Clan: Chionodokusa

Clan History: The Chionodokusa clan had once been based just outside Korigakure, the icy lands coinciding with their kekkei genkai, and there they lived spreading their peace and prosperity to any who would accept it. Of course, they wouldn't force it upon any who didn't want it, that's just not in their nature. However it would seen that it was in some of the clan members nature after all, but at the time they were oblivious in their bliss.

They were known around by many people, but most that had met a Chionodokusa didn't even know it as they hadn't bothered to ask a name when they asked for aid, and those that did ask for a name hardly understood that they were a clan filled with cheery people willing to lend a hand whenever. This didn't discourage most members of the clan as they understood and only meant to add a little positivity into everyday life. For the current minority of the clan these ungrateful scum angered and dishonored them, and those that had felt that way demanded to be acknowledged and rewarded for their actions. These small outbursts drew quick attention in this clan of passive ninja.

So a meeting took place as a more "negative" outlook on peace and prosperity spread through many members of the clan, the eldest of either side gathered with a neutral median to discuss and remind each other what "peace and prosperity" was and what it meant to be in a clan of ninja. This meeting turned quick into a heated argument between both sides of the clan; the more combat-based side whined about their clan being ridiculed and disregarded as ninja; and the passive-side stated that violence was not necessary to win a battle. It was then did the two sides challenge each other: fifteen years away from their present homes into new lands they left, each trying to live longest by their ways of life.

The deal hadn't lasted long, those along aggravated side had die through battles they had provoked themselves and the other side was used and eventually their attempts to use words failed. Since each side had believed the other to have won after many deaths. An unknown amount of survivors remain, but each believe that words should be used before attacks are made and that sometimes attacks can save many lives when words can't.

Kekkei Genkai Description: Members of the Chionodokusa clan experience a +1 increase to all their ice-base attacks.
Drawbacks: While they experience stronger attacks, Chionodokusas' are far more weaker against Katon users. Ice attacks against Katon users suffer from a -2 damage penalty and Katon attacks deal an extra +1 damage against the Hyoton users.

When hit the flowers create deep flesh wounds (2 inches deep), these ice flowers stays in the wound for 1 additional post, causing discomfort and more pain.

The ice crystals will not mold to the shape of a weapon and will instead freeze the grip of the weapon onto the users hand, so if you want a firmer grip go for it. Wearing gloves would also be advisable.

Description: The users, while walking on the surface of water or on damp ground, can send their chakra through the water towards the enemy's feet while creating a thin layer of ice along its path. When the jutsu reaches the opponent it will creat large ice crystals that trap their feet. The user, along with anyone else, can slip on the sheet of ice along the path of the attack. This move is extremely vulnerable to fire, and this move cannot be used against enemies in the air.

Description: Members of Chionodokusa Clan with their chakra markings embedded around their eye now have the ability to create ice crystals around the cones in their eyes, creating more vivid colours of what they see along with the ability to see more details far better than most. After deactivating this ability the user will be temporary blind in said eye for 3 posts due to the increased amount of light their eye had to register. Their eye will also be sore for quite some time.

Description: Members of Chionodokusa Clan with their chakra markings embedded along their spinal cord now have the ability to envelop themselves in a protective layer of ice crystals created by sweat the user produced by the time of use or any nearby water sources that are within contact of the user. These crystals are capable of blocking non-enhanced attacks the same rank as the user, however the barrier is weak to flames and when used the user is incapable of moving. Chakra enhanced or specialty-based attacks can crack and then shatter the shield. This will freeze the water around them to a small degree if in contact with water.

I'm going to have to ask you to follow the proper jutsu template, please. There is no ability tier in the template. In addition, Duration is not a chakra cost.

Now comes the problem of too many jutsu. The maximum allowed on a clan app is 3, normally. The rest would be added to a clan library; where they would be available for anyone that joins at reduced costs.

The changes have been made~

First of all, if you're going to have any kind of Hyoton (Ice) Release ability, then the clan Element will be listed as: Hyoton (Ice) [Water || Wind].

Kekkei Genkai: Chionodokusa Marking
Kekkei Genkai Description: Members of the Chionodokusa Clan have chakra markings placed at birth either on a hand, their back, or connected to one of their eyes. These markings look just like the clan symbol but are coloured the same as the chakra the one who put the marking on. These markings glow the same colour when the user activates their Kekkei Genkai jutsu that corresponds with their marking location. Be sure to state what colour of chakra your markings will grow, once chosen it cannot be changed. Also, having a different colour of chakra yourself doesn't change the colour of the markings.

Drawbacks: The user is depleted 2 chakra each post they have their kekkei genkai active, if their ice barrier or gauntlet are shattered they are no longer lose chakra. Using their corresponding jutsu for their markings causes that area to be sore (i.e. Sore eye, sore arm, sore body).

Okay, neither of these is a KKG. These are Special Characteristics; and should be formatted as such. You're basically saying you have Cold Comfort and a Clan Marking; both of which are treated as SCs. Try this again.

I get what you're going for here; but that's not how sight works. You'd get enhanced night vision to some degree; but at the same time you'd have your vision highly distorted and blocked by the shadows cast on your retina via the crystals themselves. The damage caused by 'removing' the ice crystals would leave you blinded a lot longer then 3 posts; between the reduction of pressure warping the shape of the eyeball and such, and the physical damage from the ice itself; would nearly destroy the eyeball.

Element: Hyoton [Water || Wind]. That's how you do all Ice-based jutsu. Cooldowns can't be lower the Durations. You need to give better descriptions of how much defense you get. Numbers, the amount of weakness to Katon, etc.

See above on element and duration/cooldown. In this case, the duration is going to be a small chakra drain; -5 chakra per post, and the cooldown would be duration +1. Please just copy and paste the way I formatted that. Saves us both a headache. xD Again, need numbers and better description of the resistances of this. Otherwise, I like it.

This is confusingly written. It's also unbalanced; you don't need a -2 and another -1 just to get a +1.

That's roughly D-rank damage; hun. That range is wrong too; just give us the max range. Increase the cooldown to 3 posts.

The gauntlets would have a range of 'Self.'
