- Sharingan(One Tomoe):
Name: Sharingan Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D-S Type: Supplementary Element: None Range: Self Specialty: - Duration: Until cancelled, 10 chakra drain per post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The infamous dojutsu of the Uchiha clan, The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan itself gives colour to chakra, allowing the wielder to differentiate them.They are also able to tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular. The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user, allowing them to see the image of an attacker's next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body and counter-attack or dodge without any wasted movement. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not always have time to react. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near-perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied technique, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. The wielder of the Sharingan, through continued use and training, changes its form further, which involves the eye maturing fully until it has three tomoe. As the Sharingan develops, the user gains heightened abilities through the heightened ocular sense.
Each tomoe must be gained through a time of extreme emotional stress, generally a real fear of the death of oneself or a loved one or a reaction to a loved one dying in an unnatural manner, with a word count accompanying the awakening of each tomoe.
(Admin's Note: In other words, the Sharingan can only be gained after a period of character development, and when the character faces either a very serious situation, (extreme rage, a fight in which they cannot escape) or a genuine "I'm going to die" moment. All 3 tomoe must be gained in 3 different life threatening/very stressful moments, and all must be approved by an Admin. Attempting to obtain Sharingan right after character creation, or orchestrating a life threatening event simply to gain the Sharingan is illegal, and such actions will be closely monitored for.)
Initial sharingan/first tomoe: 1,000 words (Allows the user to copy hand signs and perceive fast movements) Second tomoe: 2,000 words (Allows for copying techniques, perception of faster movements and limited predictive abilities) Third tomoe: 3,000 words (Allows for full utilization. Can copy all abilities and techniques seen, perceive the fastest movements and heightened prediction abilities)
Note: Word count for Sharingan activation DOES NOT have to be completed in the same thread in which the character obtains it. This can be done at their leisure after said thread.
D rank:
- Water Release, Archerfish:
Name: Water Release: Archerfish Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This jutsu is nothing more then a simple jet of water; used to create the standing water for other, more advanced Water jutsu. The amount of water created is dependent on the User's rank. D-rank users would produce only a few gallons; C-rank up to 10 ft³ (Cubic Feet), B-rank 1 acre ft, A-rank 3 acre ft. This jutsu does have one other practical usage; it may be used to extinguish flames or fire jutsu; so long as the fire jutsu does not exceed the user's own rank; IE: the fire jutsu is C-Rank and the User of Archerfish is D-rank, the water would not be released in sufficient quantities to stop the fire.
C rank:
- Chiyute no Jutsu:
Name: Chiyute no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 2 - 5 Posts Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: A Medical Ninjutsu technique where the user focuses chakra into the palms of their hands, creating a small ball of healing chakra. This chakra, when concentrated, can repair medium sized physical damage to another person.
- Ice Substitution:
Name: Ice Substitution Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Hyouton Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu, Burizado Duration: 3 posts max Cooldown: 5 posts Description: A custom combination of the standard substitution and the Burizado Hiding In Ice/Snow jutsu. The user begins creating a substitution made of snow or ice within their body, at the same time beginning to use a version of Hiding in Ice/Snow specific to this technique. As the technique finishes, the body of the caster is hidden in the ice/snow making up the substitution, making it appear as if they used an incredibly fast substitution jutsu and move away, their chakra disappearing at the same time. The substitution then takes the hit, collapsing into what its made of, with the caster hidden inside, giving them the potential for a sneak attack as the opponent tries to figure out where they retreated to after placing the substitution. This technique is only effective on opponents the same rank as the user or lower, with higher ranking enemies potentially being fast enough to catch onto the deception if they can see the caster when this is used.
B rank:
- Delicate Illness Extraction Technique:
Name: Delicate Illness Extraction Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: None Range: 1 meter Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: When a person has been afflicted by a pathogen or toxin, this medical ninjutsu can be used to draw out the agent and heal the damage. The cause of the illness is first determined by perceiving disturbances in the patient's chakra. Then, using a chakra scalpel, an incision is made near the affected part. Using their chakra, the medical-nin pushes a large volume of a medicinal fluid through the incision. The fluid then draws the poison out of the affected part(s) and serves as a medium through which the poison is suspended and then forced out of the person's body. This technique thus removes the poison, while simultaneously repairing the damage caused by the poison. After the agent is drawn out, it can be used to create an antidote or medicine after it has been analysed. This can then be given to the patient to ensure a complete recovery. This technique requires the utmost care and ability in diagnosis, incising and unmatched chakra control. Therefore, it is considered an extremely difficult technique, even among medical ninjutsu. Counters and neutralizes poisons up to the user's rank in Medical Ninjutsu.
- Shadow Clone Technique:
Name: Shadow Clone Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B-rank Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: / Duration: Until the clone is destroyed, dispersed, or runs out of chakra Cooldown: Three posts after the last clone is destroyed. Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance. Because of the manner in which the clones are created, the user must divide their chakra among the clones, potentially using up all their chakra fairly quickly if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones.
