Name: Earth Release: Third Eye Technique Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Doton Range: 0 - 50 Meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -5 Chakra Per Post Cooldown: Duration +2 Description: With chakra, the user connects an eye made of fine earth particles to their optic nerve, which enables them to know what happens in the artificial eye's field of vision, this is genuinely a third eye for its user. The user can control the size of the eye depending on its use. Its main purpose is spying, since it can form and disperse in any location on command. In order to use it however the user must keep one of their eyes closed for the duration of the technique. |

| ---------- Jun Chi Clan Jutsu ---------- Name: Katon: Flame Whip Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary Element: Katon Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -5 chakra per post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user focuses fire chakra into their hands; which is then formed into long whips of fire that the user may control as a weapon. The fire is hot enough to burn clothing and cause first degree burns if contact is made with unprotected flesh. If contact is maintained, a second degree burn forms after 2 posts. This jutsu may also be used as an ignition source for other jutsu. Name: Flare Blitz Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Katon Range: Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: A somewhat different jutsu, this is both a movement jutsu as well as a trap of sorts. The user focuses their fire chakra into their feet, which if done correctly will basically light said feet on fire. By focusing and forming the fire, they can create an almost jet-like effect, increasing movement speed by 50% for a maximum of three posts. Due to the nature of this jutsu, it leaves a trail of flame in the user's wake. This is useful for trapping opponents in walls of flame, or creating diversions in the form of the fire itself. Also useful as an ignition source for other jutsu. Name: Katon: Fire Dragon Bullet Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This jutsu requires that the user be able to create large volumes of fire very quickly, or else has access to a nearby source of flame. By infusing the fire with their chakra, the user is able to form the flame into a very large, extremely dense fire dragon. The beast is huge, fully 45 feet long. The user is able to aim the dragon with some precision, making this a far more deadly variant of the Suiton: Water Dragon Bullet. The dragon leaves a trail of flames in it's wake, which can be devastating in close quarters or areas full of a dry, flammable material. While the dragon has no truly solid form, the extreme heat causes massive burning to exposed flesh. A direct hit or sustained contact would cause third degree burns over 20% of the body or more; with second degree burns covering closer to 50% of the body. Extreme pain and shock are a given. Direct hits result in 1 post of unconsciousness and 1 post after of stun. Unless medical attention is administered quickly (within 1 posts), there is a 25% risk of death from the burns.

Name: Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique (Doton: Shinjū Zanshu no Jutsu - 土遁・心中斬首の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Doton Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1-3 Posts Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: This technique conceals the user underground and drags the object of their attack down into the earth, robbing them of their freedom. In addition, they can start another attack. The user is able to remain underground for a maximum of 3 posts before having to surface. Name: Ketatamashii no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D - S Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: To end of Suture Material Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: - Appropriate Chakra Cost per Post Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: While using a suture the caster may imbue the metal and string with pure chakra. This causes the metal and stitching material to heat up. This cauterizes the wound. It does not actually burn the wound shut, but scars the open area so it is no longer raw, and the patient does not continue to bleed as bad. The amount of chakra needed to do this depends on the rank of the wound and weapon that caused it. D Rank: -5 Chakra per Post. This can be used to for wounds up to an inch or so wide, or those caused by a D rank weapon. C Rank: -5 Chakra Per Post. This can be used for wounds up to an inch and a half wide, or those caused by C rank weapons. B Rank: -5 Chakra per Post. Name: Generic Sealing Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D-S Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Touch Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3-8 posts, depending on rank Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expand the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. Any ninja with a chakra specialty (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc) is able to use the D-rank seal/unseal of this jutsu; in order to use items such as Portible Water Scroll and the like. C-rank seal/unseal and above is locked to Fuuinjutsu users. Name: Twin Seal : Kyuushu and Ikakeru (Attraction and Fire) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: 1 posts Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This seal set is very