"Well, they have to have some sort of market... Go find it, and I'll bake more cookies!", she command her crew of both male and female pirates. The female's were scantily dressed: obviously to lure in their male prey before whooping ass and taking names. The men? Looked like brutes; large, muscular, with the majority shirtless to show off tattoos and ripped muscles. The crew responded with a unison shout of compliance before they disembarked the ship which had just recently touched down on the very edge of the village.

The crew took off: some left the ship via jumping off the edge, others swung over the edge with ropes and landed on the ground that way, and a few (the females wearing the highest of heels) took off down the plank to the ground. Kami watched them leave before walking down the plank herself and following after them at a much slower pace.

Her crew ran into the village all shouting in unison "Flour, eggs, milk, sugar!" Kami just shook her head with a slightly psychotic looking grin on her face: she had forgotten to tell them to go about this calmly... and she wondered if things were going to turn out like they had in Kumo - with all hell breaking loose and the wrong impression being made. Her crew had no intentions of stealing the ingredients: they each held more than enough money to pay for it, and knew to pay more than what it was worth - it was the point of Kami's piracy: steal from the rich, help the poor. But, most people did tend to see pirates and think the worst... only time would tell if that would happen here.

...The fuck?

Alec almost didn't believe what he was seeing. A few minutes ago, something flew into The Land of Shadows, looking a lot like an airship. It landed on the outskirts, and a crowd of people came running from it into the village. Alec was almost convinced that this was the attack from Niwa and Kenta that he'd been expecting, and nearly told the Ops to form a holding pattern and attack, but these people were unlike anything he'd ever seen.

Who were they? Alec took a look at them all from the top of the tower. Muscle bound males. Scantily clad females. Another female walking slower than the goons who looked to be a bit stronger than the rest; possibly the leader. They came running into the village, only after Alec told Kinzoku and the guards manning the front walls to be cool, shouting... ingredients to bake a cake? It made Alec laugh, honestly. That, and also how some of the Ops seem to drool over the female members of these so-called pirates.

”...Uh... Alec? What... do I do down here? Apparently we're being robbed of our... dairy ingredients?” Kinzoku asked over the comms. Alec couldn't help but to laugh somewhat again.

”I don't see any of them armed... yet. This is definitely weird, but let them do what they do for now. At the first sign of danger though, by all means, protect the village.”

The crew of pirates all reached to their hips about the same time but instead of pulling out a weapon they each unhooked the coin purses from their hips and jingled them in their hands as they ran and searched for the ingredients. "Flour, eggs, milk, sugar!", the unison shout continued. The crew was careful not to destroy anything on their hunt: though they were more than enthusiastic.

Kami came to a stop as she simply watched her crew go about their hunt. A very amused smile crept across her face which caused her to only look more insane then she already did. "Hurry, else I won't make the cookies!", she shouted after her crew before folding her arms across her chest loosely. She then focused her attention elsewhere: still expecting some sort of brash behavior to come from her crew coming storming into the village. Or at least excepting someone to come ask her what the hell was going on.

She reached a hand up and adjusted her Captain's hat on top of her head: a gesture she did whether the sun was in her eyes or not. One of her crerw members had found the eggs by this point and began to fish through his pouch, paying three times the worth of them easily and buying more than enough to bake at least six dozen cookies. For someone so strong and brute looking he was treating the eggs in his overly large hands like a newborn baby. "Eggs! Got the eggs!"

"Flour, milk, sugar!", shouted the crew.

“BABY WHERE YOU BEEN AT ALL MY LIFE,” one of the Ops yelled to the various scantily clad pirate-looking females. None of them really looked like a threat, save for the big muscily guys, but judging from what they were chanting over and over like they were hypnotized, and the way the guy was carrying eggs delicately, most of the Ops and Kinzoku found this more comical than anything. Even villagers, who were scared at first, were lining the streets, laughing. Market owners, also laughing, didn't deny the the pirates and sold them the ingredients they were constantly chanting.

The space near the lead female would begin to twist and distort; if she looked, the scene would resemble plastic wrap being twisted in a circle. In the center of the distortion appeared what looked to be a black hole. Out of this hole stepped a blindfolded young man with shoulder length white hair, dressed in a black cloak. In his left hand was a polished black walking stick, but there was actually much more to that stick than met the eye. As he braced it in front of him like a cane, the distortion behind him closed and disappeared.

Kamui:

”Well... this is fun.”

The blindfolded man, even with his vision hindered, seemed to be “looking” right at Kami with a sarcastic grin of his own. He still didn't know if this was a cover for an actual attack, or exactly as it seemed – Just a funny way of going about things.

”But, since you all aren't hurting anyone or causing any trouble, I suppose there's no cause for alarm, huh?”

Eyes darted to the distortion that was appearing next to her, and an eyebrow rose in curiosity as she stared at the blindfolded man with the polished black walking stick who came from the distortion before it disappeared. She gave him a once over before the psychotic grin slipped back into her face once more. "Only time you have to worry about us causing some trouble is if you're one of those filthy rich types who allows everyone around them to suffer and starve...." Yup, she was definitely the female version of Robin Hood.