A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user.
(When one creates a shadow clone, the cost is divided among the number of clones created, in addition to splitting their chakra among the clones. For example, if one created three clones of themselves at the rank of Jounin while at max chakra, your current chakra would be minused 20 for the cost of the jutsu, then divided by 4, giving each clone a 1/4th of your chakra. Being that they are shadow clones, they are each able to perform jutsu themselves, and have their own separate chakra pool. When the shadow clone is dispersed or destroyed, the ninja does not gain back whatever chakra that was left within the clone. )
- Wind Release Slash:
Name: Futon: Tatsumaki Yurasu [Wind Release Slash] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: 25 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 5 posts Hand Seals: None Description: The user fills their hand with wind chakra, swinging it across in-front of them, releasing the chakra as they swing. It forms a blade of air over the path that the air travelled, causing it to rocket forward towards the target. It has powerful cutting force, enough to sever limbs on impact within 10 meters. The blade of air easily causes 3in deep gashes at all ranges, and can decapitate the target if fired from within 5 meters.
- Multi Water Clone:
Name: Tajū Suiton Bushin no Jutsu (Multi-water clone technique) Canon/Custom: custom Rank: B Type: offensive Element: Suiton Range: 60 meters from original Specialty: ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 7 posts after clones are dispelled Description: This is basically a larger version of the water clone technique allowing the user to create a much larger amount of clones at the cost of more chakra, the clones are also some what weaker because of the increase in numbers. Instead of each of the clones being 10% of the users normal strength they are only 5% when summoned with this technique. Using this technique a person can create up to 15 clones. Just like the normal water clone jutsu the clones must stay within a certain range of the original. Once the clones are dispelled or broken, they explode with the force of an E-rank explosion pouch; not enough to damage, but enough to disorient and cause a small knock back (>10 feet) if more then 5 explode in close proximity. They leave behind large puddles of water that can be used for other jutsu when broken.
- Water Release, Water Dragon Bullet:
Name: Water Release : Water Dragon Bullet Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m), Far (15m+) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 posts Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user is able to create sufficient amounts of water themselves, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The dragon itself will not exceed a maximum length of 50 feet, nor a maximum diameter of 5 feet. The dragon itself is rather bulky, leading to a distinct lack of accuracy control; something that must be trained to overcome. This leaves the chance for evasion, if the target is far enough away and is quick enough. The dragon itself travels as easily twice the comfortable running speed of the average C-Rank ninja, but given the lack of control it can still be evaded if you are able to dodge to the side far enough, fast enough. The power of this jutsu is the sheer concussive force of the blast; which can be enough to render some targets unconscious, as well as cause major injuries. Massive bruising and extreme pain are guaranteed, as well as a very high risk for broken bones and moderate internal injuries.
- Water Release, Water Encampment Wall:
Name: Water Release: Water Encampment Wall Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Defensive Element: Water Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 5 posts Cooldown: 10 posts, three uses per thread. Description: This jutsu creates a defensive wall around the user, a fence of sorts. Attacks are blocked with near certainty; with only attacks of A-rank or higher having a chance of penetrating the wall; and even then with only a 25% chance at best. The water can either be blown out from the user, or raised from an existing water source; but as this jutsu takes an incredible amount of water to maintain, it is preferable to use near an existing source such as a river or lake. The wall's strength and resistance to attacks is dependent on the amount of chakra the user pours into the water.
- Hiding in Winter:
Name: Hiding in Winter Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: Hyouton Range: 100 Meters in every direction from the casting point, increases by 20 every post while maintained. Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration:10 chakra/post Cooldown: Duration+1 Description: Inhaling, the user exhales an incredibly thick, freezing fog that quickly covers the area. The chakra used is dense enough that dojutsu other than the byakugan cannot penetrate it, and soaks into clothing, armor, and the skin of enemies, reducing their speed by one rank and making weapons and armor up to the power of this jutsu become brittle, shattering on striking or being struck by anything of C rank or higher, the slowing and brittle effects lasting one post after the jutsu ends or the fog is escaped. The fog spreads 20 meters further in every direction each post it is used.
- Violent Whirlwind:
Name: Violent Whirlwind Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: 10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user inhales deeply, condensing the air in their lungs while infusing it with wind chakra, before exhaling an extremely powerful stream of win from their mouth. The blast has significant range, but little on the way of width; as it is exhaled in a manner that focuses the force forward and reduces the fan-like dispersion effect most wind jutsu of this type suffer from. The blast is more then capable of severing limbs at close ranges, as well as causing a significant knock back effect; the knock back not to exceed a maximum of 40 feet when used at point blank range. A hit is guaranteed to cause significant damage in the form of lacerations of the skin and underlying tissue, sprains and possible dislocations of joints, as well as breaking of bones at extreme close ranges; as well as possible amputation if the blast impacts a joint such as the knee, elbow, or shoulder joints. The blast itself is extremely difficult to dodge at anything but the far maximum ranges, as it is released with such power and speed that it can create a small sonic boom effect; a testament to the speed with which this jutsu moves.

