Clan: Anshou

Clan History:
The ninja of the Sakebi clan were, as a whole, ignored; sure they had a pretty strong ability in their power of suggestion, but none of the clansmen ever made it to a high enough rank for it to become formidable- easily blown off as children's genjutsu. Thus, the Anshou clan was born, a split off faction of the Sakebi mainbranch who decided to revolt against the idea that their kekkai genkai was anything but dangerous; ending up with a jutsu different in its applications but stronger all the same. They narrowed down the range of the original genjutsu and put in more raw power, focusing on completely ensnaring a single target to their will; and creating something troublesome enough to be outlawed from common use in every village they found themselves in. Thankfully the clan is rather small, being bits and pieces of another smallish clan, meaning that not much trouble arouse- but the few that slipped past the radar quickly made themselves known and as strong powers in the shinobi world.

It wasn't hard to advance when you could make anyone do anything you want.

Kekkei Genkai: Moujuu (Obedience)
Kekkei Genkai Description: A sister genjutsu to the Sakebi clan's Siren Song ability, Anshou's Obedience works similarly but distinctive all the same. Instead of activating through the voice, Moujuu requires eye contact; working as an artificial dojutsu in the way as the clan's symbol appears in their eyes and the left eye of the victim. After this connection is established, the genjutsu is cast and the next vocal command from the user is followed through by the target- regardless of its implications.
Drawbacks:

• Can only be used once per person, once per a single topic. This means no more commands after the first can be issued to the same target for the rest of the topic. Another command cannot be issued to a person under the effect of one if they remain so after the first topic.
  
• Has to be recast on multiple targets; one use cannot effect more than one person.
  
• Requires eye contact.
  
• Kill-based commands can be resisted by the victim until S-rank. 
  
• If Genjutsu is the clan member's secondary specialization and lower than their rank, the jutsu's effectiveness is instead stuck at whatever rank the spec is until it's trained and caught up.
  
• Command cannot be taken back after being told and is followed through with unless the jutsu is somehow forcibly ended or expelled from the victim.
  
• Cannot be crossed with other genjutsu based clans.

Description: The user establishes eye contact with the intended target, casting the genjutsu immediately from there; signaled by the Anshou clan's mark appearing in both of their eyes and the victim's left eye. The next vocal command towards the marked is followed through no matter the demand, lasting until the command is fulfilled; wherein the sigils fade and the victim is released from the genjutsu, unable to be effected for the rest of that topic. Despite scaling ranks the jutsu doesn't change or improve from its lower ranks much at all, the only notable changes being that this ability can only ensnare people of the same rank of the user and lower (without permission) and kill-based commands can be fully resisted and the jutsu put on forced cooldown (for that target) until the user is S-rank.

okay so the main difference between my two little pet clans is that the anshou sacrifice manipulation, charisma and playfulness for pure, blunt, evil power that shows results immediately; but falls off dramatically in group and longterm situations
