| Alec nodded his head while listening to Kinzoku as he called himself speak. Alec could relate to a lot of the things he was saying. Alec himself never knew his real parents, and spent most of his childhood running away from monsters. He committed his first murder at an early age just like him, and spent a lot of his time growing up robbing taverns with his best friend and often several of his kids, namely Destiny here.
Destiny didn't like too many people, Alec knew this for a fact. But if she was saying she thought Kinzoku should stay here, and spoke highly of manipulating sand, then Kinzoku being brought into the fold was really seeming like a great idea, and his ability to manipulate his “Iron Sand” as he called it must have been something he surely wanted. Avery only cemented the decision by also agreeing. Having another sensor and tracker would also take some of the pressure off of he and Destiny.
”...All sounds real good, real good. Alright, Kinzoku... How about a demonstration? I know ninjas and shinobi aren't supposed to show off, but you've caught my attention, and that doesn't happen very often anymore. Care to spar with some of my Operatives? Please, try not to kill them...”
Alec snapped his fingers several times. 3 of the male Ops who were positioned nearby jumped across the rooftops and landed opposite of Kinzoku. All 3 were dressed the same with masks, S. Jounin level with average Taijutsu skills and semi average Ninjutsu abilities. They didn't waste any time, and all 3 charged in to attack at the same time with punches toward the face, kicks to the mid-section and a low sweeping blow in an attempt to knock him from his feet. |

| They weren't telling him to get out, so that was a plus. The child, before leaving, said she'd think it cool if he were able to stay here. It was one of the first times he could remember being complimented in a way, he didn't know how to take it. The female with the golden hair agreed with the child, then Alec spoke of a demonstration. Showing off somewhat, it was something he wouldn't mind doing. He simply nodded when Alec asked. 3 males. All 3 looked somewhat skilled and trained, but attacking him physically was usually a bad idea. Kinzoku didn't even move when the 3 went into action; he didn't have to. On it's own accord, the Gourd flew open to spew fourth the black substance from within, musty and heavy with the aroma of blood. With his arms still folded, a shield of sorts raised around Kinzoku's body. To block the punch to the face, the kick to the mid-section, and stop the sweeping leg from tripping him. - Metal Shield:
Name: Metal Shield Type: Clan / Personal Requirements: Magnet Element Ability Tier: 4 Minimum Rank: Special Jounin Description: The user's Iron Sand from their gourd automatically reacts of its own free will to attacks launched against the user: blocking all Taijutsu abilities 2 ranks and lower completely, and all Kenjutsu attacks 3 ranks and lower completely than the rank of the user.
As all 3 males were now magnetized, ordinarily Kinzoku would be free to do a variety of things to them. But this wasn't a fight to the death. Kinzoku put his right hand out in front of him and did a pulling motion, which would cause the 3 magnetized Ops to rise off of their feet and be pulled toward Kinzoku. When the 3 were close, Kinzoku would then do a pushing motion with both arms, which would cause all 3 to fly off in a different direction. Once they were out of range of Kinzoku his hold on them would cease, and if they were smart they'd right themselves while airborne to avoid a painful crash. - Attraction Technique:

Kinzoku would finally fold his arms again while the black sands began to gather itself within the glowing gourd once more. ”...I could have done much worse, for the record... but I hope this demonstration was to your liking...” |

| Avery watched with a great deal of curiosity as Alec snapped his fingers multiple times and the three Ops arrived to spar with Kinzoku. She knew of Emiko and the things the woman could do - since she was Mitsukai's sister after all, one of the siblings that Mitsukai was closest to - but she had never actually seen that sort of fighting style put into play: let alone an even more advanced sounding version of what Emiko could do. This would likely make for a very interesting demonstration...
She watched as Kinzoku didn't even seem to have to move to manipulate the iron sand he carried; how the gourd opened and spewed forth the sand which smelled strongly of blood all of its own accord. She watched as it formed a shield around him, blocking attacks that otherwise would have likely hurt a hell of a lot. An eyebrow rose as she watched Kinzoku then pull the three Ops towards him only to then push them away - likely magnetized from the sand, or so she guessed, since he had mentioned such when telling them about himself. This was definitely an interesting skill set, and she knew it would likely come in handy to have Kinzoku around in the future.
"... That was definitely interesting to watch, and a very useful set of skills to have...", Avery finally said, glancing off in the direction that the three Op's had flown into - if they hadn't righted themselves when they began to fall then it was likely that Dez was going to have to play medic and fix anything that might have been broken - not that she probably would mind. |

