Mission Taken:

Aella looked down at the scroll in her hand. She had opened it and unrolled it just moments ago to find a very high ranked mission inside. She had never done a mission so dangerous before but it wasn't because she was afraid: she simply had never been given the chance before now. She was to take out this man named Rhage Tatsumaki, who she found herself wondering if he was related or not to Avery since they belonged to the same clan. Along with the name and location, which was a bar only blocks away, there was also a picture that showed the man to be some sort of a muscle head. She deducted he used Taijutsu: most people didn't get that large by using anything but that. But, she wasn't worried - she had her violence hammer with her after all.

She was sure someone else would be assigned this mission with her, as the scroll said to wait outside of the tower for her partner to arrive. She wondered if her partner would be one of the ANBU team she had been assigned to, or if it would be another member of the village - either or it was going to be nice to be able to work with someone on this mission, since she wouldn't have to worry about being ambushed that way, or out numbered if it came to it.

She was dressed for this in a black long-sleeved shirt with a slightly higher color that kept the majority of her neck covered. With this she wore a pair of pants that went slightly below her knees before stopping and which tied off. Feet were planted in black shinobi sandals. She had her mask on as she always did now, which was white and looked to be splattered with paint. Finally, was her black cloak, the hood up which kept her blond chin length hair hidden. She had a pouch around her waist the held the majority of her weapons, and leaning against her shoulder was her new prize weapon: the violence hammer, which would look to be a metal pole shoved into a cinder block with ninja wire wrapped around it that held many kunai and shuriken to it. It was a weapon that would require up keep, but her Granny Ashi had told her when she had given it to her that it would be a fun weapon to use regardless.

As she waited for her partner to arrive she used her chakra radar to begin searching for this man whose picture she had been given, all while being very glad that she wasn't going to have to do this the door by door sort of way. Next to her, sitting on the ground and sniffing the air, was her black pup with the white star on its face named Hoshi.

Violence Hammer:

A small brown monkey with a long tail would just... drop down out of nowhere and land in front of Aella making a screeching noise while jumping up and down. The monkey was about 3 feet high with brown colored fur; lighter brown on areas such as his face, mid-section, hands and feet.

Someone else dropped in from above, landing on the ground next to Aella with no sound or disturbance to the Earth, even being barefoot. A long black jacket dropped down around him with the diagonal symbols ほこり 熟達 on the back in white stitching which meant “Dust Mastery.” The kid had red eyes and messy black hair that stuck out in random places because he wasn't a fan of combing it, and it often ended up like that because his mother would daily run her hands through the silky black mass as if his head gave her good luck. He wore a black body suit that was baggy around the legs and waist, and had several straps hanging at certain points. Besides the fact that he was male, he looked exactly like Hikari.

Alec Jr passed him a scroll earlier, after asking both Alec and Alec Jr to inform him if there was anything they needed him to do. And by anything, he actually meant anything, from cleaning up shitty toilets to taking on S-ranked criminals, it didn't matter to Kurai. He wanted to prove himself useful to them and his new home of Makkura. Alec and Jr both wanted to see what the former Jinchuuriki of Hinowagakure was capable of, and although Alec was plenty confident that Aella could handle a high caliber job such as this on her own if it came to that, he wanted someone powerful with her, just in case. He wasn't so heartless that he would send his own Grand daughter into a lion's den dressed in pork chop pants.

”...I'll be assisting you in this task, Aella,” Kurai said, still on one knee, having already gone over the details of the scroll. ”...If we haven't been properly introduced, my name is Kurai Yanagi. This is my pet, he's named Little Kong, the brother of Kong, the Chief Gorilla of the Great Ape Sages of Niwa. Don't let his screeching fool you, he's actually smarter than he acts, but it seems he's become a comedian as of late. Say hi, Kong.”

“Hi there,” said the simian, who was perfectly capable of speaking English. Aella was a Jinchuuriki the same as Kurai, so very briefly, Kua also made his presence known by causing his bull aura to flash around Kurai, colored a light brown; the most obvious details being the large horns and the hammer in his right hand.

