Name: Four Legs Technique Canon/Custom: Cannon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 2 posts Description: This technique grants animal-like accelerated fighting instinct and reflexes to the user. By enveloping their entire body in chakra and moving on all fours, they can obtain high speed movement and reflexes like that of a wild animal. Taught only to the members of the Inuzuka clan, this technique forms the basis of a Inuzuka clan member's taijutsu fighting style, and will add even more to their feral-like appearances; their canine teeth, their finger and toenails grow to claw-like length, their eyes also become more wild with their pupils becoming slits. When under the effects of this technique, an Inuzuka will display great feats of physical strength, speed, agility and endurance. The form is best suited for using and supporting the ferocious "hit-and-run" tactics that the clan is well known for, leaving the enemy barely any time to launch a counter attack.
Name: Piercing Fang Canon/Custom: Cannon Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Close (0-5m), Mid (5-10m), Far (10m+) Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 2-4 posts Cooldown: 4-8 posts Description: The user spins at a ferocious speed and delivers many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The damage it can inflict on a human target can be extremely damaging; and because of the user's spinning and claws residing at the apex of the tornado like cone, it can readily tear through thick tree branches and chakra reinforced earth wall; all of which with a radius thicker than the user itself. This attack is done alone but it can be done with a partner, making it more effective. While the jutsu is active, the user barrels across the terrain at or above normal running speed, as the spin works to pierce the air and reduce drag to some degree; which when combined with the Four Legs Technique enhances speed by 1.75 to 2x. That being said, steering can be an issue for an Inuzuka without significant practice. When the jutsu is first learned, the speed and sharpness of turns is fairly terrible; which is made up for to some degree by the explosive power of the jutsu. As the user trains and fine tunes thier control, they are able to reach an almost pin point control and accurracy.
Name: Man Beast Clone Canon/Custom: Cannon Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: / Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: A modified version/mix of the Transformation Technique and clone technique, which is unique to the Inuzuka clan, allows a canine-user to transform their animal companion into a perfect copy of themselves. When combined with the Four Legs Technique, the user and the animal become virtually impossible to tell apart, since both act equally animalistic. Like any transformation, the technique can be broken by identifying and attacking the animal, thus dispelling the transformation. This technique is often followed by the Fang Over Fang.
Name: Fang Over Fang Canon/Custom: Cannon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Far (15m+) Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user and ninken spin at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The target will comply with interrogation, but seems to retain his or her personality while under hypnosis.
Name: True Paralysis Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Description: A technique that physically restrains an opponent, as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. It debilitates the victim for a period of time, which allows the user to either strike again, or take the target into custody. The technique can also be cast on many target at once, dependent on the user's overall rank. B-Rank users may detain up to 5 people; A-Rank 10 people; S-Rank 15 or more. At S-rank you may pay an addition chakra cost of 10 chakra per 5 people beyond the normal limit of 15.
Name: Body Elimination Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: / Description: Knowing full well that a shinobi's corpse is essentially a treasure trove of information, this technique is used by ANBU to completely destroy their body if caught or on the verge of death. This technique leaves no trace of the user's body behind whatsoever.

Name: Sage Summoning: Wolf Pack Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B-S Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Senjutsu, Ookami Clan Duration: / Cooldown: / Description: A skill granted to all who master the arts of the Wolf Sage; the Alpha is able to call upon an entire pack of wolves to aid them in battle. The packs vary in size based on the summoner's power and rank; low rank Sages can summon 6 wolves, while Master Sages can summon 12. Each wolf is B-ranked in overall power; and shares the primary element of the Sage (Ex. the Sage's primary element is wind, therefore all wolves in their pack have wind). The Element of the wolves is treated as B-rank. They have no true jutsu to speak of; however they are able to release blasts of pure elemental fury (Bullets of wind/water, flamethrowers, etc) of B-rank power. Each wolf may only release one blast of their element before losing access to this skill until the end of their current summoning or the end of the current thread, whichever happens first.
Name: Canine's Fury Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Senjutsu, Any Canine Clan Duration: Until Ended Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: The mark of a Canine Sage; the user drops into an almost berserker's rage; however they retain full consciousness. The feral aspects of the user's personality are enhanced, while the body in turn becomes more animalistic in appearance. Claws lengthen, fang grow, hair become wilder and longer; they almost seem to revert to a less 'evolved' state. While active, Canine's Fury boosts the physical abilities of the use by 1 full rank, including damage output.

Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Maximum of 5 posts Cooldown: Duration + 2 posts Description: A technique that physically restrains an opponent, as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. It debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again, or take the target into custody. This is a D-rank ninjutsu where the intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level of skill. This jutsu will only work on people who are your rank or lower. If used on someone of your rank, there is only a 50% chance of the jutsu succeeding. The jutsu can be cast on a maximum of 3 targets at once.
Name: Water Release: Archerfish Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This jutsu is nothing more then a simple jet of water; used to create the standing water for other, more advanced Water jutsu. The amount of water created is dependent on the User's rank. D-rank users would produce only a few gallons; C-rank up to 10 ft³ (Cubic Feet), B-rank 1 acre ft, A-rank 3 acre ft. This jutsu does have one other practical usage; it may be used to extinguish flames or fire jutsu; so long as the fire jutsu does not exceed the user's own rank; IE: the fire jutsu is C-Rank and the User of Archerfish is D-rank, the water would not be released in sufficient quantities to stop the fire.
Name: Ninja Art: Quick Step Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 posts Cooldown: 2 posts Description: This jutsu is actually very simple, as it is little more then chakra to create a small 'cushion' of air beneath the user's feet. The cushion itself is very thin, as at this rank the user must still maintain some contact with whatever surface they stand upon; without the contact the user will stumble and fall before they are ever able to get moving. The jutsu itself does little more then reduce the friction between the user and the solid surface enough to allow a noticeable increase in speed; not to exceed 1.25% normal sprinting speed, and for no more then a few seconds at a time.
Name: Hidden Mist Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 10 posts maximum Cooldown: duration + 5 posts Description: This displacement technique is a specialty of the ninja from areas with large sources of water nearby, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a per-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. Any Doujutsu with the ability to 'See' chakra can easily defeat the mists; as well as a sensor ninja of 2 ranks above the user.
Name: Ninja Art: Solar Flare Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This jutsu requires no hand signs; instead the user raises their hands so that fingers are spread wide and the palm is flattened and facing inward, the tips of the middle and ring fingers touching the user's temple and face. The user then channels a burst of chakra to the hands, releasing it instantaneously as a blinding flash of light. The flash is bright enough to stun for 1 post and blind for 2 more post anyone standing within a fan shaped radius of 10 meters in front of the user.
Name: Snap Spark Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu OR Chakra Flow Duration: / Cooldown: 2 posts Description: An extremely simple jutsu in practice and function; the user merely focuses a small amount of chakra to the pad of the thumb of their dominant hand and then snaps their fingers normally. This causes a small burst of sparks to fall to the ground. This jutsu is meant to be a quick ignition source for other jutsu; but may also be used as a distraction. The sparks are no hotter then what fall from a child's sparkler and cause no damage; but the sting can make for a useful surprise.
Name: Smokescreen Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu OR Chakra Flow Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user inhales deeply; mixing chakra in their lungs and throat to produce a thick cloud of black smoke over a specified area. Within the smoke cloud the visibility is reduced to less then three feet. The smoke is not-lethal; but it does sting the eyes and lungs; causing anyone caught in it to cough, wheeze, and tear up. Can be dispelled with a Wind jutsu of equal or higher rank.
Name: Water Release: Hiding in Water Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -5 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: Using this jutsu, a ninja is able to be concealed within water itself. The user may submerge in a body of water as small and shallow as a puddle. While submerged, the ninja is perfectly hidden, detectable only by sensors of 1 rank higher or more from the user; or a normal ninja of 2 ranks higher.
Name: Futon: Ryuusui [Wind Style : Stream] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Fuuton Range: 3 feet (1 meter) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 2 posts Description: A useful jutsu for manoeuvring mid-air, this technique is nothing more then a somewhat powerful, concentrated burst of wind from the user's mouth. It may also be used to create a cloud of debris if used close to the ground (cloud of smoke, leaves, etc). The debris cloud would not be large unless the user was to hold to the exhalation of air for an extended period of time, and is highly dependent of the condition of the area. Hard packed dirt for example would be little more then a small cloud of eye and mucus membrane irritating dirt tossed into the air; where as loose soil or sand could possibly create a cloud large enough to cover several meters in a way dictated by the wind currents of the area. If used against another person, the jutsu would cause a small knock back effect; only few feet or so unless the terrain is loose, sandy, or at an angle that could cause the person to slide farther. The burst of air can be deployed as either a immediate burst for creating a clouding effect or for a rapid reposition, or it can be used as a more delayed release to help add momentum mid-air. Costs 10 chakra.
Name: Ice Release: Ice Dome (Hyoton: Hi Engai - 氷遁・氷円蓋) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D-S Type: Defensive Element: Ice Range: 5 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -X chakra per post (D:5, C:10, B:15, A:20, S:30) Cooldown: Duration + 5 Description: The user can quickly create an ice dome around there allies and themselves to act as a defense. The dome is able to block all non-katon jutsu up to it's own rank, any Katon jutsu of 1-rank lower and up will melt the dome.

