Because you're C-rank, the bow would be C-rank. WT items cannot exceed the rank of their partner, and are treated as the same rank as the user when they are created. All WT items start with 3 upgrade slots, you just can't use them all at once. Need more information for this enhancement. How much does it boost speed/accuracy, what speed is it boosting, and how does the Suiton chakra being channeled into the bow effect the damage output?

This makes no sense. We don't have attack speed and accuracy stats overall. The water enhancement isn't anything that can't be done with basic chakra enhancement, water overall is either going to give you more concussive or piercing power, depending on how to mold the chakra.

How does boosted attack speed and accuracy translate into your system?

As a bow enhancement? They don't. As soon as we have the SC system back up, there will be archery based SC's that you'll be allowed to take that do the same thing. Fix the other stuff I pointed out before you bump again, please. <3

So lets break this down bit by bit. Firstly, you're going to need either a pic, or a better [more detailed] description for this bow.
Next, your 'enhancment' is better off as a jutsu. Either remove it entirely, or app a different effect.

There are plenty of details you can go into. The kind of wood that the bow is made of, what the runic markings mean, ect.

And that enhancement will not work. You cannot have an enhancement [Raiton] that does not match your elements [Double Water]. I suggest you find something else as an enhancement.

You need to 'detail' exactly what this enhancement does. Simply giving it an affinity means nothing. Just saying 'Water' doesnt tell us anything.
