Clan History:
To say this clan has a history is a bit of an overstatement, being relatively new and recently established. Currently the only member is the founder, though the “clan” is always accepting new members, as it is founded around a philosophy rather than a bloodline in its initial stages. The philosophy is simple, generated from the very experiment that created the founder of the clan: a bridge between humans and summoned animals. Members of this clan have a heightened affinity with animals in general, but a particularly strong bond with one specific species.

The clan itself was founded as a result of an experiment, one that was supposed to be an exploration into the use of Fuuinjutsu to create a bridge between the world of human and summoned animal. By taking a feral animal and using a unique brand of Fuuinjutsu, the animal's spirit was merged with that of a human's, creating a half-hybrid. The original intent of this was to give a human the ability of animal insight; simply put, they would be able to understand animals on an empathetic and mental level while retaining their human mental capacities and traits. However, the seal that had the greatest success went further than expected; it created side effects, changing not only the mental aspects but also the physical form of the one whom the seal was placed upon. This caused the creation of a true “bridge” being, one that was not only mentally, but also physically, between the two worlds of animal and human.

Specialization: Kuchiyose as the primary specialization.

Kekkei Genkai: Yasei Teiketsu (Wild Contract)

Kekkei Genkai Description:
Yasei Teiketsu is a unique ability in that it does not require a specific bloodline through breeding or biology, but is rather a bloodline that is caused by a special Fuuinjutsu placed on the body that causes a genetic change. In this case, this Fuuinjutsu alters the physical and mental aspects of a human by merging their soul with that of an animal's. The extent to which this occurs varies on a case-by-case basis; some may only show small changes, such as different eyes, pointed ears, or sharp teeth. On a larger basis, complete transformation is possible, with only human speech and the ability to stand in a bipedal stance—though many who are this far gone can freely change between bipedal and quadrupedal stances—being what differentiates them from full animals. As a result of this change, however, bloodline merging through crossbreeding is not possible. The Yajuu bloodline does not mix with other bloodlines.

However, with this transformation comes its own rewards. Being part animal and part human, Yajuu clan members are a bridge between the two worlds, and have a natural affinity between the two. As a result, they have an easier time creating summoning contracts due to their empathy to animals than normal humans have, making it easier to form bonds and trust with summoned beast clans. Mechanically, this allows them to learn Kuchiyose techniques up to Class A as if they were one Rank lower. (i.e. instead of 1000 words at C Rank, it would only be 750, the next tier down). Additionally, they receive a +1 to rank of all Kuchiyose techniques involving the animal species that they are bonded with.

Specific Special Characteristics come as a result of being a member of this clan. Both of these relate to the animal with which the clan member is bonded with, and only apply to that animal, which is listed as part of the SC's name. For example, you would have Animal Linguistics (Wolves) or Animal Empathy (Hawks). They are listed below:

Finally, upon becoming a Yajuu clan member, the joining member receives a free summoning contract for an animal species of the member's choice, and is treated as a Clan Summoning Contract.

Drawbacks: Being part animal, with human ingenuity supplanted partially by animal instinct, Yajuu clan members are less skilled in Genjutsu as well as more susceptible to it. Yajuu clan members receive a +2 to all Genjutsu used against them, and cannot use Genjutsu at all. Additionally, being partially animals they are used to fighting tooth and nail rather with crafted weapons; Yajuu clan members receive a -1 in Rank and Power to specializations involving weapons (Kenjutsu, Kyujutsu, and Weapon Technician), with the exception of a weapon that relates to one's animal form (i.e. a wolf-bonded Yajuu can use claws).

God I love this; but like i said before, it'll need a few tweaks.

Upon the placement of this seal, the human's original bloodline is completely erased; if they were part of a clan bloodline, it is gone. If they had special abilities or Jutsu relating to that clan's bloodline, they are no longer usable, as they require the bloodline that no longer exists.

Erasing bloodlines via a Fuuinjutsu is... well; if the entire clan was created via experimentation in a lab, sure; but outside of that setting, it wouldn't work. Using a Fuuinjutsu as the 'bridge' to merge though, that part is fine. What you're basically doing is locking the clan from cross-breeding with other ninja clans; which is easily accomplished via just saying that they can't have any other KKG-like abilities, and we'll toss the cross-clan ban into the list on the Clan Guideline.

Might as well just ban them from having Genjutsu at all. xD If you're gunna go to the length of a -3 rank/power, then you've all but banned it all together.

This is just fine; however I would advise refining the weapon tech weakness some. Because the user bonds to the weapon like they would a summon/combat pet/etc; it would make some sense that if they're taking on a weapon that would compliment their animal side (claws for a wolf-bond, etc), they would have full power for it. However, that's just my thoughts on this; you're free to leave it as is.

Beyond that; I just need to get the opinions from the other admins on the training reductions. If they approve it, we'll give you the counterbalancing drawback to add for it. The SCs are fine without any; all animal trainer/bonded/summon clans get similar SCs for free anyway.
