General Description: Illya has a rather lean figure. She doesn’t seem to have an ounce of fat on her, but neither does she have any muscle. She’s well-endowed with a slim waist and long limbs that make her movements look almost graceful.
Iris’s hair is undoubtedly one of her best features. Though most people mistake it for white, it is actually silver. Her hair nestles on her back and shoulders, and she always wears it straight no matter the occasion, be it a formal setting or on the battlefield. That’s just how she prefers it. It also looks soft to the touch, silken almost. Her hair has a gentle wave to it. Her brow and most of her eyebrow are covered by a front fringe while the sides of her face are framed by shorter strands of her hair.
Her eyes are often compared to rubies by others and the sparkling red seems to hold the warmth of a crimson sunset. Long, thick eyelashes that fan across her cheeks when closed, envelop her perfectly almond shaped eyes, making the brightness of the red stand out even more. Her eyes are always twinkling with what seemed like amusement or an inside joke only she gets. Her skin is of a brown complexion and delicate like a flower due to the genes in her family.

Personality: Illya is cheerful and outgoing, upbeat and generally exhibits a positive attitude. Possessing a friendly demeanor, she is easy to talk to and tends to be playful and mischievous. She comes off as blunt at times as she finds it difficult to tell a lie or be deceitful. She is also is a very curious little girl as she finds any sort of mysterious irresistible and her curiosity often overrides her common sense.
She is very loyal, faithful and dependable, which makes her a very well respected amongst her peer and family members and instills honesty and integrity where ever she goes because she believes that these are needed to make a better world. Likes: Learning: Now that she is a genin, the young girl simply devours knowledge in and outside of the ninja world. Books of all subjects are carried around, questions are asked and answered in class, and research is done when Illya is not entertaining himself with a jaunt out into the wilderness.
Socializing: Despite her tendencies over exalt herself, Illya actually enjoys socializing. Being with other people—provided they’re not overly loud and obnoxious—is a good source of companionship and information.
Sweets: Illya loves sweets. She would always be seen with a lollipop in her mouth, hand or her pocket just in case she needs the sugar rush.
Dislikes: Greed- Illya hates people who put money and materialistic gains over their family and friends.
Laziness – Illya dislikes doing too much work and doing someone else’s work just pisses her off even more. She believes in meeting someone half way and if you’re going to do something some half way and leave it for someone else to finish might as well you didn’t do it at all.
Cats- Illya hates cats.She believes that they serve no purpose other than to eat, shed hair and fall asleep in random places. Her hatred grew over time as her guardians are cat lovers and owners.
Motivations: Illya dreams of one day become like the man who adopted her. In her eyes he was the greatest person in the world. He was kind, loving and affection towards her who was thrown away so many years ago. She also wishes to become a skilled as he was ninjutsu and taijutsu.She hopes to become the villages most prolific sensory ninja and works hard every day to hone her skills. She also dreams of traveling the world. She hopes that one day after retiring from being a shinobi the Kage would grant her request to travel the world. One place she wishes to visit is the place of her birth Korigakure.
Fears: Heights- This is one of the factors that makes Illya shake in her boots…
literally. She absolutely despises heights and outright refuses to move a muscle, even to blink, when she’s up somewhere past her own height. This seems to be more the feeling of leaving your guts behind – oh, wait – above you rather than the fear of heights itself.
Darkness- Illya has had the fear of dark since she had been young. Ever since she could remember, the dark had bothered her without knowing why. Because of this, she has made a habit of leaving lights on everywhere she goes
History: - History:
The first few years of Illya’s life are unknown. Born into poverty, Illya was one of a dozen children abandoned at birth to a poorly-cared for and poorly-run missionary, abandoned by parents to whom there is little to no details at all with regards to their physical characteristics, social standings, or their mental stabilities at the time. All that was known was that on a cold night, as a terrible snow storm pounded upon the rundown building, a baby girl was left on the doorstep, barely sheltered by the harsh snowfall. When she was finally noticed by the sisters who ran the missionary, it was unclear whether or not the child would survive, her having been outside for the greater extent of the night. Remarkably enough though, she did just that, eventually making a full recovery after a long period of time in bed. As time went on though, and the child continued to grow older within the missionary, never sure of who or where her parents were.
A couple months later a great civil war ravaged Korigakure and no one was spared, whether it be man, woman boy or child, they all were killed and she would have died herself were it not for the intervention of her later adoptive Father, Hassan-e Sabbāh. Using his talents in medical ninjutsu, Illya was healed leaving her the only survivor of the 500 deaths caused by the unrest. Hassan-e Sabbāh officially adopted Illya and raised her, a distant relationship caused by Hassan-e Sabbāh’s duties as the Hunter Nin Captain.
It would seem that good fortune was bestowed on the young girl as she was given her life, a place to stay and something that she hadn’t have before, a name. Illyasviel, the name of his deceased wife Whenever the wily old captain wasn’t busy, he would attempt to teach her kenjutsu, but unfortunately she possessed almost zero talent when it came to kenjutsu, and it was the same for everything else the man was known for. But she did excel in one particular aspect. Sensory. She was so in tune with her surroundings, she could be able to sense the chakra of anyone, no matter how adept they were at hiding their chakra, and together they built on that skill.
Her years at the academy went by rather quickly and easily. She wasn’t popular amongst the other kids but she had a hand full of friends. Even though she wasn’t one to socialize her father always told her that in the world that they live in she needed people that she could rely on, so she tried her best to make friends where ever she went. She eventually graduated the academy at the age of 7.
She had many ups and downs that year after her graduation, but the most notable was the passing of her father. She wouldn’t live her life in solitude however as she was taken in by the sisters of her father. But the thing was they resided in Niwaurushigakure. After the lengthy process of moving from Kori, she began her new life at Niwa determined to make her father proud.

Having escaped the evil clutches of Luvia, her overly strict guardian, Illya roamed the mist covered streets of Kirigakure heading for the teashop. It had been an eventful year for Illya as she had finally graduated the academy and now she was placed into a squad of genin. What were they like? Were they kind? Was the leader a respectable man who could mold her into a great konoichi? All these questions and more filled her mind as she made her way to the teashop. Her father had always told her the first impression was a lasting one so she made sure everything was perfect. Her silver hair was straightened giving it a smooth streamlined look to it. Her collared purple shirt was without a wrinkle and so was her with skirt, and to top it all off she had bought a new pair of purple boots. Yes she wanted today to be as perfect as she was.
Entering the building with a broad smile on her face she looked around the teashop for the people she was suppose to meet. There was a waiter, a man drinking what looked to be like coffee and a small boy sitting in front of a man who was asleep. Where was her team? Obviously it wasn’t the waiter or the man and she refused to believe that the man who looked like a hobo was a jonin. But having seeing that kid around kirigakure a couple of times she knew that they were members of her team. Deciding not to judge a book by its cover she would walk over the two and introduced herself. “GoodMorning, I am Illya-” Before she could finisher sentence a foul stench assaulted her delicate nostrils and of course it came from the hobo, er her sensei. “Illyasviel….” She would take the seat furthest from the man.
