Easy to dodge and requires a source of water. Deals +1 damage to hyoton users but overall deals enough damage to bruise and knock over the opponent.

| You don't need a swimming SC for a snake. All snakes can swim. Unless it's going to give a boost, take it out. As for the Breath Holding, give the time in post counts, please.
Need some damage calcs on the jutsu that cause damage.