Name: Sonic Heavenly Fang Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: Mid (5-15m), Specialty: Taijutsu, Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 post Description: This jutsu is a variation of Tsuuga, in that you must have the basic Inuzuka skill mastered in order to attempt this. By infusing the vortex of Tsuuga with Wind Chakra, the user creates a true tornado around them self. This allows both an increase in the piercing power of the Tsuuga by 1.5x, as well as creating a shield effect; blocking or redirecting any small weapons or diminishing the effects of larger weapons by 25%. The point of the jutsu however, is to rain hell from above. The jutsu itself is performed mid-air, with the user aiming to strike from above, or very close to the opponent. At the apex of the tornado, the user gathers a significant amount of Wind chakra, which is released at the moment of impact; creating a sonic boom effect. IE: a knocback not to exceed 15 feet and a disorientation effect to anyone within a 5 foot radius of the impact. If a direct hit is achieved; the damage is significant; enough to cause broken bones and deep lacerations of the opponent's body. However, the jutsu lacks the pin-point accuracy of a normal Tsuuga, and therefore the true aim is not to directly impact, but hit close enough for the secondary effects to be utilized.
Name: Water Release: Water Trumpet Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive, Supplementary Element: Water Range: Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The user holds their hands to their face with a hand sign that forms a circle with their fingers, through which a jet of water is expelled at high pressure. The jet will travel for a maximum of 15 meters before losing all force and falling to the ground. The pressure of the water is enough to cause significant bruising, and the possibility of dislocated joints; if hit at a distance not to exceed 15 feet, and directly on an exposed joint such as the shoulder. May cause temporary blinding if the opponent it hit directly in the face at close range (<5 meters); at which the blinding would last no more then 3 posts.
Name: Water Prison Jutsu (Suirō no Jutsu - 水牢の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary, Defensive Element: Suiton Range: Touch Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. If used defensively, the prison can deflect up to 3 jutsu of lower rank before breaking. Any jutsu of equal or higher rank will instantly disperse the water. Any Raiton or electrified attacks would do damage equal to one rank higher then normal because of the excellent conductive nature of water itself, and the users wet skin. Of course this means the user himself would be shocked as well, and take damage equal to the rank of the jutsu itself. Because of the heavy nature of the water; the user's reflexes (dodge and movement speed) are reduced by 1 rank for the duration of the jutsu.
Name: Suiton Bushin No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: 60-meters from the user Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts after last clone dissipates Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. The clones also cannot use any technique outside of the water element. Also after using a technique they will dissipate as they are only made of 10% of the users chakra. The maximum amount of clones that can be created at once is 5.
Name: Water Clone Barrage Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Short(0-5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: Attacking the enemy with a series of punches and kicks to force them backwards, the user then creates a small pool of water from which a single clone of himself emerges. The clone, alongside the user then buffets the target with a series of more kicks and punches before delivering a final kick and the clone then dissipates back into water. The user and the clone deliver a maximum of 16 blows to the target; causing significant bruising and pain, as well as a moderate chance for dislocation of joints or breaking of smaller bones.
Name: Futon: Rasen Fuusen [Wind Release: Spiraling Wind Ball] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This technique allows the user to breathe wind-infused chakra into the palm of their hand, shaping it into a small, whirlwind-like ball. Then the user will shoot it at their opponent. This technique is very fast and powerful, as it is capable of smashing through thick rock. Up to 5 at a time can be launched in rapid succession. The impact on an enemy is significant, causing major bruising and the moderate chance of fracturing bones. A shot to the head will almost certainly cause a concussion, and will result in the ninja being stunned for 1 post. Costs 15 chakra.
Name: Futon: Reppusho [Wind Release: Gale Palm] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive, Supplementary Element: Wind Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound are all increased by 150%. Costs 15 chakra.
Name: Futon: Kazejuugan [Wind release: Air bullets] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m), Long(15m+) Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: One turn Cooldown: Five turns Hand Seals: Bird [hold] Description: The user holds the associated hand seal, condensing their chakra into several pressurised spheres of wind that the user spits out in rapid succession towards the opponent. These air bullets are transparent spheres, and are roughly 4 inches in diameter. When fired, they travel at roughly 50mph. The user can spawn up to six of these bullets at a time. Direct impact by one of these spheres will knock the victim back several feet, tear through any clothing it hits and leaves the surface of the skin where it hit torn and frayed. If a bullet passes near the target, it can leave small lacerations on any exposed flesh it comes near. The cost is 5 chakra per bullet.
Name: Ookamizuka Wolf Summon: Pack of 5 Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive || Defensive || Supplementary Element: / Range: Maximum of 60 meters Specialty: Summoning Duration: Until dismissed Cooldown: Duration + 4 Description: The user summons a small pack of clan wolves to aid them in battle. The total number summoned is 5; and each wolf is able to use basic Taijutsu abilities. Each wolf has roughly C-rank physical power and no chakra skills. They have intelligence on par with normal wolves.
Name: Ice Release: Ice Breath (Hyoton: Hyotoiki - 氷遁・氷吐息) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Ice Range: 15 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user or ice-based creation is able to release a large cloud of super frozen air from their throat, which causes anything within range to become frozen. Contact with unprotected flesh will cause frostbite that penetrates 1/2 inch into the body. Contact with the eyes will cause temporary blindness, which lasts for 1 post.
Name: Ice Release: Frostbite (Hyōton: Tōshō - 冰遁•凍傷) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Ice Range: 5 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: the user creates a large bear's head made of ice over either of their hands and they can use it to attack the enemy. The user uses their ice-covered hand to open the jaws of the bear head and clamp down on any part of the target's body, mainly the limbs, and that part will quickly become covered in frost. Once it's covered in the frost it can be shattered by any blunt force, which can break all but the hardest bones in the body. Contact with this ice causes 1st degree frostbite burns, which penetrate no more than 1/4th of an inch into the skin.
Name: Ice Release: Snow Maiden's Touch - Hyoton: Yuki otome no tatchi - 氷遁:雪乙女のタッチ) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Ice Range: Touch Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: This is a basic Ice Release technique. After gathering ice chakra within their finger/s, or hand/s, the user gives their target a simple tap or touch. The ice chakra races through their body and freezes them in an instant. However, this technique will not kill them, rather it will merely slow down some vital organs and dodge others altogether. Instead, due to this, the target is forced to "sleep" in a cryostatis-like state. However, unless the ambient temperature is below freezing, this state lasts on 1 post before the target defrosts naturally.
Name: Ice Release: Ice Wolf Claw (Hyoton: Aisu Ookamitsume - 氷遁・アイス狼爪) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C-Rank Type: Offensive Element: Ice Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: The user surrounds a hand with ice in the shape of wolf's head and attacks the target. The ice gives the user's punch a piercing effect, allowing gashes and puncture wounds up to 1/4 inch deep.
Name: Ice Release: Swallow Snow Storm (Hyōton: Tsubame Fubuki - 氷遁・ツバメ吹雪) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Ice Range: 10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: This jutsu creates a cluster of ice needles in the shape of miniature swallows, which the user then throws at the opponent. These needles can change direction in midair and will maim the opponent with their sharp wings. The ice swallows deal damage equal to that of normal shuriken, and number roughly 30.

