It was a pretty regular day like any other, except today was the day Tatsu and his very amazing sensei Isao were going to train with one another. Tatsu was needless to say very excited about this. When he was in the academy he only was able to train with other students but here he was now training with who he believed was one of the strongest shinobi in the entire village, other than lord rouga kage of course.

Tatsu was in the training grounds quite early, a bit earlier than when they had decided to meet in fact. Sense he had some time on his hands Tatsu decided to do some warm up exercises so that when his sensei arrived he would be at his very best condition! He started with some basic physical training, getting down onto the ground he began doing a few sets of sit-ups. "One two three four" he counted off in his head, once he got to one hundered he stopped, layed on his back for three minutes then rolled over on to his stomach quickly starting to do fifty push ups. Yes this kid had a lot of enthusiasm, heart and most of all determination.

After his little warm up he sprang to his feet and began stretching out his arms and legs. "That should do it!" he said sending a few punches and kicks into the air before him. Now he was pumped up and ready to go, willing to take on whatever life would happen to throw at him.

Isao laughed as he entered the room. He saw the young Tatsu doing vigorous warm-ups like a true wide eyed genin. It was entertaining, to say the least. He wasn't that type of ninja at any age, but most were. "Nice to see you, Tatsu." Isao said politely as he walked up to him. The man's bow was already in his hand and his arrows sat in a quiver behind his back. It was time to get started.

"First off, I want you to show me what you can do with Raiton. Perform a jutsu." The man commanded as he awaited his student to do so. He would follow up with showing him a jutsu of his own. While he used Raiton with a arrow, it didn't change the fact that it was the same element and basic properties. He could use raiton in ninjutsu just like any other person, he just preferred other methods.

Tatsu smiled as he saw his sense arrive, Tatsu ran over to him and bowed with the utmost respect as a genin could give such a high ranking ninja. "ITs good to see you sensei, thank you for taking the time out of your day to train me it really means a lot" When he looked up he noticed that his sensei had been holding a bow and had a quiver strapped to his back along with an assortment of arrows whiten it. He looked at it curiously, he never knew his sense used such a style nor had he had seen someone use something like it. He decided to save the question for later seeing as how they were about to begin the training.

Tatsu smiled and nodded his head as he replied "No problem sensei". Tatsu was smiling with anticipation as he took a few steps back sinking into a fighting stance, soon he was about to show off his raiton jutsu, grinning he could hardly contain himself. This was the moment! Focusing his chakra he began to let it flow through him until he stopped. He realized his jutsu was a taijutsu type, this meant he would need an actual target or else it might not have been as impressive as it would alone. "One moment sensei!" he pleaded as he bowed once more and scurried off to the equipment area, pulling up a training dummy from a random pile of miscellaneous training equipment he ran back to his sensei.  Looking at his sensei with the dumnmy he pushed it forward a bit "Can you hold this please sensei? In order for me to show the full effectiveness of my jutsu im going to need an actual target" he informed.

When he did hold it tatsu would scoot back a bit dropping into a fighting position, "Here goes nothing" Now it was time to really show Isao sensei what he had! Letting the chakra flow through him he focused it into his right leg, the one he had slid back when getting into position. Sparks began to surround his leg, he would then bring it up and send a strong roundhouse kick to the dolls side, or what would be a rib cage on a human body, from then on the lightning from Tatsus foot would be sent into the puppet or intended target giving them a strong shock. Tatsu then brought his foot back down quickly and skipped back giving yet another bow to his sense. "What do you think sensei? I use my raiton chakra along with my taijutsu to send electricity into the opponent, literally using myself as a medium! It also gives my taijutsu an extra kick!" Tatsu was obviously proud of his technique and the way he used it, he didnt know if it was the most original method but it worked for him and he was satisfied with that. He stood there waiting to hear what his sensei then had to say next ready to follow any order he would happen to give or answer any question he may have.

Isao watched as the genin did various pleasentries when he walked in the room. He seemed like a genuine enough kid, which wasn't a bad thing. He responded immediately to his request, walking over to hold the dummy for the kid. Tatsu ran and kicked the dummy, sending raiton chakra through the target. It was a basic use of the raiton element, but an efficient one none the less. He smiled as the genin gathered himself and looked to Isao for a response. Now was the time to show him what else could be done with the raiton element. "Stand back from the dummy a good bit, I will show you a more advanced use of the raiton change in nature." He said smiling as he stepped back quite a distance away. He grabbed his bow and took an arrow from the quiver. The boy's reaction would be fun indeed.

He aimed the arrow directly at the dummy, channeling raiton chakra to the tip of his arrow as he did so. An electrical ball of chakra was created at the end of the weapon, crackling as it waited to be released. Isao simply let go of the string, sending the arrow at the the dummy. It zoomed accross the training area with incredible speed, hitting the dummy with great accuracy. Once contact was made, the raiton chakra exploded, causing a minor explosion that sent the dummy back a few meters and charring it. Not to mention that part of it was missing. "You see, Raiton chakra doesn't have to just be channeled to shock. It can also be condensed when channeled, and release to create an effect similar to an explosion." He said explaining the concept of his jutsu. Hopefully, the kid would understand and give a response stating so. 

