SO! That was faster than I had though. Basically, as of right now; Makkura and Hinowa are gone. We'll come up for a reason why Hinowa is gone later. All that remains is basically a giant crater where the ENTIRE country of Makkura stood. Nothing left. End of discussion.

We've compressed the site down to three regions/countries, each with 1 village and 2 sub area; in all cases important sub-areas and the general country itself. Any remaining members of Hinowa or Makkura that didn't leave/have no idea what happened will have the option of either being re-designated wanderers, insta-joining one of the three remaining villages, or swapping out current character for a replacement of equal rank/ryo/item/jutsu/etc.

Bijuu hunts as SUSPENDED. We need to go back to square one and create 3 new Bijuu as well as retool the remaining unsealed Bijuu; and release Kinsachi (3-tail Dolphin) back into the world. Or remake her entirely. Not sure on that yet.

Current Plot arc is ENDED. We will NOT be continuing with the current arc; instead we're going to take the rest of the month to rebuild and get things fixed up; then move on to the planned story arc that would have come along after the current one ended. It is MASSIVELY different; and with it's creator actually able to run the damn thing; we're going to have an easier time of it. A special area is going to be created specifically for a team of players to work with Javon/Nat/Lee/Luca/whatever you know him as to coordinate, plan, and run this new arc. IT WILL BE PLAYER DRIVEN. You will have say in ALL aspects of the arc. Hell, if ya'll don't like it? You get to decide the new one!

New Events!

Bijuu creation is back. Mission creation is BACK! Advertisement Event will start at the beginning of the month! Staff Applications are STILL OPEN. Kage Applications are on HOLD for the moment.

Chuunin Exams! If we can get 20 consistently active Genin by the end of June, then the entire month of July will be dedicated to Chuunin Exams!

Clans, releases, and the like that where locked via clan or some other reason to Makkura WILL be re-released in some manner over the next few weeks and months. Most will just be moved to scattered from Makkura locked; others will be released as event and legendary prizes.

Jutsu rules update!

While you're limited to the rank of jutsu you can use via your rank:

Genin: D, C
Chuunin: D, C, B
Special Jounin: D, C, B, A
Jounin ( A ): D, C, B, A, S
Jounin ( S ) / Kage: D, C, B, A, S, SS

You can now use jutsu above what rank you would be allowed. However! There is a catch: you can only have 1-3 jutsu outside of what your current rank allows and using any of these jutsu outside of your rank will cost you double the amount of chakra.

Genin/Chuunin: Can use up to and including A ranked jutsu
Special Jounin / Jounin ( A ): Can use up to and including SS ranked jutsu.

The overall restriction on jutsu has been lifted outside of the prementioned rules. The only limit to jutsu that stands is for S/SS ranked jutsu.

Katon Library is updated. Suiton Library will be updated in the next hour. Ninjutsu, Wind, and Earth are being moderated as we speak. Advanced Elements (Ice, Steel, Dark, etc) will be worked on over the course of the week.

If you have extra icons that don't belong anymore; let us no so we can change them out. We've added an icon to stand in for replaced icons, as we can't remove profile icons once they've been set; only change them.
