Kurai made his way over to the Administration Complex. After getting stronger and developing brand new techniques, such as new variants of his Rasengan, and even the ability to fly, Kurai felt it time for his showdown. He'd gotten the permission of his parents to leave, even though he didn't tell them all of the details; now he had to get the blessing of one of the village heads.

He went to the library beforehand. Kurai wanted to see if there was any information on the giant bull man he encountered several days ago. A lot of the books here were salvaged from the destruction of Korigakure, and seeing as something as large as that had to be known somewhere in the world, Kurai thought maybe he'd find something, anything here.

It took a while of searching, but eventually Kurai came across a book about Bijuu, or Tailed Beasts. The giant bull man was within these pages. It was called Kua, the Two Tailed beast. He frowned looking at the crudely drawn picture, because it looked just like that monster. Head of a bull, body of a man. Large hammer. There wasn't a lot of info on it, but at least now he knew what it was.

After this, Kurai headed to the main Admin areas, looking for any heads of the village. He was more determined than ever to head back out there and face that thing.

Kouki was exiting her office, her mountain of paperwork for the day finally completed, when she spotted Kurai. She had been informed by the guards stationed around the village that him and his twin had returned a few days ago from the trip to Niwa and then Yokuchi; and so she was surprised to see him already wandering the hallways of the administrative building.

She leaned against one of her offices double doors with a slight smile on her face and a spark of curiosity in her eyes. "Something I can help you with, Kurai?", she asked curiously enough. Figuring he had to have some sort of reason to be here, she pushed open the second door and walked into her office, figuring that he would follow her if he needed something: and this way it'd give them some privacy so that everyone else in the administrative complex who didn't need to hear what he had to say couldn't: especially given the silencing seals she had slapped on all of the head office walls to keep anyone from being able to overhear anything..

She sat down comfortably in the chair behind her desk with her elbows resting on the arm rests and her fingers interlocked in front of her. She didn't say anything else, figuring Kurai would speak up when he was ready and ask or say whatever it was he had come to say.

...And it wouldn't be long before he encountered Kouki again. She seemed to be the only one of the village heads he saw so far, and the only one to thank he and his sister for everything they'd done for the village. Where were the other 2? Were there actually 3 heads of the village? Did they even care? Or were they similar to the crime family that was attempting to sink it's hooks into the village; trying to rule from the shadows?

These were questions that could be saved for some other time though. There were more important matters at hand. Kurai followed her into the office and watched as she took a seat in the chair behind the desk within.

”...I need to leave the village again,” he said. ”There's... a personal matter in the mountains near the village of Kumogakure that I need to handle, and I thought it appropriate that I ask before I just took off. My parents know i'm going.”

If she said no, Kurai was leaving anyway. He trained too hard to let this opportunity slip away. If leaving Hinowa anyway made him a Missing-Nin, and caused her or those other 2 heads to come after him? Then so be it. Kurai felt like this was something he just had to do.

Kouki stared for a moment at Kurai as she thought about everything he had done and accomplished. She had heard about the massive trainings he had done, and figured he had likely done even more when he had been in Niwa. Her brow furrowed as she thought about what sort of decision she was going to come up with. She knew he was more than capable of defending himself, so that wasn't an issue at all... but Kumo didn't even know the village existed yet - or so she assumed.

"Hmm.. Alright, I'm not going to tell you no. I know you're capable of protecting yourself, Kurai. However, I am going to say this: watch yourself when you leave, I don't believe anyone else knows that Hinowa even exists yet because the time for our unveiling hasn't come; we've been waiting until we're fully set up and secure in case someone wants to cause us issues right away. So just watch yourself especially around Kumo. It's only been rebuilt a short while ago, and I've heard their a little.. protective.. over their village."

She shifted more comfortably at her desk; still watching Kurai curiously. "You sure you don't want someone to go up in this mountains with you, though? I've heard... tales... of what's in those mountains."

