Clan: Tsuguren

Location: Scattered (Main Branch located in Kumogakure)

Clan History:
This ability was originally conceived many, many, many years ago by the Sannin Tsunade of the Village Hidden in the Leaves. It was taught to a disciple of hers, and the line continued from there, teaching it to each younger generation and later amassing a full scale clan based on all the people that could successfully use it. The clan itself was holy unnecessary, considering Ōkashō could be taught to any ninja that trained themselves extensively in medical jutsu and taijutsu; but the group was prideful, and took the legacy of their ancestor as a badge of honor.

The clan was originally stationed in Konohagakure, obviously, but after the plague made its way into the picture and many places became unsafe, they migrated to the desert and took positions in Yokuchigakure to ride it out. Loyalties still remained, sure, but prideful or not the clan wasn't stupid; they weren't going to sit around and let themselves die out for any reason such as that.  Later, when the plague finally ceased, the clan as a whole scattered out; some staying at the desert village, some heading back to the ruins of Konoha if they were brave enough to do so- and the rest heading up to the newly rebuilt Kumogakure, content with hiding in the clouds away from any current dangers.

Kekkei Genkai: Ōkashō [Chakra Enhanced Strength]
Kekkei Genkai Description: A simple enough technique in ideal, the members of the Tsuguren clan (a few ninjas notwithstanding) amplify their muscles using medical ninjutsu and absurd amounts of chakra control to increase their strength many times over; past mortal bounds of strength. It was originally created to intimidate enemies and keep them at bay so that the medic could heal injured shinobi, and was later developed into a fighting style almost becoming necessary for medical ninja in times of heated war and strife. 
Drawbacks: Not counting the constant chakra cost needed to keep it going, the biggest and most noticeable drawback of the Ōkashō technique is the strain on the user- and the damage it can inflict on them if used haphazardly. Each ranking has a set number of posts this technique can be used before the strain sets in, and a higher number they can push it to before the strain reaches a critical mass and either temporarily or permanently damages the user.

Description: This is a technique where the user focuses chakra into their hands and feet using precise chakra control and releases it with pinpoint timing, which greatly enhances their strength. While some may see it as "superhuman strength", this technique is actually an application of medical ninjutsu, that demands the ability to concentrate and minute chakra control. An immense amount of chakra is kneaded inside the body, and a moment later all of it it is gathered into the fist. That chakra is then released into the target, which does a great amount of damage. With the damage done dependent on the amount of chakra used, it is also possible for a skilled shinobi to amass it in their fingertip. This ability spans multiple ranks depending on the user and how much initial chakra they want to pour into it, the minimum being C. The strength and control varies on the ranking.

C: Only able to focus to the fists of the user. Enough to dent and shatter stone, and break bone on direct contact. Muscles start to deteriorate at three posts with this active, and will go numb and unusable at five posts for the rest of the topic. The chakra flow for this jutsu automatically shuts off at this point.

B: Able to focus from the shoulder to knuckles of either or both arms. Crushes stone to dust and can rupture the opponent's internal organs at a direct hit. The user has five posts until muscles start to deteriorate, but as long as the user has the chakra to keep the jutsu going, they can use this for up to eight. At eight posts the chakra flow is immediately halted and permanent muscle damage is likely.

A: Can focus to anywhere on the body, though not quite able to pinpoint it to a small, specific area such as a single finger. Can easily send even overweight people flying with a single hit, and bone fractures are likely with as much as a warning tap. Muscles start going at seven posts, though the user is able to keep this going for up to eleven if they're willing to face those drawbacks. Full body temporary paralysis is common if pushed to this point, as well as a chance of permanent muscle loss.

S: Can focus to any point on the body, even highly specific ones. Can destroy a weaker opponent in a single attack, and even one hit KO someone of the same level with a good hit to a vital area. Nine posts before issues arise, and able to keep it up for thirteen posts period. Death, or at the very least mortal internal injuries, is the downside to going the full time with this stage of Ōkashō. Truly superhuman strength.
