Clan History:
The clan started off simply enough and grew jutsu the same. The first ever clan head was a trainer in Kumogakure focusing on hunting and delivery falcons for the stronger shinobi who might need use of them. It was an odd business, using falcons, as hawks were a much more common species for things like this. The trainer had no rhyme or reason behind his decision of falcons instead; it just worked for him, he said. He got along well with them and they seemed to like him in kind. No one was really complaining. He was excellent at his job and was hired by numerous important figures on multiple occasions.

It wasn't him who came up with the idea of training specifically with the falcons and having them as permanent comrades in battle; it was his son after he wed and settled down, who didn't want to take over the family business. (Yes, everyone realizes that's completely cliche.) He was a fighter. Not exactly muscular or overly agressive, just fighting was his calling. He wasn't born to some big special release clan or something with an amazing super kekkai genkai. He was a falcon trainer's son and he wanted to make the best of the situation that he could for what he wanted to do. And so he did.

Valor, the first falcon named for this purpose, fought alongside the son as a companion. It wasn't long, a generation or so later, until the next of kin invented collaboration jutsu with their partners. To this day all clan members are given a hatchling at a young age that matures with them and taught the Torikihakuwaza as their first and main jutsu. Casts of this clan are found all over the villages, with the main cast being centered in Kumo.

Kekkei Genkai: Torikihakuwaza (Avian Soul Technique)

Kekkei Genkai Description: The Takagari you could say are counterparts to the Inuzuka of the Leaf Village. Though not to the degree that the Ookamizuka are, they still have similarities. Mainly in the fact that both clans are hunters and are accompanied by an animal companion given to the clanmembers at a young age. Instead of a species of canine, however, all Takagari are given a falcon. They are the true Falconer's of the ninja world. The kekkai genkai is a simple jutsu utilizable in the clan thanks to their innate prowess with chakra flow and the connection they have with their falcons. Similar to the Inuzuka's four-legged technique, this gives the clan member bird-like features as well as increased physical abilities for a short duration. All in all, the "kekkai genkai" of this clan is their falcon and the ability to perform attacks and techniques with it; as well as giving them a second pair of eyes and ears, making them undeniably helpful for scouting missions.

Drawbacks:

Kuchiyose may not be utilized, forbidden by the clan heads due to their pact with the falcons they keep as companions. The close ties with their falcons has ascended to an empathic level, the clan member feeling any major or fatal pain it feels. Visa-verse is also true.

Description: The Takagari clan's main technique, the basis for the battle style of every individual clan member and taught only to them. Once activated chakra is flown throughout the user's system and along their skin; increasing their physical power and speed, as well as giving them certain animalistic qualities. (A total 25% increase to the aforementioned aspects, roughly, not enough to warrant a complete rank-up in something like Taijutsu.) Eyes are changed to resemble that of a falcon's, hair is given a more stuck out and feathery look, nails on hands and feet and replaced with talons and shoulder bones are more protruded. While in this state the user's brain is more feral and focuses more on the hunting and killing aspect of survival. The Takagari fight as a falcon does, diving and falling back until the opponent is worn down to the point that they can swoop in for the kill.