She was giving him permission to leave. She said Hinowa wasn't exactly a mainstream village yet, like the others such as Yokuchi or Niwa, and once encountered there was no telling of what kind of a reaction there'd be. She also said Kumo was protective of their village, which he didn't doubt, but his destination was not the village itself. Although, what he planned on doing could attract attention, so he had to tread carefully.

He'd turned to leave when she asked a question about someone coming with him. She said something about hearing stories and tales of those mountains, which made him turn toward her again. He may as well have leveled with her; she didn't seem like she'd have the same reaction his parents would if they knew what he was actually going out there for...

”...I'll tell you the truth...” he said, deciding to go out on a limb. If she changed her mind suddenly, he was still going anyway. If Kumo decided to get involved in his fight, then he'd deal with that when the time came. ”...When my twin sister and I were returning from Yokuchi, where she learned Medical Techniques and I learned Katon, a... monster attacked me in those mountains. I read up on it in your library, and found out that the monster is a Bijuu, a Tailed Beast called Kua. It's a giant, with the head of a bull and the body of a man. It has a large hammer too. It nearly killed me, so i've been training the last few days. The time has come that I return there, and defeat it.

“In Niwa, I gained the audience of Sage Apes in the forests, and they taught me several powerful techniques. They even taught me to summon them should I need back up. If you want to send someone with me that's fine, as long as it isn't my sister. This is something I have to do, and I don't want her getting dragged into it. She's too important to this village now.”

What would she say? Who would she send with him if she was still planning on letting him leave? Kurai waited for her response.

So, he was going after the bijuu that was in the mountains of Kumo to defeat it? That was... well, very interesting, and very dangerous. But, she figured if anyone was up for a task like that it was him. However, she had another suggestion to offer up that he might or might not be interested in. "Are you sure you want to defeat such a creature though? I understand the need for revenge, trust me, that's the one thing I understand very well. But, perhaps that beast could be helpful in other ways. Bijuu can be sealed into someone; and that someone is then capable of using their abilities and their own chakra is expanded on exponentially."

Kouki chuckled, figuring that she might as well give up one of her secrets: the village was going to find out sooner or later when they saw a giant blue dragon flying around after all. "I myself have a beast sealed inside of me; I sealed it myself in fact. It's not a Bijuu mind you, but it is a water dragon." She leaned forward slightly in her chair. "I suppose what I'm getting around to is that if you wish to have such a thing sealed inside of you so that you have access to its powers... I'm more than capable of doing so. It's what the Uzumaki clan is famous for after all - and I have more than the skill required to seal a Bijuu."

She leaned back in her chair now that her offer was out on the table: if he refused then he was free to leave and go about his way and destroy the beast. If he wanted it sealed within him... well, she was more than willing to tag along with him and do so.

Kurai honestly looked sort of surprised. Not only was she letting him leave to go face that thing, she'd even sweetened the pot, and told him of a way to become even stronger than he'd already become: By sealing it inside of him. How would she be able to seal some that huge inside of him, though? She then explained how she had a dragon sealed inside of her. It was hard to believe, but even Kurai had heard about the strange powers of the Uzumaki clan.

A beast sealed within him, and all of it's powers at his disposal. With something like that added onto the already formidable powers of the Sage Apes, he could properly protect the village, and stand up to the likes of most anything, even that criminal organization in Makkura, should they ever get the idea to come back here and try to destroy the village again.

”...if you think it possible to seal something that big into me, and if what you say about me being able to use it's techniques and abilities afterwards is true, then I couldn't refuse your help...” he said. Kurai held the door to the office open for Kouki, ready to be off to get this done.

Kouki stood up from her desk with a grin. "Alright, let's do it then.", she said as she walked out of the door and followed after Kurai. "Few things I need to tell you in advance: if you cannot get the beast to submit to you and be sealed willingly then you'll have to keep hold of it until the seal is completed: but while you go back and forth with it I can form the seal so the process will be faster."

As she walked she checked her pouch, ensuring that she had everything she'd need. She wasn't worried about needing supplies: this could be done fairly quickly and then they'd be back before anyone knew it really.