| This had to be one of the most interesting styles he'd seen since making his journey here. There was the immediate and loud smell of blood, which meant Kinzoku must have killed many with that Iron Sand of his. He watched as the guy barely even had to move in the face of multiple attackers. A person must be magnetized when they touch that stuff, harnessing them under his personal control. This had to be the reason the Ops moved toward him when he pulled, and flew away when he pushed. Excellent. Kane grinned and wondered what else this guy was capable of. He watched as the 3 Ops indeed did manage to right themselves while being pushed away, and all 3 landed safely on their feet, unharmed. Alec nodded his head. A fighting style with sand... He had to have someone like that here, on his side. Alec honestly saw no wars or battles or anything of the sort after his exploits with The Dark, but it wouldn't hurt to have back-up such as this just in case. ”...Alright, i'll just be honest here, Kinzoku. The Dark, it no longer exists... officially. As you can see, we're still here, just not mainstream like I once had it. If you want to join up anyway I absolutely have no problem with it; hell, with skills like yours, i'll even make you head of village security. You can run things out here, maybe whip these Ops into shape. We get bandits and stray creatures from the wilds trying to wander in here all the time. They'd be yours to deal with however you saw fit.
“There's something else I feel like I should inform you if you plan on making Makkura your new home. Myself and Avery here, we were the first people to come to this place, back when it was a rotting dump, and transformed it into the state that it's in right now. So the villagers and the people who stay here, they look to us as the authority figures. Avery here was even the Kage for a short stint, but things happened, and we left for a while. When we came back, word got to me about how some other guy moved in and started calling himself boss. His name is Saito-something. You'll know him when you see him because he smiles a lot... I'm pretty sure he's not going to give us any shit, but if he threatens the safety of the village, then... i'm sure you'll do what you have to.”The 3 Ops returned. Alec expected them to be pissed off, but Kinzoku didn't do much to them. The 3 just looked at him in silent amazement. Alec moved closer to Kinzoku and pulled down his blindfold so that it hung around his neck, showing the young man his 3 Tomoe Sharingan. ”Be loyal to my family, and we'll be loyal to you... Betray us, and well... it won't end very well. But let's not put on our tough guy faces and start throwing threats around. Here, no one will look down at you or try to throw the past in your face. You surely have a bunch of secrets, and as you can see, so do I. We all do. As you begin to get closer to those around you, maybe you'll find out some of these secrets... for now though, get your hands on a wireless communicator, and welcome to the family.”Red eyes stare toward the young man while Alec extended a hand to be shaken, signifying his membership into The Dark.... - Sharingan:
Name: Sharingan (Both Eyes) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D-S Type: Supplementary Element: None Range: Self Specialty: - Duration: Until cancelled, 10 chakra drain per post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The infamous dojutsu of the Uchiha clan, The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan itself gives color to chakra, allowing the wielder to differentiate them. They are also able to tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular. The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user, allowing them to see the image of an attacker's next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body and counter-attack or dodge without any wasted movement. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not always have time to react. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near-perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied technique, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. The wielder of the Sharingan, through continued use and training, changes its form further, which involves the eye maturing fully until it has three tomoe. As the Sharingan develops, the user gains heightened abilities through the heightened ocular sense.

| Alec said “The Dark” wasn't like it used to be, but he didn't care. All that really mattered was that Alec said he was welcomed to stay, and that he could be the head of the village security. It sounded like an appropriate job for now; keep out the riff-raff, make sure the villagers were safe. He didn't have a problem with this.
There was the explanation that Alec and Avery, the female here with the golden hair, were the people responsible for fixing up the village, which used to be nothing but a shithole, according to him. Someone else with a smile came along and claimed leadership, and if he were the type to start a situation, Alec was giving Kinzoku permission to finish it, which would also be no problem.
Alec then removed the blindfold to reveal that nothing was wrong with his eyes; in fact, somehow he'd gotten his hands on the Dojutsu of the infamous Uchiha Clan. Alec had to be an exceptionally talented individual if he managed to get his hands on not one, but 2 Sharingan. Yet how was he able to see with them covered up? Was his child Destiny the same way? Yes, there were many secrets between them all....
Kinzoku had no idea what Alec was capable of with those eyes, and he honestly didn't want to find out first hand. The man was welcoming him into his home, into his family, into his organization, and there was no reason to betray him or his people. Kinzoku shook the hand that was extended. Makkura already felt more like home than Yokuchi ever would. ”Loyalty until my dying breath,” he said, with every word of it being true. ”I think i'll get better familiar with my new home and Ops siblings...”
Kinzoku turned and began to walk through the village just as slowly as he first entered. He'd walk around the entire place, memorizing the whole layout of the village and surrounding outskirts...

