Clan: Kudokara
Location: Niwaurushikage
Clan History: Kudokara is one of the newer clans in the village hidden in the Tree of life, only settling there a couple of generations ago after mostly being scattered in several small groups living away from the loud and denstly populated cities. It is unknown how or when the first Naringan appeared, but shinobi which it manifested itself in were often greatly feared because of their unusual power. Most people which managed to activate the Naringan and learnt to use it effectively quickly realized its potential to be used in other, more...
profitable ways.
The Kudokara family, from which most Naringan users came from, slowly but surely acquired fame as relentless bandits, thieves and criminals who killed anyone who dared to oppose them. The family grew, and they even established a shinobi clan inside Makuragakure. The azure Naringan soon became well-knows as the eye of evil; merely possessing it would result in the individual to be banished and feared by the people around him. There were many examples of this, because not all people with Kudokara blood were actually in the clan; this is basically the case with the women that got married outside of the clan.
However, the Kudokara "tyranny" over the surrounding villages couldn't last for long. A mob of Makkuragakure citizens gathered, led by the Mizukage and several high-ranked shinobi, and banished the Kudokara from Makkuragakure. Of course they didn't just leave without a fight, but they were outnumbered roughly 15 to 1; after it was obvious that continuing the fight would be their demise, they fled. And they fled far.
From there on, they were all classified as missing-nin, and not a single of the other great-villages would take them in. In fact, most tried to arrest them to get the bounties set by Makkuragakure. All of this led to them living in small, scattered groups in the wilderness, where they now lived more-or-less peacefully, living of the soil and the local wildlife for many generations, training and perfecting their Naringan control and passing on the secret techniques to their children. Originally, they wished to grow strong in order to have revenge on the people of Makkuragakure for driving them out of their homes, but as the years passed the idea slowly faded away.
They lived their simple lives like this for many, many years, until the clan elders finally decided it was time to return to living with other people once again. The kind of life they were living was fairly boring, and didn't offer much at all. The entire clan agreed, and with their name now cleared they set their way to Niwaurushigakure, arguably the village with the most variance within its walls. The Hokage welcomed them, and they've been producing fine Ninjutsu-specializing shinobi ever since.

Specialization: Ninjutsu
Kekkei Genkai: Naringan
Kekkei Genkai Description: - Naringan While Still:
The Naringan is a rare Doujutsu which bestows itself upon Kudokara shinobi after sufficient training. It's appearance, unlike many other Doujutsu, doesn't evolve in any way as its user becomes stronger. It changes the user's irises to a bright azure blue color, four black lines emerging from the center. A small black "tomoe" is located at the end of each of these lines, with a small speck of the azure blue in the middle.
The Naringan's power is simple: by rapidly rotating it sends out the user's chakra to a spot in the user's eyesight. If used in combination with a Ninjutsu technique, the Ninjutsu technique can effectively be casted from the spot the user concentrated their Naringan on. The more skilled the user is, the faster their Naringan rotates; resulting in being able to fire Ninjutsus from the desired location faster. The user is also able to concentrate their Naringan for one post more than they would usually, to increase the power of the fired Ninjutsu by 1 rank. This will thought exhaust the user three times as much as it would have normally.
Using the Naringan for longer periods of time is tiring, and fairly chakra-costly. A shinobi can only keep it active for a set period of time based on their rank, or until they use the Naringan for a certain amount of Ninjutsu techniques.
- Naringan Maintenance Limits:
("warp" means to use the Mukonosori technique.
A shinobi can only use the "warping" once per post, with a cooldown of a post in between usage.)
D Rank Naringan - Can "warp" a technique 1 times | Can have Naringan active for 3 consecutive posts
C Rank Naringan - Can "warp" a technique 2 times | Can have Naringan active for 5 consecutive posts
B Rank Naringan - Can "warp" a technique 3 times | Can have Naringan active for 6 consecutive posts
A Rank Naringan - Can "warp" a technique 5 times | Can have Naringan active for 8 consecutive posts
S Rank Naringan - Can "warp" a technique 6 times | Can have Naringan active for 10 consecutive posts
SS Rank Naringan - Can "warp" a technique 8 times | Can have Naringan active as long as he/she has enough chakra
The user can also keep his Naringan active for up to 3 post longer, or use it for a jutsu more than stated here, but that will cause the user to collapse in exhaustion and be unable to reactivate the Naringan for the rest of the thread.
After the user deactivates his Naringan, the number of posts required to pass before they can reactivate it again is equal to the number of posts they kept it active the first time.
At lower ranks of the technique it is very easy to predict where the Ninjutsu will appear from, as the user has to heavily concentrate and directly focus his eyesight on the spot. The user also cannot use Naringan to "shoot out" the Ninjutsu from inside an alive human being, because the person's flow of chakra trough the body will disrupt the technique, resulting in a waste of the user's chakra. This can be bypassed if the user is skilled enough; a shinobi that has trained his Naringan to at least the A rank can bypass this issue and be able to effectively cast techniques from inside an enemy, unless he moves while the user is concentrating.
In order to use a more powerful version of Naringan, the Kudokara shinobi has to train it after growing a rank stronger. Like any other technique, the user can use Naringan of 1 rank higher than his own.
- Training Wordcounts:
D -> C - 1000 Words
C -> B - 1500 Words
B -> A - 2250 Words
A -> S - 3500 Words
S -> SS - 5000 Words
Drawbacks: The Kudokara clan heavily relies on the usage of Ninjutsu, and has been doing so since they came to existence. Fighting as a sort of supportish artillery has resulted in the Kudokara shinobi neglecting their bodies and physical specialties in general: Kudokara shinobi can't start their characters with Taijutsu as either a primary or secondary specialization, and need to write an extra 500 words if they desire to train it. They can also only use Taijutsu techniques of their equal rank, and given their frail bodies they are permanently only as physically strong as a shinobi of a rank lower.
Furthermore, the Naringan, if overused, will cause serious damage to the user's eyesight. Keeping it active over the limit (or using it to "warp" another technique after the limit has been reached) two times will cause the user to experience slight blurriness.
Repeating the same thing two more times will lead to mild vision damage, but still treatable with thick glasses.
If the user at this point overuses their Naringan three more times, they will go fully blind. This cannot be reversed in any way but by transplanting other people's eyes.

