"Time for me to get some training done, I think!"

Rouga smiled as he wiped his brow with his left hand while wafting a fan in his right hand; the temperature of the village having increased almost suddenly, causing everyone to sweat and strut about in their summer clothing. It didn't matter to Rouga though, he was always wearing clothing that you could call summerish. Loose robes and a pair of baggy trousers were usually his style anyway so the warm weather didn't get to him. Much. Despite the fact that he had planned to help with the Anemone farms to help increase the stock, he thought it'd maybe be best to get some training done before any work was to be done first. Labour work, that is. Turning away from the glass dome that was his bedroom, Rouga walked out of the Kage complex and into the open, smiling at the villagers as he brushed by them. Their faces seemed to bliss and serene, it almost made Rouga jealous knowing how happy they were with their lives and such, whereas Rouga only had himself to look out for in terms of relationship. Yeah, Rouga got down about it sometimes, but it was a selfish desire for him to pursue, when he had a whole village that relied on him. All he wanted was for someone to hug. That was all. Shaking his head, he pushed away those thoughts and proceeded to the training dome, which he was hoping he wasn't going to destroy with a C-Rank Jutsu. Any damages were going to come out of his bank account which he didn't want to lose. Oh god, how much it would cost if he made a hole in the side of the building. Which then reminded him of the time that his sensei had sent him straight through a wall and landed him in a coma at the hospital; while Ame was still up that is.

The tapping of the Kage's sandals against the hard wooden flooring echoed throughout the room as he sighed, that noise too echoing. A few people turned and waved at the Kage, coming over to greet him as the smiled and engaged conversation with him. 

"Yeah, just about to do some training then head to the fields of the Anemone."

He'd smile at them, one of them asking why, to which he proceeded to show his right hand, revealing the tentacles and a mouth on the palm of his hand as it opened up slightly. Easy to say that she didn't look too willing like she was before, but nonetheless, he hid them once again and continued conversing with them. How lucky he was to have such caring people in his village. Granted there were a few people in the village who needed a good boot up the hole, but nothing that a little scare factor couldn't fix. He smiled as the people who had distracted him began to walk away, one of the tentacles on his hand rising out and waving goodbye as well. As it receded back in after being tapped on the end, Rouga feeling a small irritation on his head, he turned back to the dome to see everyone back to training. Some practising their shuriken throwing. Some sparring with wooden swords or gloves, while others simply sat at the side with a nice tea or coffee and just watched; gossiping to their friends no doubt. Oh well, it was none of his business so he simply turned back, staring in front of him. He readied himself for some training.

"Today, boys and girls, I will be teaching myself on how to make a carpet of water, which I can travel upon!" 

He spoke to himself, a small smile growing on the side of his face has he focused his Suiton nature around his feet; a small burst of water began to form, soaking into the floorboards. He just continued to look down at his feet as he noticed how little water there was around him. He didn't want to add too much, in fear of drowning his people. Stopping it, he kicked his left foot back and forth, thinking on how to pass this little problem. Maybe if he ran a bit and then tried to initiate the jutsu then! Maybe that would work and stop the problem at the bud! He decided he'd follow his thoughts and proceeded to take a few steps back before bracing himself for a light jog, knowing full well that his jog might as well be a sprint. Pushing off of his right foot, Rouga began a jog before kicking up both his feet slightly, a small torrent of water soon surrounding his feet as they came down to make contact with the floor, but was abruptly stopped as the water took control and acted like a surface for him. Leaning forward, Rouga shot off at full speed around the room, more and more water adding itself willingly as water continued to soak into the boards. The ninja and people just stared at the Kage who was now zig-zagging around the room at a tremendous speed. Rouga turn to smile at them, wave and shout "LOOK AT ME!!" but no. That was not going to happen at all. What WAS going to happen was Rouga flying into the hard wooden walls and embed himself into the side of the structure. Yup. That's what happened once he realized he hadn't been watching the direction of the wave that he was caught up in. 

Besides the fact that the academy ninja and Genin were laughing at seeing the Kage needing to be pried out of the walls by their parents, Rouga fell back first on to the ground as he let out a small groan of pain. Yep. That was how he was going to feel for the rest of the day. Ill with pain and embarrassment from having been too careless. It was his own fault, but who could blame him? He was a child at heart.
