Mission description: There's been reports of a wolf among the sheep; that is to say someone who is acting as if they belong to the village of Hinowa for the purpose of gaining information about us. We believe that this person plans on destroying us before we can really get a foothold in the world and we need you to find out who it is and take that person out. With your mission briefing a drawing has been provided; created from the memory of the last pub owner who saw him.
Mission details: There has been a man who goes by the name of Nikuya (Butcher) who has been frequenting the local pubs and the market and who has had to be shooed away from the Administrative Building more than once.
He's a creepy looking individual whose very appearance speaks that he's up to no good: he has greasy black chin length hair that he keeps slicked back and black eyes - he appears to be in his early 40's and tends to wear a lot of dark colored clothing, he's built like a Taijutsu user (A Rank Usage), but has been known from time to time when he has had way too much to drink to attempt to woo the ladies with feats of Ninjutsu (B Rank Usage).
When Nikuya is confronted he will deny multiple times that he isn't up to anything bad, and will become increasingly aggressive. By the third denial he will attempt to flee, dropping multiple documents belonging to the village that he has stolen. Upon realizing what he has done he will then attempt to fight back and will not stop until he is dead.
