Alec, after getting himself together after barely sleeping that night, stepped out of his bedroom. He was too eager to travel and check out Kumo. Possibly he'd run into some moron who didn't know who he was, and allow him to get more exercise.

As far as the other countries went, Niwa was just full of a bunch of barking old mutts, so besides the Apes in the forest, which Kurai and Mitsukai had ties with, that place was useless.

Yokuchi was useless too, seeing as Strafe was easily dispatched by someone weaker than him; add that on with the airheaded leadership of the past, and the desert just didn't seem very interesting either.

Hinowa was told to be a paradise now after Jr's nuking and the ingenuity of 3 survivors from Denryuu, the water village wiped out by Amara. Besides Kouki, 2 of the 3 leaders were also airheads. He found involving himself with the likes of them to be just a worthless task; they weren't even worth killing. Alec would greatly attempt to avoid them from now on.

Alec had never been to Kumogakure before, and Amara, the girl he nabbed with Kamui the day she destroyed Denryuu, was attempting to make peace. Alec didn't have a problem with that, and had been in the works of approaching her to offer up his own sort of apology. He didn't know if this would really work, but it would be worth the attempt. An index finger tapped the side of his Wireless Comm.

”Grand baby Mits... Holeman... Get yourselves together and meet me at the end of the drawbridge.”

The kid jumped from house to house, building to building, training the strength in his legs. Makkura was much bigger that Yokuchi, and the buildings were better designed. Most villagers could only make out what looked like a red and blue blur. Sometimes he'd land on the ground and sprint the length of several blocks, building up a strong wind behind him.

”Grand baby Mits... Holeman... Get yourselves together and meet me at the end of the drawbridge.”

Alec's voice rang in on the wireless comm built into his headphones, and he changed direction, now headed toward Dark Tower. The drawbridge appeared before him in several seconds and he slid to a stop on one knee next to Alec to catch his breath. Alec probably saw far beforehand that Holeman was dressed as he usually was: a dark blue Uchiha Clan shirt with the bigger collar and large red and white symbol on the back, red ankle length slacks, red sandals, red fingerless gloves. Medical bandages were wrapped around either of his forearms. A red Du-rag on his head tied so that it covered both of his eyes, red headphones on his ears. Holeman hadn't grown much but due to 5 years of Taijutsu training with Spook, the kid had packed on a large amount of muscle.

”Been meaning to come speak to you anyways, Alec,” Holeman said. ”This place you have here is amazing... but I kinda feel like a fifth wheel around here, you have some of everything. The clan wants to stay here, but... I was thinking of maybe exploring the rest of the world some, before I figure out where I want to... you know, drop anchor.”

Mitsukai had been in the nearby park entertaining some of the kids who were standing around with some flashy moves with her scythe. She had sliced some fruits lying around, including an apple, pineapple, and now a bunch of grapes, into tiny little bite sized pieces for their amusement. However, as she heard her grandfather's voice over the wireless communicator she flashed a grin. "Sorry, kids. My grandad needs me." The chorus of awes caused her to laugh softly. "Maybe ya'll can get your hands on some awesome weapons and practice a lot with them. This way next time I see you you can entertain me, eh?" It was something to get the kids motivated.

The kids all started talking, excited with this new idea and trying to figure out what sort of weapons they wanted to one day wield. With the kids distracted she folded up her scythe, clipped it to her belt, and took off in the direction of the tower. Her speed caused her to be nearly invisible, only the traces of black from her schoolgirl outfit and the red from her cloak visible as it wiped through the wind.

She came to a sudden and dead stop by her grandfather and Holeman moments later; just in time to hear Holeman speak. She nodded her head in agreement. "Yeah, I gotta agree... now that Avery knows Swift as does Kurai, I'm not exactly needed here. Might be time to go explore somewhere else."

”Then follow me. You two are perfect for the idea I had in mind.”

Alec took off running then. He was fast, and even though he could become much faster if he wanted, he ran with the speed where the kids would easily be able to keep up with him. He ran down the long main street toward the entrance into Makkura, easily dodging around and zig-zagging his way between people and merchant carts.

”We're headed out, Kinzoku, Emiko. You're the heads of security, keep an eye out for anything funny. Expect anything.”

”Will do, Sir,” Kinzoku's voice would echo back.

Out of the village Alec ran, into the black and the shadows, where nasty creatures lived. In his time here Alec figured that the things out here in the Plains of Shadow had figured out who to attack and who not to, as several times some of these things out here had to be stabbed. Over time attacks began to cease, making Alec think that there was at least a basic level of intelligence amongst these things.

The Sea of Light was next, and Alec quickly began running across it's glowing surface. Several large sea creatures came to the surface and attempted to nab him between their jaws, but they were easily dodged. There were large explosions of water as they surfaced, sailed through the air, then crashed back below into the drink.

Then there was the other side of the sea, running back onto land and towards the sun and heat before them. Alec stayed on the footpath traveled by many and passed by the village of Yokuchi. He would continue running through what looked like an endless ocean of brown before coming upon mountains surrounded by clouds, signaling the arrival into Kumogakure...

Holeman took off running after Alec, wondering what this idea of his could be. He too dodged around people on the main street as they made their way to the entrance and out into the Plains of Shadow. It was creepily dark out here, and full of creatures, but Holeman could see everything that was above ground. He'd been attacked a few times in the past but that didn't seem to happen anymore.

Then it was time to run back across this crazy water in The Sea of Light. Only this time the monsters down there wanted a meal, and tried to make one of Alec. One even tried making a meal of Holeman, causing him to jump high into the air, bringing his arms to his right side. Very quickly was his trademark technique charged between his palms, to then throw his arms forward and launch the chakra projectile attack toward the creature. It exploded upon impact, throwing the beast backwards. The sea creature splashed back under in a big white boom of water, and Holeman would land to continue on.

Hadoken - 775/800:

He was glad to be out of that water and back on land, but not very enthusiastic to be traveling back to the desert, even if he were just passing by it. He didn't even look toward Yokuchi as they passed by it, just wanting to be through this desert as quickly as possible.

And before he knew it, they were entering a country with many mountains and clouds. He'd never been here before so he found himself looking and staring at everything.

Curiously she followed after her grandad and Holeman as they ran through the village and then out of it. She heard Kinzoku respond and then heard Emiko as well respond with a "Got it." when Alec told them to keep an eye on things while he was gone. Mitsukai wondered where they were headed as they reached the sea and began to run across it. She saw as numerous sea monsters attempted to have a bite of her grandfather and Holeman. She herself pulled out her scythe as she watched one headed towards her and cut the things head in half as it lifted it up and out of the water. "Eat this..", she had muttered upon slicing the thing up. Apparently, it was enough of a warning to keep any other sea creatures from trying to take a bite out of her again.

When they were back on land she folded her scythe back up and clipped it back onto her belt so that she wouldn't have to bother herself with carrying it. When she realized they were headed towards the desert her curiosity peaked even more. Surely they weren't going to head to Yokuchi?

But, they continued on and soon the brightness and heat of the desert was replaced with the natural coolness that came with Kumo's mountainous region. As they reached the village she found herself wondering exactly what her grandfather's plan was.