Where as Quickstep was meant to be a short burst of controlled speed; Voidstep is meant to be a split second of hyper acceleration along the lines of a split second burst of speed 8x what the user is normally capable of. This destroys any and all ability to control or change direction until the kinetic force is spent; meaning that unless the user must have pinpoint accuracy in aim before triggering as they can end up anywhere; even embedding in a tree or rock face. Great care must be maintained when using Voidstep, as any impact can cause serious damage to the user; as even impacting something normally as forgiving as water at these speeds would be like hitting a wall of solid concrete.

It forms a blade of air over the path that the air travelled, causing it to rocket forward towards the target. It has powerful cutting force, enough to sever limbs on impact.
Name: Shadow Clone Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B-rank Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: / Duration: Until the clone is destroyed, dispersed, or runs out of chakra Cooldown: Three posts after the last clone is destroyed. Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance. Because of the manner in which the clones are created, the user must divide their chakra among the clones, potentially using up all their chakra fairly quickly if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones.
A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user.
(When one creates a shadow clone, the cost is divided among the number of clones created, in addition to splitting their chakra among the clones. For example, if one created three clones of themselves at the rank of Jounin while at max chakra, your current chakra would be minused 20 for the cost of the jutsu, then divided by 4, giving each clone a 1/4th of your chakra. Being that they are shadow clones, they are each able to perform jutsu themselves, and have their own separate chakra pool. When the shadow clone is dispersed or destroyed, the ninja does not gain back whatever chakra that was left within the clone. )

