| Name: Hurricane Release Type: Kekkei Tota Requirements: Suiton || Fuuton || Raiton Ability Tier: 3 Minimum Rank: Jounin (A) Description: Similar in theory to Thunderstorm release; Hurricane Release is different in sheer scale. Thunderstorms are small, extremely powerful, but short lived storms; where as hurricanes are extremely large, extremely powerful, and last for long periods of time without losing any of their intensity. Thunderstorms appear suddenly and disappear just as quickly. Hurricanes are slow to build, but they stay around and cause far more damage over larger areas. Unlock Requirements: Suiton, Fuuton, and Raiton trained to S-Rank. 5000 words of additional training to unlock to D-Rank. Special Training Requirements: Hurricane Jutsu begin at B-Rank. All Hurricane jutsu cost 1 rank higher than normal word count to train, as well as an additional 500 words. - Code:
