Mission name: Stop that Thief! (Repeatable)

Objective: Stop the thief.
Location: Market
Reward: 500 Ryo
Mission description: You're walking down the Market when you hear someone shouting for you to catch the thief; which you then see running away. Your job is to chase down and stop the thief, bring back the stolen goods, and then hand the thief off to the proper authorities.
Mission details: The thief is an Academy wash out who will absolutely refuse to give you his name. He has no skill minus basic Taijutsu knowledge, though he'll be more worried about running away and trying to escape than actually fighting you. However, if you do physically restrain him then he will likely attempt to fight you off, though it will be a pathetic attempt. Retrieve the stolen goods from his pockets so you can return them after he is handed over to the proper authorities and your job will be done.
Hikari absolutely hated shopping - the rare female that did, apparently - but her mother always insisted on sending her to the Market to go do it. Hikari would have rather stayed home and done the chores her mother was doing than actually go, but she hadn't been about to argue with the woman: she had far too much respect for her for that. So, Hikari had pulled her animal eared hood of her hoodie up over her head and had stepped outside in the warm air - the hoodie wasn't needed of course, but she liked it too much to care. She was careful to pay attention to her passive Shinsai ability as she walked, which was enough to keep her from bumping into people. She figured her mother wanted her to go to the Market so that she could better familiarize herself with the area - being blind and all it was going to take her slightly longer than it would her brother. She reached the Market without much trouble and focused on the mental list her mother had made her memorize: it was filled with an assortment of small items needed for the house, cleaning supplies, and a few fresh vegetables and fruits. However, just as Hikari had started to follow her rather sensitive nose in the direction of the fruit stall shouting had reached her ears. "STOP! THIEF! SOMEONE STOP HIM PLEASE, HE'S ROBBED ME!" Hikari frowned, she hated thieves. She focused on Shinsai, hearing the distinct sound of footsteps headed in her direction. As the person got close enough her hands flashed into the tiger hand seal and the area beneath the criminal's feet turned to mud causing him to trip up and fall; the mud wrapped around his ankles, holding him. She took a few steps forward towards the thief as more high ranked shinobi arrived on the scene to arrest the man. She released him from the muddy trap as soon as they had a hold of him. She took the goods that were removed from the man's pocket and walked them to the merchant who was looking on nearby. "Thank you, child. Thank you so much!" "You're very welcome, have a good day." With the thief taken care of it was back to focusing on that list of groceries that her mother had asked her to pick up... - Jutsu Used:
