| Inuzuka Clan Jutsu - Four Legs Technique:
Name: Four Legs Technique Canon/Custom: Cannon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 2 posts Description: This technique grants animal-like accelerated fighting instinct and reflexes to the user. By enveloping their entire body in chakra and moving on all fours, they can obtain high speed movement and reflexes like that of a wild animal. Taught only to the members of the Inuzuka clan, this technique forms the basis of a Inuzuka clan member's taijutsu fighting style, and will add even more to their feral-like appearances; their canine teeth, their finger and toenails grow to claw-like length, their eyes also become more wild with their pupils becoming slits. When under the effects of this technique, an Inuzuka will display great feats of physical strength, speed, agility and endurance. The form is best suited for using and supporting the ferocious "hit-and-run" tactics that the clan is well known for, leaving the enemy barely any time to launch a counter attack. This jutsu costs 5 chakra each post to maintain.
- Piercing Fang:
Name: Piercing Fang Canon/Custom: Cannon Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Close (0-5m), Mid (5-10m), Far (10m+) Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 2-4 posts Cooldown: 4-8 posts Description: The user spins at a ferocious speed and delivers many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The damage it can inflict on a human target can be extremely damaging; and because of the user's spinning and claws residing at the apex of the tornado like cone, it can readily tear through thick tree branches and chakra reinforced earth wall; all of which with a radius thicker than the user itself. This attack is done alone but it can be done with a partner, making it more effective. While the jutsu is active, the user barrels across the terrain at or above normal running speed, as the spin works to pierce the air and reduce drag to some degree; which when combined with the Four Legs Technique enhances speed by 1.75 to 2x. That being said, steering can be an issue for an Inuzuka without significant practice. When the jutsu is first learned, the speed and sharpness of turns is fairly terrible; which is made up for to some degree by the explosive power of the jutsu. As the user trains and fine tunes thier control, they are able to reach an almost pin point control and accurracy.
- Man Beast Clone:
Name: Man Beast Clone Canon/Custom: Cannon Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: / Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: A modified version/mix of the Transformation Technique and clone technique, which is unique to the Inuzuka clan, allows a canine-user to transform their animal companion into a perfect copy of themselves. When combined with the Four Legs Technique, the user and the animal become virtually impossible to tell apart, since both act equally animalistic. Like any transformation, the technique can be broken by identifying and attacking the animal, thus dispelling the transformation. This technique is often followed by the Fang Over Fang.
- Fang Over Fang:
Name: Fang Over Fang Canon/Custom: Cannon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Far (15m+) Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user and ninken spin at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The Inuzuka and Ninken may attack together or from multiple angles; making this jutsu extremely difficult to escape entirely.
Academy Jutsu - Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Replacement Technique:
Name: Kawarimi No Jutsu (Body replacement technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Type: supplementary Element: N/A Range: N/A Specialty: N/A Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 post Description: With this technique, one replaces their own body with a block of wood or some other object, the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. It's a basic ninjutsu even taught at the Academy, but it's a useful art that can be applied in variety of situations.
- Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique:
Name: Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Type: Supplementary Element: NA Range: Self Speciality: None Duration: Until the user deactivates it Cooldown: Two turns Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to - battle, intelligence gathering, diversions - this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons. This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a skilled shinobi will be exactly like the genuine article, so it will be impossible to tell the two apart. On the other hand, a transformation performed by an inexperienced person will have obvious discrepancies. It will be impossible to deceive anyone with it. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it. However, this is merely a visual change, it doesn't give the user any of the person they've copied's power or abilities. Dojutsu can easily pick out this technique, and if the user has transformed into someone larger than themselves, the bits beyond their natural body will have no heat signature. This, and the fact that the chakra of the user wouldn't look normal makes it easier for sensing techniques to pick out transformed people. Costs 5 chakra on activation, and an additional 5 chakra every 2 turns.
