Description: Using Raikougake, the user punches the air and releases the force as an electric surge; the 'pulse', or 'thunderclap', reaching up to fifteen meters if it doesn't impact before that. The punch works on the same level of the user's Taijutsu, not including enhancements such as the Gates or Chakra Enchanced Strength. Any suiton jutsu c-rank or lower is destablized by the punch, as well as reflecting d-rank weapons it comes in contact with.

All but Tokkan no Jutsu are approved. Tokkan no Jutsu seems fine to me I just have to double check at what rank we're allowing boosts and such: don't want to approve it just for it to be unapproved later. <3

How far do these objects go flying, and if used against another human being how far would they fly, and would it do any damage to them like fractured ribs, ect.

Description: The user floods their system with chakra that causes an effect similar to that of the drug Morphine, dulling and blocking out pain and physical stress the user would go through. The jutsu is simple in its effectiveness because it doesn't actually DO anything- no wounds are healed or defended against, the body is simply drugged to the point that it doesn't feel the wounds being received. This allows the ninja to continue fighting despite taking damage that would otherwise deter them, though they're unable to do things that become physically impossible. (A broken leg is still broken and cannot be used to run with, even if you don't feel or realize the fact that it's broken.) The Morphine effect continues as long as the user supplies themselves with chakra, but excessive use can become dangerous; namely because the imitated drug is highly addictive.

I like these. The only error I see is that in Raikougake you repeat yourself a bit:

Or am I just half asleep and that's what it's supposed to read and you mean that you're causing water to break down via electrolysis on top of blocking Suiton based chakra attacks?

If it's not an error and I just need coffee, then they're both approved. Jinrai is approved at the least.

Oh gosh, no, you're right, my tiredness repeated two pretty much the same ideas. I mean, I guess it'd make sense if someone threw a bucket of non-jutsufied water at me, but that wasn't quite what I was getting at.