The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash the enemies away. The beast can fire the streams of water as long as the water source it is created from lasts, up to once per post and to a distance of 15 meters. The force of the claws is enough to shatter rock and dent steel. A direct hit from the claw will disable the enemy for 2 posts. As well as causing severe pain and busing, as well as the high possibility of fractured or broken bones.
Name: Tajū Suiton Bushin no Jutsu (Multi-water clone technique) Canon/Custom: custom Rank: B Type: offensive Element: Suiton Range: 60 meters from original Specialty: ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 7 posts after clones are dispelled Description: This is basically a larger version of the water clone technique allowing the user to create a much larger amount of clones at the cost of more chakra, the clones are also some what weaker because of the increase in numbers. Instead of each of the clones being 10% of the users normal strength they are only 5% when summoned with this technique. Using this technique a person can create up to 15 clones. Just like the normal water clone jutsu the clones must stay within a certain range of the original. Once the clones are dispelled or broken, they explode with the force of an E-rank explosion pouch; not enough to damage, but enough to disorient and cause a small knock back (>10 feet) if more then 5 explode in close proximity. They leave behind large puddles of water that can be used for other jutsu when broken.
Name: Water Release: Water Encampment Wall Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Defensive Element: Water Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 5 posts Cooldown: 10 posts, three uses per thread. Description: This jutsu creates a defensive wall around the user, a fence of sorts. Attacks are blocked with near certainty; with only attacks of A-rank or higher having a chance of penetrating the wall; and even then with only a 25% chance at best. The water can either be blown out from the user, or raised from an existing water source; but as this jutsu takes an incredible amount of water to maintain, it is preferable to use near an existing source such as a river or lake. The wall's strength and resistance to attacks is dependent on the amount of chakra the user pours into the water.
Name: Water Release : Giant Bullet Ball Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m), Far (15m+) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user spits a very large, highly pressurized bullet of water from their mouth. The bullet ranges in size from roughly 2 inches to a maximum of 6 inches in diameter. The bullet moves at several dozen feet a second, making it difficult to dodge at close ranges. If preformed properly, the bullet exits the user's mouth with a spin like a bullet; hence the jutsu's name. This spin gives the bullet enhanced accuracy, much as the spin of a normal bullet would; enabling a sufficiently proficient user pinpoint accuracy and further decreasing the chances of evasion. The smaller the bullet fired; the greater the piercing power. A small bullet is meant to cause damage in a small area; punch through the body and take chunks of flesh with it in that way. A larger, thicker bullet however, is more lucky to cause crush injuries; breaking bones and causing major bruising and internal bleeding. The smallest bullets travel at 200 m/s; with the largest moving at a slower, but still impressive, 150 m/s.
Name: Water Release : Water Dragon Bullet Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m), Far (15m+) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 posts Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user is able to create sufficient amounts of water themselves, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The dragon itself will not exceed a maximum length of 50 feet, nor a maximum diameter of 5 feet. The dragon itself is rather bulky, leading to a distinct lack of accuracy control; something that must be trained to overcome. This leaves the chance for evasion, if the target is far enough away and is quick enough. The dragon itself travels as easily twice the comfortable running speed of the average C-Rank ninja, but given the lack of control it can still be evaded if you are able to dodge to the side far enough, fast enough. The power of this jutsu is the sheer concussive force of the blast; which can be enough to render some targets unconscious, as well as cause major injuries. Massive bruising and extreme pain are guaranteed, as well as a very high risk for broken bones and moderate internal injuries.

Cooldown: Duration + 5 Description: The user must have access to or be able to create a large body of water to freeze. Using Hyoton chakra, the user freezes a body of water up to 15in thick; allowing for anything up to 2 tons to move safely across the ice. Said ice field can be used as material for other ice jutsu. Anyone with Hyoton is able to travel across the smooth ice with no hindrance, and gains + 1 rank movement speed while on the ice.