| A light drizzle had found itself over the village on this day, making the majority of the population recede into their homes. The young Kage pressed on, his open shirt coat-tailing in the heavy breeze. Saito loved this weather -- he practically reveled in it, making a plethora of unnecessary, gleeful noises as he walked in it. Nice day to be out and about, he thought. Unfortunately, it appeared as if the rest of the village disappeared. It wasn't unusual that the streets weren't too busy, but they were particularly empty today. He assumed it was likely due to the rain. This was unfortunate. It was a blemish in Saito's otherwise divine mood. Still, he brushed the thought aside and proceeded on his walk, smile still plastered on his face.
After a few minutes of walking, he sensed something... unsettling. A large cluster of chakra had seemingly sprouted out of nowhere. Turning his head into the chakra's general direction, he pushed off his back foot and dashed towards it. This is rather unusual, he thought. Mere seconds passed before the cluster of chakra revealed itself. "Oh, it's you -- the man from the street. I didn't quite catch your name that day." The Kuraikage smiled as he looked about the area, seeing other individuals as well. Saito quickly directed his attention away from Alec and onto the others. "Excuse my manners! I'm the Kuraikage -- Gekai, Saito. And you are...?" A look of confusion hid itself behind the man's dumbfounded smile. So many new faces in town.... Something must be up... |

| Avery had remained where she had been standing, arms now folded across her chest as Alec welcomed Kinzoku into the fold: into the family. Something told her that they wouldn't have to worry about Kinzoku betraying them: not with the fact that they wouldn't judge him like the people back where he had been living had done. They all had secrets and bad things in their past, there was no point in judging people by it.
However, she was distracted by these things by the smiley man that Alec had spoke of suddenly showing up. Avery didn't know what she had been expecting to feel but the sudden flash of burning hot rage and fury that suddenly coursed its way through her veins was not it. Her hands clenched into fists, and it took all of her own mental strength to keep herself from attacking the guy. Perhaps she did hold some resentment to the hat being taken from her: her position of power stolen. She stared at the man for a moment longer before turning her gaze to Alec. "... I'm going inside, before I do something I might later regret...", she said before turning and heading to the tower: punching the door open as she stepped inside and slamming the thing shut behind her.

| Interesting... this must've been the smiley man that her father had spoken of. He was truly a sight to see: no one in Makurra smiled like that, at least not all of the time. It was the village of shadows after all; secrets hid in the darkness, beasts roaming free... but, none of that was quite as creepy to the blind child as this man who was smiling.
She had left her zombie pet behind this time; giving it a chance to eat so the thing didn't rot and fall to pieces, or try and eat one of the villagers. She had ventured back out of the tower and up the street; seeing the ending of the display Kinzoku had put on through her chakra radar even before she got there, and hearing the words her father had spoken while revealing the Sharingan he had got his hands on. She adjusted the black cloth that kept her own eyes covered, tightening it around her white-silver long hair.
She held in her hand a simple stick, a Bo staff really, that she was using much like a blind cane; tapping the tip of it off of random things that got in her way as if she were using it to see where she was going. As if following the voices - since she was keeping the fact that she could see through her chakra radar a secret from this new Kuraikage - she approached where her father and Kinzoku were, her head tilted slightly to the side as she listened. She stopped about five feet away from her father; noticing that Avery and Kinzoku had both taken off - Avery looking none too pleased. Was she going to do something later on to this new Kuraikage? Or was she going to go cool off for a while?
The child reached up, scratching at her blind fold for a moment while she waited to see if her father would say anything about Avery's departure, or to the Kuraikage. She simply remained silent, feeling no immediate reason to introduce herself. She leaned against her Bo staff and yawned. "......" |

