Transplant rules apply to everything from an eye, to a limb, to some sort of mechanical arm (such as a puppets arm) that is being attached to the human body. As with all medical techniques, a transplant is dangerous and there is a chance that your character could die; so please pay attention to the rules listed below.
Anything won in an Event is automatically given a 100% success rate of transplating, this means there is zero chance that your character will die. You can choose to automatically have the transplant already completed or you may RP it out (there is no needed word count for this that needs met).
For those who are transplanting something not won in an event the following rules apply:
If using a NPC to make the transplant:
1,500 Ryo = 75% chance of success
2,000 Ryo = 80% chance of success
2,500 Ryo = 85% chance of success
3,000 Ryo = 90% chance of success
3,500 Ryo = 95% chance of success
4,000 Ryo = 100% chance of success
Please note that a word count of 3,000 words must be met no matter the price paid.
If using an IC Medic:
B Rank: 80% chance of success
A Rank: 90% chance of success
S Rank: 100% chance of success
Please note any Medic below B rank cannot preform a transplant, or else you will die.
Please also note that when using an IC Medic a word count of 2,000 words must be met.
Also note that the IC Medic does have a right to charge you a price for the transplant that that character (the one getting the transplant) must pay.
Doujutsu (Eye) Transplants
Transplanting Doujutsu follows the same rules and charts as other transplants, however there are a few additional rules and conditions placed on them.
-ALL DOUJUTSU ACTIVATION AND ABILITIES COST DOUBLE NORMAL CHAKRA COSTS. This includes maintenance costs.
-Transplanted Doujutsu are locked to the rank of the ninja they are stolen from.
EX: An S-rank player kills/steals an eye from a B-rank player. The rank of the doujutsu itself will not exceed B-rank, no matter how high the original owner trained it.
-Only one eye may be transplanted into a socket. If for some reason the transplanted eye is damaged or blinded, no replacement can be made. Any attempt will cause a doujutsu to auto-seal and be destroyed. A normal eye will refuse to function, rendering any second transplant attempt cosmetic at best.
Byakuugan Rules:
-The rank of the transplanted Byakuugan is locked to the rank of the ninja that it was taken from. If the source ninja is C-rank, then the Byakuugan taken automatically reverts and locks to C-rank power. This cannot be changed by any amount of training done by either user.
Sharingan Rules:
-The number of tomoe unlocked at the moment of death/eye steal is the FINAL number unlocked. If the eye only has 1 tomoe when removed from the Uchiha's body, then it can NEVER achieve 2 or 3 tomoe. While Mangekyou Sharingan can be unlocked at 1 tomoe, Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan CANNOT be achieved via transplanted eyes outside of the Uchiha clan. Only full-blooded Uchiha can have EMS. Don't even bother arguing.
-MS activation and Jutsu costs extra depending on the number of tomoe unlocked in the eye
- 1 Tomoe Sharingan: 3x activation/maintenance costs for ALL MS abilities
- 2 Tomoe Sharingan: 2x activation/maintenance costs for ALL MS abilities
- 3 Tomoe Sharingan: 2x activation/maintenance costs for ALL MS abilities
**These costs do not stack with the normal double cost; they supersede it. So the cost would be exactly 3x for 1 tomoe, and 2x for 2-3 tomoe.
-Transplanted eyes with Mangekyou Sharingan are subject to eventual blindness via using MS abilities.
-Attempting to transplant a second MS into an existing transplanted MS eye to achieve EMS will result in instant and 100% failure rate. You will be blind in that eye, if not dead; depending on the rank of the medic that attempts the transplant/how much you paid for NPC.