A user may use chakra kneaded and converted within the body or an existing source of ice. The wall rises out of the ground in front of the user, with the exact height and length of the wall proportional to the amount of chakra used in utilizing the technique. The wall can be large and wide to cover an area or a smaller, more personalized shield.
Name: Ice Release: Black Dragon Blizzard (Hyōton: Kokuryū Bōfūsetsu - 氷遁・黒龍暴風雪) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Ice Range: 45 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 6 Description: An Ice Release technique formed from already existing ice (though it can be used from the user's chakra). After forming the needed hand seals the user will thrust their arm to send out a black ether-like dragon to strike their opponent. As it flies through the air it will begin to turn. When it hits the target it will use its motion to launch the opponent high into the air. The dragon is able to catch the target in it's mouth and bite down, dealing crush damage and using shards of ice to pierce 2 inches into flesh while cracking bone. The dragon moves at the same base speed as an equal ranked ninja.
Name: Ice Release: One Horned White Whale (Hyōton: Ikkaku Hakugei - 氷遁・一角白鯨) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive, Defensive Element: Ice Range: 50 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -30 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 10 Description: This technique allows the user to create a humongous whale with a long narwhal horn out of ice to attack their opponent. The user needs a source of ice in order to use this technique. The whale is able to 'dive' and 'swim' through any existing source of ice or ice cold water, allowing it some freedom of movement. The horn of the whale is as hard as steel and able to pierce clean through the human body unless stopped by a large bone or A-rank and above armor. The whale is able to crush the target by essentially body slamming them into the ground, at which point the target is basically burried under several tons of ice and snow; at which point they will likely be crushed to death; if not frozen and suffocated before they can be dug free. If the whale attacks in this manner, it is automatically dismissed and the cooldown takes effect. Because of the sheer volume of snow and ice needed to create this beast, it is resistant to Katon jutsu of equal or lower rank; while higher ranked jutsu will melt it fairly quickly.
Name: Ice Release: Wolf Fang Avalanche Technique (Hyōton: Rōga Nadare no Jutsu - 氷遁・狼牙雪崩の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Ice Range: 30 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 8 posts Description: This technique allows the user to cause an avalanche when near a mountain and transform the falling snow into a pack of wolves to attack the opponent. The damage from this jutsu is concusive in nature, the wolves barrel into the target and cause severe bruising as well as breaking bones; and if enough of the wolves impact the same target they can bury them the same way a normal avalanche would, bringing with it all the effects and damage that would normally create.
Name: Ice Release: Dragon Hail Flower (Hyōton: Ryūsenka - 氷遁・竜霰花) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Ice Range: 15 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 10 posts Description: The user creates a ring of super condensed ice chakra between their hands, which they then fire at the target. The ring expands to engulf target, which when captured is encased in a solid block of ice. The ice is thick enough to stop all movement from within, unless the target has A-rank or higher Taijutsu or Kenjutsu specialties, or is able to raise their body temperature using B-rank or higher Katon chakra. Otherwise, this ice prison will last up to 5 posts before shattering on it's own; leaving the target frostbitten (2nd degree frostbite damage penetrating 2 inches into the body) and nearly dead from the cold.

The ice that forms these claws are augmented by chakra, which makes them hard to destroy. They also have the power to tear through human bodies, trees, and even stone. They usually tend to be far larger than normal hands, which extends their reach as well. The fingers of these claws can also move as well, making them useful to grab opponents to make hand signals for other jutsu.
Name: Ice Release: Snow Dragon (Hyoton: Koriryu - 氷遁・氷龍) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Ice Range: 15 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 6 posts Description: The user flourishes an arm and creates an ice Dragon that rushes to its target and crushes it. The teeth and jaw of the dragon are extremely strong, allowing for significant crush injuries; internal bruising, bleeding, and broken bones. The teeth themselves pierce up to 1.5 inches into unprotected flesh, and can break through armor of C-rank and lower as like it wasn't even there. B-rank and higher armor will stop the pierce effect.

Name: Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Mid (5-15m), Long (15m+) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post charge, 1 post effect Cooldown: 5 posts Description: This technique extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to several dozen metres high. Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilisation is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. It is very possible for this jutsu to be lethal, whether through drowning the enemy, the debris swirling in the water with them, or the sheer force of the water crashing upon them. If the victim is lucky enough to survive the initial attack, they can expect everything from internal bruising to broken bones, as well as a moderate to severe concussion if the water impacts the head. The sheer size of this jutsu makes it extremely difficult to escape; as they would be caught in the wave of desctruction even if they manage to avoid the initial impact of the crashing wave.

Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function. The closer the enemy to the user, the higher the chance of full penetration; with someone within 15 feet being the most susceptible to this effect. Baring a strong enough body armour, a hit could prove fatal if taken near (Within 2 inches) of a vital organ or major artery. Costs 25 chakra.
Name: Ookamizuka Art: Three-Headed Hydra Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive || Defensive Element: Suiton Range: 50 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu || Ookamizuka Clan Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 5 || Three Times per Thread Description: One of the signatures of the Ookamizuka clan, the Hydra technique is simple enough in theory, but far more complex in reality. The user much have access to a massive amount of standing water, or be able to create it themselves. Once the water source is acquired, the user fills the water with chakra and pulls it into the form of of three-headed hydra; a creature in between a water snake and a dragon. The entire body is formed, with the user usually riding upon the creature's back, or if able to breath water/in possession of a rebreather, inside the main body. The user is able to attack with each head of the hydra independently; which are able to fire bullets of water able to deal B-rank damage on impact. Each head can fire 3 bullets before dissolving into the body, and once all three heads are gone, the jutsu breaks. The user is able to form whips and such from the body for added attack, which deal C-rank damage. Any Raiton attacks of B-rank or higher with break this jutsu instantly, and cause +2 damage to the user.