| Something orange appeared in the dark skies that were constantly dark and purple over the village of Makkura. It looked like a ball of fire as it came closer at an incredible amount of speed. One with good eyes could see that the speeding glowing object was in the shape of a bird. It flew past in the skies above, bringing with it a warm gust of wind, and a loud sound that resembled a fighter jet.
Then it was landing... and whoever was looking could see that the orange bird was actually just an aura that surrounded a small boy. He was wearing a black and white striped shirt, loose fitting black pants and black sandals. He had white hair and red eyes. Upon closer inspection one would see that this boy looked exactly like Alec Kane, except he wasn't wearing a blindfold, and that his hair was shorter.
The bird aura remained around the child as he started walking, brightening and warming the area around him. Sensors would be able to feel immense amounts of power coming from the child, even more so than his own father. Many villagers knew who the child was. Many could be heard saying “Junior” or “Alec's son” as they waved at him, and he waved back.
”Yeah, I thought you all mighta stuck around here,” said Jr as he moved closer to his father. He saw Avery walk off beforehand, and she looked mad. As he passed Destiny he reached over to poke both of her sides, his heat having no immediate effect on her since she was family. “So what's up with Avery and The Dark? We still the top fish around here? Everybody still too scared to fight, or what?” Red eyes look up at the new person with the big smile on his face, frowning. The man looked ridiculous to Jr. ”Who the hell is this guy? He some sorta comedian you hired?” |

| Kinzoku was now a member of the family. Alec planned on treating him as such. It was when his blindfold was covering his eyes again that he noticed the return of the smiley man. Alec first noticed the noises he was making, producing a strange expression upon his own face.
Avery seemed pissed off, something Alec had never seen in her before, and something that was just unlike Avery. She didn't seem very mad that her position had been taken away from her with no explanation, but now she seemed heated. Saito said several things before she left in a rage, and Alec noticed Destiny returning without her pet, and also something approaching in the sky.
His son, Jr. So he was still here too, this was great. He landed and came nearby, asking several questions. Alec was glad to see his son again, as he was whenever he spent an extended amount of time away from any of the family. He thought about everything that had to be said while rubbing the top of Jr's head.
”My name is Alec Kane, Missing Nin of the former village Hanagakure, terrorist, kidnapper and murderer,” was his response to Saito, before turning to Jr. ”Good to see you're still here too, son. We have a new guy, his name is Kinzoku. He fights with this stuff he has called Iron Sand, you should go meet him. Now as far as everything in the village is going, there's no easy way of putting it so i'll just tell you like it is. The Dark is still here, but we're just not 'out there' like we were before. Someone wanting to fight with us, i'm not so sure about that yet....
“When we left, someone else got put in the position of Kage. This is him. Gekai, Saito, you said your name was?... Avery didn't seem too mad about it at first, but after seeing the guy for herself, well... you saw her reaction...”
All of this probably wasn't going to end well. Alec gained control of his bad temper long ago, and it currently took a lot nowadays to send him flying into a rage. Alec couldn't say the same thing for Avery, Destiny, or especially Jr. For now he simply stood where he was, both hands propped atop of his black polished walking stick. |

| It wasn't long after his appearance that more individuals appeared seemingly out of nowhere. What's more, they all seemed to know each other. Saito quickly deduced that they were all allies, more or less. An evil, seemingly abrasive aura filled the area, sending the Kuraikage into a state of immediate alertness. This can't be good....
Saito listened intently to the words of Alec Kane -- self proclaimed murderer, terrorist, etc. His look of bewilderment quickly turned to one worry, then to one of happiness. The Kage looked around intently, taking in the gravity of the whole situation. Saito was practically in the middle of a death trap. If they so wanted to, they could pounce on the man and try to murder him. I shouldn't stay here for long...
The man's awareness was at an all-time high. He formed a circle with his hands, preparing himself should he need to go on the defensive. The Kage wasn't safe here -- the last thing he needed was to die so early in his position of Kuraikage. Without spending much more time, he began walking away from the group of shinobi. "Well, nice to meet all of you... I trust that none of you would do anything to harm the village... Therefore, none of you are my responsibility in the slightest. I'll be on my way."
Just as quick as he'd come, the man had decided to leave. For the first time in a long time, Saito didn't smile. Instead, he worried. Were these people a threat? Surely not... Alec, seemingly their leader, appeared to be extremely loyal to the village. He wouldn't do anything to jeopardize the village. Still, he shouldn't be left to roam freely. Something should be done about the man and his family. This was bigger than him, however. The magnitude of this issue was one that potentially held a threat to all shinobi. Still, the Kuraikage wouldn't act unless Alec or his family did first. For now, it was far from his problem.

