Mission description: A local carpenter has lost his plane, a tool used for making flat surfaces out of wood. While not an uncommon tool, the carpenter highly values this particular piece of equipment as it is a family heirloom. The plane was lost near the edge of the forest, just outside of the Eastern Village. The ancient Leaf Village symbol is carved into the wooden handle, making this tool fairly easy to distinguish.
Mission details: Beyond a few cats or small animals, you won't likely find much in the way of problems finding this tool. Just make sure to bring it back in one piece; a screw is loose in the handle and if it breaks the tool will come apart in a way that cannot be fixed. If this happens, you will fail.

Objective: Help to repair the smoke and water damage to a bakery that was set on fire.
Location: Niwaurushi - Central Market

Mission Description: The investigation into the source of the fire is complete, and the owner is now able to rebuild the bakery. Assist in cleaning up the water, smoke, and fire damage caused by the flames. Be ready to move damage, heavy equipment outside of the building so that it can be hauled to the repair shop, or local recycling centers.
Mission Details: Supplies will be provided when you check in with the owner. He will assign you to one room or area of the building, then ask you to move 3 large (50lbs) damaged machines to the street for pick up by repairmen or recycling pickup.

Objective: Aide your comrades in fighting grassfires on the western plains.
Location: West Coastal Village
Reward: /
Mission description: The yearly burn season has hit early, and the western village was caught unprepared. Reinforcements from the main village are being dispatched to create burn lines and take out hot spots before the fires reach the village.
Mission details: The fire itself is hundreds of square acres in size, however you are focused on a small, 5 miles area. Chop down the dry, dead trees; dig fire breaks and ditches, and take out any burning spots you can find. Return to the village when told, and join the groups of people wielding buckets of sand and water putting out sparks and small fires starting in the village itself. No major fires will start during this mission; so take your time and do your job properly.

Objective: Relieve the escort team guarding a shipment of medical supplies from Kumogakure.
Location: Memorial Forest

Mission description: A moderate-sized caravan of supplies is making it's way down the freshly completed high mountain road; connecting Niwaurushi and Kumo over land. This is the first attempt to ship supplies via this route; and both villages want this to be as smooth of an event as possible; as Niwaurushi is in need of the medical supplies, and the bad publicity from a botched shipment would harm both villages.
Mission details: The caravan drivers are extremely experienced; the creme of the crop so to speak. They will comply with orders given unless they see that the order would endanger the caravan. Expect little resistance, just the usual mountain and forest animals. The occasional thief might try to snatch something, however they will be easily detected and very weak, barely Genin strength and moving in groups of no more than 3 at a time.