The jutsu used by the wolves is limited to 1 per wolf; which will disperse after usage; and must be a jutsu known by the summoner. Each wolf has roughly B-rank physical power. They have intelligence beyond that of normal wolves, approaching of the average human. Each wolf is able to communicate simple messages via human languages; however they are limited to no more then 20 individual words.
Name: Ice Release: Divine Dragon Armor (Hyoton: Shinryū Yoroi - 氷遁・神竜鎧) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Defensive Element: Ice (Water || Wind) Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -25 chakra per post Cooldown: Durtion + 5 Description: By creating a thicker layer of ice over their body, the user is able to increase the protection factor several fold. Able now to protect from all D and C-rank taijutsu, as well as 5 B-rank blows, and 1 A-rank blow before shattering; this armor is extremely effective in what it does. Now able to protect from Katon as well; it requires Katon jutsu of A-rank or higher to instantly break the armor; while Katon jutsu of B-rank or below are able to melt the ice with continuous contact. B-rank Katon will melt the armor after 1 post; C-rank after 3; and D-rank after 5 posts. The user is able to canniblize the armor as material for other ice jutsu; however this causes the armor to shatter sooner; with A-rank jutsu instantly consuming the ice, B-rank allowing for 2 jutsu, C-rank for 3, and D-rank for 5 jutsu.
Name: Ice Release: Infinite Dragon Ice Manipulation Technique (Hyoton: Mugenryuu Hyosoujuu no Jutsu - 氷遁・無限竜氷操縦) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary Element: Ice Range: 50 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -30 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 8 Description: The user creates a giant ice dragon and then further manipulating it in any way. The user can make the ice dragon move by his will and attack the enemy both physically and with Ice Release: Ice Breath, launched from the dragon's mouth. The dragon can also be used as a shield and a mean of transport. The dragon is able to use the Ice Breath jutsu 3 times before breaking, unless the user pays an additional 30 chakra for each 3 uses.
Name: Ice Release: Blizzard Fenrir (Hyōton: Fubuki Fenriru - 氷遁•吹雪フェンリル) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Ice Range: 10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -30 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 10 Description: A strong Ice Release jutsu where the users creates a giant block of ice in mid-air and shapes it into a giant wolf. The user can then use the ice wolf to attack the opponent by using its claws, fangs or by firing icicles from it's back as projectiles. The user usually rides on the back of this wolf in order to control it's attacks and movements. The claws and teeth of this wolf are 3 inches long, and can pierce or leave gashes equally deep, while still cutting up to 1/2 inch into bone. Projectiles fired from the back of the wolf are able to pierce or gash 1.5 inches deep, and are blocked by bone, which they cannot break.
Name: Ice Release: Ice Dungeon Wave (Kōri Uribi: Kōri Rō Hadō - 氷売日:氷牢波動) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: Ice Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 5 posts Cooldown: 15 posts Description: A larger scale version of the Ice Prison Technique, the user can encase a swarm of opponents in ice. Unlike the orignal Ice Prison Technique , where the ice emerged from the ground, this ice forms in the air by freezing the water molecules then anchors itself to the ground. The prison shatters on it's own after 5 posts; and can be broken by B-rank or higher Katon jutsu, as well as S-rank Taijutsu.
Name: Ice Release: Twin Dragon Blizzard (Hyōton: Sōryū Bōfūsetsu - 氷遁・双龍暴風雪) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Ice Range: 45 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 12 posts Description: An advanced version of Ice Release: Black Dragon Blizzard in which the user releases two dragons of black snow that merge into a massive tornado. This jutsu manipulates existing ice and does not create ice. The user has 3 posts to control the dragons and form the tornado before the dragons dissipate. The torando is able to lift anything not nailed down that weighs less than 1/2 of a ton into the air, where it is assaulted by the ice crystals in the vortex, then ejected at high speeds toward the ground. The crystals cause minor damage, gashes of up to 1/2 inches deep; and the impact with the ground will cause major impact damage, with broken bones and internal injuries guarenteed.
Name: Ice Release: White Moon (Hyōton: Tsukishiro - 氷遁・月白) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Ice Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 10 Posts Description: On the firs post, the user focuses Ice chakra into the ground and fires a ring of ice toward the target. The ring centers around the target and releases the stored Ice chakra, which creates a pillar of ice around the target that reaches 10 meters into the air. The ice is nearly shatter proof, with only S-rank or higher jutsu of any kind able to break it early. The ice shatters on it's own on the second post; leaving the target severely frostbitten and nearly crushed to death by the weight and density of the ice they where encased in.