- Mystical Palm Technique:
Name: Mystical Palm Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary, Offensive Element: / Range: Close Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 4 Posts Description: This Medical Ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control, because of this only a few highly skilled Medical-Nin are able to use this technique. By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's brain the user can overload the patients normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state.
- Chakra Scalpel:
Name: Chakra Scalpel Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary, Offensive Element: / Range: Close Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 1-3 Posts Cooldown: 2-6 Posts Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection. The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile. Adding to the technique's blade like quality, it also appears to give the user an increased level of durability over their chakra clad hands.
- Water Release, Great Waterfall Technique:
Name: Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Mid (5-15m), Long (15m+) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post charge, 1 post effect Cooldown: 5 posts Description: This technique extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to several dozen metres high. Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilisation is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. It is very possible for this jutsu to be lethal, whether through drowning the enemy, the debris swirling in the water with them, or the sheer force of the water crashing upon them. If the victim is lucky enough to survive the initial attack, they can expect everything from internal bruising to broken bones, as well as a moderate to severe concussion if the water impacts the head. The sheer size of this jutsu makes it extremely difficult to escape; as they would be caught in the wave of destruction even if they manage to avoid the initial impact of the crashing wave.

Either while said tool is en route to the enemy or after they dodge it and it's behind them, he performs the seal of the boar, causing the senbon to begin duplicating itself, the cloned tools firing with incredible speed toward the target for two posts, totaling roughly ten thousand wind-coated senbon capable of punching through most defenses and leaving holes in a human body. Most insidiously however, a poison applied to the original senbon is also cloned, causing what is already a wall of flying, deadly weapons to become even more lethal.

Name: Wind Release: Great Breakthrough Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: 50 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description:This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight.
- Water Release, Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave:
Name: Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: 200 Meters in every direction from the caster Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration:Bubble lasts 2 posts if not controlled by Water Prison Shark Dance Cooldown: 5 posts Description: This technique is a larger version of the Water Release:Exploding Water Colliding Wave. With it, the user spews out a massive amount of water, covering an entire area with crushing, unavoidable waves. The water then forms into a giant orb, instead of letting it flow freely like the original. As the water rushes and forms, it causes considerable bruising to all enemies caught in it, and enemies B rank and below are stunned for one post.
- Water Prison Shark Dance:
Name: Water Prison Shark Dance Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: 200 Meters in every direction from the caster Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration:Until Cancelled, 10 chakra per post Cooldown: Number of posts used+1 Description: With this Jutsu, the user controls and maintains the water dome created by Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave, causing it to move so as to keep the user in the center of the dome. This water is denser than most, reducing the movement speed of those inside by 2 ranks and causing drowning to occur in 3 posts instead of the usual 5, and Katon may not be used while within the dome. The dome can be manually created using the water from other A-ranked or higher water jutsu or a large, naturally occurring body of water, but this increased the cost of the jutsu by 10 chakra.This technique is extremely effective in one on one fights, but the user would probably not be able to contain two enemies fleeing in opposite directions.

| Wind Release: Armor as is is a tad too SS for my taste. It's not bad, just lower the defence a hair or so.
Mystical Palm and Chakra Scalpel approved.
I don't care that the canon range on Exploding Colliding Water Wave and Water Prison Shark Dance is 1000 meters; we're not going to allow that range. Everything else is fine, just nerf the range. Significantly.

| Alterations made to the jutsu. Wind armor no longer defends against Tai/Kenjutsu unless Raiton-based or any level of Katon. Range on Great Water Exploding Colliding Wave and Water Prison Shark Dance nerfed from 1000 meters to 200. |

This water is denser than most, reducing the movement speed of those inside by 2 ranks and causing drowning to occur in 3 posts instead of the usual 5, and Katon may not be used while within the dome. The dome can be manually created using the water from other A-ranked or higher water jutsu or a large, naturally occurring body of water, but this increased the cost of the jutsu by 10 chakra.This technique is extremely effective in one on one fights, but the user would probably not be able to contain two enemies fleeing in opposite directions. Name: Mystical Palm Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary, Offensive Element: / Range: Close Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 4 Posts Description: This Medical Ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control, because of this only a few highly skilled Medical-Nin are able to use this technique. By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's brain the user can overload the patients normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state.
- Chakra Scalpel:
Name: Chakra Scalpel Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary, Offensive Element: / Range: Close Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 1-3 Posts Cooldown: 2-6 Posts Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection. The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile. Adding to the technique's blade like quality, it also appears to give the user an increased level of durability over their chakra clad hands.
10k needles is approved. Wind Armor is approved. Great exploding colliding wave, I'm not sure is right for the ranking. The orginal was B rank, and give the amount of water that can be produced.. yea. I just need a second opinion. Water Prison shark dance.. I'm iff on this as well. I feel it needs a rank boost, especially if you wish to cause drowning in three posts instead of five, even though I'm not sure how it'll cause person to drown faster. |

| Proposal: Great blah blah blah wave stays at A since it's pretty much just the setup, and Water Prison Shark Dance becomes an S rank because it is pretty strong. |

A sphere won't cause a suction effect like that, not unless you've boosted the thickness of the air, or are in water to start. The speed effect is iffy. Stun is fine. The reduced speed after the hit needs an explanation, it doesn't seem to fit here. You need to elaborate some on the damage, it doesn't seem like anything close to an A rank jutsu's damage, especially given the elements. |
