Aella figured it was time to head back to Niwaurushigakure and see what was going on. She hadn't heard from her father in a while, not since that ANBU messenger had been sent, and so she was curious to make sure everyone was alright. She had done a great deal of training since she had arrived in Makkuragakure, and had an awful lot she wished to share with her father.

Like always the young child wore her mask; she hadn't bothered removing the thing for more than a few minutes to eat since Alec had made her and several others part of the first ANBU seen in Makkuragakure in an awfully long time. She wore a black long sleeved top that kept her ANBU tattoo hidden, black pants, and black shinobi sandals. Over top of this she wore a black cloak with a hood, which was up and covering her blond hair.

Over the wireless communicator she spoke as she walked towards the village exit, "I'm heading back to Niwaurushigakure for a short while to make sure everything is okay at home, and to see if my mom and Granny Amaya have shown up yet. I'll probably stop in Kumogakure afterwards to say hello to Amara, then I'll be back." She really didn't think anyone would stop her but took her time regardless; if someone did it would likely be for a good reason. She had left behind a note left in the main front room of the tower for her grandfather explaining everything in case he returned and was worried, even though she was sure someone would let him know what was going on the second he got back. Beneath the cloak was a small bag of supplies to last her from here to her destination though she figured she wouldn't need any of them; she didn't plan on walking once she got outside of the village.

Once Aella got to the village gates of Makkuragakure she gave one last backward glance with her chakra radar and then took off at a dead run. She knew better than to slow down and risk running into the psychopath named Ranmaru that her grandfather had told her about. So, she pushed herself harder than ever before and moved faster than she normally bothered.

In a shorter period of time than it once likely would have taken her she arrived outside of Niwa's village gates. She slowed to a stop since she was in the safety of the village and walked in, her grin hidden beneath her mask. Now, where oh where could her father be?