- Bushin no Jutsu - Clone Technique:
Name: Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Type: Supplementary Element: NA Range: Short (0-5m) Speciality: None Duration: The clones last up to four turns. Cooldown: Six turns. Description: Using this technique, the user can create up to five intangible clones that appear physically identical to the user. The clone has no physical form, and as such cannot attack. When any object passes through the clone, be it a fist, a rock or a blade, the clone will evaporate. It's mainly used to help mask the user, helping them attack an opponent who is superior at dodging. The clones do not disturb the area around them, don't have shadows or body heat, and as such experienced ninja can easily pick them out. Costs 5 chakra to create clones.
D Rank Jutsu - Explosion Release – Exploding Palm:
Name: Explosion Release: Exploding Palm Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Offensive, Defensive Element: Explosion Release Range: Close Specialty: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 2 Posts Description: The user creates a small explosion in their palm. If properly timed and angled, it can be used to send thrown kunai back at the enemy. This jutsu otherwise does no more harm than an explosive tag would.
- Sky Ways:
Name: Sky Ways Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Non-Elemental Range: 0-15 Meters Specialty: Taijutsu, Chakra Flow Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: The user attacks the target with an uppercut which throws them skyward with the force. The user than jumps up after them - expelling chakra from their feet to propel them upwards and past the intended target. After positioning themselves above them the user than begins a barrage of kicks to the target (8 kicks, in quick succession), sending them smashing into the ground. While not powerful enough to break bones, this jutsu is powerful enough to cause severe pain, and cause bruising to both flesh and muscle.
- Ninja Art - Quick Step:
Name: Ninja Art: Quick Step Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 posts Cooldown: 2 posts Description: This jutsu is actually very simple, as it is little more then chakra to create a small 'cushion' of air beneath the user's feet. The cushion itself is very thin, as at this rank the user must still maintain some contact with whatever surface they stand upon; without the contact the user will stumble and fall before they are ever able to get moving. The jutsu itself does little more then reduce the friction between the user and the solid surface enough to allow a noticeable increase in speed; not to exceed 1.25% normal sprinting speed, and for no more then a few seconds at a time.
- Ninja Art - Solar Flare:
Name: Ninja Art: Solar Flare Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This jutsu requires no hand signs; instead the user raises their hands so that fingers are spread wide and the palm is flattened and facing inward, the tips of the middle and ring fingers touching the user's temple and face. The user then channels a burst of chakra to the hands, releasing it instantaneously as a blinding flash of light. The flash is bright enough to stun for 1 post and blind for 2 more post anyone standing within a fan shaped radius of 10 meters in front of the user.
- Fire Style – Small Fire:
Name: Katon: Komakai Kaki no Jutsu [Fire Style: Small fire] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: 5 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 post Hand Seals: None Description: The user spews out their mouth a small fire ball the size of a baseball. This is not a jutsu that will do much damage, but it is used quickly to create some space from an attacking enemy. While not super powerful, it is effective for creating space between the user and target or as an ignition source for other jutsu. The flames will cause 1st degree burns on contact.
- Fire Style – Mist Blaze Dance:
Name: Katon: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu [Fire Release: Mist Blaze Dance Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: 10 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: -5 chakra per post of mist gas release Cooldown: Duration of gas release + 2 Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user breathes out a flammable mist, that once it meets with an ignition source, explodes into a large fireball. The explosion is on par with an Explosion Tag, however over a far larger area. Can cause mild second degree burns and concussive bruising.
- Wind Style – Stream:
Name: Futon: Ryuusui [Wind Style : Stream] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Fuuton Range: 5 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 2 posts Description: A useful jutsu for manoeuvring mid-air, this technique is nothing more then a somewhat powerful, concentrated burst of wind from the user's mouth. Most commonly used to change direction quickly mid-air; this jutsu can be used to push the user away from a solid surface, slow the body in a fall/slide, or create a small cloud of dust or debris.
- Temp Paralysis Tech:
Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Maximum of 5 posts Cooldown: Duration + 2 posts Description: A technique that physically restrains an opponent, as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. It debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again, or take the target into custody. This is a D-rank ninjutsu where the intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level of skill. This jutsu will only work on people who are your rank or lower. If used on someone of your rank, there is only a 50% chance of the jutsu succeeding. The jutsu can be cast on a maximum of 3 targets at once.