simple, and has only one purpose. The user tags a target with a Kyuushu seal, which acts as a homing beacon for anything that has been tagged by the Ikakeru seal. The seals may be attached to a weapon, person, or surface; which for 1 post will allow for the homing effect. The homing is only moderately strong, and still rather easy to work around. The homing is only effective within a range of 5 meters or less. A jutsu or projectile will slowly adjust to hit the Kyuushu seal; but it cannot cause highly specialized adjustments. For example, a projectile will not move over obstacles or around walls, nor would jutsu. They would be drawn to impact the wall, blocked before they could make contact. Name: Seal: Searchlight Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This seal is a bit different then most, as it is an offensive seal. The user creates a ball of chakra within their hand; which when thrown like a ball will fly until it comes within 5 feet of the target before bursting into a seal with hovers mid-air. From this seal, 5 small bullets of chakra are fired in rapid succession before the seal breaks and vanishes. The seal has a mild homing effect, as it may swivel as it fires the bullets, in response to the targets movements. However, the bullets are fired in straight lines and cannot change course once fired. The bullets cause little more then pain and mild bruising; however, if all 5 bullets impact then the target is stunned for one post. The main seal disperses with no added effects, vanishing from existence once the bullets are fired. Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Maximum of 5 posts Cooldown: Duration + 2 posts Description: A technique that physically restrains an opponent, as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. It debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again, or take the target into custody. This is a D-rank ninjutsu where the intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level of skill. This jutsu will only work on people who are your rank or lower. If used on someone of your rank, there is only a 50% chance of the jutsu succeeding. The jutsu can be cast on a maximum of 3 targets at once. Name: Ninja Art: Solar Flare Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This jutsu requires no hand signs; instead the user raises their hands so that fingers are spread wide and the palm is flattened and facing inward, the tips of the middle and ring fingers touching the user's temple and face. The user then channels a burst of chakra to the hands, releasing it instantaneously as a blinding flash of light. The flash is bright enough to stun for 1 post and blind for 2 more post anyone standing within a fan shaped radius of 10 meters in front of the user. Name: Snap Spark Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu OR Chakra Flow Duration: / Cooldown: 2 posts Description: An extremely simple jutsu in practice and function; the user merely focuses a small amount of chakra to the pad of the thumb of their dominant hand and then snaps their fingers normally. This causes a small burst of sparks to fall to the ground. This jutsu is meant to be a quick ignition source for other jutsu; but may also be used as a distraction. The sparks are no hotter then what fall from a child's sparkler and cause no damage; but the sting can make for a useful surprise. Name: Smokescreen Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu OR Chakra Flow Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user inhales deeply; mixing chakra in their lungs and throat to produce a thick cloud of black smoke over a specified area. Within the smoke cloud the visibility is reduced to less then three feet. The smoke is not-lethal; but it does sting the eyes and lungs; causing anyone caught in it to cough, wheeze, and tear up. Can be dispelled with a Wind jutsu of equal or higher rank. Name: Katon: Komakai Kaki no Jutsu [Fire Style: Small fire] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: 5 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 post Hand Seals: None Description: The user spews out their mouth a small fire ball the size of a baseball. This is not a jutsu that will do much damage, but it is used quickly to create some space from an attacking enemy. While not super powerful, it is effective for creating space between the user and target or as an ignition source for other jutsu. The flames will cause 1st degree burns on contact. Name: Katon: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu [Fire Release: Mist Blaze Dance Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: 10 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: -5 chakra per post of mist gas release Cooldown: Duration of gas release + 2 Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user breathes out a flammable mist, that once it meets with an ignition source, explodes into a large fireball. The explosion is on par with an Explosion Tag, however over a far larger area. Can cause mild second degree burns and concussive bruising. Name: Explosion Release: Exploding Palm Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Offensive, Defensive Element: Explosion Release Range: Close Specialty: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 2 Posts Description: The user creates a small explosion in their palm. If properly timed and angled, it can be used to send thrown kunai back at the enemy. This jutsu otherwise does no more harm than an explosive tag would.

