Name: EmpoleonType: Offensive, Defensive Rank: B Element: WaterSpecies: PenguinDescription: This race is oddly indigenous to the desserts of Yokuchigakure despite it's arctic appearance and one of the few animals that live in it's harsh lands. Their average life span is around 50 years in which they grow stronger and stronger until around a few months before death where their health declines rapidly.
At a youg age they average 1'04" in height and 11.5 Lbs in weight and are considered D rank. It has a dark blue head with a primarily white face and a short, yellow beak. The dark blue feathers on its head extend down its back and around its neck, which causes it to appear to be wearing a cape. There are two white ovals on its chest and a small, light-blue marking resembles a crown above its beak. It has flipper-like arms and yellow feet with three toes each. Piplup's have a strong sense of self-pride. Because of its pride, it has a hard time bonding with humans other then the Shuken clan who have been working with these creatures since it's early times.
They are considered at the age of 8 to hit their adolescence years, they reach a height of 2'07" and a weight of 50.7 Lbs and are considered C rank. It is mostly dark blue with light blue facial markings, wing tips, and lower body. Its eyes are blue and it has a short yellow beak with a small point above it. Two large, yellow ridges extend from its beak over the back of its head and meet just above the nape of its neck. On its body are four large white spots. It's flippers have grown in length making them a viable weapon in some cases. It has short legs with yellow, three-toed feet. Prinplup's maintain it's high sense of self-pride.
They then become an adult at the age of 25, they grow rapidly as their average height is 5'07" and weight is 186.3 Lbs and are considered B rank. It has a wide, yellow beak with three pointed horns that form a trident-shaped crest and small, blue eyes. It's large horns are a symbol of leadership and strength for their kind. There is a blue marking resembling a crown over its eyes and a white, lacy marking running down its chest. A blue, fin-like projection forms a collar around its throat and runs down the length of its chest and belly. On its back are two raised, gold bumps and a second blue fin that forms its tail. It was wide, flipper-like wings rimmed with blue along the tips and three golden claws. The edges of these wings can slice through rocks with ease, and they will use them to attack anyone or anything that damages its pride. Its yellow feet are webbed with three toes each. Description: They are a pride filled animal and will usually attack anyone or anything that attempts to tread on it's huge pride, As such many of these creatures can be arrogant, though the Shuken clan due to their ties are often able to calm them down in most situations. - Efficient swimmers:

Description: Despite living in the harsh desert, they are very capable swimmers due to the pack leaders being able to create bodies of water, this water doesn't last long due to the heat and it is considered a reward to the other members. Through this they are able to keep their swimming in top shape Jutsu:

The bubbles are spit out with violent force that is capable of washing away most attacks, such as oil and fire. This technique can also be used as an effective smokescreen

One can freely control the power of this technique with the amount chakra one releases
Name: Suiton: Gunshot Canon/Custom: Cannon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: All ranges Specialty: - Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed water ball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It is also possible to increase the power of destruction of the spheres themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power. With a user the size of Gamabunta, the bullets can actually be more like cannonballs, making them much deadlier.
Name: Suiton: AquaJet Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Short to Long Specialty: Efficient Swimmer Special Characteristic Duration: -5 chakra per post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The user surrounds itself in water and uses it to thrust itself forward at great speed. The user can keep this going until they either collide with something, choose to end it, or run out of chakra. If the user collides with something damage will be done depending on the weight of the user, because the users body is used as a projectile it does recoil damage as well. This ability is the Empoleon kinds creation and are able to use it to travel as well as an offensive attack

Name: Water Style: Water Penguin Bomb JutsuCanon/Custom: Cannon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Close to mid range Specialty: - Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user shapes water into the form of a large penguin and thrusting their hand forward, sends it hurtling towards the opponent at high-speeds, resulting in a powerful impact. The user can also ride inside the water penguin to dramatically increase their swimming speed Name: Water Style: Shotgun Penguin Bomb JutsuCanon/Custom: Cannon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Close to Mid Specialty: - Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user puts their hand on the surface of a body of water and chakra is released into it, changing it into the form of five penguins. The penguins charge the target with high speed, creating a raging stream that takes away their prey's freedom of movement. These penguins can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy.