Head tilted far to the right as she noticed the monkey drop in in front of her and make a screeching noise. She couldn't help but giggle a bit as she watched the monkey jump up and down. Hoshi, who had been sitting rather still, barked a happy greeting from beside Aella, his tail now wagging from side to side wildly in his excitement. However, the pup remained plastered to Aella's side, and didn't get up yet.

Aella straightened her head and looked over to Kurai as he dropped in next; her chakra radar alerting her to his presence since he was so silent in his arrival. She noticed the way he was dressed and the fact that he looked very much like a male Hikari, and even though no one had outright told her that they were twins, it's what she figured. She listened to him explain that he would be assisting her with the task and she nodded with a smile: she was glad she wasn't going to go about this alone, back up was always a nice thing.

She looked to Little Kong as Kurai explained that he could speak English when he wanted to, but had recently turned in a joker. She giggled again. "Hello, Kurai and Little Kong. I'm Aella. This...", she pointed to the pup at her side ".. is Hoshi. He can't speak English, yet - he has to get a little bit more bigger for that. But, he can understand it very well." As if to make the point that he did understand what was being said the puppy barked once. Lil' Bai awakened upon Kua making his presence known, Aella's own aura turning black and white; almost as if she were covered in fur made entirely of chakra. A little male-child could be heard giggling before the aura went away.

Aella then tilted her head again; she had been searching for the man they were supposed to be looking for with her chakra radar the majority of the time, and had finally spotted him: though she quickly noticed he had two people with him. He was several blocks away, sitting in a dark spot of a bar and sipping something that she was sure, when they got close enough, was going to make her nose wrinkle in disgust. "I think I see Rhage... he's in a bar about three blocks from here. It looks like he has two bodyguards with him." The bar was rather empty due to how early in the day it still was, which would give them the benefit of not having to worry about too many people getting in their way, being used as human shields, or whatever other cowardly tactics Rhage or his men were going to do. A frown formed across her face as she watched them all lean in together, talking about something or other....

A man named Rhage was targeted to be assassinated. S-ranked Tai, A-ranked Nin. He had 2 guards. One had the weakness of the Yanagi, Raiton. The other, Genjutsu and Funijutsu. Kurai already had a gameplan worked out, petting Aella's dog Hoshi before standing up straight. Rhage wouldn't attack himself until his 2 goons had fallen, or were distracted, and that's where Little Kong and Aella came in. He didn't want to spend too long with these guys. Shinsai had already spotted them, in a bar several streets over.

He spoke in a fashion in which only they would hear the discussion: ”...I see them... Here's what we could do... Little Kong. You take the guard called “One,” with the long hair and the dress-looking thing. He uses swords and Raiton, but you have your speed, and can cancel the Raiton with your Fuuton...” Little Kong nodded his head, screeching and jumping up and down again. ”Aella, you and Hoshi handle the guard called “Two,” wearing the suit. He uses seals and Genjutsu, but since you're ANBU now, you have to have some sort of trick to your mask that blocks Genjutsu's effects, right?... Leave Rhage to me... If we attack them all at the same time, we can wrap this up quickly...”

Kurai and Little Kong began to head in the direction of the bar in which the 3 men were located. Sure that Aella and Hoshi were with them, Kurai formed several hand signs and created a Shadow Clone. He and the clone exchanged nods, before the clone took off running at high speed. The Shadow Clone ran ahead of them, resembling a black blur, jumping over houses and running down alleyways. It reached the bar before they did, stepping inside and over to the table where the three men sat. After exchanging glances of confusion, the Shadow Clone grabbed their bottle of booze and began to fling the liquid into their faces, producing loud protests and curse words. The Clone shattered the bottle on the table before them, and before any could take action, ran out of the bar.

