General Description: Reisuke is a fairly attractive young girl who more than often lets her hair fall just past her shoulders instead of tying it up. Her face is has no blemishes or scars that are visible. However, Reisuke is missing her left eye, which she uses her dark eye patch to cover. There are times though when she wears a light blue eye patch covered in unicorns and rainbows instead when she wants to feel more cute. Reisuke's shirt is a tight fitting and sleeveless that is light purple and has her clan symbol on the back. She rarely ever removes her shirt for anything to conceal the mass amount of scars on both her back and also the few on her chest. Her hands are bare except for each finger being wrapped with bandages. As for the pants, Reisuke prefers to wear a pair of blacks shorts with a small utility belt that has pouches on each of her sides. For footwear however, she is generally barefoot. She will wear some footwear in special circumstances but for the most part she is barefoot. One special part of her appearance is that she is always to her best as clean as possible. Aside from her being barefoot, hygiene is of the upmost importance to Reisuke.[/left]
About you!
Personality: Although she is a kind and caring individual, Reisuke does her best to keep everyone at a distance. She has little confidence and is, to say the least, an introvert. This is due to her mass anxiety from her PTSD that she has had since she can remember. This makes her fidgety and paranoid of her surroundings and makes it nearly impossible for her to trust people. Reisuke also has a mass phobia of fingernails and absolutely refuses to associate with anyone who has their nails revealed. This is also a side effect of her PTSD which is difficult to control, but not impossible. Due to this fear, Reisuke spends a majority of her time alone in any form of wilderness she can find. This secluded life can make her depressed at times so she will either repress the feeling or head into town for a while, despite her anxieties.
Things Reisuke Loves!!: Reisuke loves food. All you can eat all of the time would be better than heaven for this young girl. Her favorite kind of food is any kind of pasta. She absolutely loves the noodles. As for recreational things, Reisuke loves to swim. She spends a majority of her time around rivers and large bodies of water, practicing her family jutsu's. Reisuke also enjoys drawing pictures and making dolls if she can find the right materials. On another note she also enjoys practicing her genjutsu's on small animals. She enjoys using these animals as experiments to see exactly what kind of impact she can have on the animals. She has yet to try these things in serious combat with another human, but she has had her curiosities.
Things Reisuke Doesn't particularly enjoy!!: Reisuke isn't a big fan of super dry areas. For instance the desert would be her least favorite thing, especially if she were without water. Reisuke also doesn't like much social interaction. With both her lack of trust and anxiety she would rather just be alone than have to deal with that. Ironically though, Reisuke doesn't like being alone for a long period of time. Aside from that, Reisuke hates nothing more than being dirty. She will go far out of her way if it means she can get clean. As for food, Reisuke doesn't really like candy and this is because it reminds her of her childhood.
Motivations: For the most part Reisuke relies on her fear for her instinct. This fear drives her to do what she needs to do to feel at any sort of comfort in both her surroundings and in her own mind.
Another motivator is the hope that one day she can surpass her parents in power. Although what happened with her mother was horrifying, she still hopes to do her family proud and become a powerful Malkavian and Riikan.
Fears: Reisuke fears herself and the power that is within her. Yes she wants to be a powerful Ninja, however she knows the cost if losing most of her sanity. She fears that she will lose the person that she is within her own madness. Reisuke also fears her own past. She does everything she can to keep herself from thinking about what her mother did to her and any thought of it is too much for own psych to handle. She even goes to the extreme through the fear of removing her own fingernails.
A fear that Reisuke doesn't really think of often is in the future if she has a family. She is terrified that she will do the same if not worse to her companion or children that her mother did to her. This fear depresses her because she knows that there isn't really anything she can do besides be alone if she doesn't want to hurt those she could love.
~History~
Kujiko and Hisaname fell in love while on a mission together. For years they did missions together for Kumogakure and eventually it got to the point where they never left eachothers side. Kujiko, a Rikkan and Hisaname, a Malkavian. Together they built a home in Kumogakure and started to lead a more simple life. Kujiko did his best to always help Hisaname through her rough periods of alcoholism and even did his best to satisfy her sex addiction. He loved her more than anything and despite the fact that she was growing more "mad" as the days went on, he would always be there for her. A little after a year of living together however, Hisaname became pregnant. Kujiko was overwhelmed with joy where as Hisaname wasn't exactly the most pleased. She did however love Kujiko as much as she could as well and for him, she would give him a child.
