Clan: Lyasu

Clan History: A very long time ago a plague ravished the lands of a long forgotten village. This plague not only destroyed almost everything it touched, but it changed people - and in ways no one could have possibly imagined: it turned them into mindless, flesh eating, decaying mutants. Not even the dead were safe, as they walked again until the influence of the disease that was spreading across the area.
It was a time of chaos, of hell. Siblings turned against siblings, friend against friend. Everyone was at odds. There was no peace. You couldn't trust one person from the next: and you never knew who was infected until it was too late: until you were infected too.
Just as the plague was reaching its worse and threatening to begin to spread further than just the village it originated in an accident occurred that changed things for the better. In this long forgotten village had been a clan known as Lyasu for they were famous for their healing abilities. Legends had always spoke of how the clan's blood itself held healing properties, but everyone had always ignored it as nothing more than stories told by the old to entertain the younger generations.
However, on this particular day the blood of a Lyasu was shed right on one of these infected villagers. The villager had been rotting, decaying, but upon contact of blood into an open wound it was as if the whole virus was reversing itself. Within minutes the infected was no longer such, and was in fact cured.
Upon realizing this the leader and elders of the village made quick work: more and more blood of the Lyasu were shed - those who refused to give willingly were harmed to the point of bleeding (as it was quickly discovered that the blood had to be fresh, otherwise it didn't work). It was known as the "Night of Blood" among the Lyasu. By mornings light the clan had cured either by force or willingly the entire village. Those who remained of the Lyasu clan left quickly: breaking off all ties with the village that they once called their home.
The village later destroyed itself much the same way it had begun to die in the first place, but none of the Lyasu returned - and the Elders of the clan ruled that no one was to ever return to the location again or else face banishment if any where to find out.

Specialization: Medical Ninjutsu (Primary)

Kekkei Genkai: Ketsueki Sono Hīru
Kekkei Genkai Description: The Lyasu are essentially an antidote to everything - or so their blood is. As a Lyasu grows and matures (Ranks Up) their blood likewise does the same. The stronger the Lyasu the more curing properties their blood has, the stronger it is as an antidote.
Genin: Can cure up to and including C rank poisons. This has to be done by using a syringe or some other instrument that can take the blood of the Lyasu and inject it into the infected person.
Chuunin: Can cure up to and including B rank poisons. 
Special Jounin: Can cure up to and including A rank poisons. The Lyasu can now drip their blood directly into the open infected wound (if there is one).
Jounin (A): Can cure up to and including S rank poisons. The Lyasu can now have the infected drink their blood to cure the poison, inject it into the infected, or drip it into their wound.
Jounin (S)/Kage: Can cure up to and including SS rank poisons. The Lyasu is capable at this rank of placing their blood into vials so that it can be used by other people by this point. They can also (if they wish to create a jutsu) turn their blood to a breathable substance such as a vapor to then be inhaled, which will also cure the infected.
Drawbacks: From Genin to Jounin (A) the Lyasu's blood must be fresh. They cannot give it to anyone, place it into a vial (outside of 1 post, usually the time it would take to put the blood into a syringe and inject it into the infected), or else it will lose its ability to work as an antidote.
The Lyasu's blood cannot be used to heal wounds itself, it only functions as a cure to poisons, infections, or diseases.
The Lyasu must have Medical Ninjutsu as their primary spec. To cure an SS ranked poison the Lyasu must train their Medical Ninjutsu to SS rank, otherwise it will not work.
The amount of blood needed to heal a wound is double the amount of poison that caused the infection: meaning you are limited to what you can heal. If you lose more than 2 pints of blood your character will automatically begin dying (within 4 posts) unless medical attention is received.