Shadow Clone 980/1,000:

The clone dispersed itself around the corner from the bar. Information was sent back to Kurai, who'd seen that the lure to get them outside of the bar to avoid property damage had been successful. “The lady-man wearing the dress, he's mine,” said Little Kong with a screech as they traversed the rooftops, heading toward where the 3 men were looking around in a rage for the kid with the black jacket. He began to branch off from Kurai and Aella, preparing to attack. Kurai himself took aim at the shirtless bald man with muscles. The clash of two forms of Taijutsu would be interesting...

Hoshi was more than happy with the attention; his tail wagging so fast it was almost hard to see - nothing but a blur of movement. He let out a happy bark and stood up too, waiting for the action to start. Hoshi always was anxious to get started, and liked to be in constant movement when he wasn't crashed out from a nap.

Aella listened carefully to Kurai's plan of action. Little Kong was to go after the guard known as "One" who had long hair and was wearing what Aella recognized to be robe bottoms - or a man skirt as she thought of it - who used Raiton. Kurai said Little Kong was fast and had Fuuton, she she figured it was a good match up. She nodded as Kurai said she could handle the one known as "Two" who was wearing a suit. Two used Genjutsu and Fuuinjutsu, but neither were much of a worry for Aella. She had seen Fuuinjutsu the majority of her life, and Genjutsu would no longer work against her. This would leave Kurai to deal with Rhage Tatsumaki: the Taijutsu specialist. She had heard the Yanagi clan was famous for their abilities with Taijutsu and their sensory, so she wasn't worried about Kurai - she knew he could take him.

Aella and Hoshi followed after Kurai and Little Kong, heading towards the bar they knew the trio to be located at. She watched as Kurai weaved some hand signs and caused what Aella guessed to be a Shadow Clone to appear. The clone went on ahead of them after nodding, and moments later she watched the clone of Kurai's stir up some mischief with their targets and then go running out of the bar - obviously it had been a way to lure them out of the building, probably so they didn't risk damaging it. The last thing Aella wanted after all was to worry about getting yelled at because she had broken something of someone's. Nope, better to handle this outside where there was plenty of room to move.

She watched Little Kong branch of from them and Aella did the same, heading towards her target, Two. Hoshi followed after her for a brief second and then after a growled command - Aella speaking canine - the dog darted off and around. Hoshi disappeared behind a building, but kept on moving: Aella's command to Hoshi had been a simple order for the dog to get up behind the Genjutsu user so they could surround him. Aella skidded to a stop soon as her feet hit the ground, leaving some sort of distance between herself and the Genjutsu master; a plan already formed in her mind. Hoshi came to a stop an equal distance away, behind the Genjutsu master.

Two looked between the two, wondering what sort of joke this was that a little girl and her puppy had come to take him on. "Really? A little girl and a puppy?"

Aella grinned in response... it was show time.

Aella and Hoshi were fine with taking on the illusion guy with the seals, as was Little Kong with taking on the Kenjutsu user skilled in Raiton. Both of them split off and headed toward their respective targets. Kurai kicked off of a rooftop and aimed himself at Rhage, who didn't notice the kid sailing toward him from above until it was almost too late. Rhage quickly brought up his arms into an “X” formation as Kurai executed The Violent Heel. The force behind the kick was so great that the ground quaked somewhat when Rhage blocked it. He was also sent sliding backwards somewhat, leaving drag marks across the ground below.

The Violent Heel:

Kurai landed and immediately launched himself toward the man, executing the Mossberg 500 kick. It came far too fast for the man to avoid, so again he had to block, again creating a ground tremor and sending him sliding further back. With this kick blocked, Kurai went low as he began the Great Whirlwind. Rhage raised a leg to avoid the low kick, but could not block the middle kick, causing him to make an “OOGH” sound, nor the high kick to the face which launched him airborne. Kurai jumped with him to finish the kick combo with a heel that would drive him back to the ground, but he managed to raise his arms into an “X” again to block.