| ---------- C Rank Jutsu ---------- Name: Katon Bunshin No Jutsu – Fire style: Fire clone no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Fire Range: 60 meters from the user Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts after last clone dissipates Description: The Fire Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of fire that have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the fire clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal fire, but the normal fire ignites the user's clothes in flames, settling for even a sneak attack while they are busy putting out the flames. The clones also cannot use any technique outside of the fire element. Also after using a technique they will dissipate as they are only made of 10% of the users chakra. The maximum amount of clones that can be created at once is 5. Name: Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu [Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: 10 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: After forming the necessary hand seals, the user can create up to ten fireballs that are each six inches in diameter. These fireballs are produced from the users mouth, and fire wildly towards the enemy. These flames are individually controlled by the user, so avoiding them all is difficult. Shuriken can be hidden within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction, and can cause up to second degree burns on contact with skin. Name: Katon: Ryuka no Jutsu [Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: 50 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: After forming the necessary Hand seals, the user breathes fire along the surface of wire or some form of cord, which rushes forwards along the surface of the wire. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon. Can cause third degree burns after 3 posts of direct contact, and second degree burns within six inches of the flame. The flame travels at 60 mph, making it extremely effective at close range. Requires wire or fire-resistant chakra rope as a conduit. Name: Katon: Karyudan no Jutsu [Fire Release: Fire Dragon Bullet] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Range: 30 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: -15 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: The user forms the related hand seal, and breathes out a continuous stream of chakra. This stream forms into the shape of a dragon, and the user can manipulate it's movements to a degree to make it chase the target, though at this rank the user cannot finely manipulate the movement, limiting the manipulation they can perform. This stream must be sustained or it will quickly break off into nothingness. The dragon moves at roughly 30mph. The flames are intense, and can cause instant second degree burns over the affected area, with 3rd degree burns possible after 3 posts of maintained contact. Name: Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu [Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: 15 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: After forming the necessary Hand seals, the user converts a mass of chakra in their stomach into fire, expelling it from their mouth in a massive orb of roaring flames. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. At its largest, Goukyaku no Jutsu is 10 feet in diameter, and can travel at 30 mph. Causes instant 2nd degree burns on contact. Name: Fire Release: Flame Bullet (Katon: Endan - 火遁・炎弾) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 4 Posts Description: This technique is executed by the user gathering oil in their mouth which is created by chakra, spitting it out, and igniting it. This technique simply shoots a flame bullet at the enemy. If the amount of oil that is prepared is kept down, the time it takes to invoke the technique is reduced. This allows the enemy to be stricken unaware, allowing the oil-containing flame bullet to burn them up completely. It is also possible to shoot out a series of flame bullets by partitioning the oil, or a continuous flamethrower. Name: Iwa Bunshin no Jutsu [Earth Release: Rock Clone] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Earth Range: 60 meters from the user Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: Until the last clone is dispersed, destroyed, or runs out of chakra Cooldown: 5 posts from when the last clone vanishes Description: A clone that is created of rock, after it has been expelled from the user's mouth. Unlike other clones, ones generated by this method do not disappear when struck with sufficient force, but rather break apart. They break as easily as regular clones, and carry only 1/10th the creators chakra. Name: Doton: Keijugan no Jutsu [Earth Release: Light-Weight Rock Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Doton Range: Short (0-5m) Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: Consistent with sustained contact, otherwise the effect lasts two turns. Cooldown: Three turns Hand Seals: Boar Description: The counterpart to Doton: Kajugan no Jutsu, this technique decreases the weight of a person or an object by a third. An object that weighs 30 kg would then weigh 10 kg. Using this on a person increases their speed, but makes them weaker and more physically vulnerable. The effect costs 15 chakra, and lasts two turns. However, if you maintain direct contact you can sustain the effect, causing it to last until you break contact, wherein it will last another two turns once contact is broken. Sustaining it through contact costs 5 chakra per turn. Name: Doton: Dosekiryu no Jutsu [Earth Release: Earth and Stone Dragon] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Doton Range: Short (0-5m), Medium (5-10m), Long (15m+) Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: Up to two turns Cooldown: Four turns Hand Seals: Horse, Dog, Bird, Ox, Snake Description: The user forms the related hand seals, causing a stone dragon to rise from the stone around the user. The user can manipulate it's movement, making it snake along and chase the opponent. The dragon moves at roughly 30 mph. On impact, the dragon would crush what it hit, breaking bones and causing internal bleeding. The cost is 15 for the first turn, and 10 for the second turn if the user chooses to continue it. Name: Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu [Earth Release: Hiding Like a Mole Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: supplementary Element: Doton Range: Short (0-5m) Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: Until the user deactivates it Cooldown: Four turns Hand Seals: Boar Description: This technique changes earth into fine sand by channelling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. This effect goes around the body (not just the hands), making it just large enough for a person to move through. The user can pinpoint where their opponent is, despite being underground, by sensing the magnetic forces. They can also sense what is happening on the surface and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. One can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy can't reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. It costs 10 chakra on activation and 5 chakra per turn afterwards. Name: Doton: Doryudan [Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Doton Range: Short (0-5m), Medium (5-10m), Long (15m+) Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: The user forms the related hand seals, causing the head of a dragon to rise out of nearby mud. From the mouth of the dragon flies a barrage of small spheres of mud, that fly rapidly towards the opponent. These spheres cause C-rank impact damage; deep bruising, cracked bones, mild internal injuries. A direct impact to the head will cause 1 post of stun. Name: Doton: Doroku Gaeshi no Jutsu [Earth Release: Earth Shore Return] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Defensive Element: Doton Range: Short (0-5m) Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: The user places their palms on the ground, causing the earth before the user to rise up into a wall of stone. Unlike it's superior brother, this wall is a lot weaker, and can be broken with significant impact. As such it is a great strategy for a guerrilla, and a likely resort, used quite often for things such as assassination. Name: Zenchi Te no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Close Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: -5 Chakra per Post, up to 5 Posts Cooldown: 5 Posts Description: The user focuses a small to medium amount of chakra to their hands, allowing them to heal someones wound when they touch the area. This technique only works for surface wounds and non-serious injuries such as cuts, bruises, ect. The user may also heal themselves just as they would someone else, but again the jutsu can only heal surface wounds. This jutsu takes time to heal, and the larger the wound the longer it takes. If the wound is large then this technique can be used to partially heal it and make it smaller. Name: Fuuin Bushin Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 5 meters from the seal Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: Until dispersed, broken, or resealed Cooldown: 7 posts from the point of jutsu break Description: A special seal is created upon a chakra tag or a solid surface, from which a clone of the user is created. The clones are equal in power to elemental clones, although they show a small amount of higher functioning. They cannot act fully independent of the user, nor act in a way different then the seal they are created from dictates. The clones are essentially programed to attack in a specific way dependent on the small variation of the basic seal; the enhanced functioning of the clones is limited to directional changing ability. That is to say, the clones are able to change the direction from which they attack from, in order to maintain proper formation while attacking. The clones themselves have no access to a chakra pool; however, the seal itself is charged with chakra equal to 1/10th of the user's chakra; and upon breaking, explodes with the force of a C-rank bomb. Name: Elemental Seal: Shatter Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Defensive, Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 2 posts Description: This is a simple, if specialized seal. There is no base, and the seal is created with a single hand. The user creates a fist, with two fingers extended outward, and charges the fingertips with chakra. They then write the symbol of the element they wish to harness, which creates the seal of the jutsu. They then either smack, punch, or slice the seal with a blade to release the chakra. The effects are as follows: Non-Elemental: The seal breaks, releasing a burst of very bright light and a sharp, high pitched note for several seconds that causes a 1 post stun and blinding effect to anyone that both sees and hears the seal break. If only the tone is heard, the affected is deafened for 1 post. Wind: The seal explodes with a directed burst of air, that has enough power to knockback an enemy from point blank range up to 10 feet. Water: Fires a low power bullet of water, equal to a gallon of water flying at roughly 20 mph. Useful for countering weak Katon or creating openings. Fire: Creates a small ball of flame that flies forward from the seal at a rate of 20 mph. The flames are hot enough to cause a first degree flash burn, but little else. Can be used as an ignition source for other jutsu. Earth: Fires several dozen small rocks with the power of a thrown senbon. The rocks cause little more then a small amount of pain and light bruising. Best as a distraction. If the seal is placed upon the ground, it causes the earth to buckle and rise upward 2 inches for a 15 foot diameter around the user. Effective for breaking balance or interrupting sprints. Lightning: A single bolt of lightning is fired from the seal. Causes a 1 post stun and 1st degree burn for a half inch radius around the point of impact. Name: Sealing Trap Explosion Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: / Range: 10 meters Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The user sets up a sealing trap on the ground which, when stepped on by an enemy, explodes, causing severe damage. For each seal placed, the user must wait a minimum of three posts to place more. The seal explodes with the force of an average explosion tag. This technique however requires them to be very delicate with their chakra control. This technique causes slight discomfort for a living target and if it is on flesh, it will scar. Name: Five Seal Barrier (Gofū Kekkai - 五封結界) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Maximum of 50 meters Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: Until all tags are removed or destroyed Cooldown: 10 posts || Twice Per thread Description: This technique creates a barrier around a place by placing four "forbidden" (禁, kin) tags in different locations surrounding the place to be protected, a fifth tag on the location to be protected. The tags are placed on flat surfaces, and are connected with the user's chakra. This technique turns the entire range surrounded by the tags into a barrier space, and inside the space, the material's destruction is "forbidden". Using any kind of physical attack to try and destroy something in the barrier is folly, as it will only lead to injury. To cancel this, it is necessary to search for the four tags and tear them off simultaneously. Meaning there must be at least five people on a team to cancel it. Even if the tags are removed, there is a final obstacle. The user can add a trap that will create perfect copies of those who have removed the seal, preventing them from returning immediately. Name: Crow Clone Technique (Karasu Bunshin no Jutsu - 烏分身の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Type: Offensive || Defensive || Supplementary Element: / Range: Maximum of 60 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Until dismissed or destroyed Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: A technique that produces a clone by projecting one's own chakra towards dozens of "crows". The dozens of crows come together to form the body of a clone. When the chakra projected by the user is severed, the crows disperse, though the user is still able to continue to speak through it. This is mainly used for interrogating several prisoners of war. Seeing their comrades changed into a frog before their eyes, the prisoners of war will cave in, becoming what could be described as a "frog chorus", sonorously chanting information. This terrifying technique will, without a doubt, make an "information leak" open up. They communicate with the brain and serve in everyday functions of life. When these impulses misfire a seizure occurs. These seizures can range in severity from an almost catatonic like state to violent tremors that involve severe stiffness and jerking. This jutsu is very specific, and higher ranking because of how percise the user must be to complete it, and how much medical expertise is needed to ensure it's done right. The user places theri hands on their intended victims head, sending small pulses of Raiton into the victim's brain, targeting the nuerons and causing an imbalance in the electrical impulses that the neurons are sending out. The more Raiton that is used the more violent the seizure that occurs and the longer it lasts. After reverting to mud, it can hold an opponent in place until broken; however while being used in this way, the clone is unable to reform damaged caused to it. The earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, it's strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water. Powerful enough users can create massive walls. The wall can have different designs based on who’s creating it. Kakashi's wall for example, has the face of multiple dogs on it's side. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes. Name: Katon: Haisekisho no Jutsu [Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: Short(0-5m), Medium(5-10m) Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Hand Seals: Tiger Description: The user spews a stream of chakra infused gun-powder from their mouth up to 11 feet from them which surrounds the region. As the gunpowder is composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud, which can be used like a smokescreen, hindering sight up to 60%. The gunpowder cloud is moderately large as it is being 15-20 feet from the target at all points. After surrounding the enemy with the ash, the user can ignite it with a flint placed on their teeth beforehand to create a spark, resulting in a violent explosion, burning the enemy. The technique lasts 3 posts before the wind blows it away from the battle; of course unless the user ignites the gun powder. If the target is caught in the middle of the explosion there is a small chance of death, but most likely they will sustain major burns and several wounds all around their body. Any wind style jutsu involving manipulating the air can counter this technique easily. The gun-powder from this technique can also be set off via any Fire jutsu, or simply by the user clicking their teeth together. Costs 20 chakra. This torrent devours everything before it, turning everything in it's path to ash. The intensity of the flames fades once it goes beyond the first 15 metres, This stream must be sustained or it will quickly break off into nothingness. Contact with the beast causes instant 2nd degree burns over 50% of the body, and 2 post stun with a 3rd post of speed reduction equal to 1 rank. Once the beast has made contact with a living or metal target, it disperses and cooldown takes effect. Name: Chidori (千鳥) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Lightning Range: 15 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. Extremely effective in piercing through flesh and bone, Chidori can easily amputate limbs if impact is recieved at a joint or the bone is shattered. It's not unusual to see Chidori wounds that show true pierce-through even at the thickest part of the abdomin; and every wound show evidence of severe burning at the points of impact; with instant second degree electrical burns and cauterization of flesh in the wounds. Name: Lightning Release: Raiton Bullets Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Lightning Range: 50 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per bullet Cooldown: / Description: By focusing Raiton chakra into the shape of bullets,the user is able to enhance and improve the damage capability of the attack significantly.Each bullet is capable of piercing through several inches of solid steel, over a foot of solid rock, and veryeasily through the body of a human. Each bullet is roughly 2in 3 and impacts with damage similar to TNT detonating. The bullet will easily peirce through the body unless protected by armor with Raiton resistance of equal or higher rank; leaving behind a gaping wound and significant 3rd degree electrical burns radiating outward 6in from the entry point. 