WeaponName: Morphing Alloy Type: Chakra Rod Rank: D-S, the alloy matches the users current rank and can not exceed it Upgrade Slots: 0 Affinities: Takes on the users element Description: The Rod is around 6 inches in length and 2 inches in diameter. The wielder is able to use their chakra to morph it's shape in combat, (See Shuken clan for size limitations) this allows the metal to become almost any weapon they wish it to be within these restrictions. The user can create ranged weapons however projectiles are limited by rank, with the user being able to have D rank: 0 C rank: 0 B rank: 7 projectiles every 4 posts A rank: 9 projectiles every 4 posts S rank: 12 projectiles ever 4 posts If the chakra rod becomes too heavily damaged, when it reverts back to it's original form it will be chipped, shorter in length or even broken in two. The user can repair the alloy with their chakra by concentrating it into the rod, the alloy will absorb said chakra to repair itself. This requires immense concentration and isn't possible to achieve during combat, once the alloy is repaired to it's full strength it regains it's mysterious metamorphosis properties and becomes easier to manipulate once again. If the alloy becomes damaged it becomes increasingly harder to work with which is why maintaining it is important. The time taken to fix the alloys is D rank: 750 words / 70 chakra C rank: 600 / 60 chakra B rank: 500 / 50 chakra A rank: 300 / 40 chakra S rank: 150 / 30 chakra Enhancements:Metamorphosis: By using chakra as a base the Alloy is able to expand and change shape at the users will so long as they keep focus on it, if the weapon breaks it is just reverted back to the original form stated above however can carry along any damage it receives and could need repairing.

| You need to make the jutsu using the jutsu template, even for pets.
Set your Alloy to be a scaling rank; as a WT your WT based item cannot exceed your current rank. Make it D-S, with the note that the user's personal alloy bar it set to match their rank at all times.
Pick one name for your Pokemon based pet. Just because it's using the evolutionary line as an example for how it changes as it ages, doesn't meant it's actually evolving. It's the same pet, just at a different age. |

| You didn't fix the jutsu for the pet Chip.
Need exact sizes for the alloy bar. What's the actual diameter/width/whatever fits the basic shape. How many projectiles and such can you form from 1 alloy bar, and how do you recover what's lost when used? |

| You need to spoiler them in both pets. xD Your Empoleon won't be ranked via a scale; no pet is. You need to pick a rank for him that you are able to partner with and train him as you get stronger, same as the rest of us. | Holy cooldown. By that logic, you might as well not bother with being able to make projectile and just carry normal ones with you. If i'm reading the alloy correctly, you pay chakra and it regens similar to how the Executioner's Blade drinks the iron in blood to regen damage? How long does it take to regen fully, and how much chakra does it cost? |

| Yeh, I wanted it to be focused on close combat with ranged as an option but not an efficiency. |

| Alright, I have a solution for this. Make it so that you can't make projectiles until B-Rank, and lower the cooldowns to 4 posts. That way it's not insanely over nerfed, but no more effective than using a normal jutsu would have been. |

| Alright, that's significantly better. Let's just make one more adjustment, and your alloy will be approvable. Adjust the time you need to repair the alloy from minutes/hours and into Word Counts, since time is highly fluid and there's no way to measure it effectively that won't screw you over.
Let's say:
D: 750 words / 70 chakra C: 600 / 60 chakra B: 500 / 50 chakra A: 300 / 40 chakra S: 150 / 30 chakra
That way you can fix the alloy between fights/during missions, just no 'easily' in the middle of a fight. Even if you don't manage to toss the 750WC in one post it would only cost the chakra once obviously. This way, you're not unfairly nerfing yourself, but you're not insant regen either. It's more balanced overall. |