Her gaze flickered back to her people who were gathering the ingredients faster than before since the villagers seemed more willing to sell them to them. Her crew continued to pay triple the amount of money - their way of helping out others - and deliver the goods to the ship. A few of the more brute-ish looking men stopped nearby her and looked between her and the blindfolded man, silently asking if they needed to step in. She glanced towards the few of them and waved them off. "It's fine, go on and load the ship." The men turned without question or hesitation, obeying her orders completely, as they returned to loading the ship.

She then focused her attention back to the blindfolded man, head cocking to the side. "Are you one of those types who let people suffer and starve while you sleep on a mattress stuffed with hundreds upon hundreds of ryo?"

Alec looked to the guys that looked at him, probably thinking he was a threat to their leader, and just grinned. He wasn't, and she shooed them off. Shop keepers looked toward him too; the expression on their faces seemingly asking the question if it were alright to sell to them or not, to which Alec just nodded his head.

”No... This village was just a hole in the ground when I came along. After some... “convincing” and some money spending of my own, Makkura became what you see before you. Maybe not the best of villages, but far better than the shithole full of drunks and rapists that it was before...”

Alec couldn't see any headbands on the lead female or any of her goons. What village were they from? Were they even from a village? He also wondered if this woman and her band of cookie pirates was aware of what was going on in the world. Did they know they were in the village that was the headquarters of a notorious criminal organization?

”...So, no, Ms mysterious cookie baker, we don't screw the poor to make our pockets fatter... but if you're up on current events, we're not exactly 'good guys' either. I'm curious; do you know where you are? Who I am?... I'm not one to stroke my own ego or anything, but have you seen the wanted posters? Are you aware of what's going on between all of these ninja countries?”

"Good to hear, then we won't be any trouble unless given a reason to...", she said in response to the man stating that he helped to fix up the village, and wasn't robbing it like some villages often did.

"Aye, I picked this place by throwing a kunai at a map... this is Makkura. Though, if I'm honest, it's far better looking than it was the last time I had ended up out this way." Arms refolded across the female's chest as she shrugged her shoulders. "I figure you're the man from the wanted posters I saw around in a few of the villages I went to... Alec Kane?" She glanced over towards her crew as they bought and began to load the last of the things she had asked them to get before focusing back to Alec. "As far as whether or not you're the good guys... look at us, we're pirates. We steal and murder the rich, and then come to villages such as this and pay three times the amount for things... we're not good guys either: even if our overall goal is to help those in need. And I'm assuming everyone's at each others throats again... it surely would explain the absenses in some of the villages I've gone to... like Kumo."

One of the brute looking men appeared to the right of Kami's shoulder again and gave a slight bow of his head. "Captain, everything is loaded and put away, we're clear to take off when ever you give the command." Kami responded with a nod and the man disappeared back to the ship.

Alec nodded his head. So his reputation was still intact, even in unknown parts. She said they weren't exactly good guys either, but so far they didn't look to be breaking any laws or cutting legs off, or gouging out someone's eyes. So she and her band of cookie pirates were a bunch of modern day Robin Hoods. Alec didn't see anything wrong with that. But then the grin melted off of his face and he took a serious expression.

”...Then I feel I should inform you of something... There's a psychopath roaming around out there. Calls himself 'Ranmaru.' Not much to look at really; skinny dude, has white colored hair something like mine. But he's a monster. He has some sort of beast sealed inside of him, maybe more than one. Saw the dude slaughter half a city, alone. People, animals, he'll eat anything. There is no talking to this guy, no reasoning with him. His mind is totally gone; he talks in this crazy gibberish shit that only somebody as crazy as he is would be able to understand. He is dangerous... Keep this in mind...”

Alec didn't want to see or hear about something bad happening to her and her funny pack of pirates at the hands of that monster. One of her people said they were loaded and ready to go, so Alec assumed that they were about to depart.

”If you run out of supplies out there, or happen to need somewhere to lay low, don't hesitate to come back here. With the way my guys are eyeballing your lady members, you all would be more than welcome...”

Kami's face became serious for the first time since she arrived as she listened to Alec's warning. She gave a nod of understanding. "Thanks for the heads up... we'll keep our eye out for him. Though... fighting him might be a bit fun. I have yet to get a chance to actually try out my airship on anything dangerous. Most I've come across is a few village guards here and there, but they're easy enough to dispatch of."

Her grin slipped back on her face at Alec's last set of words and she nodded her head. "I'll keep that in mind." She glanced over to the few females she could see moving around on deck, preparing to take off and just shook her head. "As far as the female members of my crew go....", she chuckled. "... They're a bit vicious...", she said with a wink. 

"I'm sure I'll see you again, Mr. Kane.", she said with a wave before turning and walking up and on her ship. "Let's go folks... we've got another village to cause chaos in, and I have cookies to bake!" The ship rose up into the air, sails opening to catch the wind as the ship began to move east.