- Snap Spark:
Name: Snap Spark Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu OR Chakra Flow Duration: / Cooldown: 2 posts Description: An extremely simple jutsu in practice and function; the user merely focuses a small amount of chakra to the pad of the thumb of their dominant hand and then snaps their fingers normally. This causes a small burst of sparks to fall to the ground. This jutsu is meant to be a quick ignition source for other jutsu; but may also be used as a distraction. The sparks are no hotter then what fall from a child's sparkler and cause no damage; but the sting can make for a useful surprise.
- Smokescreen:
Name: Smokescreen Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu OR Chakra Flow Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user inhales deeply; mixing chakra in their lungs and throat to produce a thick cloud of black smoke over a specified area. Within the smoke cloud the visibility is reduced to less then three feet. The smoke is not-lethal; but it does sting the eyes and lungs; causing anyone caught in it to cough, wheeze, and tear up. Can be dispelled with a Wind jutsu of equal or higher rank.
C Rank Jutsu - Wind Release:
Name: Wind Release: Gale Palm Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive, Supplementary Element: Wind Range: Short (0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound are all increased by 150%.
- Wind Release – Spiraling Wind Ball:
Name: Futon: Rasen Fuusen [Wind Release: Spiraling Wind Ball] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This technique allows the user to breathe wind-infused chakra into the palm of their hand, shaping it into a small, whirlwind-like ball. Then the user will shoot it at their opponent. This technique is very fast and powerful, moving with the speed of a running Chuunin, and is capable of breaking through 1/2in of solid rock. Up to 5 at a time can be launched in rapid succession before cooldown is forced into effect. The impact on an enemy is significant, causing major bruising, 1/2in deep gashes, and the moderate chance of fracturing bones. A shot to the head will almost certainly cause a concussion, and will result in the ninja being stunned for 1 post.
- Wind Release – Air Bullets:
Name: Futon: Kazejuugan [Wind release: Air bullets] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m), Long(15m+) Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user holds out their hand, palm flat and facing upward, where they condense their chakra into several pressurised spheres of wind that the user spits out in rapid succession towards the opponent. These air bullets are transparent spheres, and are roughly 4 inches in diameter. When fired, they travel at roughly 50mph. The user can spawn up to six of these bullets at a time before cooldown is enforced. Direct impact by one of these spheres will knock the victim back several feet, tear through any clothing it hits and leaving behind 1/2in gashes over a 6in radius. If a bullet grazes the target, it can leave small lacerations on any exposed flesh it comes near.
- Wind Prison Jutsu:
Name: Wind Prison Jutsu Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary, defensive Element: Fuuton Range: Touch Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: More akin to Ice Prsion than Water Prison, the Wind Prison jutsu is accomplished by wrapping the target in a thick sphere of typhoon force winds; rotating and counter-rotating wildly in a way that makes escape nearly impossible. Strong currents of air inside the prison keep the target suspended in the center, away from the walls that upon contact will cause moderate shreading injuries; 1/2in deep gashes and torn clothing. The user of the prison jutsu is immune to this effect as their hand is encased in chakra while maintaining the jutsu. This jutsu has excellent defensive properties; being able to deflect all small projectiles (Senbon, Shuriken, etc) and up to 5 equal or lower rank jutsu not of the Raiton variety. Piercing Raiton jutsu go right through the wind with no resitance at all.
- Fire Release – Fire Clone:
Name: Katon Bunshin No Jutsu – Fire style: Fire clone no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Fire Range: 60 meters from the user Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts after last clone dissipates Description: The Fire Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of fire that have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the fire clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal fire, but the normal fire ignites the user's clothes in flames, settling for even a sneak attack while they are busy putting out the flames. The clones also cannot use any technique outside of the fire element. Also after using a technique they will dissipate as they are only made of 10% of the users chakra. The maximum amount of clones that can be created at once is 5.