Range: /
Specialty: Doujutsu
Duration: -5 Chakra per post (D,C,B) | 10 Chakra per post (A,S) | 15 Chakra per post (SS)
Cooldown: As many posts as it was active the first time.
Description: The user concentrates chakra in their eyes, activating the secret technique which runs in their blood. Their irises turn azure blue, with four black lines equally distributed in a form of a cross. Each line ends with a black tomoe, with a spot of azure blue in the middle.
Using the Naringan for longer periods of time is tiring, and fairly chakra-costly. A shinobi can only keep it active for a set period of time based on their rank, or until they use the Naringan for a certain amount of Ninjutsu techniques.

Name: Mukonosori (Warp from void)
Canon/Custom: Custom
Rank: D-SS
Type: Supplementary
Element: /
Range: Inside sight range.
Specialty: Doujutsu
Duration: Up to two posts of concentrating
Cooldown: 1 Post
Description: The user begins concentrating, and locks their eyesight into one place in their sight. The user's Naringan will begin to rotate, sending out any chakra that the user might've molded with a Ninjutsu technique used in the same time. This makes it possible for the Ninjutsu to "appear" from the spot where the user locked their Naringan on, and be fired in the direction the user wills.
The user is also able to concentrate their Naringan for one post more than they would usually, to increase the power of the fired Ninjutsu by 1 rank. This will though exhaust the user three times as much as it would have normally.
The usage of this technique is bound to the user's Naringan level; in order to use more powerful versions of Mukonosori, the user must first train his Naringan to the appropriate level.
Using this technique might cause weak headaches or slight pain in the eye area, maybe even slight exhaustion, but those are mostly the consequences of the chakra loss and the heavy concentration and focus required; these effects do not weaken the use in combat in any notable way.
D - Only able to be used in conjunction with Ninjutsu of E and D ranks. The person will have to concentrate their eyesight on a fixed spot for two entire posts before the Ninjutsu will emerge, or thre posts if he wishes to cast an empowered version of the technique. (+1 Rank in strength.) During this time, the user must remain still and hold the Ram sign the entire time. The Naringan will rotate quite slowly, at about one full rotation every two seconds.
C - Only able to be used in conjunction with Ninjutsu of E, D and C ranks. The Naringan will now rotate twice as fast, at a rate of a full rotation per second, shortening the time required for the Ninjutsu to be cast down to a post and a part of the next post; the user will have to concentrate for a full post and then for a part of the next post, and the jutsu will emerge somewhere around the middle of the second post. During the time the user is concentrating, he can't move faster than walking and must keep a one-handed Tiger sign up at all times. If the user wishes to fire an empowered version of the technique, they will have to concentrate for two posts and a part of the third post, with the technique appearing during the third post.
B - By now, the user is a skilled user of the Naringan. They are able to use the technique in conjunction with techniques up to (and including) the B rank. The Naringan will rotate at two full rotations per second, which is enough for the desired Ninjutsu to appear the second post after a full post of concentrating. If the user wishes to empower the technique, they will have to concentrate for two full posts, with the jutsu emerging by the start of the third post.
A - The Naringan will now rotate at speeds of up to five rotations per second, making the desired Ninjutsu (of strength up to A rank) appear in the same post that the user locked their eyesight on a location. The user is now skilled enough to run and perform simple actions like throwing kunai while concentrating, but can only do so as a shinobi 2 Ranks below him would. To use an empowered version of the technique, the user will have to concentrate for a full post and a small part of the second post, with the Ninjutsu emerging during the second post.
S - The Naringan will now rotate at crazy speeds, reaching up to 10-15 rotations a second. This level of skill with the Doujutsu has only been reached a couple of times since the clan had started to exist. The user will only need to concentrate for a couple of moments before the Ninjutsu shoots itself out of the place they locked their sight on, with the technique being up to S rank. The user can move freely and do what he pleases while he concentrates, as long as his eyes remain locked on the same spot in his view. If the user wishes to empower the Ninjutsu, they will have to concentrate for a full post, with the Ninjutsu appearing at the end of the post.
SS - Same as S, but can be used in conjunction with SS Ninjutsu.
