target. The seal above the target will release a targeted bolt of Raiton directly at the target; causing massive pain, severe shock and electrocution damage, and painful 2nd and 3rd degree burns to the entry and exit points. 25% chance of fatal attack unless medical attention is given within 5 posts.
Three post charge: The seal will develop further, gaining an overlay of a triangular seal with empty focal seals at each point. At this level, the user themselves is engulfed in a crackling veil of Raiton chakra "falling" from the blade towards the seal below their feet; which signals the feeding of the stored friction energy being transferred to the actual attack seal. If released at this point, both the user and the target experience horribly intense levels of pain and near lethal muscle paralysis for several second while the power of the seal is released. The user's blade will more then likely shatter, which can cause far more physical damage; however the brunt of the Raiton blast is taken by the target. This leads to instant KO of 3-5 turns depending on the target’s Raiton resistances; as well as 3rd degree burns to 20% of the body, 2nd degree burns to 50% of the body, muscle destruction in the limbs due to hyper stimulation from the electricity surging through the body, as well as possible heart and brain damage depending on the path the energy takes through the body and chakra system. 50% chance of death within 3 posts if medical attention is not given.
Fully charged: The seal fully develops in form; with lines of seals spidering out from the center circle, as well as the symbols for "Lightning", "Sword", and "Death" appearing in the empty focal circles. From the seal above the target's head descends what appears to be a gigantic ball of electricity; roughly 5 meters in diameter. Said ball falls like a meteor towards the ground; creating a roaring rumble of thunder loud enough to deafen anything withing half a mile for several minutes, and anything unprotected within 50 meters permanently; unless proper medical treatment is given. The target is engulfed in the ball of chakra; receiving a devastating amount of damage: 3rd and 4th degree burns over 40-50% of the body, 2nd degree over the rest. Muscles and nerves are completely destroyed by the overcharge of electricity throw the body. Internal organs are almost cooked from the heat of the Raiton, and it is almost guaranteed that the blast would be fatal. The average survival rate without s-ranked or higher medical attention being received within 5 minutes (3 posts) is less then 5%. If medical attention is received, the survival rate rises slightly, to 15%.
The user does not fair much better; as the sheer power of the seal breaking at their feet causes serious physical damage. Bones in the feet and legs being broken are a given, as well as serious burns to the feet and hands; 2nd and 3rd degree as far back as the knees and elbows. The user's sword shatters, sending super heated shards of steel flying everywhere; which lead to multiple instances of deep shrapnel wounds. 5 posts of stun and another 3 of disorientation are guaranteed; and permanent physical damage (loss of use of hands, requirement of amputation of fingers or entire hands/feet, etc) will occur if medical attention is not received within 10 posts. |