| Dez tilted her head upwards, towards the incoming sound: she could see with her chakra radar who it was - her brother Jr, and wasn't at all surprised when he landed nearby. As Jr. walked past and poked her sides she giggled and squirmed. "No tickling!", she demanded amidst the giggles. She then giggled again at Jr.'s question about the new Kuraikage: she didn't see Jr. being a fan of his anytime soon.
Dez tilted her head in the direction of the Kuraikage, watching him without actually having the eyes to do so with. She listened to her father explain to the man what his name was, and who exactly he was - things that were really no surprise to the majority of the world anymore given all of the wanted posters that had been put up several years back after he had bombed a village several times, cut off a Kage's leg, kidnapped some people, among other things. She listened as Alec explained to Jr. about Kinzoku, and everything that had come to light since they had returned: including the fact that this man with the smile on his face was the new Kuraikage, and how Avery was none too happy about that.
And then... the Kuraikage was leaving? Was he scared? She was just a little girl... eleven years old, a child. Destiny frowned; she didn't like people who ran away. "I thought leaders were supposed to be fearless; or if not fearless than at least willing to stand up for their village even if it meant an uncertain fate. But... you seem to be running away now... guessing that we will not do anything to Makurra or the people within it, leaving us for someone else to come along... " Destiny tilted her head to the side, staring in the direction the Kuraikage left in. ".... In my mind Avery still is the Kuraikage... she's never run, no matter how nasty things got or looked: no matter what possible enemy presented itself in the village.", Dez said, shaking her head. |

| Jr stood there before his father and nearby his sister taking it all in. He told this Saito guy who he was and some of the things he used to do years back. His father also spoke of someone new, Kinzoku, and that he used iron Sand to fight? He'd have to see that with his own eyes, but The Dark was still here and still recruiting, even if they weren't mainstream like 5 years ago.
Then came the statement that Avery had been replaced by this guy, this smiling clown guy. Jr saw all of his facial expressions and they only made the kid frown more. He said “I trust that none of you would do anything to harm the village... Therefore, none of you are my responsibility in the slightest. I'll be on my way."
”None of his responsibility? What exactly is that supposed to mean?” said Jr. ”This guy seems scared, is he running away? Is this some sort of bad joke or what? Didn't they say the Kage was supposed to be like, the strongest guy in the village? I mean, what the hell, dad?? Why shouldn't I barbecue this dude right now so we can make Avery the leader again? If someone decides to invade or go to war with us he's just gonna bitch out like he's doing right now!”
The area began to get hotter around Jr, and he wondered if all of those temper exercises around the big tree in Niwa actually worked or not, because it was getting to the point where he wouldn't be able to control himself. Jr and Avery never really saw eye to eye, but Jr rather it be her that wore the hat and did the diplomatic stuffs for the village. This guy was already showing an uncool side to himself, and it depended on what his father would say to keep him from unleashing rage fire. |

| Alec didn't say much, he only grinned. He noticed Saito's expression change several times, and him doing that circle thing with his hands again; was that preparation for some sort of attack or defense technique? It didn't last too long before he began to leave. Some of the villagers weren't taking this lightly either. The Kage trying to get away from a dangerous situation? They knew Avery or even Alec, who was technically blind, would never run in the face of danger.
”Leave him be, he's not worth it... I think he might have thought I was just blowing around hot air in our first encounter, but i'm sure the gravity of the situation is hitting him in his forehead about now. He wants to call himself Kage? Let him. Dez knows the truth, the villagers know the truth, and you do too...”
The grin didn't leave his lips even as he saw the self proclaimed Kage trying to get the hell out of dodge. Part of him wanted to see that technique that came with the circle thing he did with his hands, possibly from just not too long ago seeing Kinzoku in action, but Alec wouldn't attack Saito until given a reason. |

| As he walked away, Saito began to think. Was he forgetting something? Surely, I am... Instinctively, the man turned back to where he had left. He wanted to discuss something with Alec -- about the safety of the village. He wanted to know if he was a man of his word, or if he wouldn't hesitate to eradicate the village. After all, his highest priority was the safety of the village. He wanted to make sure.
Arriving once again amongst the individuals, he arrived with a new-born smile on his face. His hands in a circle once again, he began to speak. "Alec, was it? I trust that our meeting earlier... You're a man of your word, I presume? If so, I can tell you adore this village. My priority is the safety of those who reside in it. If you love it, I can see no reason for us to be enemies. Still, I won't hesitate to -- no, it won't come to that, I'm sure." The Kuraikage snickered as he finished his mini-speech.
The Kuraikage quickly left once more, leaving reassured.