The pregnancy wasn't easy and although she did her best to control herself, Hisaname could feel herself slipping more into madness due to herself having to fight the alcoholism for her child. She began gambling her money along with Kujiko's and even started to begin developing alzheimer's and dementia. It got so bad at times that she even forgot who Kujiko was and attacked him on multiple occasions. Kujiko, being the loving man he is, did his best to restrain her and keep himself from falling victim to her madness. He couldn't lose his family to this madness and thankfully for him he didn't. However, during the time of labor, the contractions caused Hisaname so much pain that she actually immobilized the entire staff trying to give birth to their daughter. The only person who was mentally strong enough to withstand her Genjutsu's through years of building resistance to it, was Kujiko. He himself delivered the baby girl and got her out of the room of her mothers genjutsu to keep her from being affected. Kujiko decided to name her the name Hisaname had always wanted a baby girl to be named, Reisuke.
As an infant, Reisuke's father did most of the care-taking for her. On the good days however, Hisaname did her best to keep a hold of her mind to help raise Reisuke. Sadly, this didn't happen often. For the most part, Hisaname didn't remember ever having a child and was lost in a world of delusion that her and Kujiko were still moving in together. This made it very difficult for Reisuke to gain any form of bond with her mother as an infant.
Up until the time Reisuke was five, her mother had been growing increasingly more distant and more often than not she had no idea who Reisuke was. Her father would always tell Hisaname that it was just a young girl they were taking care of for a mission and Hisaname would usually understand and despite not knowing her, she would tolerate her being there. That was however, until her father had to go on a mission alone. Kujiko gave his daughter a kiss and gave her instructions on what to do in case her mother forgot who she was and trying to harm her. All that were to be proven futile. It was early in the morning and Reisuke was awoken by her mother above her. Reisuke looked up at her mother who was wearing a devilish grin and holding her hand in front of her face. The nails on her hands were sharpened to a point. Reisuke couldn't react fast enough. In the next instant, her mother shot her hand down and stabbed her fingernails deep into Reisuke's left eye. Reisuke screamed out a bloody yell as her mother continued to press deeper and deeper into her skull. Suddenly, her mother was standing over her again. She felt as though she were in the instant just before her mother stabbing her. However, once again, she couldn't react fast enough. She felt it again, and again. Her mother stabbing and ripping out her left eye over and over again.
This went on for what seemed to be an eternity before Reisuke felt a sudden change. A sudden confidence within herself. She felt her right eye begin to change and she felt a rush of energy all throughout her body. Something was activating within her. She felt as if she could see the jutsu itself. That's exactly what this was. A jutsu. Reisuke had figured out that it was just a jutsu. A Genjutsu? Yes. That was exactly what it is. She felt herself begin to understand exactly what this was. Dementation. Had she gained the ability her mother had once talked of? Auspex? Perhaps she had but regardless she of that she was slowly but surely breaking free from the genjutsu. For some other reason though, she felt as though she could do the same genjutsu. Maybe she could reverse it and gain her freedom that way? The pain was horrendous from her eye being constantly ripped from her skull, but she had to try. Reisuke focused all that she could and broke free from the genjutsu that her mother had her under. Her mother was staring at her, the same devilish grin that was on her face before was still there. "That's my girl" Reisuke's mother said coldly before she turned and walked out of the room. Reisuke's eye was gone and her entire body felt as though it were on fire. She looked down onto her body and noticed that she had open shallow wounds down her chest. She could also feel that her back was covered in these wounds as well. How had she not felt these when they happened? The pain was becoming more and more overwhelming and all Reisuke could do was scream. She screamed as loud as she could before she was in the arms of someone.
A few days later Reisuke awoke in a hospital bed in the middle of the city. Her father was by her side, a grim look on his face welcomed her as she gazed upon him. He gave her a hug and cried as he held his daughter. Reisuke, however, didn't cry. She just stared blankly at the room around her as her father held her and cried. Her father gave her a kiss on the head and told her that he was going to leave the city with her mother to make sure that this never happened again. Reisuke, an empty shell at this point in time, nodded in approval. Her father said he had a place for her to stay lined up for her and that she would be fine without them. Again, Reisuke nodded without saying anything. After her father gave her the news they say in silence for hours. Finally, Reisuke told her father how she felt. She told him that she couldn't forgive him for leaving her alone with her mother and for allowing this to happen to her. She told her father she hated him and that she never wanted to see him again. Her father gave a sorrowful smile and said he understood. He gave her a final kiss on the head and walked out of her life for good. After he left, Reisuke continued to stare around the room and eventually she looked down at herself. She saw her hands and the nails that were on her fingers. A sudden wave of terror over took her and she began to scream. Frantically she began tearing away at her nails, and although the pain was horrible, she ripped each nail off one by one. The nurses couldn't do anything but watch as the young girl screamed and tore at her own nails. All they could do was bandage her fingers individually to help her fingers heal.
