Mission Taken:

Someone escaped jail. The intel that Kuro was able to pick up on indicated that the individual had no weapons, nor was he much of a fighter, but excelled in the use of Katon jutsu. The prisoner was wanted alive, which meant no killing this time. This was fine. Whoever this person was would be desperate and paranoid. It would be easy to make them do something stupid in order to get the drop on them. Kuro seemed to be on a roll today; he didn't want to stop just yet. The female in charge had to have been taking notice by now, as Kumo was a relatively quiet village.

The guards at the jail showed Kuro a crude drawing of the man in question. They all looked confused and skeptical at this boy; would he alone be enough to bring such a dangerous Katon user back by himself? Only time would tell. The search first began in the seedy areas of the market district, where there were located bars and prostitutes, one of which being a whore he escorted to a trick previously. A criminal locked away for as long as he was would surely want to wet his throat with booze, and go looking for easy women.

Kuro soon found that he was correct in his hunch. The prisoner was easily located within a bar known to be rowdy and violent. Kuro was hoping to catch him intoxicated and off balance. He drew many eyes as he walked in, for he was far under age to be within such and esablishment. Currently, the prisoner was face deep within the well sized busom of a local prostitute and too busy to notice the plain faced kid entering the bar, and most of the patrons looking in his direction. Whenhe did finally look up, his eyes red from the booze, having to squint at the kid dressed in black he said, "Well waddya want!? I'm busy here."

"...You ready to go back to jail?"

The criminal sat there in disbeleif for a second or two, before throwing the protitute to the side and attempting to rush the kid, but the shadows seemed to come to life and sock him squarely in his face. A victim of the Shadow Punch, he was thrown backwards seeing white lights and spitting blood. Crashing through 2 tables and creating a mess of popcorn and beer, the prisoner gathered his drunken self and jumped back to his feet taking a deep breath. He exhaled a tremendous fireball toward the kid, who made no effort to dodge. The kid seemed to be blown into burnt bits.

As the prisoner grinned, satisfied with his efforts, and turned to continue with his molestation of the prostitute, when he'd noticed that the shadows were again moving. to him it looked to be many tiny tendrils, or needles, composed of shadow. They began to stab through his skin in many numbers, causing him to scream and struggle. The struggling only made the pain worse. In the end, with many of the thousands of shadow needles keeping the criminal restrained, he again saw the kid with the plain face, dressed in black. Without another word said, he began to escort the criminal out of the bar. Many who were watching in disbeleif moved out of his way.

People outside walking the streets as well as the guards at the jail watched with wide eyes as shadows delivered the criminal back to the jail and dropped him into their custody. "....Uh, good job, kid..." said the first guard who was unsure that the kid would be able to pull this off. Kuro simply nodded his head to them before turning to head off....
