Clan History: This clan was considered as one of the most ancient clan in history; as old as the sage beasts. This clan lives close to nature make them able to communicate with animals and absorbing nature chakra. Due to this clan abilities, they all being hunted down for scientific or military purpose. To safe this clan future, they are forbidden to use their ability in public and being scattered to ensure some survivors. But, hiding seems hard for this clan because even themselves cannot fully control the transformation and often going berserk, marking their own location for the hunters to find. Time passed and slowly this clan disappear from everybody ears, some said they all successfully annihilated.
The first evidence about this clan exsistance and survival after so many years occured in land of grass. There was an annihilated village that caused by rampaging survivor from this clan. That member cannot fully control his transformation and make a chaos in the village; killing almost all the villagers and ninjas in the process. That sole survivor then disappear after the incident; possibility locking himself to pervent something like that ever happened again.
Few years after, some ninjas which is not from this clan was seen with the ability to transform like this clan could. The investigation conducted and bring them to village of hidden sound or Otogakure. That village ruled by notorious criminal and also genius who exploited the sole survivor genetics to create his copies.
When the 10-tails bijuu going rampage and lit the shinobi world war, there is several times this survivor spotted. Later, it's known that this man names is Juugo and since then, his descendants called by his name, Juugo Clan.

Kekkei Genkai: Sage Transformation (仙人化-Senninka)

Kekkei Genkai Description: Sage Transformation is the result of an unnamed ability wielded by Jūgo's clan, which allows them to passively absorb natural energy, resulting in increased physical abilities and the possibility to perform various shape-shifting feats. This transformation is a multifaceted ability that permits them to achieve feats ranging from creating various weapon-like appendages.
Clansmen must take physical abilities (taijutsu, kenjutsu, kyujutsu, weapon technician) as their primary or secondary specialization and automatically gain senjutsu as their third specialization. Like any other senjutsu, when transformed; this clan can drastically increase the strength to all ninjutsu, genjutsu and taijutsu. The user also gain their sage chakra while in this form like the basic senjutsu.
There is two levels transformation; the 1st transformation called 1st State (状態1-Jōtai Ichi) and the 2nd level called 2nd State (状態2-Jōtai Ni). In 1st state transformation, the user gain boost less then 2nd state but also have less drawback. In 2nd state transformation, the user gain greater boost also with greater drawback, the 2nd state also require senjutsu training at least at acolyte level; which is make D and C rank cannot access it. There is no special training for 1st or 2nd state, the clansmen automatically have it from birth and can choose whether use 1st or 2nd state by their own will. While in 2nd state, the user cannot use any chakra-based techniques other than sage technique also the 1st state cannot access sage technique. Aside from the first and second levels of the transformation, skilled users are able to perform partial transformations in which the aforementioned mutation caused to the user's body in the level two state can be used without altering the entire body.

SC - Passive natural energy absorption:

Drawbacks: While these clansmen can absorb natural energy passively without being turned into a statue, as those who failed to learn senjutsu do, their bodies cannot control the immense power surges that accompany the transformation and as such, are prone to sporadically going berserk. Using this transformation while not fully mastering the senjutsu will cause them to going berserk and only able to use physical abilities; if not causing them an immense pain continually. This clan also losing its ability to talk to animals after so many research on their genetics. There is some negative special characteristic for this transformation.

Okay, I honestly love this to death. It's very well done, and extremely well thought out. However, we're going to need to adjust some things here.

The pain drawback. Hinder? What exactly does that mean? You need to write that up as a negative SC honestly; or else people are going to attempt to circumvent it. The Cursed Seal is going to need to be removed for the moment; staff has had a "NO" policy on those since day one, however we will bring this up for reconsideration at the next staff meeting, which should be tomorrow. If anything, it would be an ability they have to develop, not something anyone can pass down.

So, they get basic physical boosts; but no boosts to chakra abilities? You need to read our Senjutsu guide again; you don't normally gain nature chakra in the middle of battle. You start with your Sage chakra maxed, and can undertake a meditation to partially restore it; it's not passive. I know that kinda of kills this clan; but we can come up with something to even the effect out.

How does one gain the 1st/2nd state exactly? Training, natural growth, hm?

I move the pain and berserk things to negative SC in drawback. Also trying to clear up the passive natural energy in positive SC. I remove the physical boost and make it general also the cursed seal.
I don't know if i explain things clear enough or not but 1st state can't access sage chakra and 2nd state only able to use sage chakra.

I remove the cursed seal but not giving up on this. I want to make basic clan who also act like senjutsu clan. When the senjutsu clan require them to find the 'hidden place'; cursed seal act like juugo clan 'hidden place'. The receiver of this seal also need to train their senjutsu skill like the standart procedure. But, i don't want to argue with this one. If you say no then i'll go with it.

Alright, I'll read this again when I've had some sleep; but I just wanna say that I'm all for having this clan made. We've just gotta hammer out the issues; but nothing is so major that we can't approve it with some work.
