Clan: Fukitsu

Clan History:
There's not much to say about the Fukitsu clan; famed assassins that are said to have appeared out of nowhere and settled into Kumogakure, generally hired by the nobles and high-ranking members of the village to take care of other nobles. The clan itself seems to mass produce these mercenaries, the inner workings being mysterious and cloaked in darkness; the point being that they're good at what they do and the rest shouldn't matter to anyone else. In truth, the Kekkai Genkai ability isn't anything overly special, but considering the special affinity the members of this clan seem to have with it it's easy enough to teach every member at a young age on how to use it- making for very good assassins with a (seemingly) unlimited supply of weaponry.

Kekkei Genkai: Kison
Kekkei Genkai Description: The clan has two notable advantages over normal shinobi; as assassins their speed has an automatic +1, being that of the rank higher than themselves. (capped at s-rank) Secondly, their actual Kekkai Genkai ability Kison: the ability to make small knives and daggers out of chakra and use them to fight. While this technique is strangely streamlined, the clan has an efficiency for their own chakra weapons and can fight on par with Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Kyujutsu and Weapon Tech specialists.
Drawbacks: 

• Not-so-notably-efficient with non Kison-created weapons, the Fukitsu clan recieve a -1 to all three weapon specializations. (Ken, Kyu, Tech)
  
• As assassins they're quite frail, focusing on getting in and getting out instead of continued close-range fighting. As such takes +1 damage from Taijutsu attacks.
  
• Genjutsu disrupts the flow of the Fukitsu member's chakra, making Kison weapons harder to maintain; +2 chakra cost per weapon while under the effect of genjutsu.

Description: Simple enough, the Fukitsu clan member focuses their chakra and creates weaponry- small knives, daggers or kunai- from it. These created weapons have the same strength as actual physical ones of that rank, needing an attack or other weapon of one rank higher to destroy them. The range these can be away from the user, as well as the amount that can be active at one time, are defined by rank. Additionally, the chakra destablizes if contact with the user does not persist- weapons disappearing after two posts regardless of range. Weapons cannot be used by anyone other than the person who made them, the chakra fading away if attempts are made to do so. Each weapon can be thrown at a high frequency matching the user's own movement speed. Every weapon costs ten chakra to make.
D: Two can be active at once, and can be thrown or left behind for a total of 15 meters before they disperse. No more than -2- made a post.
C: Six can be active at once, and can be thrown or left behind for a total of 25 meters. No more than -3- made a post.
B: Ten can be active at once, and can be thrown or left behind for a total of 40 meters. No more than -5- made a post.
A: Twenty can be active at once, and can be thrown or left behind for a total of 65 meters. No more than -8- made a post.
S: Thirty can be active at once, and can be thrown or left behind for a total of 80 meters. No more than -12- made a post.

The only thing I'd like to see is a cap on how many can be made per turn for each rank. Overall, a really nice idea Chesh :3