Mossberg 500 Kick:

Great Whirlwind:

The force sent the man back to the ground quickly. He landed and went down to one knee. Kurai landed in his fighting stance with his blank expression, watching as Rhage stood, coughing and flailing his arms; the areas where he'd blocked beginning to turn red and swell. “Not bad, for a kid,” he said, grinning, despite the pain he was in. The muscled man lunged toward Kurai, executing many punches and kicks of his own; none connecting. Kurai ducked, dodged, and slinked around every blow, keeping his expression blank. As usual, this began to frustrate his opponent and make them resort to more drastic measures, causing them to use more power than usual in their madness and expend their stamina more quickly. After missing a kick that was intended to be driven against the side of Kurai's head, he countered with the “You're Too Close” combination: a hard punch to the groin, causing Rhage to yell loudly, 3 hard punches to the mid-section, knocking the wind from his lungs, then finally the uppercut-like blow to the bottom of his chin; the force great enough to launch the man airborne.

You're Too Close:

Kurai reached toward the ground and make a jerk motion as if pulling something out of it. A large section of Earth seemingly rose out of the ground by it's own accord. Kurai spun to his left while extending his right leg, kicking the section of Earth toward the falling Rhage. Upon connection with the section of Earth, Kurai also put another technique into play: the Added-Weight technique, making the piece of Earth far heavier than it was originally. The collision of Earth into the man was enough to cause the man to go spiralling out of control, rag-dolling through the air to land harshly upon his face and bounce several times. The section of Earth broke several of his ribs and caused massive gashes and wounds across his exposed torso, and further wounded him while he fell, putting him in bad shape.

Kazan 965/1,000:

Added Weight Rock Technique 940/1,000:

Little Kong in the meantime bombarded “One” with a barrage of super quick attacks. He seemed to attack the man from all directions, letting out loud monkey screams. Little Kong proved far too fast for the man to launch a proper counter attack; the swings of his Raiton coated sword met nothing but air. His pretty boy face began to swell with foot-shaped welts, his clothes which he obviously took special care to keep clean began to become filthy with dirt, and he looked highly frustrated.

Aella's plan was simple: increase her speed, strength and agility, get in close while having the target become distracted via Hoshi attacking first, and then get in quick and low with her hammer before the target could react, or realize what was coming to them. It was pretty straight forward, and something she had practiced before so it was a plan she was very comfortable with. She had several others formed in her mind, however, in case this one happened to fail - though, given that Two was a Genjutsu and Fuuinjutsu user she figured that chances were she wasn't going to fail because he was going to be too slow to react, even if he was technically stronger than her.

Hoshi, like practiced, suddenly let out a very low, vicious growl. The pup seemed to change; become vicious and more feral looking: going from the cute harmless overgrown puppy he had been just minutes ago into a vicious dog who looked ready to maul someone. Hoshi lowered himself to the ground and then sent himself darting forward. When the dog neared he launched himself up and into the air; mouth open and viciously sharp teeth aiming to pierce the flesh of the Genjutsu user's shoulder.

While Hoshi had launched himself towards Two Aella had put a favorite Inuzuka move into play: Four Legs Technique. Features on the litlte girl became more feral. Canine teeth elongated, and finger and toenails grew to claw like length. Her eyes became more wild and her pupils became slits. Like this she was faster, stronger, and more agile than she had been; giving her a boost that equaled to a rank above her - putting her on even footing with the Genjutsu user and then some.

Four Legs Technique:

Two, who had heard the sudden growl, turned just in time. He was able to just barely dodge the dog, who went soaring over his shoulder. "FUCKING MUTT!", the man yelled out. He hadn't been expecting the dog, and hadn't even noticed him up until that point. But, now he knew he had to be weary. However, it was too late for him, and as the man slowly began to turn around to face the little girl once more... she was gone.

Aella had darted herself away from the immediate vicinity with great animal like speed only to come up behind the guy about twenty meters away. With the large violence hammer now held within both hands she rushed towards her opponent from behind. As she got within twenty or so feet of the man she shifted her grip mid-movement so that the hammer itself was held above Aella's head, and slightly back, offering a great leverage point to get additional power behind her swing.

