Need more description. Exactly what can and can't it block physically. At SS; it's going to offer some small measure of protection from just about anything. Exactly what type of armor is it; just giving an image means little. If it's the Japanese Samurai Plate Armor in the image, then you get boosted protection from Ken and Kyujutsu as well. Does it have any elemental resistances? SS-rank armors tend to have some level of sentience; usually int the form of bonding to the wearer that it accepts as master. For everything you're providing for this armor; it is not even CLOSE to SS-rank. More like... B-rank.