| ..... Who did this man remind her of? There was someone in her past, someone that scared her. It was enough to make her edge behind Jr. and her father and hide. Who was it... who could it be? Oh, she knew... she knew as a shudder ran through the little eleven year old. "... That man... he reminds me of Nasty Nate... I don't like him." She clutched the Bo staff close to her... staring at the smiley man.

| Jr wasn't going to do anything himself. He thought it better to keep his temper in check in case he hurt some of the villagers or his sister, and just leave this situation in the hands of his father. He didn't know what the man's deal was, nor did he really care. With Dez shaken up like she was, it probably wasn't going to settle too well with his father.
So whatever he was going to do about this was just whatever he was going to do about this. The smiling man showed fear, and was trying to cover that up by saying his only concern was the safety of the villagers, and by threatening his father indirectly. Jr just moved back away from his father and the smiling man with Dez.
”Then don't worry, Dez... if I know dad, this guy is about to end up just like Nasty Nate did...” |

| Jr was wise to back away when he did; he knew Alec all too well, for the grin had melted off of his lips. The smiley man came back and started talking about safety, with his hands in that circle again. His kids and love interest were upset, the villagers were giving this man skeptical stares, and through it all he just continued to wear that big stupid smile on his face. But Alec knew deep down he had to be terrified, in the midst of killers and murderers, in The Land of Shadows. He should have left when he had the chance. “Still I won't hesitate to---no, it won't come to that, i'm sure.” Snicker. This was the spark that started the inferno. As stated already, it was wise of Jr to back away with Dez, because the area surrounding Alec suddenly erupted with electricity. What happened next would be far too fast for ordinary eyes to process. - Lightning Release Armor:
Name: Lightning Release Armour (雷遁の鎧 Raiton no Yoroi) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Defensive, Supplementary Element: Raiton Range: Self Specialty: Taijutsu, Weapons Tech Duration: Until cancelled Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: This armour, combined with taijutsu, allows the user to utilise nintaijutsu. The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. (This jutsu boosts the max movement speed of the user by 60 MPH, it cannot however be stacked with other speed based jutsu, and will cancel out any speed based jutsu already in effect.) When using the armour at full power, it causes the tips of the user's hair to spike up and their reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with them. The armour also increases the user's defenses, drastically reducing - if not completely negating - damage from incoming attacks A-Rank and lower. Lightning Release Armor does absolutley nothing to guard against attacks composed of Wind. A strong enough Wind technique is said to be able to knock a user out of the Armour after a direct hit. Lightning Release Armour costs 30 Chakra to activate and 10 to maintain each turn afterwards.
The Kane Katana was out of the sheath as Alec moved past the snickering smiley man, and a horizontal Perfect Slash was aimed toward his neck, with the intention of beheading him. The Wind Enhancement would just quicken the process, and if successful, Saito wouldn't feel a thing. For him, things would just go dark, as if turning off a light switch. People watching would simply see Alec begin to glow a blue color, and as if teleporting, just appear to the right rear of the smiley man with his sword out. - Kane Katana:
Name: Kane Katana Type: Weapon Rank: S Upgrade Slots: 3 Affinities: Wind, Lightning, Fire Description: Beautiful craftsmanship smothers every inch of this custom sword. The handle offers intricate nylon cord wrapping with cast metal pommel and guard accented with brass plated fittings. The 25 3/4" blade is heat tempered, “Cold Steel” construction (Cold Steel being a nearly unbreakable metal only found in Korigakure). Includes a classic black lacquer scabbard. 40" overall. Enhancements: The Wind: Alec can channel wind-natured chakra into the sword to raise the piercing power +1, and the range of the sword by 5 feet. (Meaning if he were to miss a swing, the wind would still inflict damage the same as the sword itself would) While holding the sword with The Wind active, Alec is surrounded by a gale of wind 2 feet in diameter that can throw opponents S-ranked and lower a distance of roughly 5 feet, and also deflect most projectile attacks A-ranked and lower. The Wind costs 30 chakra to activate, and 10 to maintain each turn after.
- Perfect Slash:
Name: Perfect Slash Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: - Range: Close - Mid Specialty: Weapons Tech/Kenjutsu Duration: 1 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user executes a hard 2 handed slash, horizontally, (---) vertically ( | ) or diagonally. ( / ) The attack allows it's user to be able to slice through materials as hard as steel; through flesh and bone like butter. A skilled practitioner can utilize Perfect Slash to decapitate his foe, (of the same rank and lower) and accurately cut off arms, legs, and joints. Perfect Slash can be executed standing still, while running or airborne.
Alec was an S-Rank Criminal and a master Weapon Technician. This put his ground speed at 135 mph. With his armor active, it boosted his speed a further 60 mph, making Alec able to travel at 195. Faster than most Kage. Meaning he'd be able to traverse almost any distance in the time it takes to blink eyelids. If Saito didn't have god-like reflexes or an ability of equal measure that made him able to dodge a sword swinging for his neck in the time it takes to blink an eye, he was a dead man. Chakra: 740/800 |