- Fire Release – Phoenix Sage Fire Tech:
Name: Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu [Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: 10 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: After forming the necessary hand seals, the user can create up to ten fireballs that are each six inches in diameter. These fireballs are produced from the users mouth, and fire wildly towards the enemy. These flames are individually controlled by the user, so avoiding them all is difficult. Shuriken can be hidden within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction, and can cause up to second degree burns on contact with skin.
- Fire Release – Dragon Fire Tech:
Name: Katon: Ryuka no Jutsu [Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: 50 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: After forming the necessary Hand seals, the user breathes fire along the surface of wire or some form of cord, which rushes forwards along the surface of the wire. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon. Can cause third degree burns after 3 posts of direct contact, and second degree burns within six inches of the flame. The flame travels at 60 mph, making it extremely effective at close range. Requires wire or fire-resistant chakra rope as a conduit.
- Fire Release – Fire Dragon Bullet:
Name: Katon: Karyudan no Jutsu [Fire Release: Fire Dragon Bullet] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Range: 30 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: -15 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: The user forms the related hand seal, and breathes out a continuous stream of chakra. This stream forms into the shape of a dragon, and the user can manipulate it's movements to a degree to make it chase the target, though at this rank the user cannot finely manipulate the movement, limiting the manipulation they can perform. This stream must be sustained or it will quickly break off into nothingness. The dragon moves at roughly 30mph. The flames are intense, and can cause instant second degree burns over the affected area, with 3rd degree burns possible after 3 posts of maintained contact.
- Fire Release – Great Fireball Tech:
Name: Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu [Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: 15 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: After forming the necessary Hand seals, the user converts a mass of chakra in their stomach into fire, expelling it from their mouth in a massive orb of roaring flames. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. At its largest, Goukyaku no Jutsu is 10 feet in diameter, and can travel at 30 mph. Causes instant 2nd degree burns on contact.
- Fire Release – Flame Bullet:
Name: Fire Release: Flame Bullet (Katon: Endan - 火遁・炎弾) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 4 Posts Description: This technique is executed by the user gathering oil in their mouth which is created by chakra, spitting it out, and igniting it. This technique simply shoots a flame bullet at the enemy. If the amount of oil that is prepared is kept down, the time it takes to invoke the technique is reduced. This allows the enemy to be stricken unaware, allowing the oil-containing flame bullet to burn them up completely. It is also possible to shoot out a series of flame bullets by partitioning the oil, or a continuous flamethrower.
B Rank Jutsu - Explosive Weapons Technique:
Name: Explosive Weapons Technique Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Explosion Release Range: All Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 2 Posts Description: By applying Explosion Release chakra through a number of projectile weapons the user throws them at the intended target, exploding when it comes into contact or remotely from a distance.
- Sky Rocketing Kicks:
Name: Sky Rocketing Kicks Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Explosion Release Range: Short Specialty: Taijutsu, Ninjutsu Duration: 1-3 Posts Cooldown: 2-6 Posts Description: This technique focuses explosive chakra into ones kicks, that equal to a B rank explosion. The user's feet remain coated in orangish red colored chakra so long as this jutsu is in use.
- Sky Rocketing Punch:
Name: Sky Rocketing Punch Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Explosion Release Range: Short Specialty: Taijutsu, Ninjutsu Duration: 1-3 Posts Cooldown: 2-6 Posts Description: This technique focuses explosive chakra into ones punches, that equal to a B rank explosion. The user's hands remain coated in orangish red colored chakra so long as this jutsu is in use.
- Black Flash Kicks:
Name: Black Flash Kicks Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Katon (If Applied), Fuuton (If Applied) Range: 0 - 15 Meters Specialty: Taijutsu, Chakra Flow (If Elements are Applied) Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: The jutsu starts when the user sends a side-kick into the opponent's chest/neck/face area with their left leg. Three more kicks follow, in exactly the same manner as this. Following this is a a straight kick up, right into the opponents chin, hard enough to snap their head back, this is followed by another kick as the leg comes back straight down, catching the opponent in the jaw to snap their head back down. The user than spins, gaining momentum, to kick the opponent, using their right leg this time, in the face, with enough power to now set the opponent off balance. This is followed by another kick before the user spins, gaining even more momentum and sends a kick into the opponents chest, again. Two more spinning kicks follow this. The user than preforms another chin kick, launching the opponent into the air. Following them the user lands one final kick, sending the opponent even higher up. The user backflips, back to the ground, unharmed, while the opponent is sent flying off to crash land on the ground. If katon is applied, each kick carries a moderate burn, meant to burn the opponent between kicks, rendering them opening to the next in the sequence. Additionally, the final kick is often supplemented with Fuuton, allowing the user to launch the opponent higher into the air. Each kick is filled with enough power to bruise both skin, muscle, and organs, and break or shatter bones.