Learning Ninjutsu: 462/3000

Chakra 285/300:

Tatsu nodded as his master had given him the direction to stand and clear away from the dummy no doubt Captain Isao was about to preform an incredible and Amazing jutsu, Tatsu grinned and began to back pedal steadily, left foot right foot left foot right foot, trotting backwards almost as if he were jogging in reverse. The entire time he kept his eyes on his leader and mentor, images and scenarios bouncing about through his head like gas molecules in a balloon, crazily and endlessly colliding and ricocheting about. Tatsu could only imagine what kind of amazing jutsu Captain isao would display for him, perhaps he would summon some giant creature mad of raiton like a squid or a wolf or a caterpillar, although it seemed pretty far fetched but the possibilities were nearly endless! A ninja with enough creativity, skill and chakra could form any kind of jutsu whether it be taijutsu ninjutsu or genjutsu, or maybe any other of the ninja arts. Either or, Tatsu believed that his captain had possessed all the skills necessary to dish out an amazing jutsu that could take down any amount of ninja.

His eyes were fixed on the great shinobi, peering at him with full of wonder, amazement and great anticipation to see what he would do. He watched as he began to remove the bow that tatsu had eyed before it seems he was finally going to get to see the thing used in action, what a treat!. Still with his gaze fixed on his teacher he observed him pulling an arrow from the quiver and put it into position and begin to draw it, which in turn led to the two ends of the bow to pull back as well, now that the bow was drawn Captain Isao had sent the arrow flying, Tatsu was already impressed before the jutsu had even started! His eyes followed the arrow, not really but more the direction the arrow had been sent in and the path it took, when he looked his eyes caught the sight of the arrow tearing into the dummy and causing a small explosion of electricity and sparks. Tatsu let out a large "WHOA!" Tatsu was truly impressed and completely agog at what he had seen, it truly was an awesome jutsu, never the less he expected nothing but the most awesome from his dear captain. "WOW! That was so cool Sensei! I didn't know something like that was possible, that bow thing you have is super cool too! and your accuracy was so articulate!" he praised as he ran towards the dummy to check out the damage done to it. It was burnt and partially ripped apart, if it were a real person like an enemy ninja he or she would have definitely been toast! Tatsu looked towards the captain with amazement plastered upon his face almost like a mask, he then ran towards him continuing to give him praise, he was not sucking up but was generally impressed he had never seen such a display of technique before, it had made his jutsu look like a childs toy. Tatsu stopped and listened intently as his captain began to give a small lesson that went along with the demonstration she had just given.

"You see, Raiton chakra doesn't have to just be channeled to shock. It can also be condensed when channeled, and release to create an effect similar to an explosion."

Tatsu thought on this for a moment then spoke up. "So do you think i could make a jutsu kind of like that? Maybe charge a small but largely condescend ball of electricity of lightning into my finger tips and when i poke stuff maybe burst forward or something along those lines? What other things can raiton chakra do? I know it conducts well with water styles and i know it can stun people sometimes, but is there anything else it can do?" Tatsu looked at his teacher and listened intently, he would hang on to his every word, he even sat down and crossed his legs, folding his hands together interlocking his fingertips like a student would do when sitting down at a desk waiting for the teacher to give a lesson, it was almost the same scenario how ever they were not in a class room, but this man would go on to teach tatsu many things and tatsu would take every word he said to heart, he would use what this man taught him and put them to as best use as he could now and in the future, Tatsu not only wanted to be a good ninja but a good student as well. So he sat there listening, and ready to learn.

They boy became exited beyond measure once Isao had shot the arrow and perfomed the jutsu. It was an impressive jutsu, but it was a simple C Rank technique. Something that was easily within his range of abilities. "With some practice and imagination, you should be able to do something similar. Work on it in the future and impress me!" He said giving the boy a bit of advice. He then asked about other uses of raiton. There were many uses of the element, and Isao knew quite a few. "Stand back and I'll show you another use."

Isao walked to the equipment area and grabbed two dummies, dragging them back to where the last one had been. He set them up about 5 meters from each other before walking back to Tatsu. He pulled out three arrows and aimed them at the dummies. He released them quickly, shooting them in a triangle formation. As they neared their target, electricty shot through them, making a lightning net of sorts. They connected with their target, trapping the dummies and shocking them. "You can use raiton to trap your enemies by channeling it through multiple objects and connecting them." He said hoping to give some pointers to the genin. "Now, I want you to show me the same move you used earlier, but focus on the raiton chakra and not the kicking motion. See if you can't enhance it in some way." He waited for the boy's response. This was going well so far.

Learning Ninjutsu: 717/3000

Chakra 265/300:

Tatsu stood back as instructed as his mentor began to drag and bring back some more dummies, Tatsu wondered what he was going to do now, and waited with anticipation. A smile grew larger when he told him even he would be able to complete a jutsu that was as cool as the one he had performed before. Now he was away and he crossed his arms looking out at his master and the dummies , his eyes studying how he used the raiton chakra.

His next jutsu was pretty impressive, Tatsu had never seen a jutsu used in such a way, it was very interesting to see. "Wow captain thats really awesome!"he admitted. His sensei then wanted him to preform his jutsu, but now Tatsu was really interested in learning more about this stuff, which was rare because Tatsu loved training and stayed focus upon it most the time. "Hey uhm sensei, do you think we can take a brake for now? In all honesty ive never seen outside the village...could you take me?" he asked as he began walking towards the exit a bit hoping that his master would follow and possibly show him outside the village.

"I'll be happy too!" Isao smiled as he heard the boy's request. Usually, he wouldn't be so keen about leaving like this, but he needed a break as well. There was no point in training so much that he became bored. He walked behind the kid as they exited the training building. Time for a walk.
