Clan: Black-Hand

Location: East Niwaurushigakure

Clan History: Black-Hands originate from the wilds that surround Niwaurushigakure. Once a large and proud clan that specialized in Taijutsu, Wind, Lightning and utilizing the use of a special trance unique only to blood clan members, the Black-Hand were all but killed off by rival clans because of the potential they possessed while only hand fulls of full blooded clan members remain, they and their history scattered and disorganized.

Kekkei Genkai: Battle Trance    

Kekkei Genkai Description: Some but not all members of the clan, after having faced a very stressful or life threatening situation, developed the ability to enter an extremely focused state called the Battle Trance. Only a handful of Black-Hand members gained the ability. Battle Trance is a term denoting a specific altered state of consciousness that characterizes the psychological state of combatants during a combat situation. In this state, combatants do not feel fear or pain, and are temporarily granted an increase in strength, speed, awareness and reaction times. The user enters a euphoric state brought on by the adrenal gland releasing adrenaline and dopamine into the bloodstream and is described as "the world moving in slow motion." In a Battle Trance a Black-Hand may behave very differently, from extremely altruistically (to the point of sacrificing themselves to save others), to the extremely aggressively (to the point of participating in mass murders). Battle Trance affects both men and women and can be induced in individuals as well as groups. Battle Trance state may occur involuntarily. (for example, a mother acting in total disregard of her own safety when her child is suddenly attacked)

D Rank - The state can only be entered when the user is in an extreme amount of stress or anger. Duration is random (1 post)
C Rank - The user is learning to control his emotions to the point where they can force themselves into the state and maintain it longer (2 posts)
B Rank - The user can focus their emotions and are able to enter the trance without first becoming stressed or angered, and are learning to regulate the flow of adrenalin to maintain the state for longer periods (3 posts)
A Rank - The user has total control of their emotions. Conditioned users can maintain the trance for 5 minutes (5 posts)

Drawbacks: Drawbacks to Battle Trance include extreme fatigue, (the user's body will only perform at 50% for a time after the Battle Trance) muscle damage and tearing with frequent usage, and possible mental scarring. Prolonged and over-usage would result in scenarios ranging from paranoia to complete mental breakdown. While a user may not feel pain or injuries inflicted upon them while in the state, should they receive any damage while in Battle Trance they will also suffer the effects of said injuries double upon come out of the trance. When first learned, Battle Trance can only be activated when the user is extremely stressed or angered. Only through training does a user learn to enter the state at will and maintain it for longer periods of time, benefiting more strength and speed increases, but with the drawback of greater bodily risks and cooldown periods. (Example: 1 post in trance, 2 posts to cool off at 50%)

Description: The attack is described as a flurry of accurate punches (up to 10) thrown at high speeds. To the normal human eye it actually appears as if the user has one thousand hands because of the arm's rapid movement. Stronger users can perform the attack longer, and add in elements of Lightning to cause a paralyzing effect with each successful hit, or Wind for extra added force. A successful One Thousand Hands attack would surely leave a victim either severely disoriented, unconscious, or the worse case scenario, eventually dead. Using One Thousand Hands also leaves the user somewhat fatigued and unable to use their arms as efficiently for 3 turns. One Thousand Hands can only be executed in the Battle Trance state.
D Rank - Lasts for 2 posts, and hits hard enough to cause mild bruising and pain.
C Rank - Lasts for 2 posts, and hits hard enough to cause moderate bruising and pain. If a head shot occurs the opponent will feel moderately disoriented.
B Rank - Lasts for 1 post, the punches are now faster and  hard enough to break bones and bruise organs. A head shot would result in a loss of consciousness.
A Rank - Lasts for 1 post, the punches are now faster and hard enough to rupture organs. A headshot is now hard enough to cause severe brain damage and if left untreated (for 4 posts or longer after the attack) can cause death due to bleeding of the brain.