Once she was dismissed from the hospital, she found the family her father suggested and lived with them they were a kind and caring family. She did not trust the family at first, nor did she really associate with them at first. She refused to allow herself to be around their aweful nails. She couldn't allow that type of pain to ever happen to her again. The family eventually caught on to the phobia and for her, they all began wearing gloves around her. She began to grow quite fond of this family and she was greatful to have a home. She was still however, afraid of them and never let them grow too close, despite her feelings.
Over the years with this family, Reisuke's anxiety was lessened but she still couldn't handle the sight of fingernails nor did she allow herself to grow close with anyone. The family understood and accepted her for exactly who she was. She was cared as if she was actually a part of the family. Reisuke knew she wasn't though. She knew that one day they would turn on her. She couldn't allow herself to be betrayed by a family again. She would just have to keep on her guard around them and never allow herself to care about any of them. She did want to stay with them because the food was great and it was nice to have a bed, but she did not want trust the people that could potentially do her harm.
More years past and finally she was old enough for the Academy. she had been keeping herself sharp in the woods practicing her genjutsu and even a little bit of her Rikkan Ninjutsu on small animals. Reisuke was beyond anxious about the Academy, but nevertheless she was excited because she was finally going to become a ninja. No matter her anxiety, she would just have to suffer through it. In the academy, Reisuke wasn't one for much physical combat. She couldn't handle really anything but Ninjutsu and of course genjutsu. She did try her best with weapons but she could barely throw a kunai let alone a shuriken. Despite these weak points, Reisuke was by far the top student in Genjutsu and even some Ninjutsu. She especially excelled with any ninjutsu involving the element Suiton. In the classroom, Reisuke studied as hard as she could to make sure she had all of the basics down. No her grades weren't at the very top, but she was smart enough to easily be within the top ten percent of the class. Although she was excelling in her class, she didn't really make any friends in the process of her Academy studies. No worries though. Just less people that could betray her. She didn't even mind the comments that were made about her. She knew she was going to be a great ninja and she wasn't going to let anything or anyone stop her.

Running around to check every corner to make sure no one was around, Reisuke began to set up her perfect location. She checked about 10 times before she finally felt secure enough to undress herself a bit. There was nothing better than the natural hot springs that were deep in the woods. Nothing felt better on her scars than a nice hot bath.
She pulled her shift off first and folded it neatly on the ground by the water. She dipped her hands in the water to feel the nice heat from the spring. "It's absolutely perfect" she said to herself relieved. She pulled her hands from the spring and looked at her fingers. "I'll have to replace the bandages after I suppose." She hated changing her bandages. Usually it was because she had to rid herself of the horrid things called nails. Luckily this time it was just because they were wet. She finished getting undressed and got into the spring, completely submerging herself in the hot water and then slowly coming back up for air. She let out a sigh of relief as she leaned back against the nice warm rocks of the spring. All alone in the best place. It was kind of funny to her. Being alone in the water made her feel more connected to the earth than anything else did. It was probably the fact that she could feel the energy of the water. Regardless of what it was, it was her favorite feeling in the entire world. She looked up into the sky that she could barely see through the trees. From the dimness of the sky, she could tell that it was already getting pretty late in the day. Such a shame. She couldn't be out here past dark or she would never find her way home.
Right before coming down from looking at the sky, an object caught her eye. She focused her eyes on the trees and noticed a small fuzzy animal. Reisuke smiled a bit to herself and said quietly "I would like to play if you would." She put her hand over the water and concentrated. She pulled the water up with Mizu Ayatsuri and shot it up at the furry creature. The furry creature is knocked from the tree and lands in the other side of the Spring. "Oh no! I over shot it!" She said as she started swimming over to the animal. She dived into the water and brought the animal out in her hands. "I'm sorry little friend. I didn't mean to almost down you." She said this while smiling. The fuzzy creature looked back at Reisuke and Reisuke pulled its head back. She looked deeply into the creatures eyes and let her anxiety flow into the genjutsu. She began to reach into the creatures mind to make it relive falling deep into the water over and over again. Reisuke kept a hold of her genjutsu but felt herself slipping a little bit too much. The madness from the dementation was always something hard to control. She released the genjutsu and drops the furry creature back into the water. "Damnit. I still need to practice more. I better get home for now though." She made her way back to the side of the water and climbed out. She redressed herself and gave one more look at the sky through the trees. "Perfect. I have just enough time to make it home before dark.