- Into Hell's Gates:
Name: Into Hell's Gates Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton Range: 0 - 30 Meters Specialty: Taijutsu (B Rank), Chakra Flow(C Rank) (Must know Sky Ways) Duration: 2 Posts Cooldown: 5 Posts Description: Into Hell's Gates is the more deadly version of Sky Ways. The user sends an upper cut into the opponents chin, hard enough to stun them for one post, reinforced with Fuuton chakra to send them flying about 30 meters into the air. The user than jumps into the air, pushing themselves up with Fuuton Chakra to send them up and past their target to be positioned for the part two of the attack. (First Post) The user, after having positioned themselves above the target starts to preform a barrage of kicks (16 in total). Each kick is reinforced with Fuuton chakra, causing them to hit harder and faster than previous in Sky Ways. The barrage of kicks continues until the opponent is slammed into the ground, usually sinking in a good foot or so from the force of the kicks. The kicks are hard enough and powerful enough to break and shatter bones easily and cause internal damage to the opponents organs. (Second Post)
- Ninja Art – Voidstep:
Name: Ninja Art: Voidstep Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Far(15m+) Specialty: Ninjutsu (Requires Ninja Art: Quickstep) Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This jutsu is the next step in the Quickstep line; following up by taking the fundamentals of it's predecessor to the extreme. Where as Quickstep was meant to be a short burst of controlled speed; Voidstep is meant to be a split second of hyper acceleration along the lines of a split second burst of speed 8x what the user is normally capable of. This destroys any and all ability to control or change direction until the kinetic force is spent; meaning that unless the user must have pinpoint accuracy in aim before triggering as they can end up anywhere; even embedding in a tree or rock face. Great care must be maintained when using Voidstep, as any impact can cause serious damage to the user; as even impacting something normally as forgiving as water at these speeds would be like hitting a wall of solid concrete.
- Shadow Clone Jutsu:
Name: Shadow Clone Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B-rank Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: / Duration: Until the clone is destroyed, dispersed, or runs out of chakra Cooldown: Three posts after the last clone is destroyed. Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance.
A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user.
(When making a Shadow Clone the user must spend 20 of their chakra per clone, however they may if they so choose give their clone more chakra. Example: If you want your clone to have 50 chakra then you must spend 20 chakra to make the clone and an additional 30 on top of that for the extra 30 chakra. Each clone otherwise will have 20 chakra unless given more - when the chakra is used up the clone will disappear.)
A Rank Jutsu - Rasengan:
Name: Spiraling Sphere (Rasengan ~ 螺旋丸) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: / Range: The user's palm Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: Spiraling Sphere creates a skull sized sphere of raw chakra in the user's hand. Performing this technique doesn't require any hand seals, it simply takes roughly six seconds of preparation, wherein the user concentrates a large amount of chakra into the centre of their hand, applying intense shape manipulation to contort it into a ball. This sphere can be maintained in the user's hand for up to two posts before dissipating. On impact, Spiraling Sphere can severe limbs [if it impacts with the appropriate joints] and cause severe physical trauma, shattering bones around the impact site as well as rending cleanly through up to six inches of flesh. While the Rasengan, unless impacting with the head or heart, cannot cause immediate death, it can cause severe internal trauma that can require immediate medical treatment.