2nd degree burns radiate out an additional 6 inches from the edge of the 3rd degree burns. Name: Doton: Goremu no Jutsu [Earth Release: Strong Servant Warrior Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary Element: Doton Range: Maximum of 50 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: 10 Posts Description: The user either spews up a large mass of stone that quickly forms into a massive stone golem, or grows one from nearby stone. This golem is a reasonably slow but incredibly durable and physically powerful monstrosity, able to easily rip apart anything it grabs with it's powerful arms and teeth. Due to it's power and physical durability, it can both be used to block attacks and to damage an opponent. The golem is weak to lightning attacks, which interfere with it's functionality. Name: Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld (Doton: Yomi Numa - 土遁・黄泉沼) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Doton Range: 40 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -25 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 6 Description: By changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures. Name: Mystical Palm Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary, Offensive Element: / Range: Close Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 4 Posts Description: This Medical Ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control, because of this only a few highly skilled Medical-Nin are able to use this technique. By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's brain the user can overload the patients normal circulation, trapping them in a comotose state. Name: Chakra Scalpal Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary, Offensive Element: / Range: Close Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: -15 per Post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection. The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile. The human body is controlled with electrical signals from the brain, but a person who had those electrical signals cut off with this technique will become unable to make their body move as they want. By transforming the chakra within one's body and giving it the properties of electricity, one creates an electric field. As soon as a strike of the hand lands, electricity is poured into the enemy's nervous system, severing the signals and deranging their body control. The target's body moves in any way, except how they want it to move. For the common shinobi, battle, not to mention even just walking, will become impossible. Name: Cell Activation Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 0 - 5 Meters Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 1 - 5 Posts Cooldown: Duration +2 Description: Used only in the most dire of surgical procedures to increase the patient's survival rate if even by a single percentage, this technique employs a great level of refined chakra control to simultaneously activate all the cells in a person's body. This is done in order to cause the body to be able to repair itself even while the medical-nin is operating, restoring damaged tissues, and bone structures while healing the target during more invasive and delicate procedures. Name: Beast Sealing Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 5 meter radius Specialty: Fuuinjutsu, Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 5 Description: After creating the necessary seals, a special sealing formula rises up in the form of multiple chakra chains and binds the target. This seal can bind a maximum of 5 targets at one time, and can hold anyone of equal or lower rank. Name: Sealing Technique: Three Directions Seal Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Melee Specialty: Fuuinjutsu, Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 6 posts Description: The user along two shadow clones creates a triangle seal around the opponent. Then a tetrahedral form of light traps and sends them up in the sky, leaving a large hole in the ground. The target is sent a maximum of 100 feet in the air before falling. Name: Sealing Technique: Lion Closing Roar (Fūinjutsu: Shishi Heikō - 封印術・獅子閉哮) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: Once Per Thread Description:This sealing technique completely blocks the target's chakra with a sealing formula (封印式, fūin-shiki) drawn on the ground or a wall. This is done by closing all the tenketsu of the person caught in the middle. When the target is sealed, a stylised kanji for "close" or "shut" (閉, hei) appears in the middle of the sealing formula. To successfully seal the target, one has to get them exactly inside the sealing formula. This requires great accuracy and is very difficult. Various methods can be used to make this easier. For instance, one can prepare a puppet or a ninja tool like the Lion-Headed Kannon with this sealing formula. The target is released after 5 posts, unless a secondary seal is placed or they are killed. Name: Spiraling Sphere (Rasengan ~ 螺旋丸) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: / Range: The user's palm Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: Spiraling Sphere creates a skull sized sphere of raw chakra in the user's hand. Performing this technique doesn't require any hand seals, it simply takes roughly six seconds of preparation, wherein the user concentrates a large amount of chakra into the centre of their hand, applying intense shape manipulation to contort it into a ball. This sphere can be maintained in the user's hand for up to two posts before dissipating. On impact, Spiraling Sphere can severe limbs [if it impacts with the appropriate joints] and cause severe physical trauma, shattering bones around the impact site as well as rending cleanly through up to six inches of flesh. While the Rasengan, unless impacting with the head or heart, cannot cause immediate death, it can cause severe internal trauma that can require immediate medical treatment. Name: Hiding with Camouflage Technique (Meisaigakure no Jutsu - 迷彩隠れの術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -35 chakra per post || Maximum of 10 Posts Cooldown: Duration + 10 || Twice per Thread Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert manoeuvres but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills, except for particularly adept users, who can completely erase even their chakra signature with it. Name: Explosion Release: Landmine Fist Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Explosion Release Range: Close Specialty: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 2 Posts Description: After establishing direct contact with their opponent through a simple punch, the user utilizes Explosion Release to subsequently generate an enormous explosion from the initial point of physical contact. This explosion is powerful enough to completely obliterate an opponent far larger than the user. Due to the directionality of the blast, the user minimizes any potential repercussions, such as being struck by resultant debris and even recoil appears to be completely negated. The user is able to use the technique on the ground to create a shockwave of upturned earth and debris to throw the enemy off balance. When used like this, the explosion is orange coloured instead of red. Name: Clone Great Explosion Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Short Range Specialty: Ninjutsu (Must have Shadow Clone Technique) Duration: 1-5 Posts Cooldown: 2-10 Posts Description: This technique is used to create a shadow clone that can be detonated. The clone looks like a normal shadow clone, which allows the user to get it close to the target without them expecting anything besides a normal attack, or the target might even close in willingly to try to attack the clone. Using multiple tricks and diversionary tactics to disguise the nature of the clone can make this technique more likely to be effective. Name: Liquid Death Charge Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Supplementary, Offensive Element: Fire, Explosion Release Range: Short Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1-5 Posts Cooldown: 2-10 Posts Description: The user suspends their opponent in liquid fire while coating the opponents body in a very thin layer of protective chakra; this ensures that so long as the opponent remains still they do not suffer the burning effects that would otherwise apply; working much like the Water Prison Technique. The user is capable of using this technique to either trap their opponent or transport them, and also has the option of blowing the liquid sphere of fire up. Name: Explosion Release: Raining Bombardment Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Explosion Release Range: All Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 2 Posts Description: The user creates a ball of orange chakra, which is then launched into the sky. After it reaches a certain height (depending on how high the user wants it), the user detonates it causing it to break apart into small bombs (10 in total) with a high explosive power. When they reach the ground they cause powerful, countless explosions that are capable of wiping out large areas, or groups of people. Name: Explosive Release: Blitz Crash Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Explosion Release Range: Short Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1-3 Posts Cooldown: 2-6 Posts Description: The user glows red and then dashes directly at the opponent with a trail of explosive columns erupting from the ground ahead, behind, or both at the same time of him/her. If the user changes directions the columns do as well, making this jutsu incredibly dangerous when chasing after someone, so long as the user is capable of tracking their opponent.

The chakra is mixed with the surroundings in such proportions that one may confuse it with Natural Energy. This chakra spreads at a rate of 50 meters per post in all directions until the desired width is reached: or 4 posts to cover an entire village. While this jutsu is being spread/used other jutsu CAN be used. Once spread, the user would command them to rapidly explode, this grant users extreme destructive capability, allowing them obliterate entire armies, wide territories, and even entire villages in a single wave. Projectiles may also be focused to quickly tear down the most resilient targets, or combined into an exponentially more powerful explosion. If these bits are inhaled with air, then because of the command Katsu (喝) the organisms would have no choice but to explode. The amount of techniques that can break through the areas hardened by the Earth Spear are close to zero, excluding its undeniable weak point: Lightning Release ninjutsu. Only A-rank or above Raiton-enhanced, and S-rank or above other jutsu will break through this jutsu. Name: Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B-S Type: Offensive Element: Lightning Range: 10 meters forward OR 5 meters Omnidirectional Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -30 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 8 Description: This technique allows the user to create a wave of electricity from their hands.By focusing the electricity, the user can adjust the range of effect; either by focusing the power forward in a tight fan-shape effect of 10 meters, or by allowing the electricity to radiate outward in all directions for a maximum of 5 meters. The user can vary its power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of passing through solid rock. Using in conjunction with a Suiton-based technique will boost the damage of this jutsu by 1 rank, not to exceed the maximum damage of S-rank effect. B-rank: Moderate 2nd burns after 1 post of contact with the field. A-rank: Instant second degree burns. Attack, movement, and defensive reduction equal to 1 rank for 3 posts. Name: Raikiri (雷切) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: Lightning Range: 15 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 10 posts Description:The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is more focused. Because of this, it is able to cause far more damage, easily able to pierce entirely through the body with or without armor (up to S-rank); and leave instant third degree electrical burns the radiate outwards along the nervous, vascular, and lympathic systems for roughly 6 inches away from the point of impact. Without significant (A-rank or better) medical treatment being recieved within 10 posts, there is a very real chance (>50%) of death occuring. |