| Well... wasn't this interesting? Apparently this was what the gut feeling had been all about; or so she thought as she took in the figures of Alec Kane, his son, daughter, and... the fuck was wrong with that man? Why was he smiling like that--- or not, since it seemed that Alec Kane was in the process of slaughtering him.
She kept her distance from everyone, arms simply folded loosely across her chest; she didn't need them to fight given the gourd of sand on her back... not that she planned on doing that. She was Mitsukai's sister, Mitsukai being Alec Kane's grand-daughter, which made her related to them - so she had no reason to fight them. She did have every reason to stick around though: if this man died, this smiley man... he'd make an excellent puppet - and given her mixture of medical ninjutsu abilities and puppetry, she could make it work: the first human puppet in a very long time.
"Well, it seems I got here just in time to see the show.." The sand swirled around in her gourd, causing the smell of flood to waft around her; she had crushed to death too many people to count with her Sabure clan abilities; it was an oder all too familiar with Emiko, and with her appearance. |

| ”I knew this scent was familiar.... Emiko, right?”
Kinzoku was standing a distance to the rear right of Emiko, his arms folded like hers was, his red top's collar concealing most of his face except his piercing yellow eyes. He knew it would probably be a matter of time before the searching began, and someone found him. But this was the first time he was accepted. These people barely knew him at all, and brought him into their family. He wasn't going to lose this, not for anyone.
”I'm telling you right now... I will die before I go back to that village with all of the eyes, all of the whispers... So if you're here to take me back... you will have to kill me and drag back my corpse.”
The cork to his gourd was already off, and the black substance within was stirring... hungry for more blood. He had nothing against Emiko personally but she wasn't going to use any feminine wils or something of the sort to get him back to that desert.
Around this time is when he noticed Alec surrounded by electricity, with a sword in hand, and someone lying behind him without a head. He didn't know what happened, and he didn't know what kind of an ability that was that Alec was using, but it had to be incredibly powerful. The evidence of such was on the ground headless at the moment. Perhaps he would get filled in on the details of what happened momentarily... |

| Dez had allowed Jr. to pull her back and away from Alec: away from what was about to happen to the man. When her father became covered in electricity she knew it was over for the Kuraikage - there would be no surviving whatever her father decided to do to him. Sure enough, less than a second later the mans head was separated from his body, killing him instantly. She felt the previous tension that the mans creepiness had caused edge away, and a smile formed on her face once more. "That's much better, he's not so creepy now that he's a corpse."
That was when she noticed Emiko and heard her words. "Emiko! You came to visit!" She wasn't afraid of the sand in Emiko's gourd, she had realized very early on into meeting her that she was one of the few people the sand didn't seem to react to. She left Jr.'s side and ran straight over to Emiko before hugging her. She peered around Emiko at Kinzoku. "Emiko is family too, like you: I'd doubt she would try and take you away. She's Mitsukai's sister, and Mitsukai is in a way my father's grand-daughter." It was all rather complicated of course, but that was the basics of it all - in easy enough to understand terms without going into the super long story. |