Name: Water Dragon Tsunami Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 6 posts Description: Through sheer force of will and extreme chakra control; the user creates an entire swarm of Water Dragons via a standing water source of some type; or through expelling and appropriate amount of water from their own body. Once created, the dragons move like an unstoppable force of nature in any direction the user commands; creating a tidal wave of water and destruction a quarter of a mile wide. The wave of dragons moves twice as fast as an (A-rank) Jounin can sprint, and impacts with more then enough force to shatter bones, break joints, and crush anything in it's path. Anything in it's path can be caught up in the wave, adding an addition source of damage and destruction.
Name: Water Release: Great Water Drill Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: 30m Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Description:The user coats his or her arm in a very large amount of condensed water, and forms it into the shape of a rapidly spinning drill. The user then proceeds to slam the drill into the target and force them to the ground, causing severe injuries to the area that the drill lands on. If it lands on a limb, it is capable of severing it completely. It lands on the torso, it causes damage to the opponent’s organs. The drill pins the target to the ground for 1 post while the base damage is done; before exploding outwards in a tsunami wave that covers up to a 30 meter radius. The wave carries a force similar to Exploding Colliding Water Wave; and can potentially drown anything caught by it.

This heavily compressed sphere is full of thousands of individual sections of razor sharp air tumbling over each other. The user can then fire it at a target, causing it to rapidly rocket towards the target, tearing through anything it hits with an impressive combination of cutting power and knock back force. The impact is more than enough to kill a man, as being devoured by the sphere would carve someone into thousands of tiny chunks.

The jutsu used by the wolves is limited to 3 per wolf; which will disperse after usage; and must be a jutsu known by the summoner. Each wolf has roughly B-rank physical power. The have full human intelligence, and are able to communicate flawlessly with humans via non-canine languages. |

Name: Air Skating Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: SS Type: Supplementary Element: Fuuton Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu || Taijutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 1 Description: The perfection of decades of dedicated training, Air Skating is the realization of one man's dream: to soar through the skies above the forests of his home. Requiring both QuickStep and VoidStep to be perfected before even attempting to learn this jutsu, Air Skating requires an exacting degree of chakra control very few ninja are able to achieve. The premise is simple, taking the idea of a cushion of air below the users feet used in QuickStep; you must solidify the cushion to such a degree that it acts as a proper platform without breaking. Then incorporating a controlled version of the speed boost that is VoidStep, you maintain a consistent amount of forward momentum that allows for the user to stay aloft without constantly needing to leap or touch any solid object. By moving in a manner similar to skating on water or ice, the user is able to reach unbelievable speeds while in mid-air; with terminal velocity determined only by the resistances of the air around them. In order to reduce this resistance, the user wraps themselves in a shell of Fuuton chakra; while this won't completely reduce friction and counter drag, it does allow for a maximum speed of roughly 200mph. Air Skating cannot be stacked with other speed boosting or movement enhancing abilities. Any passive boosts are canceled out for the duration of the jutsu.
Name: Forbidden Ookamizuka Art: 5 Headed Hydra Tsunami Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: SS Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: 150 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu || Ookamizuka clan Duration: -50 chakra per turn Cooldown: Once Per Thread Description: The final evolution of the Hydra jutsu; this is a jutsu that was long ago classified as forbidden due to the fact that no one that has managed to use it has survived the experience. This jutsu takes the base three-headed hydra and turns the intensity up past 11; with two new heads spawning and the body of the beast exploding in size. This jutsu requires a small lake's worth of water to use; and the size of the beast is so immense that it actually deforms from the force of it's own weight and gravity. While the base Hydra forms a full body with the heads extending from it, this version is just the upper body and heads. Each head can now fire 5 S-rank water bullets before disappearing, as well as releasing a stream of pressurized water similar to Water Trumpet, only dealing A-rank damage, over the course of 3 posts before breaking. From the body of the hydra, a tsunami of water falls away and washes across the field at the start of each turn, acting much like the Great Waterfall Jutsu. The reason why this jutsu has killed everyone that has ever used is it not the immense chakra drain, although in many situations that was a major contributing factor; it is lethal because of what happens when the jutsu ends. The body of the Hydra explodes with the force of a 10 kiloton nuclear warhead; leaving behind nothing but a giant, water filled crater that is easily half a mile in diameter. So long as this jutsu is active, the user is unable to use ANY other jutsu, nor are they able to move; the weight of the hydra makes it immobile, even when surrounded by water. The user is enclosed in the body of the hydra itself, which is why when the jutsu breaks, they take full damage from the explosion; something no ninja has managed to survive so far. |
