What is the job of the Moderators?

Global Moderators: In charge of all lower moderators, with access to all areas of the site, including archives and the Admin areas. Able to do all levels and types of moderation with the exception of payment of ryo. Able to create events and mini-events with admin permission. Able to make final decisions on Jutsu, Items, Special Characteristics, and moderate Chakra Beasts/Bijuu without needing to consult Admins for final approval.

Moderator: Usually tasked with focusing on specific areas and tasks, the moderators are the bulk of the staff, as well as the ones working the closest with the players. They take care of working with and approving jutsu, items, pets, etc; and can usually give full approval. The only time a Moderator requires higher approval is for Bijuu/Chakra Beasts.

Jr Mods: These are moderators in training. They're given one area at a time to focus on, and trained by the higher staff. Jr mods usually last roughly 3 months before being promoted or cycled out. Unable to give full approval on anything. Once trained in an area, they are able to give 1/2 approval, at which time another mod will come behind them and give final approval.


Requirements to apply:

- Approved Character
- Ability to use proper grammar, as well as decent spelling skills
- Previous experience is NOT required; but it will be taken into consideration
- Must be able to be active in some manner at LEAST once every THREE DAY (72 hours); even if only to check the site. I completely understand that the site is very small, so there won't always be something to do; so even just logging in and hanging out in the chatbox is fine for the moment.

Why Should You Be A Mod: (Applying for Jr Mod) - Although I don't have bags of experience on this site, I'm proving to be one of the most active members of the site. I think with a bit of guidance and a bit of time to understand the workings of the site fully, I'll be able to be a good, functioning member of staff for the site and be able to help keep things in order. I'm applying for the role of a Jr Moderator because I'm not completely knowledgeable about the site yet, and thus will need a little time to get used to being a staff member and making decisions. But with a longer period of time that too will change and the gaps in my knowledge will be filled. 
Previous Experience: I haven't really got any previous experience in any positions of moderating. o.o

Mulling it over, I'm interested in this. I would like to apply for a Jr. Moderator, to be promoted as the staff sees fit.

Why Should You Be A Mod:
There are a few reasons I can list as to why I think I could be a good mod. The first is that I'm frequently here; I check the site daily, including all new posts, whether they pertain to me or not. Obviously if activity picks up severely this won't be as easy, but I like to have a grasp on what's going around me.

The second reason is that I have experience with the type of position (see below), and I have in particular I have a head for rules, regulations, and organization, all of which tends to have me in charge of reorganization, clarifications, and general aid as necessary. Coupled with my frequent visits, this can help new players get questions answered that they're not sure about. Obviously, this will be something I will learn through training as a Jr. Moderator, and there will always be questions to address to those who have more experience with this site in particular, but for the most part I take it upon myself to build upon my knowledge over time to improve my ability to provide information to others.

And finally, I want to see this site grow. I think that, as a moderator, I can help structure events, story, organize the rules and clarify questions in order to make the site a much more enjoyable experience for new players, which should improve retention and hopefully increase activity over time. Obviously, it won't be an overnight process, but I want to do what I can to improve the experience for those who choose to come here.

Previous Experience:
I have been a moderator and admin at a few sites in the past:
-I started off as a moderator, and then was promoted to an admin on the former site Naruto: Senkai Rairin, until it was shut down some time later.
-I am currently a High-Access Moderator on Bleach: Online World, which is the second highest rank of staff on-site, and was the one to do the major rule rewrites and clarifications, reorganizing all of the sections into more comprehensive areas for others to peruse more easily.

Well, since Zeich is the only one still even remotely active; I guess he gets to be a jr mod, if he's still interested. Anyone else gunna sign up?

Why Should You Be A Mod: I know the basics of the site and I am going to be a very active member all throughout the summer. Yes there is still some stuff I have to learn like the history and the things I have missed since I have been gone, however, I feel as though I can learn these things and more as well as give interesting ideas for how the site can move forward. As for personality for the job I feel as though I can be a caring member of the staff and help any new users to the best of my ability. I also plan to keep working as a mod when I go back to college so even through the rest of the year I should be a high activity member.

I want to do all I can to help this site grow and develop with both new members and creativity. I am interested enough as a person to do all I can to be the person that will look far into depth on all issues that people are having. My personality is one that no matter how many times a person asks me to do something, I will never grow impatient with them and I will work my hardest with the other members of the staff to make sure all issues and questions are resolved or answered. I am and will be active on the site so I should do all I can to help those who need it.


Previous Experience: I was an active member on Saga as well as a GM on Trillby's Execution Site. I also have some time in college that I am still attending, yet I feel it has really helped to shape me as an intelligent individual. Other experience would include rpg's on Habbo that included teaching and building teams for the board but I don't really think that counts. No real experience other than that though.