| “You never told me you could do something like that, what the hell, dad! You holding out on any other cool moves?”
A dead person wasn't something new to Jr. He'd killed plenty of people himself to be as young as he was, so the sight of someone having their head cut from their shoulders wasn't very surprising, and didn't freak him out like it would some other kid his age.
That smiling man was no longer a factor, and no one else to be worried about. Now maybe things could get back in order around here, and the proper leader could get put back into her place. He looked to his left to see more new people, except they had something strange on their backs. The guy with the yellow eyes had to be the new guy Kinzoku, and with the way he was talking, he was probably a Missing Nin just like his father was back in the day, and the girl was probably here to take him back.
Jr stepped toward the 2 as his aura came to life again, blazing brightly. In the excitement over trying to figure out how his father was covering himself in electricity he didn't hear what Destiny said. “You're not here to confiscate our new guy are you? Or were you with this guy or something? You're not gonna do something stupid, like try to fight our new dude, or avenge this dead smiley guy or anything like that, are you? He had the chance to walk away, you do too!”
Once again it began to dramatically get hot around Jr. The orange bird aura surrounding him flapped it's wings, nearly lifting the child up off of the pavement. |

| Bathed in a shield of blue electricity, Kane saw the head fall from the body. It collapsed moments later, beginning to paint the ground with it's red liquid innards. Alec de-activated the Armor; his clothes smoking somewhat and his hair sticking up in random places. He sheathed the Kane Katana and let out a sigh that sounded more like a grunt.
”...Fatality...”
A Kage dead. Kane wondered how much of a bounty would be on his head now for something like this. A woman began to scream, and kids began to come around, looking to see what happened. Other people ran up and covered their eyes, trying to usher them away from the scene. Some of the Ops showed up and began to block off the scene from the villagers.
Another female showed up, having a gourd that was very similar to Kinzoku's. Jr looked ready to go into action next, but Destiny went to give her a hug, and Kinzoku showed up next; both of them calling her Emiko. He'd heard that name before; Ghost back home told him about the girl. She was Mitsukai's (Amaranth's) sister, which made her his grand daughter also.
”...Relax, Jr... She's family, and more than welcome here. You know how Mitsukai is Amaranth, right? This is her sister, which makes you her uncle... Emiko, right? I'm Alec Kane, i'm sure you've heard of me by now... You're from Yokuchi like Kinzoku here, correct? Are you here to take him back?... If not, we need to get this mess cleaned up and get things back in order around here. Let's go to the tower and let Avery know what happened...” |

| Emiko looked to Dez and simply chuckled, hugging the girl back; her sand remained peacefully in her gourd since it didn't react to the child's closeness at all like it would have someone elses. She looked to Alec, nodding in conformation to his questions. She then looked to Jr. and Kinzoku, shaking her head. "What Alec said, I'm Mitsukai's sister; I didn't come here for trouble. I also didn't come here to bring you back to Yokuchi, Kinzoku - nor do I have any intentions of doing so in the future, nor telling anyone you're here for that matter. In fact, I don't even think the higher ups know you're gone yet. I was escorting the Kage of Yokuchi to Niwa - there's a Kage Summit going on right now, a meeting between all of the heads of the villages - when I got this annoying gut wrenching urge to come to Makurra..."
She nodded towards the dead guy. "I arrived just in time to see his head removed from his shoulders... " She looked over to Alec. "If you don't mind, or have any other use for it... I'll take his body off your hands. I've been experimenting with medical ninjutsu and my puppetry skills, and I think a human would make a pretty fantastic puppet if I do say so myself...." |

| Kinzoku relaxed his guard. The cork to the gourd was placed back in the hole, and the Iron Sand discontinued to stir. A strange look was on his face because of Alec's son Jr, and his daughter Destiny. It looked as if Jr were ready to fight to defend him, and Destiny said she's family, like you. He experienced feelings today he'd never had; he couldn't ever remember anyone sticking up for him, or being in a family-like setting. He slowly nodded with a slight grin, reminding himself to thank the kids when he had the chance.
”It'd be your duty to inform the Kage of any Shinobi's desertion. Either way, they're going to find out sooner or later,” he said, moving so that he was next to Emiko. ”Tell Strafe I left, I don't care. I won't think any less of you or hold it against you. It's best he's just told outright instead of letting him find out for himself. If he sends someone or shows up here himself, i'll tell him the same thing I told you....”
After another nod, Kinzoku began moving toward the Tower with Alec... |