Two turned as he heard the child's footsteps behind him, but it was indeed too late; the hammer went smashing down with all of that strength and speed straight into his shoulder. Kunai and shuriken attached the the weapons 'head' sliced cleanly through the mans shoulder, creating many open wounds, while the cinder block they were attached to mixed with the strength behind the swing shattered the mans shoulder. Two screamed out in pain while Aella darted off in another direction.

Hoshi, who had been waiting until after Aella's strike, darted in now towards the man. Once more the pups mouth opened, but instead of aiming high where the man would likely see him, Hoshi aimed low. Teeth sank into Two's leg, tearing away a chunk of flesh before the pup darted away, leaving Two open for another attack from Aella while Two screamed out in both pain and frustration that he was having his ass handed to him by a little girl and her dog....

With Rhage down for the count, and “One” currently being attacked so fast by a small screaming monkey that he thought multiple animals were attacking him at once, “Two” began to receive the beating of his life by a little girl and a small dog, who wasn't so small anymore. It seemed there was more to the both of them than met the eye. Both could undergo a sort of transformation, possibly to raise their speed and strength. Even Kurai had trouble keeping up with all of their movements. Aella had a large, menacing hammer-looking weapon, more than proving that it was just as damaging as it looked when she smashed the thing into “Two's” shoulder.

However, Kurai could watch Aella and Hoshi for long. Rhage, though downed, was not out. The frustration of being thoroughly beaten by a kid was enough to cause the man to raise back to his feet. Rhage formed a series of hand signs before cupping his hands together and letting loose a jet of air towards Kurai. Kurai countered this by raising up a wall of Earth in front of him. The jet of air slowly began to chip away at the wall, clouding the air with dust and debris.

Earth Style Wall 920/1,000:

Kurai thought it was time to end this. He positioned his arms in front of him, opening up both hands. A 3 dimensional transparent cube appeared between his hands, with a sphere within it. Many villagers, who'd been watching the brawl since Kurai's Shadow Clone lured the trio outside, looked on in amazement, having never seen such a technique before. It took him a while to form the cube, with Rhage continually blasting the jet of air and chipping away at the wall that Kurai raised. Rhage pushed most of his chakra into his technique, causing the jet to become bigger and wipe out the wall. At this point is when Kurai was airborne, levitating.

Flight Technique 890/1,000:

Rhage saw the kid, and the glowing box between his hands, and immediately attempted to change the direction of the funnel, but this did not happen fast enough. Kurai pushed the cube toward Rhage. It quickly traveled toward him in the blink of an eye while expanding large enough to completely capture him inside of it.

Jinton: Genkai Hakuri no Jutsu!

Detatchment of the Primitive World Technique 860/1,000:

Rhage vanished within a blinding white light that engulfed the inside of the large cube. The light was soon replaced with smoke, that soon cleared, revealing nothing left behind but minuscule particles of dust. Those watching were left speechless.

Around this time is when Little Kong disarmed “One” of his sword and performed his own Great Whirlwind: low kick, middle kick, then high kick that knocked the main into the air. Little Kong could then be seen gathering something into his right hand that resembled a large ball, and grew even larger. With “One” in the air, and unable to defend himself, he was wide open. Little Kong spun in a circle and launched his “Super Monkey Ball” at “One,” hitting him dead on. The explosion of compressed air created a tremendous gust of wind that spread throughout most of the village, and sent “One” flying off into the horizon. It was safe to assume that he was no longer living when he landed where ever he did.

As Two began to scream out in anger and frustration over the ass whooping that he was receiving Aella darted in once more, this time from the left of the man. Unlike before when she lifted her hammer up and over her head, she kept it to her side. She moved low to the ground as she ran which meant that the hammer was level with the mans knees. Hoshi, who knew well of Aella's planned attack lowered himself to the ground as if he were preparing to attack Two again. Hoshi had no intentions of leaping at the man with Aella moving towards him too, and simply did it for a distraction; which worked. Two was weary of being bitten again, and therefore kept his eyes focused on the dog instead of the little girl coming nearer and nearer with every footstep.

