Clan History: The Kyōga is a clan that was only recently founded. Theirs was an ability that no one had really paid attention to, simply thinking that multiple people shared their techniques. More and more people heard of techniques that they thought to be alone in having, and flocked to the Village Hidden in the Desert. This is where the Kyōga was born.
To this day, it is a very loosely bound clan; Neutrality is a commonly shared credo of theirs. It remains small and discreet compared to others; there were few Kyōga that passed on their abilities. Recently, DNA tests have found that the Kyōga are distantly related to another clan that wields light. Indeed, the clan elders have confirmed this, though not in much detail. The clan head, has somewhat recently re-established ties with the head of the Iki clan; these two, plus the Seitakai, have promised to never attack each other. They feel like Hoshi survivors should stick together.

Kekkei Genkai Description: Han'eipō allows users to create and store energy, mainly in the form of light. The Kyōga can create 'mirrors' out of chakra to absorb energy from any source, and divert it to their own ends. This mainly works by using using Katon or Raiton to convert energy (as heat or electricity/vibrations) into its potential form, using Fuuton and the air itself as storage. Conversely, higher-ranking members may use those same elements to generate their own light without the need for outside sources.

Drawbacks: Many Han'eipō techniques use light; that being said, less experienced users are wont to be found. Also, the fact that every jutsu in the clan's arsenal depends on one technique is a hassle.
