Description: The Eight Trigams Sealing Style was created by Minato Namikaze. It is a modified version of the Four Symbols Seals which creates a stronger seal and a key with which the user can either loosen or strengthen the seal. The user draws the seal on the stomach of the intended target and transfers the chakra of the victim into the target. He then rotates his fingers using the key to lock the victim into place. The victim is estored into a cage inside of the target, where the target can draw chakra from the victim when required. The user then applies the key to a scroll that the target can use at a later time to unlock or further lockdown the seal.

Description: This jutsu is as much a jutsu as it is a defense system to protect the village of Niwa. At six points around the village there are seals, three pairs. These seals have the Kanji for Futon, Suiton, and Raiton on them respectively in an alternating fashion. In the middle of the village, carved into the floor of the administrative building from which Hisaki runs the village, there is the Kanji for Storm. 

Hisaki activates this jutsu upon learning of any danger to the village by focusing chakra into both of his hands and pressing his palms into the center of the Storm seal. The chakra poored into the seal acts as a beacon and proceedes to activate all six of the surrounding seals in unison, causing a massive storm to take form. On the first turn the seals are activated the clouds darken and thunder can be heard overhead, rain beginning to pour in a ring around the village and outwards. On the second turn the storm truly begins to rage, Hisaki being able to remove his hands at this point. The winds pick up substantially and cause the rain to become blinding, the winds and rains themselves being able to leave small two inch lacerations on anyone who is unfortunate to be caught in the storm. If he so chooses on the third turn Hisaki can control the lightning, sending a massive bolt soaring from the heavens into a spot of his choosing. This will hit anyone within ten meters of the bolt, causing fourth degree burns if the target is wet and shutting down their nervous syetems. If they are dry it will cause third degree shock burns and cause the opponent to be stunned for one post.

When Eye of the Storm is activated the village is considered to be in the "eye of the storm" keeping it completely out of harm from the massive destructive hurricane above. Hisaki from this point out can use the storm to activate any of his jutsus that use either Suiton, Fuuton, Raiton or Hurricane release itself, using the elements involved as conduits for his seals. This jutsu stays in play until Hisaki chooses to release it, at which point he must press his palms to the center seal once more and stop the storm.