As Aella reached within four feet of Two she suddenly spun with the hammer out horizontal. As she spun she gained more momentum, meaning that as the lethal, brutal hammer smashed into Two's knees which resulted in several cuts and tearing, it also shattered his kneecaps into small coin sized pieces of bone upon impact. Like before Aella instantly darted away, leaving the man - who was now screaming in agonizing pain - no chance of grabbing her.

As Aella moved away Hoshi went in for the killing blow. Two dropped to his knees - a bad idea as it only caused the pain to grow worse, growing so much that it felt like his entire body was broken as his nerve endings screamed - and Hoshi bent himself low to the ground once more. With a single spring of a leap Hoshi sent himself flying straight towards Two with his mouth open. Hoshi grabbed onto the man's throat, puncturing the main artery in his throat. Two fell over, a pool of blood springing up around his head and neck that grew larger and larger with every passing second as the man bled out.

Hoshi returned to Aella's side, who had stopped off to the right of him. Though, her chakra gaze was no longer focused on the dying man - though she could see him and everything else going on around her - but on what exactly Kurai was doing to his opponent: and how he then made his opponent disappear with the strange jutsu he had used. She had never seen anything like it before and it caused her brow to furrow. With the opponents now taken care of, and a report-in all that was needed of them she rested her hammer back on her shoulder. "Did you send him somewhere? Or did he just disappear? Kinda looked like you erased him.", she said curiously.

She looked once more over the now dead man, the pool of blood that had been created by both Hoshi's bite to his throat and the amount of damage she had done to him with her hammer. The fact she had helped kill someone strangely enough didn't bother her: she had heard stories about people who had freaked out at their first kill, who had lost their minds for a good bit afterwards. But, all Aella could really focus on was Lil' Bai's bamboo eating sounds that were filling her brain - which was odd, since he couldn't have been eating bamboo... could he?

Kurai's hair and jacket ruffled in the breeze from Little Kong's Super Monkey Ball attack. He deactivated his Flight Technique and landed on the ground again, watching as the large transparent 3 dimensional cube vanished. Some people, who knew of the criminal antics of Rhage and his 2 goons, were entertained, and some began to applaud while others came over and thanked the 2 kids and their pets. Kurai responded with just a nod, and Little Kong simply made screeching noises.

Aella and Hoshi finished off “Two” in what had to be an agonizing death for the man. Kurai walked over to where Rhage once stood and leaned over to pick up some of the dust left behind. He turned his hand over and let it spill from his palm back to the ground. ”Yeah... he's been sent to the next world,” he responded to Aella. ”...Hell, preferably. This is all that's left of him...”

Kurai stood up straight again and dusted off his hands. ”...But, I do believe that's a job well done. The bossman will be proud of you, nice work.” Kurai gave Aella a thumbs up. Little Kong made loud monkey sounds while jumping up and down, doing flips and cartwheels.

”Now THAT... That was entertaining. You probably can beat up your ol' Grand dad at this point, Aella! You've grown strong! Even stronger than me! Kurai is right, i'm proud of you, kiddo. You too, Hoshi!

“...And you, Kurai... You're Taijutsu is incredible... and that finishing move, i've never seen a technique like that before! That was amazing! That guy's chakra is totally gone now... Remind me never to get on your bad side, haha! Damn good job. You've proved yourself as a very valuable edition to The Land of Shadows. You and Little Kong both!”

Alec said this telepathically to them, having watched the entire ordeal from his bedroom in the tower. He was honestly entertained as well as appreciative, and he intended to let them know it once it was over. That Rhage and his 2 cronies had been a thorn in his side for a few weeks now, and he was debating going to deal with them himself. Ordinarily he didn't send people to go do things that he could easily do himself, but this was a chance for the kids to prove themselves, and they'd more than done that...
