[b]Description:[/b] Plant release is a less powerful variant of Mokuton that is not restricted to the Senju bloodline. While originally developed by a descendant of the aforementioned clan; it has been taught and spread far beyond and become fairly common in some areas. Plant release entails the Suiton aspect of Mokuton; the user controls the water within a plant or vine in order to use it for attacking, defense, or special effects. The user cannot create new plants without carrying seeds, nor can they control large trees and the like. Smaller plants, vines, bushes, and flowering plants are the extent of the user's control unless they have Senju blood, at which point Plant Release may possibly evolve into true Mokuton with proper training. While control of flowering plants is possible, Flower Release in general is a separate skill. Control of fungus is not included in Plant Release; as they are NOT plants.