- Hiding Within Camouflage Tech:
Name: Hiding with Camouflage Technique (Meisaigakure no Jutsu - 迷彩隠れの術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -35 chakra per post || Maximum of 10 Posts Cooldown: Duration + 10 || Twice per Thread Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert manoeuvres but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills, except for particularly adept users, who can completely erase even their chakra signature with it.
- Explosion Release – Landmine Fist:
Name: Explosion Release: Landmine Fist Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Explosion Release Range: Close Specialty: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 2 Posts Description: After establishing direct contact with their opponent through a simple punch, the user utilizes Explosion Release to subsequently generate an enormous explosion from the initial point of physical contact. This explosion is powerful enough to completely obliterate an opponent far larger than the user. Due to the directionality of the blast, the user minimizes any potential repercussions, such as being struck by resultant debris and even recoil appears to be completely negated. The user is able to use the technique on the ground to create a shockwave of upturned earth and debris to throw the enemy off balance. When used like this, the explosion is orange coloured instead of red.
- Clone Great Explosion:
Name: Clone Great Explosion Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Short Range Specialty: Ninjutsu (Must have Shadow Clone Technique) Duration: 1-5 Posts Cooldown: 2-10 Posts Description: This technique is used to create a shadow clone that can be detonated. The clone looks like a normal shadow clone, which allows the user to get it close to the target without them expecting anything besides a normal attack, or the target might even close in willingly to try to attack the clone. Using multiple tricks and diversionary tactics to disguise the nature of the clone can make this technique more likely to be effective.
- Liquid Death Charge:
Name: Liquid Death Charge Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Supplementary, Offensive Element: Fire, Explosion Release Range: Short Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1-5 Posts Cooldown: 2-10 Posts Description: The user suspends their opponent in liquid fire while coating the opponents body in a very thin layer of protective chakra; this ensures that so long as the opponent remains still they do not suffer the burning effects that would otherwise apply; working much like the Water Prison Technique. The user is capable of using this technique to either trap their opponent or transport them, and also has the option of blowing the liquid sphere of fire up.
- Explosion Release – Raining Bombardment:
Name: Explosion Release: Raining Bombardment Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Explosion Release Range: All Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 2 Posts Description: The user creates a ball of orange chakra, which is then launched into the sky. After it reaches a certain height (depending on how high the user wants it), the user detonates it causing it to break apart into small bombs (10 in total) with a high explosive power. When they reach the ground they cause powerful, countless explosions that are capable of wiping out large areas, or groups of people.
- Explosive Release – Blitz Crash:
Name: Explosive Release: Blitz Crash Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Explosion Release Range: Short Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1-3 Posts Cooldown: 2-6 Posts Description: The user glows red and then dashes directly at the opponent with a trail of explosive columns erupting from the ground ahead, behind, or both at the same time of him/her. If the user changes directions the columns do as well, making this jutsu incredibly dangerous when chasing after someone, so long as the user is capable of tracking their opponent.
S Rank Jutsu Empty SS Rank Jutsu - Air Skating:
Name: Air Skating Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: SS Type: Supplementary Element: Fuuton Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu || Taijutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 1 Description: The perfection of decades of dedicated training, Air Skating is the realization of one man's dream: to soar through the skies above the forests of his home. Requiring both QuickStep and VoidStep to be perfected before even attempting to learn this jutsu, Air Skating requires an exacting degree of chakra control very few ninja are able to achieve. The premise is simple, taking the idea of a cushion of air below the users feet used in QuickStep; you must solidify the cushion to such a degree that it acts as a proper platform without breaking. Then incorporating a controlled version of the speed boost that is VoidStep, you maintain a consistent amount of forward momentum that allows for the user to stay aloft without constantly needing to leap or touch any solid object. By moving in a manner similar to skating on water or ice, the user is able to reach unbelievable speeds while in mid-air; with terminal velocity determined only by the resistances of the air around them. In order to reduce this resistance, the user wraps themselves in a shell of Fuuton chakra; while this won't completely reduce friction and counter drag, it does allow for a maximum speed of roughly 200mph. Air Skating cannot be stacked with other speed boosting or movement enhancing abilities. Any passive boosts are canceled out for the duration of the jutsu.
